实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟采用位于吸烟端的第一充电电极与第二充电电极的结构,在对所述电子烟进行充电时,只需将第一充电电极与第二充电电极与外接的充电器连接即可,从而节省了充电操作的时间;其次,由于充电操作时不需要将电子烟本体分离,给用户的使用带来了诸多方便,而且能够提高电子烟的使用寿命;再者,所述电子烟采用一端为吸烟端,远离吸烟端的一端设置有储油器的结构,由于储油器距离吸烟端较远,用户使用电子烟时,能够有效地避免用户吸食到烟液而带来不好的体验。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中的电子烟充电操作费时费力,且容易影响电子烟的使用寿命的问题,本发明的主要改进点在于第一充电电极与第二充电电极设置在吸烟端,在对所述电子烟进行充电时只需将第一充电电极与第二充电电极与外接的充电器连接即可,其充电操作简便,能够节省充电操作的时间,而且充电操作时不需要将电子烟本体分离,从而能够提高电子烟的使用寿命,既而解决了现有技术中电子烟充电时操作费时费力,且容易影响电子烟的使用寿命的问题。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1以及图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟,其包括电子烟本体1、储油器2、吸嘴3、第一充电电极4、第二充电电极5以及绝缘件6。
电子烟本体1的一端为吸烟端,该吸烟端安装有吸嘴3。电子烟本体1远离吸烟端的一端设置有储油器2,吸烟端与储油器2之间设置有具有电池112的电池组件11。第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5用于供电池112充电时使用,且第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5位于吸烟端。在对所述电子烟进行充电时,只需将第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5与外接的充电器(未图示)连接即可,从而能够节省充电操作的时间。其次,由于充电操作时不需要将电子烟本体1分离,给用户的使用带来了诸多方便,而且能够提高电子烟的使用寿命。再者,由于电子烟本体1的一端为吸烟端,远离吸烟端的一端设置有容纳烟液的储油器2,使得储油器2距离吸烟端较远,用户使用电子烟时,能够有效地避免用户吸食到烟液而带来不好的体验。
如图1以及图2所示,具体地,电子烟本体1包括电池组件11、雾化组件12以及控制模块13。
其中,电池组件11用于为雾化组件12供电,以使得雾化组件12工作时产生供用户吸食的烟雾。吸烟端及雾化组件12分别位于该电池组件11的两端,且该电池组件11包括电池套管111以及电池112。电池套管111大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其与雾化组件12的外径相同,雾化组件12连接在该电池套管111上时,两者形成一平整的外表面,以增强所述电子烟的整体性。本实施例中,该电池套管111与雾化组件12两者通过螺纹连接,电池套管111中设置有内螺纹,雾化组件12中设置有与该内螺纹旋合连接的外螺纹。在本发明的其它实施例中,电池套管111与雾化组件12亦可以采用卡扣或磁性连接的方式以实现两者的可拆卸连接。电池112用于为雾化组件12供电,其安装在电池套管111的内部,且该电池112的两个电极分别与第一充电电极4以及第二充电电极5电连接。电池组件11内部还设置有用于供烟雾流通的通道。
雾化组件12用于雾化储存在储油器2中的烟液。该雾化组件12为现有技术中常见的用于雾化烟液的结构,其通常包括储油件(未图示)、导油绳(未图示)以及发热丝(未图示)等结构。雾化组件12的一端可拆卸地连接在储油器2上,雾化组件12的另一端可拆卸地连接在电池套管111上。雾化组件12与电池组件11同轴设置,且雾化组件12位于电池组件11与储油器2之间,也即雾化组件12离吸烟端的位置较远,而用户采用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,由于雾化组件12的位置距离用户口腔的位置较远,即可使得雾化组件12雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效地提升了所述电子烟的使用安全。而且,用户吸烟过程中会自然地夹持电池组件11进行吸烟,而无需夹持发热的雾化组件12,使得用户在使用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效地模拟了真实的香烟的温度,进而提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。本实施例中,为了模仿香烟,所述电子烟的长度与真实的香烟的长度相当,且为了减少充电频率以及增加电池组件11的使用寿命,电池组件11的长度至少可占电子烟整体长度的一半以上。用户使用本实施例提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,会自然地夹持在所述电子烟本体的中上部靠近吸烟端的位置,也即夹持在电池组件11所在的位置,由于储油器2设置在电子烟本体1远离吸嘴3的一端,因此储油器2通常不受到外力的夹持,使得储油器2向雾化组件12输出均衡的烟液量,从而有效的保障了产生的烟雾的稳定性。
如图2所示,控制模块13用于控制电池组件11为雾化组件12供电。该控制模块13具有气流传感器(未标号)。当用户使用电子烟时,气流传感器能够感应电子烟中气流的变化,以控制电池组件11与雾化组件12通电,从而驱动雾化组件12工作。
