Description

牙间刷 技术领域
本发明涉及一种口腔清洁用工具,特别是用于清洁牙齿间隙的牙间刷。
背景技术
由于年龄增长、病理性等原因,很容易造成牙龈萎缩、牙齿间隙扩大,极易造成食物的残留,如果不能及时清洁,一方面会产生口腔异味,另一方面容易导致各种牙病、口腔疾病,特别是牙周炎的发生。
针对这种情况,目前市场上研制了各种牙间刷,或称齿间刷,供使用者选择。虽然现在市场上存在各种结构、不同规格的产品,但现有产品普遍存在一些缺陷。现有技术的牙间刷分成塑料手柄部分和毛刷工作部分,工作部分的直径通常在0.8mm~1.2mm之间,长度约13mm,采用金属丝缆附着高分子材料纤维的毛刷结构;毛刷工作部分固定在塑料手柄的前端,毛刷工作部分暴露在手柄外。不同位置的牙缝,牙间刷需要从不同的角度进入,而牙间刷工作部分的直径仅1mm左右,且长度达13mm,力的递送性差,使用现有技术的牙间刷,很难对准口腔深部的牙缝,不是金属丝弯曲变形,就是金属丝刺伤牙龈,导致出血,使用起来很不方便。
为防止金属丝对牙龈的刺伤,现有技术的牙间刷也有采用柔软的高分子材料来制造的牙间刷,虽然牙间刷的头部变得柔软,减少了对牙龈的刺伤,但因这种牙间刷强度低,容易发生弯曲变形,很难对准牙缝,并且很难推入牙缝,很难顺利的对牙缝进行清洁。
现有技术的牙间刷在使用过程中普遍存在不容易观察牙缝,对准牙缝困难,牙间刷容易弯曲变形,难以插入牙缝,容易造成牙龈的意外伤害等问题;现有技术的牙间刷在清洁磨牙之间的牙缝时,尤其是在清洁第三磨牙与第二磨牙之间的牙缝、或第二磨牙与第一磨牙之间的牙缝、或第一磨牙与第二前磨牙之间的牙缝时,存在光线暗,不易观察,牙间刷难以进入牙缝、易刺伤牙龈的缺点。而且当没有外部照明时,使用者只能凭感觉进行操作,非常容易刺伤牙龈组织。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种方便观察牙缝,方便牙间刷进入牙缝,力的递送性能好,牙间刷能在牙缝的间隙之间来回运动,方便清洁牙缝,又不会刺伤牙龈的新型牙间刷。
本发明提供的技术方案的核心之一在于:使得牙间刷的工作部分能自动弯曲,方便对 准牙缝;同时要尽可能减少牙间刷的工作部分从递送器出口到进入牙缝之间的距离,这个距离越短,牙间刷的操控性越好。本发明的目的是这样实现的:

B、所述牙间刷1含带纤维或凸起11-1的工作部11和连接体12;所述工作部11设在连接体12的前端;
C、所述牙间刷1安装在所述弯管21-1内,所述牙间刷的工作部11能在弯管21-1内滑动,所述牙间刷的连接体12安装在递送器2的滑动机构22上;所述滑动机构22的运动能驱动所述牙间刷的工作部11在所述弯管21-1内滑动;驱动所述滑动机构22能使所述牙间刷的工作部11从导向头的端部弯管的出口21-2中伸出。
进一步,所述牙间刷1为直线型,采用弹性材料制造。所述直线型牙间刷1在发生弹性变形后能安装在所述弯管21-1内,当所述直线型牙间刷1的工作部11从所述弯管21-1伸出后,所述牙间刷的工作部11又能恢复或基本恢复直线型。
所述弹性材料选自:弹性高分子材料、弹性金属材料。如:采用弹性高分子材料制造牙间刷的工作部11的纤维或凸起11-1,而采用弹性金属材料制造连接体12,通过在金属模具中注塑成型的工艺,将弹性金属材料制造的连接体12与弹性高分子材料制造的纤维或凸起11-1组成一个整体,形成牙间刷1,这样复合结构的牙间刷既保证了牙间刷工作部分11的柔软性,有保持了牙间刷整体的弹性和适度的刚性,具有良好的力的传递性。
所述牙间刷1还含有光滑的导向头11-2,所述光滑的导向头11-2设在所述牙间刷的工作部11的前端。在牙间刷的头部设光滑的导向头11-2可以有效地防止刺伤牙龈。
所述光滑的导向头11-2是圆锥形、或子弹头形等。
所述牙间刷的工作部11的纤维或凸起11-1是螺纹结构形成的凸起、或叶片式的凸起、或纤维状的凸起等。
进一步,所述滑动机构22含牙间刷连接机构22-1及滑块22-2,所述牙间刷连接机构22-1设在滑块22-2上;所述牙间刷的连接体12可拆卸地与所述牙间刷连接机构22-1连接在一起,推拉所述滑块22-2能驱动牙间刷1在所述弯管21-1内进行往复运动,使得所述牙间刷的工作部11从导向头端部的弯管出口21-2中伸出或回收。所述牙间刷1是可以拆卸地安装在递送器2的弯管21-1内,与所述滑动机构22连接在一起,可以方便地更换 牙间刷1。
所述牙间刷1的连接体12与所述滑动机构22的牙间刷连接机构22-1之间的连接方式为凹凸卡配合连接方式、或螺纹连接方式、或过盈配合连接方式等。
所述滑动机构22还含有能推动滑动机构22向前运动的推力弹簧22-2,所述推力弹簧22-2一端与滑动机构22连接,另一端与壳体23连接。所述推力弹簧22-2能给牙间刷施加大小适中、均匀的推力,避免对牙龈的刺伤。
通常,所述推力弹簧22-2施加给牙间刷1的推力小于100g。所述推力弹簧22-2施加给牙间刷1的推力以不伤害牙龈为原则。
本发明之内置式牙间刷由于采用了牙间刷1内置在递送器2的导向头21的弯管21-1内的结构,弹性材料制造的牙间刷1的工作部分11在所述导向头21对准牙缝后,推动递送器2上的滑动机构22来驱动牙间刷1的工作部分11沿着弯管21-1的弧度自动弯曲,对准并进入牙缝,通过来回推拉递送器2滑动机构22上的滑块22-2,使得所述牙间刷的工作部分11在牙缝中来回运动,清洁牙缝。由于递送器1有良好的刚性,在递送器导向头的弯管出口21-2对准牙缝后,推出的牙间刷1的工作部分就直接进入了牙缝,因所述递送器导向头的弯管出口21-2几乎贴近牙缝,距离牙缝很近,牙间刷工作部分11不容易折弯,故大幅度提高了牙间刷1的力的传导性,提高了牙间刷1的操控性,避免了现有技术的牙间刷在清洁磨牙之间的间隙时容易弯折,易伤牙龈的缺点;特别是本发明之内置式牙间刷增加照明系统24和观察系统25后,改善了口腔内的照明条件,可以清晰观察磨牙之间的间隙,直接观察到牙间刷进入牙缝,方便清洁,避免误伤牙龈。
