Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电子烟及其电池组件,通过在端盖的端面设置充电电极,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,直接插入充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,并且减少雾化组件丢失的可能性。进一步的,端盖处设的两个充电电极外露面模仿端盖花纹压花,有真烟烟灰头效果,能够增加用户体验。本实用新型提供的电子烟套装方便实用。

Description

一种电子烟套装、电子烟及其电池组件
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟套装、电子烟及其电池组件。
背景技术
现有的电子烟主要由电池组件和雾化组件这两部分组成,其结构如图1所示,电池组件部分包括端盖11、咪头控制器12、咪头座13、电池14、电池套15、弹簧电极16、电极固定座17和连接座18,雾化组件部分包括连接头20、上电极21、上绝缘环22、雾化座23、电热丝24、黄纳管25、储油棉26、雾化套27、密封圈28和吸嘴盖29。
可以看到,电子烟的工作电极位于电池组件与雾化组件的连接处,该工作电极同时也作为充电电极,因此在对电池组件充电时需先拆下雾化组件,这样的结构操作起来不方便,且容易造成雾化组件丢失,会给用户带来不好的使用体验。
因此,针对上述情况,如何改进电子烟的结构,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,以便于操作,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,直接插入充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,并且减少雾化组件丢失的可能性。
本实用新型还提供了一种应用了上述电池组件的电子烟和电子烟套装。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种电池组件,应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部分可拆卸组装的电子烟,包括设置在所述电池组件中端盖的端面上的两个充电电极,两个所述充电电极贯穿所述端盖的端面,分别与所述电子烟中电池的两个电极电连接。
优选的,两个所述充电电极关于所述电池组件的轴心成中心对称分布。
优选的,所述端盖的侧面设置有定位柱,能够同所述电子烟的充电器上对应的定位槽配合。
优选的,所述定位柱与两个所述充电电极设置在同一条直径上,所述电池组件的电池套上开设有与所述定位柱配合的安装槽。
优选的,两个所述充电电极中的一个为设置在所述端盖的位于所述电池组件的轴心处的中心电极,另一个为与其间隔设置的边缘电极。
优选的,所述充电电极的形状包括但不限于圆柱形或者矩形。
一种电子烟套装,包括电子烟和烟盒,所述电子烟具有上述的电池组件。
优选的,所述烟盒内具有PCB板和设置在所述PCB板上的充电座,所述充电座用于同所述电子烟中端盖的端面上的两个充电电极配合,所述烟盒能够作为所述电子烟的充电器。
优选的,所述充电座包括用于同所述中心电极配合的圆柱电极,和用于同所述边缘电极配合的圆环电极。
一种电子烟,其包括共用一外套管的雾化组件及电池组件,所述外套管位于所述电池组件的一端设置有端盖,还包括设置在所述端盖的端面上的两个充电电极,两个所述充电电极贯穿所述端盖的端面,分别与所述电子烟中电池的两个电极电连接。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型提供的电子烟及其电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,直接插入充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,并且减少雾化组件丢失的可能性。本实用新型提供的电子烟套装方便实用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种电子烟及其电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,直接插入充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,并且减少雾化组件丢失的可能性。本实用新型对正在驾驶汽车的驾驶员等仅可提供一只手可以操作电子烟的场景体现尤为明显。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图2-图18,其中,图2-图9为本实用新型提供的第一个实施例中电子烟的附图;图10-图18为本实用新型提供的第二个实施例中电子烟的附图。
本实用新型实施例提供的电池组件,不仅可应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部分可拆卸组装的电子烟,而且可应用于电池组件和雾化组件固定连接在一起的电子烟,即电池组件和雾化组件共用一个外套管的电子烟,所述电池组件的核心改进点在于,包括设置在电池组件中端盖32的端面上的两个充电电极31,这两个充电电极31贯穿端盖32的端面,分别与电子烟中电池14的两个电极电连接。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型实施例提供的电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,直接插入充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,并且减少雾化组件丢失的可能性。
在本实用新型提供的第一个具体实施例中,两个充电电极31关于电池组件的轴心成中心对称分布,如图2所示。在这里,端盖32的端面开设同两个充电电极31配合的通孔,且为了便于同充电座的配合,作为优选,该端面由现有的弧面改为平面,其结构可以参照图6所示。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,端盖32的侧面设置有定位柱,能够同电子烟的充电器上对应的定位槽配合。在使用时,将电子烟的定位柱沿定位槽插入即可充电,能够方便使用者的操作。
具体的,上述的定位柱与两个充电电极31设置在同一条直径上,电池组件的电池套15上开设有与定位柱321配合的安装槽151,其结构如图3和图4所示。
在本实用新型提供的第二个具体实施例中,两个充电电极31中的一个为设置在端盖32的位于电池组件的轴心处的中心电极,另一个为与其间隔设置的边缘电极,分布在其周围,其结构可以参照图10-12和图14所示。对应的,充电器上配有同中心电极配合的圆柱电极,以及用于同边缘电极配合的圆环电极,如此一来,电子烟插入即可充电,无需对位,更加便捷。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,充电电极31的外露表面具有与端盖32相同或者相似的花纹压花,其效果如图7和图15所示。这样的充电电极31安装到端盖32内后,具有真烟烟灰头效果,能够增加用户体验。
具体的,充电电极31的形状包括但不限于圆柱形或者矩形。
可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述两个环形电极为通过电镀的方式镀设在所述端盖端面的两个圆形的电镀层,然后再通过导线将所述电镀层与所述电池的两个电极焊接相连;所述端盖为设置在用于仿烟灰的头灯外侧的灯帽。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种电子烟套装,包括电子烟4和烟盒5,其核心改进点在于,电子烟4具有上述的电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,直接插入充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,并且减少雾化组件丢失的可能性。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,烟盒5内具有PCB板51(印制电路板)和设置在PCB板上的充电座52,该充电座52用于同电子烟4中端盖32的端面上的两个充电电极31配合,因此烟盒5能够作为电子烟4的充电器。
在本方案提供的实施例中,在烟盒5内设置同电子烟4配合的插槽,上述充电座52位于插槽的底部,这样一来将电子烟4放回烟盒5中,其端盖端即可同充电座52配合进行充电。
作为优选,充电座包括用于同中心电极配合的圆柱电极521,和用于同边缘电极配合的圆环电极522,其结构可以参照图16-图18所示。
区别于上面的可拆卸式结构(即两个组件分别具有自己的套管,再连接在一起),本方案中的充电结构还可以用于一体式的电子烟,其包括共用一外套管的雾化组件及电池组件,外套管位于电池组件的一端设置有端盖,其核心改进点在于,还包括设置在端盖的端面上的两个充电电极,两个充电电极贯穿端盖的端面,分别与电子烟中电池的两个电极电连接。综上所述,本实用新型实施例提供的电子烟及其电池组件,通过在端盖的端面设置充电电极,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,直接插入充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,并且减少雾化组件丢失的可能性。进一步的,端盖处设的两个充电电极外露面模仿端盖花纹压花,有真烟烟灰头效果,能够增加用户体验。本实用新型提供的电子烟套装方便实用。

