所述第一电连接件的周面上开设有环形槽;所述第一弹性金属丝远离所述充电电路板的一端设置有围绕所述环形槽延伸并呈弧形的第一扣接部,所述第一扣接部扣接在所述环形槽内并夹持在所述环形槽的内壁上;
所述第二电连接件靠近所述充电电路板的一端设置有呈凸起状的限位部;所述第二弹性金属丝设置有呈U形的第二扣接部;第二扣接部夹持在所述第二电连接件的周面上并与所述限位部相互抵持,所述第二扣接部端部可拆卸的插设在所述充电电路板上。
实施本发明的电子烟充电器,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟充电器采用设置在壳体上的挂持结构,当需要携带时,将绳索或索扣等物品穿过该挂持结构,即可使得所述电子烟充电器依附在绳索或索扣等物品上,从而便于携带;其次,所述电子烟充电器采用第一弹性金属丝分别与所述充电电路板及第一电连接件进行可拆卸连接及弹性扣接的结构,以及第二弹性金属丝分别与所述充电电路板及第二电连接件进行可拆卸连接及弹性扣接的结构,组装时操作简便,因而生产所述电子烟充电器时效率较高,且避免现有技术中虚焊的问题,电连接较可靠,且在使用过程中损坏时便于维修;再者,与现有技术中采用焊接的方式相比,所述电子烟充电器能够有效地避免对环境造成污染以及对人体造成伤害,因而利于环保。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中的电子烟充电器的第一电连接件与第二电连接件采用导线分别与充电电路板焊接相连,焊接操作较为不便,生产效率低,而且焊锡中的铅容易污染环境以及对人体造成伤害,以及电子烟充电器没有设置用于悬挂的结构,因而使用时携带较为不便的问题,本发明的主要改进点在于在电子烟充电器的壳体上设置有挂持结构。当需要携带时,将绳索或索扣等物品穿过该挂持结构,即可使得所述电子烟充电器依附在绳索或索扣等物品上,从而便于携带;其次,采用第一弹性金属丝分别与所述充电电路板及第一电连接件进行可拆卸连接及弹性扣接的结构,以及第二弹性金属丝分别与所述充电电路板及第二电连接件进行可拆卸连接及弹性扣接的结构,组装时操作简便,因而生产所述电子烟充电器时效率较高,且避免现有技术中虚焊的问题,电连接较可靠,且在使用过程中损坏时便于维修;再者,与现有技术中采用焊接的方式相比,所述电子烟充电器能够有效地避免对环境造成污染以及对人体造成伤害,因而利于环保。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1以及图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟充电器,其包括壳体1、充电电路板2、第一电连接件3、第二电连接件4、第一弹性金属丝5、第二弹性金属丝6、绝缘件7、充电插头8以及挂持结构。
具体地,壳体1大致为长方体结构,充电电路板2、第一电连接件3、第二电连接件4、第一弹性金属丝5、第二弹性金属丝6以及绝缘件7均安装在该壳体1的内部。充电插头8凸设于该壳体1的一端面,挂持结构设置在该壳体1的外侧面上。本实施例中,壳体1包括可拆卸连接的第一壳体11与第二壳体12。优选地,第一壳体11与第二壳体12的结构大致相同,第一壳体11的侧边缘凸设有扣接臂111,该扣接臂111大致为条状的凸起结构。第二壳体12的侧边缘设置有与扣接臂111相适配的扣接槽121,该扣接臂111与该扣接槽121相互扣合连接以实现第一壳体11与第二壳体12的可拆卸连接。该实施例中,第一壳体11两相对的侧边缘均凸设有扣接臂111,相应地,第二壳体12两相对的侧边缘均凸设有扣接槽121。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一壳体11的侧边缘设置有扣接槽的结构,相应地,第二壳体12的侧边缘设置有扣接臂的结构。第一壳体11与第二壳体12的可拆卸连接亦可以为螺纹连接结构等。壳体1并不局限于长方体结构,其亦可以为球形、椭球形、柱体或者其它不规则的形状。
挂持结构用于悬挂所述电子烟充电器,该挂持结构为设置在壳体1上的挂孔10,该挂孔10为通孔结构,其开设在壳体1靠近第一电连接件3的一端,且该挂孔10贯穿壳体1上相邻的两个侧面。采用挂孔10的结构,当需要携带时,将绳索或索扣等物品穿过该挂孔10,即可使得所述电子烟充电器依附在绳索或索扣等物品上,从而便于携带。本实施例中,挂孔10开设在第一壳体11与第二壳体12的连接处,也可以理解为,第一壳体11与第二壳体12的边缘均设置有槽结构(未标号),两个槽结构共同形成该挂孔10。在本发明的其它实施例中,该挂孔10设置在壳体10的其它位置处,且该挂孔10亦可以贯穿壳体1上的同一个侧面。该挂持结构亦可以采用挂钩(未图示)或挂环(未图示)等结构。挂钩或挂环与壳体1一体成型,以增加所述电子烟充电器的整体结构强度。
