- the reference voltage Vr applied to the non-inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 104 is stable in both direct current and alternating current, and is hardly affected by external electrical noise. Therefore, the charge signal Qi including the noise component Ni is applied to the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 104, while the stable reference voltage Vr including almost no noise component is applied to the non-inverting input terminal.

- Patent Document 1 is a processing method for adding / subtracting noise components to / from a signal, there is a possibility that a considerable error is included in noise removal, and it is not easy to obtain a highly accurate detection signal.
- the noise level is determined from the detection signal of the waiting sensor, so there is no problem when the noise is stable, but the noise magnitude, frequency component, etc. fluctuate in real time.

- the second reference voltage Vr2 can also be obtained from the transformer circuit 35.
- a voltage follower circuit may be provided at the final stage of the processing circuit 30.
- the processing circuit 30 can be constituted by an integrated circuit.
- the transformer circuit 35 may be arranged outside the integrated circuit or may be built in the integrated circuit.
- a charge signal (Qi) obtained from the piezoelectric element 21 used as the pressure detection element can be used as the detection signal Qi.
- the pressure detection device 10 is suitable for use when detecting the combustion pressure P of the engine 1 mounted on the automobile.
- the pressure detection device 10 according to the present invention configured as described above has the following remarkable effects.
- a transformer circuit 35 that obtains a first reference voltage Vr1 having a predetermined voltage value by performing only transformation on a power supply voltage Vdd applied from an external power supply, and the first reference voltage Vr1 as an operation reference.
- An integration circuit 31 that converts the detection signal Qi into a voltage waveform by integrating, and at least one that amplifies the output signal Vout1 from the integration circuit 31 using the second reference voltage Vr2 having a predetermined voltage value as an operation reference. Since the processing circuit 30 having the above amplifier circuits 32 is provided, the noise component due to the disturbance is simultaneously superimposed on both the first reference voltage Vr1 and the detection signal Qi. Therefore, if the noise components cancel each other, the noise components superimposed on the necessary signals can be reduced, and highly accurate pressure detection can be realized. In addition, since complicated digital equipment such as a computer for removing noise is not required, it can be performed at a low cost, and maintenance can be facilitated, and further reduction in size and weight can be realized.
- the transformer circuit 35 is constituted by a voltage dividing resistor circuit combining a plurality of voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2, it can be implemented with a simple circuit configuration, and a stabilizing circuit such as a regulator can be provided. Since it can be made unnecessary, further implementation and cost reduction can be achieved.
- the integration circuit 31 when configured, it is generated instantaneously if it is configured by an operational amplifier circuit that operates with a single power source and differentially amplifies the detection signal Qi and the first reference voltage Vr1. Even if it is a waveform or a noise component that fluctuates from time to time, it is possible to maintain high detection accuracy and obtain a highly effective noise reduction effect because it dynamically cancels the change of the noise component in real time. it can. As a result, the integration process for the detection signal Qi can be performed without being affected by the noise component, and can be realized easily and at low cost by a relatively simple circuit.
- the operation of the amplifier circuit can be stabilized by obtaining it from the output of the second reference power supply 34 using a regulator that stabilizes the power supply voltage Vdd. Therefore, a stable output signal with little voltage level fluctuation can be obtained. That is, since the amplification process can be performed on the output signal in which the noise component is reduced in the previous stage, the amplification process that is not affected by the noise component can be performed.
- the transformer circuit 35 can be shared and the regulator can be made unnecessary. It can contribute to cost reduction. Although there are aspects that are easily affected by noise components at this time, the output signal in the previous stage has a configuration that does not substantially contain noise components. 10 can be configured.
- the output of the final stage can be reduced in impedance, so that a problem that noise components are superimposed on the output signal of the final stage can be avoided.
- the transformer circuit 35 may be arranged outside the integrated circuit or may be incorporated in the integrated circuit. That is, since the noise reduction effect can be ensured in any state, for example, even in the case of a limited installation space, the degree of freedom in design in assembling can be increased. In particular, when it is built in an integrated circuit, the number of parts can be reduced, so that the reliability of the pressure detection device 10 can be improved. Further, the variation in the resistance value ratio of the built-in resistor is reduced, and the variation in the voltage value of the first reference voltage can be reduced.

- the operational amplifier 32 operates as a non-inverting amplifier circuit using the second reference voltage Vr2 as an operation reference, and an amplified output signal Vout2 is output from the output terminal.
- the amplification factor of the amplifier circuit is determined by the ratio of the resistance values of the resistors R5 and R6.
- a transformer circuit 35 is provided outside the processing circuit 30.
