Description

一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池组件和充电结构
本申请要求于 2013 年 8 月 16 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320503569.0、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池组件和充电 结构" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池 组件和充电结构。
背景技术
现有的电子烟主要由电池组件和雾化组件这两部分组成, 其结构如图 1所 示, 电池组件部分包括端盖 11、咪头控制器 12、咪头座 13、 电池 14、 电池套 15、 弹簧电极 16、 电极固定座 17和连接座 18 , 雾化组件部分包括连接头 20、 上电极 21、 上绝缘环 22、 雾化座 23、 电热丝 24、 黄纳管 25、 储油棉 26、 雾化套 27、 密 封圈 28和吸嘴盖 29。
可以看到, 电子烟的工作电极位于电池组件与雾化组件的连接处, 该工作 电极同时也作为充电电极, 因此在对电池组件充电时需先拆下雾化组件, 这样 的结构操作起来不方便,且时间长了容易造成连接处磨损松动,会给用户带来 不良的使用体验。
因此, 针对上述情况, 如何改进电子烟的结构, 使其电池组件充电时无需 拆下雾化组件, 以便于操作, 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种电子烟充电结构,使其电池组件充电时无需 拆下雾化组件, 使用起来更加方便, 避免频繁拆装造成连接处磨损松动。 烟套装。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池组件和充电结构,使其电 池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件,使用起来更加方便,避免频繁拆装造成连接 处磨损松动。本发明对正在驾驶汽车的驾驶员等仅可提供一只手可以操作电子 烟的场景体现尤为明显。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明实施例提供的电子烟充电结构,不仅可应用于由电池组件和雾化组 件这两部分可拆卸组装的电子烟,而且可应用于电池组件和雾化组件固定连接 在一起的电子烟, 即电池组件和雾化组件共用一个外套管的电子烟, 所述电子 烟充电结构的核心改进点在于, 包括设置在电子烟的外表面的两个充电电极, 这两个充电电极分别与电子烟中电池 14的两个电极电连接。
从上述的技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的电子烟充电结构, 由于 在电子烟的外表面直接设置了充电电极,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组 件, 使用起来更加方便, 避免频繁拆装造成连接处磨损松动。
鉴于电池 14是设置在电池组件这一部分中的, 因此作为优选, 本案提供 的两个充电电极均设置在电子烟的电池组件的外周面或均设置在电池组件的 端盖处, 与设置在雾化组件部分相比结构更简单, 需要作出的调整更小。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,两个充电电极均设置在电池组件的端盖 32 处, 即远离工作电极所在的电池组件同雾化组件的连接端, 这样的结构能 够便于将电子烟的设有端盖的一端直接插入充电器中进行充电。可以理解, 当 端盖内设有用于模仿烟草燃烧的 LED灯时, 所述端盖 32即称为灯帽。
可以理解的是,本方案提供的这两个充电电极还可以设置在电池组件上除 了端盖处的位置, 如图 14中插在电池套 15上的电极柱 36所示, 或者设置在 雾化组件上, 本领域技术人员能够根据实际需要作出适当的调整,在此不再贅 述。
在本发明提供的第一个具体实施例中, 端盖 32的端面上设置第一充电电 极 31 , 且该第一充电电极 31贯穿端盖 32的端面, 通过所述电池组件的咪头 控制器 12与电池 14的一个电极电连接;电池组件的电池管采用金属做外表面 电镀或喷涂导电材料, 作为第二充电电极通过电池组件的连接座 18与电池 14 的另一个电极电连接, 其结构可以参照图 2-图 4所示。 在这里, 端盖 32的端 面开设同第一充电电极 31配合的通孔, 且为了便于同充电座的配合, 作为优 选, 该端面由现有的弧面改为平面; 电池管采用金属做外表面电镀或喷涂导电 材料, 即图中的导电电池管 33。 由于直接利用电池管做一电极, 使得整个电 子烟的结构简单, 方便生产
作为优选, 第一充电电极 31设置在端盖 32的端面的中心处, 以便于直接 插入充电器中, 无需额外的对位操作, 其充电时的结构示意图如图 5 和图 6 所示。
具体的, 第一充电电极 31的形状包括但不限于圓柱形或者矩形。
在本发明提供的第二个具体实施例中, 端盖 32的内部还设置有导电弹簧
34和 PCB板 35 (印制电路板); 其中, PCB板 35固定安装在端盖 32上, 且 电连接于咪头控制器 12; 导电弹簧 34抵接在第一充电电极 31和 PCB板 35 之间, 能够为第一充电电极 31提供远离 PCB板 35的弹性回复力, 其结构可 以参照图 7-图 9所示, 图 10和图 11均为本实施例中端盖 32的结构示意图, 其与 PCB板 35配合的环形端面上具有两个安装柱, 用于同圓形的 PCB板 35 上的两个安装孔配合。请参阅图 12和图 13所示,在充电时位于中心的第一充 电电极 31被充电器的电极挤压进去, 以确保两电极接触良好。
在上述充电结构的基础上, 本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟的电池组 件, 可以单独同各种类型的雾化组件配合使用, 便于更换。
在本发明提供的第三个具体实施例中,电子烟为由电池组件和雾化组件这 两部分可拆卸组装的, 如图 14所示, 其中 36为插在电池套 15上的电极柱。
本方案中的充电结构还可以用于一体式的电子烟, 其结构可以参照图 15 所示,在本发明提供的第四个具体实施例中, 电子烟为由电池组件和雾化组件 固定连接在一起的, 即电池组件和雾化组件共用一个外套管(区别于上面的可 拆卸式结构中: 两个组件分别具有自己的套管, 再连接在一起), 该外套管具 有上述的电子烟充电结构, 在这里具体为插在外套管上的电极柱 37。 本发明 实施例还提供了一种电子烟套装,包括电子烟 4和烟盒 5 ,其核心改进点在于, 电子烟 4 具有上述的电子烟充电结构, 使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组 件, 使用起来更加方便, 避免频繁拆装造成连接处磨损松动
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案 ,烟盒 5内具有 PCB板 51和设置在 PCB 板 51上的充电座 52, 该充电座 52用于同电子烟 4的外表面的两个充电电极 相配合, 因此烟盒 5能够作为电子烟 4的充电器。
在本方案提供的实施例中,在烟盒 5内设置同电子烟 4配合的插槽, 上述 充电座 52位于插槽的底部, 这样一来将电子烟 4放回烟盒 5中, 其端盖端即 可同充电座 52配合进行充电。
具体的, 充电座 52包括用于同第一充电电极 31配合的中心凸起电极,和 用于同第二充电电极配合的侧边弹片电极。 中心电极无需对位, 使用方便; 侧 边弹片电极能够保证电连接的稳定性, 其结构可以参照图 5、 图 6、 图 12和图 13所示。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的电子烟充电结构, 通过电子烟端盖 32处 无需拆下雾化组件, 直接插入充电器即可, 操作起来更加方便, 还能够避免频 繁拆装造成连接处磨损松动。本发明还提供了一种应用了上述充电结构的电子 烟及其电池组件, 除了便于充电外, 直接利用电池管做一电极, 结构简单, 方 便生产。 本发明提供的电子烟套装方便实用。