本发明提供的技术方案的核心之二在于:为牙间刷配备相应的照明系统,方便使用者对准牙缝。本发明的目的是这样实现的:
可视牙间刷,所述可视牙间刷含牙间刷1和递送器2:
A、所述牙间刷1含带纤维或凸起11-1的工作部11和连接体12;所述工作部11设在连接体12的前端;
B、所述递送器2含导向头21、壳体23及照明系统24;所述导向头21安装在壳体23的前端,所述照明系统24设在所述导向头21的前端或安装在壳体23内;
C、所述牙间刷1安装在所述递送器2前端的导向头21上。
所述牙间刷1与所述递送器2之间的连接方式为不可拆卸连接或可拆卸连接。上述不可拆卸连接方式可以为整体注塑成型方式、或焊接连接方式、或粘接连接方式等。上述可拆卸连接方式可以为螺纹连接方式、或凹凸卡配合连接方式、或过盈配合连接方式等。
所述照明系统24含光源系统24-1、照明开关24-2、电路系统26及电源系统27。
所述光源系统24-1设在所述递送器2的导向头21的前端,所述电路系统26及电源系统27安装在壳体23内,所述照明开关24-2设在所述壳体23上,所述光源系统24-1通过所述电路系统26与所述电源系统26及照明开关24-2连接在一起。这种照明系统24为光源前置式照明系统。
所述递送器2的导向头21采用导光材料制造,所述导光材料选自:聚苯乙烯,或聚碳酸酯,或聚甲基丙烯酸甲等。目前比较常采用的是聚甲基丙烯酸甲,即常说的亚克力材料制造。
所述光源系统24-1安装在所述递送器2的导向头21的后端,通过导光材料制造的导向头21的光传导作用,将所述光源系统24-1发出的照明光传导到导向头21的前端,起到照明作用;所述电路系统26及电源系统27安装在壳体23内,所述照明开关24-2设所述壳体23上,所述光源系统24-1通过所述电路系统26与所述电源系统27及照明开关24-2连接在一起。这种照明系统24为光源后置式照明系统。所述光源系统24-1可采用LED光源。
所述递送器2前端的导向头21上还设有观察系统25。
所述观察系统25是观察镜25-1,所述观察镜25-1固定在所述递送器2的导向头21的前端,或可调整角度地安装在所述递送器2的导向头21的前端。
进一步,所述观察镜25-1通过球关节连接方式或轴连接方式可调整角度地连接在所述导向头21上。
所述观察系统25是摄像系统25-2,所述摄像系统25-2含摄像头25-2-1、数据处理及输出系统25-2-2、电路系统26及电源系统27。
所述摄像系统25-2的数据处理及输出系统25-2-2输出的视频数据能通过有线连接或无线连接的方式在显示器25-2-3上显示,所述显示器25-2-3包括:智能手机25-2-31、或电脑25-2-32、或液晶显示器25-2-33、或电视25-2-34。
所述摄像头25-2-1设在递送器(2)前端的导向头21上。
所述摄像头25-2-1可调整角度地安装在所述导向头21上。
所述摄像头25-2-1的周边上设有提供照明的光源系统24-1。
所述摄像头25-2-1通过轴连接方式或球关节连接方式可调整角度地连接在所述导向头21上。
进一步,所述递送器2的尾部2-3上设有牙刷3。
所述递送器2的尾部2-3上设有能存储牙间刷1,或牙刷3,或牙膏4的存储间28。所述储物间28内可纳入牙间刷1、或牙刷3、或牙膏4。
本发明之可视牙间刷由于采用了导光材料制造所述递送器2的导向头21,通过所述递送器2的导向头21光传导作用,将安装在所述递送器2的导向头21后端的光源系统24-1发出的照明光传导到所述递送器2的导向头21的端部,可以起到照明作用,大大改善了口腔内的照明条件。尤其是本发明之可视牙间刷上还设计有观察系统,通过所述观察镜25-1或摄像系统25-2,使用过程中,可以直接观察到牙间刷进入牙缝的过程,方便清洁,有效地避免误伤牙龈。

工作时,首先将所述壳体23上可开启的上盖23-1打开,将牙间刷1插入所述导向头弯管21-1内,然后向后推所述牙间刷1,利用所述牙间刷1的连接体12上的定位凸阶12-1,即可将所述牙间刷1固定在递送器2的滑动机构22的牙间刷连接机构22-1上,合上所述上盖23-1,完成所述牙间刷1的安装,参考图8、图8-1和图10。
安装完所述牙间刷1后,向后滑动所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2,使得所述牙间刷1的工作部11回收至所述弯管21-1内。将所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,缓慢向前推动所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2,使所述牙间刷1的工作部11慢慢从所述递送器2的导向头21的弯管21-1中伸出,进入牙间缝隙进行清洁工作。
由于递送器1有良好的刚性,在递送器导向头的弯管出口21-2对准牙缝后,推出的牙间刷1的工作部分就直接进入了牙缝,因所述递送器导向头的弯管出口21-2几乎贴近牙缝,距离牙缝很近,牙间刷工作部分11不容易折弯,故大幅度提高了牙间刷1的力的传导性,提高了牙间刷1的操控性。
此外,由于所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3是一个具有一定强度的光滑的平面,因此,在所述牙间刷1的工作部11进入牙间缝隙时起到受力面的作用,成为受力支点的同时,由于其是光滑的面接触形式,故不会对牙龈造成尖锐的压迫感或者损伤牙龈表面,保证了所述牙间刷1的工作部11能够在受到所述滑块22-2的推动时不会发生偏移的同时兼顾了人体的舒适性。同时,由于所述牙间刷1的工作部11端部的导向头11-2具有光滑的圆锥形曲面,使得所述牙间刷1的工作部11在进入牙间缝隙时不会由于位置的轻微偏移而造成所述工作部11进入牙间缝隙困难或者在进入牙间缝隙时造成周边牙龈的损伤。