如图1以及图2所示,储油器2用于储存烟液。本实施例中,储油器2为一个,其大致为瓶状结构,也即该储油器2一端开口,以供雾化组件12中的储油件插入。优选地,该储油器2为透明容器,便于观察储油器2内的烟液的使用情况。较佳地,该储油器2为玻璃瓶,且该由玻璃制成的储油器2的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用户估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长,方便用户使用。本实施例中,储油器2靠近雾化组件12的一端的外周壁上设置有外螺纹,其与雾化组件12螺纹连接,其密封性能较好,进而有效地避免该储油器2中的烟液漏出。再者,由于储油器2与雾化组件12采用可拆卸连接的结构,从而方便用户添加烟液或者更换储油器2。为了提高储油器2与雾化组件12之间的密封性能,储油器2与雾化组件12之间还安装有密封垫圈(未图示)。
如图1以及图2所示,吸嘴3可拆卸地连接在电子烟本体1的吸烟端,也即吸嘴3可拆卸地连接在电池套管111上,采用此结构方便用户拆卸吸嘴3进行清洗。在本发明的其它实施例中,该吸嘴3与电池套管111亦可以采用一体成型的结构。吸嘴3具有用于供烟雾流通的第一通孔31,该第一通孔31与雾化组件12中的供烟雾流通的通道相连通,也即雾化组件12工作时产生的烟雾通过该第一通孔31排出。
如图2并参阅图3所示,第一充电电极4为设置在第一通孔31的内壁上的内螺纹,第二充电电极5为位于第一通孔31内部的充电柱,且第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5分别与电池112的两个电极(未标号)连接。本实施例中,第一通孔31的内壁采用导电材料制成。绝缘件6用于实现第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5之间的电性绝缘,该绝缘件6大致为圆柱状结构,其固定安装在第一通孔31的内壁上,充电柱贯穿安装在该绝缘件6上。当所述电子烟与外接的充电器连接时,第一充电电极4与充电器的一个电极连接,第二充电电极5与充电器的另一个电极抵接。充电时,第一充电电极4与充电器采用螺纹连接,该连接方式较为稳固牢靠,使得所述电子烟充电操作时稳定性能较好。充电柱大致为圆柱状结构,其轴向开设有供烟雾流通的第二通孔51,该第二通孔51与吸嘴3中的第一通孔31相连通,雾化组件12工作时产生的烟雾流经该第二通孔51。在本发明的其它实施例中,第二充电电极5亦可以采用导电弹片的结构。充电操作时,第二充电电极5与充电器中的一个电极弹性抵接,使得电子烟与充电器的连接更加稳固牢靠。
综上所述,使用如上实施例提供的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
(1)所述电子烟采用位于吸烟端的第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5的结构,在对所述电子烟进行充电时,只需将第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5与外接的充电器连接即可,从而节省了充电操作的时间;再者,由于充电操作时不需要将电子烟本体1分离,给用户的使用带来了诸多方便,而且能够提高电子烟的使用寿命。
(2)由于储油器2设置在电子烟本体1远离吸嘴3的一端,因此储油器2通常不受到外力的夹持,使得储油器2向雾化组件12输出均衡的烟液量,从而有效的保障了产生的烟雾的稳定性。
(3)由于雾化组件12位于吸嘴端与储油器2之间,雾化组件12工作时产生的烟雾不经过储油器2,使得经过雾化组件12雾化的烟雾无需经过储油器2即可流向吸烟端,从而使得烟雾不会在储油器2的作用下冷凝,进而不会阻塞所述电子烟内的烟雾流通的通道。再者,由于所述电子烟中的气流通道不经过储油器2,从而能够防止烟液渗透至气流通道中,有效地避免所述电子烟产生漏液现象。
(4)所述电子烟采用雾化组件12位于电池组件11与储油器2之间的结构,使得雾化组件12离吸烟端的位置较远,使用电子烟时,雾化组件12的位置距离用户口腔的位置较远,即可使得雾化组件12雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效地提升了所述电子烟的使用安全。而且,使用电子烟时,用户而无需夹持发热的雾化组件12,使得用户在使用所述电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效地模拟了真实的香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
(5)所述电子烟中的雾化组件12可拆卸在连接在电池组件11上,当雾化组件12损坏时,方便用户对该雾化组件12进行更换。
(6)所述电子烟中的储油器2可拆卸在连接在雾化组件12上,从而方便用户添加烟液或者更换该储油器2。
(7)所述电子烟中的吸嘴3可拆卸地连接在电子烟本体1的吸烟端,从而方便用户拆卸该吸嘴3进行清洗。
如图4所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于吸嘴3、第一充电电极4以及第二充电电极5的结构,且所述电子烟省略了绝缘件6的结构。
如图5并参阅图4所示,本实施例中,吸嘴3具有用于供烟雾流通的第一通孔31,该第一通孔31的内壁设置有安装部32,该安装部32大致为圆柱状结构,其径向设置在第一通孔31的内壁上。第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5分别安装在安装部32上。安装部32上开设有供烟雾流通的第三通孔321,第三通孔321与吸嘴3中的第一通孔31相连通,也即雾化组件12工作时产生的烟雾流经该第三通孔321。本实施例中,第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5均为贯穿安装部32设置的电极柱。该电极柱大致为圆柱状结构,且两个电极柱的结构相同,第三通孔321位于两个电极柱之间。在本发明的其它实施例中,两个电极柱亦可以采用不同的结构,且第三通孔321与两个电极柱的位置关系亦可以有其它选择,如第三通孔321与两个电极柱呈三角形分布等。当所述电子烟与外接的充电器连接时,两个电极柱分别与充电器的两个电极连接,以实现充电连接。
