Abstract

一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟的电池杆(100)充电。电池杆(100)的一端设置有用于与电子烟充电装置电连接的第一电极(101)及第二电极(102)。电子烟充电装置包括具有磁性的第一充电电极(2),所述第一充电电极(2)具有至少一与所述第一电极(101)或第二电极(102)位置相对应的对接曲面,充电时所述第一充电电极(2)与所述第一电极(101)或第二电极(102)抵接并磁性吸合形成导电连接。实施所述电子烟充电装置的有益效果是:所述电子烟充电装置能够增大充电电极(2)与电池杆(100)的接触面积,且能进行稳定充电。

Description

一种电子烟充电装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟充电装置。
背景技术
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。目前市场上的电子烟包括电池杆和雾化器,当有吸烟动作时,电池杆中的电池给所述雾化器供电,驱动发热丝发热使烟液雾化产生烟雾。电子烟是一种瞬间消耗电流极大的电子产品,由于受电子烟所用电池容量的限制,使用者必须要对所述电池充电后才能继续使用。
目前,大多数电子烟充电装置的充电电极为弹片电极,其与电子烟电池杆的接触面积较小,为此,电子烟充电装置在对电子烟进行充电时需使用锁紧胶对电子烟进行固定,以防止电子烟在充电过程中倾斜使得充电过程中电流不稳定,这样制造商在生产电子烟充电装置需额外增加锁紧胶来对电子烟进行固定,不仅增加了成本,而且频繁的按动会使金属弹片疲劳失去弹性而失效,极大的影响了充电过程的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中电子烟充电装置中充电电极与电子烟的电池杆的接触面较小,且需额外使用锁紧胶对电池杆进行固定的缺陷,提供一种能够增大充电电极与电子烟的电池杆的接触面积且能进行稳定充电的电子烟充电装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 构造一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟的电池杆充电,所述电池杆的一端设置有用于与所述电子烟充电装置电连接的第一电极及第二电极;所述电子烟充电装置包括具有磁性的第一充电电极,所述第一充电电极具有至少一与所述第一电极或第二电极位置相对应的对接曲面,充电时所述第一充电电极与所述第一电极或第二电极抵接并磁性吸合形成导电连接。
本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中, 所述第一充电电极包括至少一磁性吸合机构,所述第一电极或第二电极具有至少一用于被磁性吸合的金属定位件,所述第一充电电极通过所述磁性吸合机构与所述金属定位件吸合相连。
本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中, 所述磁性吸合机构为设置在所述对接曲面上的磁性层或固定在所述第一充电电极上的磁块。
本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述金属定位件由铁、钴以及镍中的任意一种材料制成。
本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中, 所述第二电极设置在电子烟的端面,所述对接曲面为球面。
本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中, 所述对接曲面为与所述第一电极形状相适配的环形斜面。
本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中, 所述电子烟充电装置还包括安装座, 所述安装座包括主体,所述主体内部形成有用于收容所述 第一充电电极 的第一容纳腔;

本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中, 所述第三充电电极靠近所述电池杆的一端与所述第二电极抵触接触形成导电连接,所述第三充电电极远离所述电池杆的一端折弯延伸抵接固定在所述 PCB 板上形成导电连接。
本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中, 所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