由于所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2是可以来回往复运动的机构,因此,在清洁过程中通过来回滑动所述滑块22-2,就可以驱动所述牙间刷1在牙间缝隙内进行来回运动,顺利地完成牙间缝隙的清洁。
实施例2、本发明之含推力弹簧的内置式牙间刷
参考图2和图2-1,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于本实施例中的内置式牙间刷的滑动机构22上还设计有能推动滑动机构22向前运动的推力弹簧22-3。所述推力弹簧22-3一端与所述滑块22-2连接,另一端与壳体23连接。
工作时,将所述牙间刷1的连接体12安装在递送器2的滑动机构22的牙间刷连接机构22-1上后,向后滑动所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2,压缩所述推力弹簧22-3,将所述牙间刷1的工作部11回收至所述弯管21-1内。将所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,松开所述滑块22-2,释放所述推力弹簧22-3,利用所述推力弹簧22-3的推力将所述牙间刷1的工作部11推入需要清洁的牙间缝隙内。
与实施例1相比,本实施例之含推力弹簧的内置式牙间刷使用过程中,通常所述推力弹簧22-3施加给牙间刷1的推力小于100g,给牙间刷施加的推力更加适中、均匀,可以避免由于个体手感的差异造成的对所述牙间刷1的推力差异,更好地避免对牙龈的刺伤。
实施例3、光源前置的本发明之内置式牙间刷
参考图3,本实施例与实施例2的区别在于在本实施例的内置式牙间刷上设计有照明系统24,本实施例的内置式牙间刷上设计的照明系统24是光源前置式的。
所述照明系统24含光源系统24-1、照明开关24-2、电路系统26及电源系统27。
所述光源系统24-1设在所述递送器2的前端2-1的导向头21上,所述电路系统26及电源系统27位于所述推力弹簧22-3的后端,并安装在所述壳体23内,所述照明开关24-2设在所述壳体23上。
所述光源系统24-1选用LED光源。由于LED光源与普通照明光源相比,具有体积小、发光效率高、光源指向性强等特点,尤其是在安全性方面,LED光源有普通光源无法比拟的优势。首先LED光源是低压直流供电,供电电压只需6到24V;其次LED光源中不添加汞,不会对人体造成中毒等伤害;此外更重要的是LED光源是冷光源,不会在工作过程中严重发热,可以安全触摸,不会对人体造成意外的高温烫伤。因此,LED光源在满足照明要求的同时,更兼具了安全性。本实施例中,所述照明系统24的光源系统24-1设在所述递送器的前端2-1的导向头21上,因此,所述光源系统24-1的工作区域为口腔内部,选用LED光源可以满足照明的同时更好地兼顾人体安全性要求。
工作时,将所述牙间刷1的连接体12安装在递送器2的滑动机构22的牙间刷连接机构22-1上,打开所述照明开关24-2,利用所述电路系统26将所述光源系统24-1和所述电源系统27接通,所述光源系统24-1发出需要的照明光。向后滑动所述滑动机构22的 滑块22-2,压缩所述推力弹簧22-3,将所述牙间刷的工作部11回收至所述弯管21-1内。将所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,松开所述滑块22-2,释放所述推力弹簧22-3,利用所述推力弹簧22-3的推力将所述牙间刷1的工作部11推入需要清洁的牙间缝隙内进行清洁。
与实施例2相比,由于在所述递送器的前端2-1的导向头21上设计有照明系统24,通过所述照明系统24的光源系统24-1发出的照明光,使用者可以在整个工作过程中清晰地观察口腔内部的情况,更好地进行定位和清洁,有效地避免由于口腔内光线暗、可视性差而造成的牙龈意外受伤。
实施例4、光源后置式本发明之内置式牙间刷
参考图4,本实施例与实施例3的不同之处在于,本实施例的内置式牙间刷上的照明系统24的光源系统24-1设在所述递送器中部(2-2)的导向头(21)的后端,位于所述推力弹簧22-3的后端,所述电源系统27的前部,通过所述电路系统26与所述照明开关24-2连接在一起。
本实施例中,所述递送器2上的导向头21采用导光材料聚甲基丙烯酸甲,即常说的亚克力材料制造。通过所述导向头21的光传导作用,将所述光源系统24-1发出的照明光传导到所述导向头端部21-3。
所述光源系统24-1选用LED光源。由于LED光源具有比普通光源更优异的光源指向性,可以更好地进行照明光的传导,满足使用过程中的照明要求。
为增加使用时的安全性,所述光源系统24-1、所述电路系统26、所述电源系统27均安装在所述壳体23内,通过所述照明开关24-2连接成一个整体。所述壳体23以螺纹连接的方式与所述导向头21连接在一起,并在螺纹连接处设有密封圈23-4,保证在使用过程中不会由于与水等液体接触后出现漏电等不安全现象,更加安全。
工作时,将所述牙间刷1的连接体12安装在递送器2的滑动机构22的牙间刷连接机构22-1上,打开所述照明开关24-2,让所述光源系统24-1发出需要的照明光,通过所述导向头21的光传导作用,将所述光源系统24-1发出的照明光传导到所述导向头端部21-3。然后向后滑动所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2,压缩所述推力弹簧22-3,将所述牙间刷1的工作部11回收至所述弯管21-1内。将所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,松开所述滑块22-2,释放所述推力弹簧22-3,利用所述推力弹簧22-3的推力将所述牙间刷1的工作部11推入需要清洁的牙间缝隙内进行清洁。