- the transformer circuit 35 is configured by arranging two voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2 as a voltage dividing resistor circuit. In this way, if the transformer circuit 35 is constituted by a voltage dividing resistor circuit in which a plurality of voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2 are combined, it can be implemented with a simple circuit configuration and a stabilizing circuit such as a regulator can be dispensed with. Further, it is possible to further facilitate the implementation and reduce the cost.
- one terminal of the voltage dividing resistor R1 is connected to the power supply voltage Vdd
- the other terminal is connected to one terminal of the voltage dividing resistor R2
- the other terminal of the voltage dividing resistor R2 is connected to GND.
- the power supply voltage Vdd is divided by the voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2, and a divided voltage Va obtained by dividing the power supply voltage Vdd is obtained at the connection point A between the voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2.
- This divided voltage Va is applied to the processing circuit 30.
- the divided voltage Va applied to the processing circuit 30 is input to the operational amplifier 33, and the operational amplifier 33 outputs the first reference voltage Vr1.
- the first reference voltage Vr1 is applied to the non-inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 31 serving as an integration circuit.
- the operational amplifier 33 operates as a voltage follower circuit by connecting the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 33 to the output terminal, and outputs the divided voltage Va as the first reference voltage Vr1 having a low output impedance.
- the voltage value of the first reference voltage Vr1 is determined by the resistance value ratio of the voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2.
- the illustrated first reference voltage Vr1 is DC 1.0V.
- the voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2 and the operational amplifier 33 constitute a first reference power source that outputs the first reference voltage Vr1. Note that when the resistance values of the voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2 are low, the output impedance of the divided voltage Va is low, and thus the operational amplifier 33 may be omitted.
- the input charge signal Qi is integrated by the integration circuit by the operational amplifier 31 using the first reference voltage Vr1 as the operation reference, and the output signal Vout1 is output. Further, an output signal Vout2 amplified by a predetermined amplification factor is output by the amplifier circuit by the operational amplifier 32 using the second reference voltage Vr2 as an operation reference.
- the reason why both the integration circuit using the operational amplifier 31 and the amplifier circuit using the operational amplifier 32 require a reference voltage is that the power supply voltage Vdd for driving the processing circuit 30 is a single power supply, and therefore the reference for the operational amplifier 31 and the operational amplifier 32 to operate. This is because an intermediate voltage between the power supply voltage Vdd and GND is required.
- the reference voltage is preferably a voltage close to GND so that the amplitudes (peak values) of the output signals Vout1 and Vout2 are as large as possible, and specifically, about 1.0 V DC is desirable.
- FIG. 4A schematically shows the relationship between the time t and the combustion pressure P received by the piezoelectric element 21.
- the combustion pressure P is repeatedly generated at a cycle T1.
- the cycle T ⁇ b> 1 of the combustion pressure P varies depending on the rotational speed of the engine 1. That is, the cycle T1 becomes shorter as the rotational speed of the engine 1 increases, and the cycle T1 becomes longer as the rotational speed of the engine 1 decreases.
- the cycle T1 changes every moment as the rotational speed increases or decreases.
- FIG. 4 (b) schematically shows the relationship between the charge signal Qi, which is the output of the piezoelectric element 21 of the detection unit 20 that has received the combustion pressure P, and the time t. Since the piezoelectric element 21 detects a change in the combustion pressure P as a differential value, the charge signal Qi is output as a differential waveform. In the example, the charge signal Qi swings to the negative side when the combustion pressure P increases, and swings to the positive side when the combustion pressure P decreases. However, the polarity of the charge signal Qi changes the connection of the piezoelectric element 21. It is also possible to reverse it.
- the obtained charge signal Qi is affected by radiation noise generated from the engine 1 or electromagnetic induction noise riding on the conductive portion 11 connecting the piezoelectric element 21 and the processing circuit 30.
- the noise component Ni having various sizes and frequency components is included.
- FIG. 4B schematically shows an example of a peak noise component that is instantaneously generated for some reason as Nip in the noise component Ni.
- the peak noise component Nip is a large noise component that arrives instantaneously with respect to the noise component Ni that constantly arrives. Therefore, the charge signal Qi including such a noise component Ni passes through the capacitor C1 and is given to the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 31 of the processing circuit 30.
- FIG. 4C schematically shows the first reference voltage Vr1 that is the output of the operational amplifier 33.
- Radiation noise and electromagnetic induction noise generated from the engine 1 (see FIG. 1) described above are on the power supply voltage Vdd and GND of the pressure detection device 10, and these noises pass through the voltage dividing resistors R1 and R2.