充电电路板2安装在第一壳体11与第二壳体12形成的容纳空间内。第一电连接件3以及第二电连接件4连接在充电电路板2的一端,充电插头8连接在充电电路板2上与第一电连接件3相对的一端。本实施例中,优选地,第一壳体11与第二壳体12内部设置有卡持在充电电路板2上的卡接部(未标号),相应地,充电电路板2上设置有与该卡接臂适配的卡接槽(未标号)。组装充电电路板2时,将卡接槽与卡接部对应扣合,即可将充电电路板2可拆卸地安装在壳体1内,其组装效率高。
如图2以及图5所示,第一电连接件3与第二电连接件4分别用于与电子烟(未图示)电连接,以实现所述电子烟充电器与电子烟的充电连接。第一电连接件3为用于和电子烟旋合连接的外螺纹件,该外螺纹件为中空结构,第一电连接件3套装在第二电连接件4的外部。为了提高第一电连接件3与第一弹性金属丝5电连接的稳定性及便于组装,优选地,第一电连接件3的周面上开设有环形槽31,第一弹性金属丝5弹性扣接在该环形槽31内。
第二电连接件4大致为柱状结构,其远离充电电路板2的端面开设有排气槽41,该排气槽41贯穿第二电连接件4的侧壁。采用该排气槽41的结构,当对电子烟充电时,能够有效地避免所述电子烟充电器与电子烟对接时产生大气流而使得电子烟中的气流传感器产生动作,从而防止误触发电子烟的工作。第二电连接件4靠近充电电路板2的一端设置有呈凸起状的限位部42,第二弹性金属丝6与该限位部42弹性扣接并相互抵持。绝缘件7大致为环状结构,其套装在第一电连接件3与第二电连接件4之间以实现两者的电性隔离。
如图3并参阅图2以及图5所示,第一弹性金属丝5用于实现第一电连接件3与充电电路板2之间的电连接。该第一弹性金属丝5的一端设置有第一扣接部51,该第一弹性金属丝5的另一端设置有第一插接部52。第一扣接部51呈弧形状,其围绕环形槽31延伸,该第一扣接部51扣接在环形槽31内并夹持在环形槽31的内壁上,以实现与第一电连接件3的电连接。第一插接部52大致为U形结构,其可拆卸地插接在充电电路板2上,以实现与充电电路板2的电连接。优选地,第一弹性金属丝5与第一电连接件3扣接的一端为圆环结构,该圆环结构卡持在环形槽31中,使得第一弹性金属丝5与第一电连接件3连接更加可靠。
如图4并参阅图2以及图5所示,第二弹性金属丝6用于实现第二电连接件4与充电电路板2之间的电连接。该第二弹性金属丝6的一端设置有第二扣接部61,该第二弹性金属丝6的另一端设置有第二插接部62。第二扣接部61呈U形结构,其夹持在第二电连接件4的周面上并与限位部42弹性扣接并相互抵持,以实现与第二电连接件4的电连接。第二插接部62大致为U形结构,其端部可拆卸地插接在充电电路板2上,以实现与充电电路板2的电连接。
采用上述第一弹性金属丝5以及第二弹性金属丝6的结构,组装所述电子烟充电器时操作简便,因而生产所述电子烟充电器时效率较高;其次,由于第一弹性金属丝5与第二弹性金属丝6分别可拆卸地连接在电子烟充电器中,其拆卸简便,便于维修时更换;再者,与现有技术中采用焊接的方式相比,所述电子烟充电器能够有效地避免对环境造成污染以及对人体造成伤害,因而利于环保。
充电插头8用于和电源电连接,该充电插头8连接在充电电路板2上。本实施例中,充电插头8为USB充电插头,其可与电源的USB母头接口电连接。充电插头8固定连接在充电电路板2上。在本发明的其它实施例中,该充电插头8亦可以伸缩地或可转动地安装在壳体1上。
使用如上实施例提供的电子烟充电器,由于其采用设置在壳体1上的挂持结构,当需要携带时,将绳索或索扣等物品穿过该挂持结构,即可使得所述电子烟充电器依附在绳索或索扣等物品上,从而便于携带;其次,所述电子烟充电器采用第一弹性金属丝5以及第二弹性金属丝6的结构,组装时操作简便,因而生产所述电子烟充电器时效率较高;再者,与现有技术中采用焊接的方式相比,所述电子烟充电器能够有效地避免对环境造成污染以及对人体造成伤害,因而利于环保。