1、 一种电子烟充电结构, 其特征在于, 包括设置在电子烟的外表面的两

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟充电结构, 其特征在于, 两个所述充电 电极均设置在所述电子烟的电池组件的外周面或均设置在所述电池组件的端
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟充电结构, 其特征在于, 所述端盖的端 面上设置第一充电电极,且所述第一充电电极贯穿所述端盖的端面,通过所述 电池组件的咪头控制器与所述电池的一个电极电连接;所述电池组件的电池管 采用金属做外表面电镀或喷涂导电材料,作为第二充电电极通过所述电池组件 的连接座与所述电池的另一个电极电连接。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟充电结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一充电 电极设置在所述端盖的端面的中心处。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟充电结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一充电 电极的形状包括但不限于圓柱形或者矩形。
7、 根据权利要求 4-6任意一项所述的电子烟充电结构, 其特征在于, 所 述端盖的内部还设置有导电弹簧和 PCB板;
所述 PCB板固定安装在所述端盖上, 且电连接于所述咪头控制器; 所述导电弹簧抵接在所述第一充电电极和所述 PCB板之间, 能够为所述 第一充电电极提供远离所述 PCB板的弹性回复力。
8、 一种电子烟的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述电池组件具有如权利要求 1-7任意一项所述的电子烟充电结构。
9、 一种电子烟, 包括电池组件和雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述电池组件 和所述雾化组件共用一外套管,所述外套管具有如权利要求 1-7任意一项所述 的电子烟充电结构。
10、 一种电子烟套装, 包括电子烟和烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟具有 如权利要求 1-7任意一项所述的电子烟充电结构。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟套装, 其特征在于, 所述烟盒内具有 PCB板和设置在所述 PCB板上的充电座, 所述充电座用于同所述电子烟的外 表面的两个充电电极相配合, 所述烟盒能够作为所述电子烟的充电器。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟套装, 其特征在于, 所述充电座包括 用于同所述第一充电电极配合的中心凸起电极,和用于同所述第二充电电极配 合的侧边弹片电极。