- the divided voltage Va is applied to the operational amplifier 33.
- the noise component N1 including various frequency components is superimposed on the first reference voltage Vr1 that is the output of the operational amplifier 33.
- N1p in the noise component N1 schematically shows an example of a peak noise component that is instantaneously generated for some reason, like the above-described Nip.
- both the noise component Ni constantly included in the charge signal Qi and the instantaneously generated peak noise component Nip are input to the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 31, and the non-inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 31 is The noise component N1 that is constantly included in the first reference voltage Vr1 and the peak noise component N1p that occurs instantaneously are input.
- the noise component Ni included in the charge signal Qi and the noise component N1 included in the first reference voltage Vr1 are both radiation noise and electromagnetic induction noise generated from the engine 1 and have the same generation source. Therefore, when the noise changes due to fluctuations in the rotational speed of the engine 1, the two noise components Ni and N1 change in the same way. That is, if the noise component Ni increases, the noise component N1 also increases, and if the phase or cycle of the noise component Ni changes, the phase and cycle of the noise component N1 change in the same manner.
- the operational amplifier 31 that functions as a differential amplifier
- the components Ni and N1 are canceled out, and the charge signal Qi can be integrated with almost no influence of noise.
- the peak noise components Nip and N1p that are generated instantaneously due to some factor are included in the noise components Ni and N1 at the same timing, and thus are almost canceled by the operational amplifier 31 functioning as a differential amplifier.
- FIG. 5A shows the relationship between the output signal Vout1 obtained from the output terminal of the operational amplifier 31 of the processing circuit 30 and the time t.
- the operational amplifier 31 operates based on the first reference voltage Vr1. Then, the input charge signal Qi is integrated and converted into a voltage, whereby an output signal Vout1 similar to a pressure change is output from the output terminal of the operational amplifier 31. That is, when the charge signal Qi swings to the minus side, the potential of the output terminal of the operational amplifier 31 rises, so that the charging current I1 (see FIG. 3) flows through the charge capacitor C2, and the output signal Vout1 is as shown in the figure. Ascending curve.
- the operational amplifier 31 operates as an integration circuit and integrates and outputs the charge signal Qi having a differential waveform, and therefore the output signal Vout1 is the combustion pressure P (see FIG. 4A) received by the piezoelectric element 21.
- the waveform resembles the pressure change, and the change in the combustion pressure P can be output as a voltage.
- the output signal Vout1 includes the noise component as illustrated. Output as no signal.
- the peak noise components Nip and N1p are instantaneously large noise components, they may not be able to be completely cancelled.
- the output signal Vout1 may be slightly included as the noise component Vn1. However, since the level is much smaller than the signal level, it is hardly a problem.
- FIG. 5B shows an example of a voltage waveform of the output signal Vout2 obtained from the output terminal of the operational amplifier 32 of the processing circuit 30.
- the operational amplifier 32 operates as a non-inverting amplifier circuit using the second reference voltage Vr2 as an operation reference, the output signal Vout2 is in phase with the output signal Vout1, and the amplitude of the output signal Vout1 is a predetermined amplification factor. It becomes the magnitude
- the power supply voltage Vdd 5V, it is desirable to adjust the amplification factor of the operational amplifier 32 so that the output signal Vout2 has an amplitude within 5V.
- the amplified output signal Vout2 also contains almost no noise component. As a result, an output signal with a good S / N ratio can be obtained. Further, as described above, the output signal Vout1 input to the operational amplifier 32 may include a slight noise component Vn1. In this case, the noise component Vn1 is amplified and is included in the output signal Vout2 as the noise component Vn2 as shown in the figure.
- the pressure detection device 10 operates so as to cancel the noise component on the input side of the integration circuit. Therefore, the charge signal Qi that is a detection signal is reduced without being affected by the noise component. It is possible to integrate by error, and it is possible to realize pressure detection with high accuracy.
- the operational amplifier 31 has an inverting input terminal and a non-inverting input terminal. Since the changing noise component is input simultaneously, the noise change can be captured in real time and the noise component can be canceled out dynamically.
- the operational amplifier 32 operates stably and can obtain a highly accurate output signal with little fluctuation in voltage level.
- noise removal can be performed without using a digital device such as a computer, it can be provided as a small and light pressure detection device that is excellent in cost and maintenance.

- the inverting input terminal is directly connected to the output terminal. Therefore, the operational amplifier 36 operates as a voltage follower circuit, and the output of the operational amplifier 32, that is, the output signal Vout2 is output as the output signal Vout3 converted to the low output impedance.
