- 少なくとも二台の産業用ロボットを備え、各産業用ロボットのハンドリング範囲内に複数の処理ユニットを設置し、ロボットアームで被処理ロールを把持して該処理ユニットに順次移送して処理するグラビアシリンダーの全自動製造システムに用いられるモジュール式処理ユニットであり、
相対向して立設せしめられた一対のフレーム部材と、
該被処理ロールを収容して製版処理を行うための第一処理槽モジュールと、
床面に対して水平に設けられた第一梁モジュールと、
該第一梁モジュールに取り付けられ、該被処理ロールを両端から把持して該第一処理槽モジュール内に収容せしめるための一対のチャックコーンを有する第一チャックモジュールと、
を有する第一処理モジュールと、
該被処理ロールを収容して製版処理を行うための第二処理槽モジュールと、
床面に対して水平に設けられた第二梁モジュールと、
該第二梁モジュールに取り付けられ、該被処理ロールを両端から把持して該第二処理槽内に収容せしめるための一対のチャックコーンを有する第二チャックモジュールと、
を有する第二処理モジュールと、
を含み、前記フレーム部材に、少なくとも前記第一処理モジュール及び第二処理モジュールを組み付け、複層階構造の処理ユニットとしてなることを特徴とするモジュール式処理ユニット。 - 前記第一チャックモジュール及び第二チャックモジュールのそれぞれに取り付けられた前記一対のチャックコーンのうち少なくとも一つのチャックコーンが、前記第一梁モジュール及び第二梁モジュールのそれぞれに摺動可能に取り付けられてなり、前記一対のチャックコーンの間隔が接離自在とされてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のモジュール式処理ユニット。
- 前記第一チャックモジュール及び第二チャックモジュールは、前記一対のチャックコーンを支持するフレーム部が、前記第一梁モジュール及び前記第二梁モジュールに直交し、且つ床面に対して水平に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のモジュール式処理ユニット。
- 前記第一チャックモジュール及び第二チャックモジュールのチャックコーンが、スピンドル部を介して回転可能とされてなり、少なくとも前記第一チャックモジュール及び第二チャックモジュールのいずれかのスピンドル部に、通電メタル部材を当接せしめ、前記通電メタル部材に、バスバーを介して電流を通電してなることを特徴とする請求項1~3いずれか1項記載のモジュール式処理ユニット。
- 請求項1~4いずれか1項記載のモジュール式処理ユニットを用いたグラビアシリンダーの全自動製造システムであり、
少なくとも二台の産業用ロボットを備え、少なくともいずれかの産業用ロボットのハンドリング範囲内に複数のモジュール式処理ユニットを設置し、ロボットアームで被処理ロールを把持して該モジュール式処理ユニットに順次移送して処理するようにしたことを特徴とするグラビアシリンダーの全自動製造システム。 - 請求項5記載のグラビアシリンダーの全自動製造システムを用いてグラビアシリンダーを製造することを特徴とするグラビアシリンダーの製造方法。
- 請求項5記載のグラビアシリンダーの全自動製造システムを用いて製造されたことを特徴とするグラビアシリンダー。