实施本发明的电子烟充电装置,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟充电装置可以设置成能放置电子烟并具有充电功能的电子烟烟盒,使得电子烟放在烟盒中就能充电,便于随身携带;所述电子烟充电装置采用柱形的具有磁性的充电电极对电子烟进行充电,所述充电电极包括磁性吸合机构形成一对接曲面,充电时,所述磁性吸合机构与电池杆电极中的金属定位件磁性吸合形成导电连接,增加了充电电极与电子烟的接触面积,所述对接曲面还可以防止电子烟在水平方向上偏离所述充电电极,对接时可准确到位,可防止震动使所述电子烟偏离所述充电电极,有效提高了电子烟充电装置在充电过程中的稳定性。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 所示,本发明提供的电子烟充电装置的较佳实施例之一中,所述电子烟充电装置为能放置电子烟并具有充电功能的电子烟烟盒,其可用于给所述电子烟的电池杆 100 进行充电,所述电池杆 100 的一端设置有用于与所述电子烟充电装置电连接的第一电极 101 及第二电极 102 。如图 2 并结合图 1 所示,所述电子烟充电装置包括充电组件 200 ,所述充电组件 200 包括安装座 1 、第一充电电极 2 、第一弹片 3 以及第二弹片 4 。 所述第一充电电极 2 具有至少一与所述第二电极 102 位置相对应的对接曲面,所述对接曲面为球面。充电时第一充电电极 2 与第二电极 102 抵接并磁性吸合,同时所述 第一弹片 3 与所述第一电极 101 导电接触,形成充电回路。对接曲面设计为除平面端面之外的形状结构是为了增加贴合接触面积,克服了现有技术接触面积较小,不稳固的问题。
如图 1 ,图 2 及图 5 所示,所述第一充电电极 2 朝向所述电池杆 100 的一端包括至少一磁性吸合机构 20 ,所述磁性吸合机构 20 为设置在所述对接曲面上的磁性层或固定在所述第一充电电极 2 上的磁块, 所述磁性吸合机构 20 由磁性材料制得, 第一充电电极 2 通过所述磁性吸合机构 20 与第二电极 102 吸合相连 。所述第二电极 102 具有至少一用于被磁性吸合的金属定位件, 所述金属定位件由铁、钴以及镍中的任意一种材料制成。可以理解,所述磁块可以包括多个,多个所述磁块间隔设置在 第一充电电极 2 朝向所述电池杆 100 的端面上,所述第一充电电极 2 也可由一整块磁性材料制得。
如图 3 并结合图 2 所示,安装座 1 包括主体 11 、第一通孔 12 、第一弹片安装槽 13 以及安装孔 14 。主体 11 大致为内部中空的长方体结构, 其 内部形成有用于容纳所述第一充电电极 2 的第一容纳腔和与所述第一容纳腔间隔设置的第二容纳腔(图上均未标号),所述第一容纳腔位于主体 11 内靠近电池杆 100 的一侧。所述主体 11 的外表面包括 靠近所述电池杆 100 的 第一端面 111 和第二端面 112 , 第一通孔 12 设置在所述 第一端面 111 上, 安装孔 13 设置在所述 第二端面 112 上。
第一通孔 12 设置在主体 11 靠近所述电池杆 100 的 第一端面 111 上, 所述第一通孔 12 与所述第一容纳腔相连通,并且为与所述第一充电电极 2 相适配的柱孔结构,第一充电电极 2 穿过主体 11 插装 在 所述 第一通孔 12 内。
第一弹片安装槽 13 设置在主体 11 与所述 第一端面 111 相邻的一侧壁上,第一弹片安装槽 13 上设置有至少一个第一卡扣 131 ,所述第一卡扣 131 的截面形状可以为圆形或多边形等结构,当所述第一卡扣 131 为多个时,多个所述第一卡扣 131 间隔设置在所述第一弹片安装槽 13 上,第一弹片 3 通过该第一卡扣 131 扣合连接在主体 11 上。
此外,如图 4 并结合图 3 所示,所述电子烟充电装置还包括 PCB 板 5 ,所述 PCB 板 5 上布置有必要的充电电路,其通过紧固件可拆卸连接在所述安装座 1 的第二端面 112 上,安装座 1 上的连接孔 15 与紧固件配合将所述 PCB 板 5 纵向贯穿在所述第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔并固定在所述 第二端面 112 上,所述 PCB 板分别与所述第一弹片 3 和第二弹片 4 的一端电连接。
如图 5 并结合图 3 所示,所述第一充电电极 2 为柱状结构,其靠近所述电池杆 100 的一端周向外侧壁上设置有凸缘 21 ,所述凸缘 21 朝远离所述第一充电电极 2 的中轴线方向延伸。第一充电电极 2 靠近所述凸缘 21 的一端穿过第一通孔 12 与所述电池杆 100 的第二电极 102 通过磁力抵持接触,并且所述凸缘 21 抵接在第一容纳腔靠近所述第一端面 111 的壁面上,第一充电电极 2 上远离所述凸缘 21 的一端与设置在第一容纳腔远离所述第一端面 111 的壁面上的第二弹片 4 弹性抵接。所述第二弹片 4 大致为片状结构,其固定在第一容纳腔远离所述第一端面 111 的壁面上,并朝远离所述第一容纳腔的一侧延伸抵接至所述 PCB 板 5 形成导电连接。
