背景技术 目前,国内外高铁都是用于客运,很少用于货运,更没有将高铁用于机动车高速运输的先例。全世界的高铁仅仅用于客运,导致高铁大量的运能被闲置,大部分的高铁都处于亏损状态,尤其是城际高铁,大部分城际高铁客车乘客满座率不足50%。另一方面,高速公路上的机动车车满为患,尤其是大城市中的车辆拥堵更为严重。
随着经济的快速发展,轿车的拥有量不断攀升,造成大城市或特大城市中的机动车交通拥堵日益严重;大城市或特大城市中的机动车交通拥堵的另一方面就是机动车尾气的排放造成空气污染,有专家指出,在城市雾霾中,机动车尾气的贡献率不低于20%。
在现有技术条件下,城市堵车问题被称作城市的″哥德巴赫猜想″,随着社会经济的快速发展,轿车的拥有量不断攀升,造成大城市或特大城市中的轿车交通拥堵日益严重,在全世界的大城市或特大城市中,没有一个城市不出现车辆拥堵的,城市越发达越堵车,将来所有的城市都会堵车,几乎看不到尽头。城市交通拥堵成了世界难题。
早在1933年8月国际现代建筑协会第4次会议通过的关于城市规划的理论和方法的《雅典宪章》就提出:现有城市的街道系统多为旧时代的遗产,街道狭窄,交叉路口多,各条街道多未能按照不同的功能加以区分,所以不能适应现代交通工具和交通量的需要。
《雅典宪章》认为用加宽原有街道、限制交通或其他办法是不能有效地解决现代交通问题的。唯有实施新的城市规划,设计一个新的街道系统,以解决汽车交通发展的需要。
如果能充分利用干线高铁网络、城际高铁网络的闲置运能,并在大城市或特大城市中创建市内高铁网络,让国家干线高铁网络、城际高铁网络、特大城市高铁网络高效高速运送轿车,就可以实现机动车的节能、环保、快速、高效运行。毫无疑问,机动车的节能、环保、快速、高效运行模式将成为一张耀眼的世界名片。
要实现上述目标,需要解决下述难题:一、高速运送轿车的双层高速列车;二、在高速列车上智能快速锁紧轿车的装置和方法;三、高速运送轿车的轿车运输高铁站台;四、破解城市交通拥堵世界难题的城市轿车高铁快运系统;就成为突破利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术的关键。

  12. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它包括一种列车使用的自动锁定固紧轿车的方法,其特征在于,它是借助使用权利要求11所述的自动锁定固紧轿车的装置实现在列车上锁定固紧轿车的方法,该方法的具体步骤为:(1)、升降杆底座、升降杆呈水平状态隐没在轿车承载平台下方,轿车驶上轿车承载平台,轿车车轮止滑挡板自动升起挡住轿车前轮,轿车驾驶员拉起手刹;(2)、自动化控制系统启动动力及传动装置,动力及传动装置带动主动齿轮、从动齿轮、升降杆底座、升降杆、锁紧钩向轿车底部锁定用横杆相向运动;(3)、当升降杆底座、升降杆、锁紧钩接触到轿车底部锁定用横杆时,自动化控制系统关闭动力及传动装置,此时主动齿轮、从动齿轮、升降杆底座、升降杆、锁紧钩停止向轿车底部锁定用横杆的相向运动;(4)、自动化控制系统启动液压装置指令轿车前、后轮2组共4对升降杆、锁紧钩做向下运动,4对升降杆、锁紧钩拉紧位于轿车前、后轮的2根轿车底部锁定用横杆;(5)、当升降杆、锁紧钩做向下运动达到一定张力时,停止向下运动,自动化控制系统通过液压装置锁定升降杆、锁紧钩,轿车被锁定固紧在轿车承载平台上;(6)、当列车到站,轿车要驶出列车,需要解除列车对轿车的锁定固紧时,自动锁定固紧轿车的装置 只需要启动与上述相反的步骤即可。
  13. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它包括一种高速运送轿车的轿车运输高铁站台,它是一种使轿车能快速驶离和登上火车或高速运送轿车的高速列车的轿车运输高铁站台,其特征在于,所述的高速运送轿车的轿车运输高铁站台包括轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台;所述的轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台分别设置在同一条铁路的两侧,也就是说所述的轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台分别设置在同一辆火车或高速运送轿车的高速列车的两侧;所述的轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台还包括轿车直行进站区、轿车原地转向站台。
  14. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它包括一种高速运送轿车的轿车运输高铁站台,它是一种使轿车能快速驶离和登上火车或高速运送轿车的高速列车的轿车运输高铁站台,其特征在于,所述的高速运送轿车的轿车运输高铁站台包括双层轿车运输高铁站台,所述的高速运送轿车的双层轿车运输高铁站台中的每一层轿车运输高铁站台包括轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台;所述的轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台分别设置在同一条铁路的两侧,也就是说所述的轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台分别设置在同一辆火车或高速运送轿车的高速列车的两侧;所述的双层轿车进站站台、双层轿车出站站台还包括轿车直行进站区、轿车原地转向站台。