如图6以及图7所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三提供一种电子烟,其与实施例之二所不同之处在于所述电子烟还设置有防尘壳7。本实施例中,防尘壳7可拆卸在套装在吸嘴3上。当所述电子烟处于未使用状态时,防尘壳7套装在吸嘴3上,能够起到防尘作用,有效地避免因吸嘴3沾染灰尘等杂质而带来卫生等问题。
具体地,如图7并参阅图6所示,防尘壳7包括壳体71、USB插头72以及密封盖73。壳体71大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其可拆卸地套装在吸嘴3上。本实施例中,壳体71与吸嘴3采用卡扣连接以实现两者之间的可拆卸连接。USB插头72安装在壳体71内,防尘壳7安装在吸嘴3上时,该USB插头72分别与第一充电电极4以及第二充电电极5连接。防尘壳7套装在吸嘴3上时,第一充电电极4与第二充电电极5分别与USB插头72连接。该USB插头72为现有技术中常见的USB插头结构,其可用于插装在电脑等终端的USB插座中,从而对所述电子烟进行充电。密封盖73大致为圆柱状结构,其与壳体71的外形相适配,该密封盖73可拆卸地安装在壳体71远离储油器2的一端,以起到防尘作用。该实施例中,密封盖73采用卡扣连接的方式连接在壳体71上,其结构简单,拆卸组装简便。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体(1);其特征在于:所述电子烟本体(1)的一端为吸烟端,所述电子烟本体(1)远离所述吸烟端的一端设置有用于容纳烟液的储油器(2);所述吸烟端与所述储油器(2)之间设置有具有电池(112)的电池组件(11);所述电子烟还包括位于所述吸烟端并用于供所述电池(112)充电时使用的第一充电电极(4)与第二充电电极(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸烟端可拆卸地连接有吸嘴(3);所述第一充电电极(4)与所述第二充电电极(5)分别安装在所述吸嘴(3)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴(3)具有用于供烟雾流通的第一通孔(31);所述第一充电电极(4)为设置在所述第一通孔(31)的内壁上的内螺纹,所述第二充电电极(5)为位于所述第一通孔(31)内部的充电柱。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括套设在所述充电柱上的绝缘件(6);所述绝缘件(6)固定安装在所述第一通孔(31)的内壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述充电柱开设有供烟雾流通的第二通孔(51);所述第二通孔(51)与所述第一通孔(31)相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴(3)具有用于供烟雾流通的第一通孔(31);所述第一通孔(31)的内壁设置有安装部(32);所述第一充电电极(4)与所述第二充电电极(5)分别安装在所述安装部(32)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一充电电极(4)与所述第二充电电极(5)均为贯穿所述安装部(32)设置的电极柱;所述安装部(32)开设有供烟雾流通的第三通孔(321);所述第三通孔(321)与所述第一通孔(31)相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第三通孔(321)位于两个所述电极柱之间。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括可拆卸地套装在所述吸嘴(3)上的防尘壳(7)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述防尘壳(7)包括可拆卸地套装在所述吸嘴(3)上的壳体(71),以及安装在所述壳体(71)上的USB插头(72);所述防尘壳(7)套装在所述吸嘴(3)上时,所述第一充电电极(4)与所述第二充电电极(5)分别与所述USB插头(72)连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述防尘壳(7)还包括可拆卸地安装在所述壳体(71)远离所述储油器(2)的一端的密封盖(73)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸烟端与所述储油器(2)之间还设置有与所述电池组件(11)同轴设置的雾化组件(12),所述吸烟端及所述雾化组件(12)分别位于所述电池组件(11)的两端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件(11)可拆卸地连接在所述雾化组件(12)上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)可拆卸地连接在所述雾化组件(12)上。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件(11)包括螺纹连接在所述雾化组件(12)远离所述储油器(2)的一端的电池套管(111);所述电池(112)安装在所述电池套管(111)内并为所述雾化组件(11)供电。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟本体(1)还包括用于控制所述电池组件(11)为所述雾化组件(12)供电的控制模块(13)。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)为透明容器。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)为玻璃瓶。