与实施例3相比,因所述照明系统24设计成了一个封闭在所述壳体23内的整体结构, 可用水清洁,更加安全。
实施例5、含观察镜的本发明之内置式牙间刷
参考图5,本实施例与实施例4的不同之处在于,本实施例中的内置式牙间刷还设有观察系统25。所述观察系统25是观察镜25-1,所述观察镜25-1通过球关节或轴连接29的连接方式可调整角度地连接在所述导向头21上。
工作时,将所述牙间刷1的连接体12安装在递送器2的滑动机构22的牙间刷连接机构22-1上,打开所述照明开关24-2,让所述光源系统24-1发出需要的照明光,向后滑动所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2,压缩所述推力弹簧22-3,将所述牙间刷的工作部11回收至所述弯管21-1内。利用所述观察镜25-1的显示作用,观察牙间缝隙的位置后,将所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,松开所述滑块22-2,释放所述推力弹簧22-3,利用所述推力弹簧22-3的推力将所述牙间刷1的工作部11推入需要清洁的牙间缝隙内进行清洁。
与实施例4相比,由于所述导向头21上设计有用于观察的观察镜25-1,在使用过程中,使用者可以通过所述观察镜25-1方便地对口腔内部结构进行观察,特别是可以观察到磨牙之间的牙缝,更好地将所述导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处。
实施例6、含摄像系统的本发明之内置式牙间刷
参考图6,本实施例与实施例5的不同之处在于,本实施例的内置式牙间刷的观察系统是摄像系统25-2。
所述摄像系统25-2含摄像头25-2-1、数据处理及输出系统25-2-2、电路系统26及电源系统27。所述摄像头25-2-1设在所述递送器2前端的导向头21上。
所述摄像系统25-2的数据处理及输出系统25-2-2输出的图像和视频数据能通过有线连接或无线连接的方式在外部显示器25-2-3上显示,所述显示器25-2-3可以选用智能手机25-2-31、或电脑25-2-32、或液晶显示器25-2-33、或电视25-2-34。
工作时,通过所述导向头21传导的所述光源24-1的照明光的照明作用,利用所述摄像系统25-2的摄像头25-2-1对工作过程进行实时拍摄后通过所述数据处理即输出系统25-2-2将拍摄的图像和视频实时传输到外部显示器25-2-3上。使用者可以通过外部显示器25-2-3直接观察清洁过程中的口腔内部结构和所述牙间刷1的工作状态。
本发明这种含摄像系统的内置式牙间刷可以直接将拍摄到的牙缝的视频图像传输到随身携带的智能手机或平板电脑,只需短短的几分钟就可以在可视的状态下,安全、快捷地清洁完牙缝。
实施例7、光源与摄像头均设在递送器导向头上的本发明之内置式牙间刷
参考图7,本实施例与实施例6的不同之处在于,本实施例中的内置式牙间刷,为所述摄像系统25提供照明的光源24-1设于所述摄像头25-1的周边。
与实施例6相比,由于所述光源24-1设于所述摄像头25-1的周边,因此,所述光源24-1可以直接对所述摄像头25-1进行照明,而不需要通过所述导向头21的导光作用将所述后置式光源24-1的照明光传导到摄像头处,减少了光传导过程中的损耗,更好地对所述摄像头25-1进行照明的同时也更加节能。
实施例8、含储物空间的本发明之内置式牙间刷
参考图8至图8-3,本实施例与实施例4的不同之处在于,本实施例中的内置式牙间刷在所述递送器2的尾部2-3上设有存储间28。所述存储间28至少能存储1支牙间刷1,1支牙刷3,和1支牙膏4。由于在所述递送器的尾部2-3上设立了存储间28,所述存储间28能存储牙间刷1,牙刷3,和牙膏4,方便外出时,在饭后及时清洁口腔。
参考图8-1和图8-2,打开所述壳体23上能开启的上盖23-1,将牙间刷1插入递送器2前端的导向头21的弯管21-1内,向后退所述牙间刷1,将所述牙间刷1的连接体12推入所述牙间刷连接机构22-1,利用凹凸卡配合的方式将所述连接体12可拆卸地固定在所述牙间刷连接机构22-1上,再合上所述上盖23-1,即完成了所述牙间刷1的安装过程。
参考图8-2、图8-3,工作时,按下所述照明开关24-2,通过所述电路系统26接通所述光源系统24-1和所述电源系统27,让所述光源系统24-1发出需要的照明光,通过所述导向头21的光传导作用,将所述光源系统24-1发出的照明光传导到所述导向头端部21-3。然后向后滑动所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2,压缩所述推力弹簧22-3,将所述牙间刷的工作部11回收至所述弯管21-1内。将所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,松开所述滑块22-2,释放所述推力弹簧22-3,利用所述推力弹簧22-3的推力将所述牙间刷1的工作部11推入需要清洁的牙间缝隙内进行清洁。
更换所述牙间刷1时,先将所述递送器2前端的上盖23-1打开,向前推所述牙间刷1,将所述牙间刷1的连接体12从所述牙间刷连接机构22-1的凹凸卡配合凹槽内分离,然后将所述牙间刷1从所述导向头弯管21-1内取出,将需要更换的牙间刷1按照上述步骤安装好后合上所述递送器2前端的上盖23-1即可。
所述存储间28以凹凸卡配合的形式与所述壳体23相连接,所述牙刷3以凹凸卡配合的方式可拆卸地固定在所述存储间28内。当需要使用所述存储间28内的牙刷3进行口腔清洁时,将所述存储间28从所述壳体23上分离,取出所述存储间28内的其他备用物,如所述牙间刷1和牙膏4,即可使用所述存储间28内备用的牙刷3进行口腔清洁。清洁完 毕,将取出的牙间刷1或牙膏4重新放置到所述存储间28,推动所述存储间28与所述壳体重新连接即可。