如图6、图7以及图8所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟充电器,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于挂持结构。本实施例中,壳体1的一端边缘开设有缺口13,该缺口13的边缘设置有开合机构9。缺口13与开合机构9共同形成该挂持结构。开合机构9用于实现挂持结构的打开或关闭,当需要携带所述电子烟充电器时,将开口机构9打开,此时再将绳索或索扣等物品穿过该开口机构9放置在缺口13中,然后关闭开口机构9使得绳索或索扣卡持在缺口13中,即可使得所述电子烟充电器依附在绳索或索扣等物品上,从而便于携带。
该实施例中,开口机构9包括固定臂91、活动臂92、弹性件93以及固定轴94。固定臂91固定设置在缺口13的边缘,活动臂92转动安装在缺口13的边缘,固定臂91与活动臂92结构大致相同,且两者大致为长条形结构。固定臂91与活动臂92相对设置,转动活动臂92时可使得活动臂92与固定臂91相互错开或相互抵持。当活动臂92与固定臂91相互错开时,此时便于绳索或索扣等物品放置在挂持结构中;当活动臂92与固定臂91相互抵持时,可使得绳索或索扣卡持在挂持结构中。固定轴94固定设置在缺口13的内壁上,活动臂92上开设有与该固定轴94相适配的转动孔921,活动臂92通过该转动孔921安装在固定轴94中,以实现活动连接。弹性件93用于当活动臂92与固定臂91相互错开时,使得活动臂92自动复位。该弹性件93的一端安装在壳体1上,其另一端安装在活动臂92上。优选地,该弹性件93为扭簧,扭簧的一端固定在壳体1上,扭簧的另一端固定在活动臂92上。采用上述挂持结构,更加便于携带所述电子烟充电器。
如图9所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三提供一种电子烟充电器,其与实施例之二所不同之处在于开合机构9。本实施例中,开合机构9包括两个可相互错开或相互抵持的弹性臂95,该弹性臂95大致为长条形结构,其具有良好的弹性。两个弹性臂95分别设置在缺口13的边缘,按压弹性臂95的末端时,可使得两个弹性臂95相互错开,从而便于绳索或索扣等物品穿入挂持结构中,当松开弹性臂95时,该弹性臂95自动复位使得两个弹性臂95相互抵持,从而使得绳索或索扣等物品卡持在挂持结构中。采用上述弹性臂95的结构,同样能够实现如实施例之二中的有益效果,其与实施例之二相比,本实施例中的开口机构9更加简单。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子烟充电器,包括壳体(1)、安装在所述壳体(1)内的充电电路板(2),以及分别与所述充电电路板(2)电连接并用于与电子烟电连接的第一电连接件(3)与第二电连接件(4);其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括第一弹性金属丝(5)、第二弹性金属丝(6),以及设置在所述壳体(1)上并用于悬挂所述电子烟充电器的挂持结构;
    其中,所述第一弹性金属丝(5)的一端可拆卸的插接在所述充电电路板(2)上,所述第一弹性金属丝(5)的另一端与所述第一电连接件(3)弹性扣接;所述第二弹性金属丝(6)的一端可拆卸的插接在所述充电电路板(2)上,所述第二弹性金属丝(6)的另一端与所述第二电连接件(4)弹性扣接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述第一电连接件(3)的周面上开设有环形槽(31);所述第一弹性金属丝(5)远离所述充电电路板(2)的一端设置有围绕所述环形槽(31)延伸并呈弧形的第一扣接部(51),所述第一扣接部(51)扣接在所述环形槽(31)内并夹持在所述环形槽(31)的内壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述第二电连接件(4)靠近所述充电电路板(2)的一端设置有呈凸起状的限位部(42);所述第二弹性金属丝(6)设置有呈U形的第二扣接部(61);第二扣接部(61)夹持在所述第二电连接件(4)的周面上并与所述限位部(42)相互抵持,所述第二扣接部(61)端部可拆卸的插设在所述充电电路板(2)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述挂持结构为设置在所述壳体(1)上的挂孔(10)、挂钩以及挂环中的任意一种