  15. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它包括一种列车站台使用的机动车原地转向装置,其特征在于,它主要包括主动齿轮、从动齿轮、动力及传动装置、自动化控制系统、主动齿轮轴、从动齿轮轴、从动齿轮承载底座、从动齿轮轴承载滑动轴承、从动齿轮承载滚动轴承、机动车承载平台,所述的主动齿轮和从动齿轮相啮合,所述的从动齿轮呈水平状态设置在从动齿轮承载底座之上,所述的从动齿轮轴下端与从动齿轮承载底座之间设置有从动齿轮轴承载滑动轴承,所述的从动齿轮与从动齿轮承载底座之间设置有从动齿轮承载滚动轴承,所述的从动齿轮的上面设置有机动车承载平台,所述的主动齿轮由动力及传动装置驱动,所述的动力及传动装置接受自动化控制系统发出的指令完成原地转向的动作,所述的机动车承载平台依托主动齿轮、从动齿轮、动力及传动装置、自动化控制系统相对于站台可以在适当范围内做水平原地转向运动,所述的机动车包括机动车、货车、坦克、大炮、装甲车。
  16. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它包括一种列车站台使用的机动车原地转向的方法,其特征在于,它是借助使用权利要求15所述的一种列车站台使用的机动车原地转向装置实现机动车在列车站台上原地转向的方法,该方法的具体步骤为:(1)、机动车驶上机动车承载平台停稳,自动化控制系统启动动力及传动装置,动力及传动装置驱动主动齿轮、从动齿轮带动机动车承载平台做水平原地转向运动;(2)、当机动车承载平台相对于站台做水平原地转向运动至适当位置时,机动车承载平台停止水平原地转向运动,机动车驶离机动车承载平台,机动车登上列车;(3)、当机动车从列车下车后要驶离站台时,机动车原地转向装置从事的步骤正好与上述第(1)项和第(2)项的步骤相反。
  17. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它包括一种快速装卸轿车的简易高铁站台,它是一种使轿车能快速驶离和登上高速列车的简易高铁站台,其特征在于,所述的快速装卸轿车的简易高铁站台是单层或双层简易高铁站台,所述的快速装卸轿车的单层或双层简易高铁站台中的每一层简易高铁站台包括轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台;所述的轿车进站站台、轿车出站站台分别设置在同一条铁路或同一辆高速列车的两侧;所述的轿车进站站台包括轿车自由行驶进站区;所述的轿车出站站台包括轿车自由行驶出站区。
  18. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它包括一种破解城市交通拥堵世界难题的轿车高铁快运系统,其特征在于,所述的轿车高铁快运系统包括纵横立体互交型来往双向行驶的轿车高铁快运系统,所述的纵横立体互交型来往双向行驶的轿车高铁快运系统包括轿车直接转乘模式或轿车间接转乘模式,所述的轿车直接转乘模式,就是轿车从一个方向上的列车下车后无需驶向地面而是借助轿车转乘专用道直接转乘到另一个方向的列车上;所述的轿车间接转乘模式,就是轿车从一个方向上的列车下车后无需借助轿车转乘专用道,轿车需要驶向地面,在地面行驶一段距离后再驶向另一个方向的列车上。
  19. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,它还包括轿车高铁快运专属信息集成与控制系统,其特征在于,所述的轿车高铁快运专属信息集成与控制系统包括对如下的各类信息进行综合集成与控制,如下各类信息包括:高速列车各个轿车停泊车位上的轿车存量信息、轿车进站站台的轿车存量信息、轿车进站派号提醒信息、轿车进站与出站信息、轿车进站站台和轿车出站站台上的轿车原地转向信息、轿车驶上高速列车与驶下高速列车信息、轿车在高速列车上固定绑定信息、轿车在站台和高速列车上的音频与视频全程监控信息、轿车的付费结算信息、轿车与高速列车的火警信息。
  20. 利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术,其特征在于,利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术可以使轿车在两、三分钟内同时快速完成驶离或登上高速运送轿车的高速列车并使轿车被快速固定锁紧在高速列车上,因而,利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术特别适合在以下三种高铁运营网络中使用:1、国家干线高铁网络,用于远程或超远程高速铁路运送轿车;2、各省会城市与周边城市之间的城际高铁网络,用于城际高速铁路运送轿车;3、在大城市或超大城市创建城市高铁网络,用于城内高速铁路运送轿车,以减少城市车辆拥堵和减少雾霾;
    快捷便利,本发明的利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术可以使轿车在上下火车或高速运送轿车的高速列车时能像旅客上下客运列车时那样快捷和方便,该装置和方法可以利用高速铁路集约、快速地运送轿车,通常情况下,开轿车从周边城市到省城办事,轿车跑完100KM高速公路+40KM城区路段约需两个小时,若改由轿车搭乘高速铁路跑完同样里程只须30分钟;
    目前,全世界的高铁仅仅用于客运,致使高铁大量的运能被闲置,本发明的利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术投入运营可以充分挖掘高铁闲置的运能,使高铁扭亏为盈;
    高效节能减排,高速列车的火车头向前运动是靠动力使火车头的轮子转动,轮子转动与道轨之间产生 的是滑动摩擦;满载轿车的高速列车车体的轮子也在道轨上滚动,它们之间是滚动摩擦;在相同质量情况下,滑动摩擦力要比滚动摩擦力大40倍到60倍,如果将一辆满载300辆轿车的高速列车所消耗的能源的量以及污染物排放量与300辆轿车同时在公路上行驶所消耗能源的总量以及污染物排放总量相比较,按最保守的估计,前者仅为后者的1/10;
    高铁使用的是电能,电能是洁净能源,而且电能可以通过水力发电、风力发电、太阳能发电、核能发电多种途径获得;轿车多是使用石油或天然气不可再生的能源,而且会排出大量的汽车尾气,因而,本发明的利用高速铁路高速运送轿车的技术还是一项重大的绿色环保技术。