实施例9、递送器尾部设有牙刷的本发明之内置式牙间刷
参考图9至图9-2,本实施例中提供了一种在递送器尾部设有折叠式牙刷的内置式牙间刷。
本发明之内置式牙间刷含牙间刷1、递送器2及牙刷3
所述导向头21通过定位凸阶21-4以凹凸卡配合的方式连接在所述壳体23的定位槽23-3内,参考图9-1。
所述递送器2含后置式照明系统24。所述照明系统24含光源系统24-1、照明开关24-2、电路系统26及电源系统27。所述照明系统24的光源24-1设在所述递送器中部(2-2)的导向头(21)的后端,所述电源系统27的前部,通过所述电路系统26与所述照明开关24-2连接在一起。通过所述导向头21的光传导作用,将所述光源系统24-1发出的照明光传导到所述导向头端部21-3。
所述光源系统24-1、所述电路系统26、所述电源系统27均安装在所述壳体23内,通过所述照明开关24-2连接成一个整体,以螺纹连接的方式与所述导向头21连接在一起,并在螺纹连接处设有密封圈23-4,可以防止水进入照明系统24内,参考图9-2和图9-3。
所述递送器2的尾部2-3处设有所述牙刷3。所述牙刷3通过转轴3-1以可旋转的方式连接在所述壳体23的尾部。
工作时,首先将导向头21从所述壳体23的定位槽23-3内取下,推动所述牙间刷1,使得所述递送器2的牙间刷连接机构22-1的定位凸阶22-1-1卡在所述所述牙间刷1的连接体12上的定位孔12-1内,即完成了所述牙间刷1与滑动机构22之间的连接。再将所述导向头21通过凹凸卡配合的方式重新和所述壳体23连接在一起。
从所述递送器2的尾部向前看,顺时针方向旋转所述壳体23,压迫所述照明开关24-2,即可接通所述照明系统24,让所述光源系统24-1发出需要的照明光。
然后向后滑动所述递送器2的滑块22-2,将所述牙间刷1的工作部11收入所述弯管21-1内。将所述递送器2的导向头端部21-3对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,缓慢向前推动所述滑动机构22的滑块22-2,使所述牙间刷1的工作部11慢慢从所述递送器2的导向头21的弯管21-1中伸出,进入牙间缝隙后来回滑动所述滑块22-2,驱动所述牙间刷1的工作部11在牙间缝隙内来回移动,进行清洁工作。
当需要更换所述牙间刷1时,首先将导向头21从所述壳体23的定位槽23-3内取下,用力分离所述牙间刷1与所述递送器2,即可将所述牙间刷1从所述滑动机构22的前端拔出,可重新装入新的牙间刷1。更换完毕后,将所述牙间刷1安置在所述递送器2的导向 头21的弯管21-1内,再将所述导向头21与所述壳体23重新连接成一个整体。
当需要使用所述牙刷3进行清洁时,将所述牙刷3绕所述转轴3-1旋转,打开所述牙刷3,即可使用。使用完毕后,将所述牙刷3折叠,放回原处。
此外,本发明之内置式牙间刷涉及的牙间刷工作部的纤维或凸起11-1有不同的设计方式,参考图10至图10-2。
在图10中,所述牙间刷1采用弹性材料整体制造,弹性材料可选用钛镍形状记忆合金,或聚氨酯,或低密度聚乙烯,或医用硅胶,或医用橡胶。在本实施例中,所述牙间刷1的纤维或凸起11-1采用螺纹型结构形成的凸起,在所述牙间刷1的前端设有光滑的圆锥体作为导向头11-2,在所述牙间刷1的后端设有与所述递送器2的滑动机构22相连接的定位凸阶12-1。所述牙间刷1与所述滑动机构22之间采用凹凸卡配合方式形成可拆卸的连接。
参考图10-1,所述牙间刷1的纤维或凸起11-1也可以采用叶片式的凸起的结构,与所述递送器2的滑动机构22连接的连接体12上设有定位孔12-2。所述叶片式的凸起11-1设在所述牙间刷1的工作部11上。
参考10-2,所述牙间刷1的纤维或凸起11-1也可以采用用纤维状的凸起的结构,与所述递送器2的滑动机构22连接的连接体12上设有定位孔12-2。所述纤维状的凸起11-1设在所述牙间刷1的工作部11上。
上述实施例涉及的是内置式牙间刷。但其中很多技术特征不局限于内置式牙间刷。譬如说,上述实施例介绍的光源前置和光源后置的照明系统并不局限于内置式牙间刷。下面这组实施例侧重介绍包含不同类型配置的照明系统的可视牙间刷。
实施例10:光源前置的本发明之可视牙间刷
参考图11,本发明之可视牙间刷含牙间刷1、递送器2。
所述牙间刷1含带凸起11-1的工作部11和连接体12,所述连接体12上设有定位凸阶12-1,所述工作部11设在连接体12的前端。
所述牙间刷1采用弹性高分子材料制造牙间刷的工作部11的螺纹结构凸起11-1,采用弹性金属材料制造连接体12,通过在金属模具中注塑成型的工艺,将弹性金属材料制造的连接体12与弹性高分子材料制造的纤维或凸起11-1组成一个整体,形成牙间刷1。
所述递送器2含导向头21、壳体23及照明系统24。
所述导向头21安装在所述壳体23的前端。
所述照明系统24含光源系统24-1、照明开关24-2、电路系统26及电源系统27。

参考图12,本实施例与实施例10的不同之处在于,本实施例的可视牙间刷上的照明系统24的光源系统24-1和图4的实施例类似,它设在所述递送器2的导向头21的后端,所述电源系统27的前部,通过所述电路系统26与所述照明开关24-2连接在一起。
所述递送器2的导向头21采用导光材料制造,本实施例中,所述递送器2的导向头21采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲,即常说的亚克力材料制造。
本实施例的工作方式和图11介绍的实施例10类似。但与实施例10相比,因所述照明系统24设计成了一个封闭在所述壳体23内的整体结构,可用水清洁,更加安全。
实施例12、螺纹连接型本发明之可视牙间刷
