具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电子烟及其电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾 化组件, 直接插入充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 并且减少雾化组件丟 失的可能性。本发明对正在驾驶汽车的驾驶员等仅可提供一只手可以操作电子 烟的场景体现尤为明显。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图 2-图 18, 其中, 图 2-图 9为本发明提供的第一个实施例中电子 烟的附图; 图 10-图 18为本发明提供的第二个实施例中电子烟的附图。
本发明实施例提供的电池组件,不仅可应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部 分可拆卸组装的电子烟,而且可应用于电池组件和雾化组件固定连接在一起的 电子烟, 即电池组件和雾化组件共用一个外套管的电子烟, 所述电池组件的核 心改进点在于, 包括设置在电池组件中端盖 32的端面上的两个充电电极 31 , 这两个充电电极 31贯穿端盖 32的端面, 分别与电子烟中电池 14的两个电极 电连接。
从上述的技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的电池组件,使其电池组 件充电时无需拆下雾化组件, 直接插入充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 并且减少雾化组件丟失的可能性。
在本发明提供的第一个具体实施例中, 两个充电电极 31关于电池组件的 轴心成中心对称分布, 如图 2所示。 在这里, 端盖 32的端面开设同两个充电 电极 31配合的通孔, 且为了便于同充电座的配合, 作为优选, 该端面由现有 的弧面改为平面, 其结构可以参照图 6所示。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案, 端盖 32的侧面设置有定位柱, 能够同 电子烟的充电器上对应的定位槽配合。在使用时,将电子烟的定位柱沿定位槽 插入即可充电, 能够方便使用者的操作。
具体的, 上述的定位柱与两个充电电极 31设置在同一条直径上, 电池组 件的电池套 15上开设有与定位柱 321配合的安装槽 151 ,其结构如图 3和图 4 所示。
在本发明提供的第二个具体实施例中, 两个充电电极 31中的一个为设置 在端盖 32的位于电池组件的轴心处的中心电极, 另一个为与其间隔设置的边 缘电极, 分布在其周围, 其结构可以参照图 10-12和图 14所示。 对应的, 充 电器上配有同中心电极配合的圓柱电极, 以及用于同边缘电极配合的圓环电 极, 如此一来, 电子烟插入即可充电, 无需对位, 更加便捷。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案, 充电电极 31的外露表面具有与端盖 32 相同或者相似的花纹压花, 其效果如图 7和图 15所示。 这样的充电电极 31 安装到端盖 32内后, 具有真烟烟灰头效果, 能够增加用户体验。
具体的, 充电电极 31的形状包括但不限于圓柱形或者矩形。
可以理解的是,在其它实施例中, 所述两个环形电极为通过电镀的方式镀 设在所述端盖端面的两个圓形的电镀层,然后再通过导线将所述电镀层与所述 电池的两个电极焊接相连; 所述端盖为设置在用于仿烟灰的头灯外侧的灯帽。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟套装, 包括电子烟 4和烟盒 5 , 其核心 改进点在于, 电子烟 4具有上述的电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾 化组件, 直接插入充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 并且减少雾化组件丟 失的可能性。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,烟盒 5内具有 PCB板 51 (印制电路板) 和设置在 PCB板上的充电座 52, 该充电座 52用于同电子烟 4中端盖 32的端 面上的两个充电电极 31配合, 因此烟盒 5能够作为电子烟 4的充电器。
在本方案提供的实施例中,在烟盒 5内设置同电子烟 4配合的插槽, 上述 充电座 52位于插槽的底部, 这样一来将电子烟 4放回烟盒 5中, 其端盖端即 可同充电座 52配合进行充电。
作为优选, 充电座包括用于同中心电极配合的圓柱电极 521 , 和用于同边 缘电极配合的圓环电极 522, 其结构可以参照图 16-图 18所示。 一起), 本方案中的充电结构还可以用于一体式的电子烟, 其包括共用一外套 管的雾化组件及电池组件, 外套管位于电池组件的一端设置有端盖, 其核心改 进点在于,还包括设置在端盖的端面上的两个充电电极, 两个充电电极贯穿端 盖的端面, 分别与电子烟中电池的两个电极电连接。 综上所述, 本发明实施例 提供的电子烟及其电池组件,通过在端盖的端面设置充电电极,使其电池组件 充电时无需拆下雾化组件, 直接插入充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 并 且减少雾化组件丟失的可能性。进一步的, 端盖处设的两个充电电极外露面模 仿端盖花纹压花, 有真烟烟灰头效果, 能够增加用户体验。 本发明提供的电子 烟套装方便实用。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 发明。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下, 在 其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例, 而 是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电池组件, 应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部分可拆卸组装的电 子烟,其特征在于,包括设置在所述电池组件中端盖的端面上的两个充电电极, 两个所述充电电极贯穿所述端盖的端面,分别与所述电子烟中电池的两个电极 电连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 两个所述充电电极关 于所述电池组件的轴心成中心对称分布。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述端盖的侧面设置 有定位柱, 能够同所述电子烟的充电器上对应的定位槽配合。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述定位柱与两个所 述充电电极设置在同一条直径上,所述电池组件的电池套上开设有与所述定位 柱配合的安装槽。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 两个所述充电电极中 的一个为设置在所述端盖的位于所述电池组件的轴心处的中心电极,另一个为 与其间隔设置的边缘电极。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任意一项所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述充电 电极的外露表面具有与所述灯帽相同或者相似的花纹压花。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述充电电极的形状 包括但不限于圓柱形或者矩形。
8、 一种电子烟套装, 包括电子烟和烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟具有 如权利要求 1-7任意一项所述的电池组件。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟套装,其特征在于,所述烟盒内具有 PCB 板和设置在所述 PCB板上的充电座, 所述充电座用于同所述电子烟中端盖的 端面上的两个充电电极配合, 所述烟盒能够作为所述电子烟的充电器。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟套装, 其特征在于, 所述充电座包括用 于同所述中心电极配合的圓柱电极, 和用于同所述边缘电极配合的圓环电极。
11、 一种电子烟, 其包括共用一外套管的雾化组件及电池组件, 所述外套 管位于所述电池组件的一端设置有端盖, 其特征在于,还包括设置在所述端盖 的端面上的两个充电电极, 两个所述充电电极贯穿所述端盖的端面, 分别与所 述电子烟中电池的两个电极电连接。