Claims (10)

1.一种电池组件,应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部分可拆卸组装的电子烟,其特征在于,包括设置在所述电池组件中端盖的端面上的两个充电电极,两个所述充电电极贯穿所述端盖的端面,分别与所述电子烟中电池的两个电极电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,两个所述充电电极关于所述电池组件的轴心成中心对称分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述端盖的侧面设置有定位柱,能够同所述电子烟的充电器上对应的定位槽配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述定位柱与两个所述充电电极设置在同一条直径上,所述电池组件的电池套上开设有与所述定位柱配合的安装槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,两个所述充电电极中的一个为设置在所述端盖的位于所述电池组件的轴心处的中心电极,另一个为与其间隔设置的边缘电极。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述充电电极的形状包括但不限于圆柱形或者矩形。
7.一种电子烟套装,包括电子烟和烟盒,其特征在于,所述电子烟具有如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的电池组件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电子烟套装,其特征在于,所述烟盒内具有PCB板和设置在所述PCB板上的充电座,所述充电座用于同所述电子烟中端盖的端面上的两个充电电极配合,所述烟盒能够作为所述电子烟的充电器。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电子烟套装,其特征在于,所述充电座包括用于同所述中心电极配合的圆柱电极,和用于同所述边缘电极配合的圆环电极。
10.一种电子烟,其包括共用一外套管的雾化组件及电池组件,所述外套管位于所述电池组件的一端设置有端盖,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述端盖的端面上的两个充电电极,两个所述充电电极贯穿所述端盖的端面,分别与所述电子烟中电池的两个电极电连接。