参考图13,本实施例与实施例11的区别在于,本实施例的可视牙间刷的牙间刷1的连接体12以螺纹连接的方式连接在所述递送器2的导向头21上。由于所述牙间刷1采取了可拆卸的连接方式连接在所述递送器2上,可以方便所述牙间刷1的更换,大大降低了使用成本。
工作时,首先旋转所述牙间刷1的连接体12,通过所述连接体12上的螺纹将所述牙间刷1固定到所述递送器2的导向头21上。然后打开所述照明开头25-2,利用所述光源系统24-1的照明光的照明作用,将所述牙间刷1的工作部11的端部对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,推动所述牙间刷1的工作部11进入牙间缝隙进行清洁。
需要更换所述牙间刷1时,反向旋转所述牙间刷1的连接体12,将所述牙间刷1从所述递送器2的导向头21上分离,换上新的牙间刷1即可。
实施例13、凹凸卡配合连接型本发明之可视牙间刷
参考图14和图14-1,本实施例与实施例12的区别在于,本实施例的可视牙间刷的牙间刷1与所述递送器2的可拆卸连接方式不同。实施例11中采取的是螺纹连接的方式,而本实施例中采取的是凹凸卡配合的可拆卸连接方式。
工作时,首先将所述牙间刷1的连接体12的连接凸阶12-1置入所述递送器2的导向头21的连接凹槽21-5,转动所述牙间刷1的连接体12,将所述连接体12的连接凸阶12-1卡入所述导向头21的连接凹槽21-5内,固定牢固,即可完成所述牙间刷1的安装。然后打开所述照明开关25-2,利用所述光源系统24-1的照明光的照明作用,将所述牙间刷1的工作部11的端部对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,推动所述牙间刷1的工作部11进入牙间缝隙进行清洁。

实施例14、过盈配合连接型本发明之可视牙间刷
参考图15,本实施例与实施例12和实施例13的不同之处在于,本实施例中采取了过盈配合的可拆卸连接方式来完成所述牙间刷1与所述递送器2之间的连接。

工作时,通过所述光源系统24-1的照明光的照明作用,利用所述摄像系统25-2的摄像头25-2-1对工作过程进行实时拍摄后通过所述数据处理即输出系统25-2-2将拍摄的图像和视频实时传输到外接显示器25-2-3上。使用者可以通过外接显示器25-2-3直接观察清洁过程中的口腔内部结构和所述牙间刷1的工作状态。
实施例17、含储物空间的本发明之可视牙间刷
参考图18,本实施例与实施例13的不同在于,本实施例中的可视牙间刷在所述递送器2的尾部2-3上设有存储间28。所述存储间28至少能存储1支牙间刷1,1支牙刷3,和1支牙膏4。由于在所述递送器2的尾部上设立了存储间28,所述存储间28能存储牙间刷1,牙刷3,和牙膏4,方便外出时,在饭后及时清洁口腔。
工作时,按下所述照明开关24-2,通过所述电路系统26接通所述光源系统24-1和所述电源系统27,让所述光源系统24-1发出需要的照明光。将所述牙间刷1的工作部11的端部对准需要清洁的牙间缝隙处,推动所述牙间刷1的工作部11进入牙间缝隙进行清洁。
应该注意,本文中公开和说明的结构可以用其它效果相同的结构代替,同时本发明所介绍的实施例并非实现本发明的唯一结构。虽然本发明的优先实施例已在本文中予以介绍和说明,但本领域内的技术人员都清楚知道这些实施例不过是举例说明而己,本领域内的技术人员可以做出无数的变化、改进和代替,而不会脱离本发明,因此,应按照本发明所附的权利要求书的精神和范围来的界定本发明的保护范围。

Claims (46)

  1. 内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述内置式牙间刷含牙间刷(1)和递送器(2),所述牙间刷(1)可运动地内置在递送器(2)前端的弯管(21-1)内;
    A、所述递送器(2)含导向头(21)、滑动机构(22)、及壳体(23);所述导向头(21)设在所述递送器(2)的前端(2-1)上;所述导向头(21)内含弯管(21-1),所述弯管(21-1)的出口(21-2)设在所述导向头(21)的端部(21-3);
    B、所述牙间刷(1)含带纤维或凸起(11-1)的工作部(11)和连接体(12);所述工作部(11)设在连接体(12)的前端;
    C、所述牙间刷(1)安装在所述弯管(21-1)内,所述牙间刷(1)的工作部(11)能在弯管(21-1)内滑动,所述牙间刷(1)的连接体(12)安装在递送器(2)的滑动机构(22)上;所述滑动机构(22)的运动能驱动所述牙间刷(1)的工作部(11)在所述弯管(21-1)内滑动;驱动所述滑动机构(22)能使所述牙间刷(1)的工作部(11)从导向头的端部弯管的出口(21-2)中伸出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述牙间刷(1)为直线型,采用弹性材料制造;所述直线型牙间刷(1)在发生弹性变形后能安装在所述弯管(21-1)内,当所述直线型牙间刷(1)的工作部(11)从所述弯管(21-1)伸出后,所述牙间刷(1)的工作部(11)又能恢复或基本恢复直线型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述弹性材料选自:弹性高分子材料、或弹性金属材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述牙间刷(1)还含有光滑的导向头(11-2),所述光滑的导向头(11-2)设在所述牙间刷的工作部(11)的前端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:光滑的导向头(11-2)是圆锥形、或子弹头形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述牙间刷的工作部(11)的纤维或凸起(11-1)的结构选自:螺纹结构形成的凸起、或叶片式的凸起、或纤维状的凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述滑动机构(22)含牙间刷连接机构(22-1)及滑块(22-2),所述牙间刷连接机构(22-1)设在滑块(22-2)上;所述牙间刷的连接体(12)可拆卸地与所述牙间刷连接机构(22-1)连接在一起,推拉所述滑块(22-2)能驱动牙间刷(1)在所述弯管(21-1)内进行往复运动,使得所述牙间刷的 工作部(11)从导向头端部的弯管出口(21-2)中伸出或回收。