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述挂孔(10)开设在所述壳体(1)靠近所述第一电连接件(3)的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述挂孔(10)为通孔,且所述挂孔(10)贯穿所述壳体(1)上相邻的两个侧面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的一端边缘开设有缺口(13);所述缺口(13)的边缘设置有开合机构(9);所述缺口(13)与所述开合机构(9)共同形成所述挂持结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述开合机构(9)包括固定设置在所述缺口(13)边缘的固定臂(91)、转动安装在所述缺口(13)边缘的活动臂(92),以及连接在所述活动臂(92)与所述壳体(1)之间的弹性件(93);所述固定臂(91)与所述活动臂(92)可相互错开或相互抵持。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述弹性件(93)为扭簧;所述扭簧一端固定在所述壳体(1)上,所述扭簧的另一端固定在所述活动臂(92)上。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述开合机构(9)包括两个可相互错开或相互抵持的弹性臂(95);两个弹性臂(95)分别设置在所述缺口(13)的边缘。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述第一电连接件(3)套装在所述第二电连接件(4)的外部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述第二电连接件(4)远离所述充电电路板(2)的端面开设有排气槽(41)。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述第一电连接件(3)为用于和电子烟旋合连接的外螺纹件。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括套装在所述第一电连接件(3)与所述第二电连接件(4)之间的绝缘件(7)。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)包括可拆卸连接的第一壳体(11)与第二壳体(12);所述充电电路板(2)安装在所述第一壳体(11)与所述第二壳体(12)形成的容纳空间内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述第一壳体(11)的侧边缘凸设有扣接臂(111);所述第二壳体(12)的侧边缘设置有与所述扣接臂(111)相互扣合连接的扣接槽(121)。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电器还包括连接在所述充电电路板(2)上并用于和电源电连接的充电插头(8);所述充电插头(8)为USB充电插头。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述USB插头与所述第一电连接件(3)分别连接在所述充电电路板(2)相对的两端。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电器,其特征在于:所述挂持结构为设置在所述壳体(1)上的挂孔(10);所述挂孔(10)开设在所述壳体(1)靠近所述第一电连接件(3)的一端,所述挂孔(10)为通孔,且所述挂孔(10)贯穿所述壳体(1)上相邻的两个侧面;
    所述第一电连接件(3)的周面上开设有环形槽(31);所述第一弹性金属丝(5)远离所述充电电路板(2)的一端设置有围绕所述环形槽(31)延伸并呈弧形的第一扣接部(51),所述第一扣接部(51)扣接在所述环形槽(31)内并夹持在所述环形槽(31)的内壁上;
    所述第二电连接件(4)靠近所述充电电路板(2)的一端设置有呈凸起状的限位部(42);所述第二弹性金属丝(6)设置有呈U形的第二扣接部(61);第二扣接部(61)夹持在所述第二电连接件(4)的周面上并与所述限位部(42)相互抵持,所述第二扣接部(61)端部可拆卸的插设在所述充电电路板(2)上。