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述牙间刷(1)的连接体(12)与所述滑动机构(22)的牙间刷连接机构(22-1)之间的连接方式为凹凸卡配合连接方式、或螺纹连接方式、或过盈配合连接方式。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述滑动机构(22)还含有能推动滑动机构(22)向前运动的推力弹簧(22-3),所述推力弹簧(22-3)一端与滑动机构(22)连接,另一端与壳体(23)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述推力弹簧22-2施加给牙间刷1的推力小于100g。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述递送器(2)还含有照明系统(24)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述照明系统(24)含光源系统(24-1)、照明开关(24-2)、电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述光源系统(24-1)设在所述递送器的前端(2-1)的导向头(21)上,所述电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)安装在壳体(23)内,所述照明开关(24-2)设在所述壳体(23)上,所述光源系统(24-1)通过所述电路系统(26)与所述电源系统(26)及照明开关(24-2)连接在一起。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述导向头(21)采用导光材料制造。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述导向头(21)采用的导光材料选自:聚苯乙烯,或聚碳酸酯,或聚甲基丙烯酸甲。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述光源系统(24-1)安装在位于递送器中部(2-2)的导向头(21)的后端,通过导光材料制造的导向头(21)的光传导作用,将所述光源系统(24-1)发出的照明光传导到导向头(21)上,起到照明作用;所述电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)安装在壳体(23)内,所述照明开关(24-2)设所述壳体(23)上,所述光源系统(24-1)通过所述电路系统(26)与所述电源系统(27)及照明开关(24-2)连接在一起。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述光源系统(24-1)是LED光源。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述递送器(2)还含有观察系统(25)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述观察系统(25)是镜子(25-1),所述镜子(25-1)设在递送器(2)前端的导向头(21)上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述镜子(25-1)可调整角度地连接在所述导向头(21)上。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述镜子(25-1)通过轴连接方式或球关节连接方式可调整角度地连接在所述导向头(21)上。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述观察系统(25)是摄像系统(25-2)。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像系统(25-2)含摄像头(25-2-1)、数据处理及输出系统(25-2-2)、电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像系统(25-2)的数据处理及输出系统(25-2-2)输出的视频数据能通过有线连接或无线连接的方式在显示器(25-2-3)上显示,所述显示器(25-2-3)包括:智能手机(25-2-31)、或电脑(25-2-32)、或液晶显示器(25-2-33)、或电视(25-2-34)。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像头(25-2-1)设在递送器(2)前端的导向头(21)上。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像头(25-2-1)可调整角度地安装在所述导向头(21)上。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像头(25-2-1)通过轴连接方式或球关节连接方式可调整角度地连接在所述导向头(21)上。
  28. 根据权利要求23所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像头(25-2-1)的周边上设有提供照明的光源系统(24-1)。
  29. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述递送器(2)的尾部(2-3)上设有能存储牙间刷(1),或牙刷(3),或牙膏(4)的存储间(28)。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述储存在存储间(28)的牙刷(3)能可拆卸地安装在所述递送器(2)的前端(2-1)上。
  31. 根据权利要求1所述内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述递送器(2)的尾部(2-3)上设有牙刷(3)。
  32. 可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述可视牙间刷含牙间刷(1)和递送器(2),
    A、所述牙间刷(1)含带纤维或凸起(11-1)的工作部(11)和连接体(12);所述 工作部(11)设在连接体(12)的前端;
    B、所述递送器(2)含导向头(21)、壳体(23)及照明系统(24);所述导向头(21)安装在壳体(23)的前端,所述照明系统(24)设在所述导向头(21)的前端或安装在壳体(23)内;
    C、所述牙间刷(1)安装在所述递送器(2)的导向头(21)的前端。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述牙间刷(1)采用弹性材料制造,所述弹性材料选自:弹性高分子材料、或弹性金属材料。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述牙间刷(1)与所述递送器(2)之间的连接方式为不可拆卸连接或可拆卸连接。
  35. 根据权利要求32所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述照明系统(24)含光源系统(24-1)、照明开关(24-2)、电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述光源系统(24-1)设在所述递送器(2)的导向头(21)的前端,所述电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)安装在壳体(23)内,所述照明开关(24-2)设在所述壳体(23)上,所述光源系统(24-1)通过所述电路系统(26)与所述电源系统(26)及照明开关(24-2)连接在一起。
  37. 根据权利要求32所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述递送器(2)的导向头(21)采用导光材料制造,所述导光材料选自:聚苯乙烯,或聚碳酸酯,或聚甲基丙烯酸甲。
  38. 根据权利要求35所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述光源系统(24-1)安装在所述递送器(2)的导向头(21)的后端,通过导光材料制造的导向头(21)的光传导作用,将所述光源系统(24-1)发出的照明光传导到导向头(21)的前端,起到照明作用;所述电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)安装在壳体(23)内,所述照明开关(24-2)设所述壳体(23)上,所述光源系统(24-1)通过所述电路系统(26)与所述电源系统(27)及照明开关(24-2)连接在一起。
  39. 根据权利要求32所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述递送器(2)前端的导向头(21)上还设有观察系统(25)。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述观察系统(25)是观察镜(25-1),所述观察镜(25-1)固定在所述递送器(2)的导向头(21)的前端,或可调整 角度地安装在所述递送器(2)的导向头(21)的前端。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述观察镜(25-1)通过球关节连接方式或轴连接方式可调整角度地连接在所述导向头(21)上。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述观察系统(25)是摄像系统(25-2),所述摄像系统(25-2)含摄像头(25-2-1)、数据处理及输出系统(25-2-2)、电路系统(26)及电源系统(27)。
  43. 根据权利要求41所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像系统(25-2)的数据处理及输出系统(25-2-2)输出的视频数据能通过有线连接或无线连接的方式在显示器(25-2-3)上显示,所述显示器(25-2-3)包括:智能手机(25-2-31)、或电脑(25-2-32)、或液晶显示器(25-2-33)、或电视(25-2-34)。
  44. 根据权利要求41所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述摄像头(25-2-1)的周边上设有提供照明的光源系统(24-1)。
  45. 根据权利要求32所述可视牙间刷,其特征在于:所述递送器(2)的尾部设有牙刷(3)。