当充电时,将电池杆 100 插装到所述充电组件 200 上,由于所述第一充电电极 2 的端面具有至少一磁性吸合机构 20 ,第二电极 102 具有至少一金属定位件,所述金属定位件 由铁、钴以及镍中的任意一种材料制成,因此, 第一充电电极 2 对电池杆 100 的第二电极 102 产生一种磁力,使得第一充电电极 2 和第二电极 102 通过磁力抵触接触进行充电,这种磁力吸附稳固且不存在弹性失效的问题,制造商无需额外增加锁紧胶对电池杆 100 进行固定,通过所述磁力连接就能很好的将电池杆 100 固定。目前,大多数电池杆 100 的第二电极 102 为平整的球形端面,为了使第一充电电极 2 与第二电极 102 更好的接触导电,将第一充电电极 2 与第二电极 102 接触的端面设计成与所述第二电极 102 的端面相适配的球面,这样不仅增加了第一充电电极 2 与第二电极 102 之间的接触面积,提高了电子烟充电装置在充电过程中的稳定性,而且使得第一充电电极 2 与第二电极 102 之间受到的磁力更加均匀,同时使得第一充电电极 2 与第二电极 102 之间的吸附更加稳固。
如图 6 所示,第一弹片 3 包括用于抵触所述第一电极 101 的第二充电电极 31 、从所述第二充电电极 31 一端折弯的 第一连接部 32 和从所述第一连接部 32 一侧折弯凸起的第一抵持部 33 。所述第一抵持部 33 抵接至 所述 PCB 板 5 弹性接触形成导电连接。
所述 第一连接部 32 上间隔设置有至少一个第一卡槽 321 , 所述 第一卡槽 321 与第一弹片安装槽 13 上第一卡扣 131 相适配,第一卡槽 321 的横截面形状可以为圆形或多边形等结构, 第一弹片 3 通过该第一 卡槽 321 扣合连接在 第一弹片安装槽 13 上。
所述第二充电电极 31 大致为片状结构,其上开设有 用于使第一充电电极 2 穿设的 第二通孔 311 ,所述第二充电电极 31 通过所述第二通孔 311 套装在所述第一充电电极 2 上,且所述第二通孔 311 与第一充电电极 2 的外周间隔设置(即所述第二通孔 311 的直径大于第一充电电极 2 的直径,两者之间具有间隙),使得所述第一充电电极 2 与所述第二充电电极 31 电气隔离。所述第二通孔 311 的横截面形状可以为圆形或多边形等结构。
此外,所述第二充电电极 31 与第一连接部 32 连接的一端为固定端,第二充电电极 31 与连接有第一连接部 32 相对的另一端为自由端。自然状态下,所述自由端向上翘起,所述第二充电电极 31 以所述固定端为支点与所述第一连接部 32 形成一个大于 90 度的夹角。
当有电子烟连接至所述电子烟充电装置上时,在第一充电电极 2 与第二电极 102 的吸附磁力作用下,第二充电电极 31 的自由端绕固定端朝所述第一端面 111 做圆弧运动,使得第二充电电极 31 贴合在第一端面 111 上,同时第二充电电极 31 与电池杆 100 的第一电极 101 导电接触,形成充电回路。
本实施例中, 所述电池杆 100 与雾化器(图上未标示)为可拆卸连接,所述第一电极 101 及第二电极 102 设置在所述电池杆 100 的与雾化器相连的一端。所述电子烟为现有技术,在此不再赘述。可以理解的是,本发明也可以为电池杆 100 与雾化器是一体固定连接的电子烟充电,此时,所述第一电极 101 及第二电极 102 设置在所述电池杆 100 的远离所述雾化器的一端。
所述 电子烟充电装置 还包括电源、微处理器和电子开关(图上均为标示),当有电子烟连接至所述电子烟充电装置上时发出充电触发信号, 微处理器收到所述充电触发信号后控制电子开关使电源向电池杆 100 充电。 由于第二弹片 4 与 PCB 板 5 导电连接,第二弹片 4 与第一充电电极 2 抵触形成导电连接,同时第一充电电极 2 又与电池杆 100 的第二电极 102 磁性接触形成导电连接,所以当电子烟充电装置处于工作状态时,电流可以依次通过第二弹片 4 和第一充电电极 2 传到电池杆 100 中充电电池(图上未标示)的一端。另一方面,第一弹片 3 的抵持部 33 与 PCB 板 5 导电连接,第一弹片 3 的第二充电电极 31 与电池杆 100 的第一电极 101 电连接,所以当电子烟处于工作状态时, 电流从电池杆 100 中充电电池的另一端通过第二充电电极 31 传到所述 PCB 板 5 ,形成充电回路。由此,实现电子烟充电装置对电子烟的稳定充电。
可以理解的是,为了能快速对所述电池杆 100 充电,所述电子开关可替换为电压调整模块,以实现为所述电子烟提供合适的充电电源。
图 7 示出了本发明的较佳实施例之二提供的一种电子烟充电装置,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于所述充电组件 200 包括第一充电电极 2 和第三充电电极 6 ,且所述电池杆 100 的 第一电极 101 具有至少一用于被磁性吸合的金属定位件,第一充电电极 2 通过磁性吸合机构 20 与金属定位件吸合相连。 此外, 第一充电电极 2 具有至少一与第二电极 102 位置相对应的对接曲面,所述对接曲面为环形斜面 。 充电时第一充电电极 2 与第一电极 101 抵接并磁性吸合,同时 第三充电电极 6 与第二电极 102 导电接触,形成充电回路。
所述磁性吸合机构 20 为设置在所述对接曲面上的磁性层或固定在所述第一充电电极 2 上的磁块, 所述磁性吸合机构 20 由磁性材料制得,可以理解,所述磁块可以包括多个,多个所述磁块间隔设置在 第一充电电极 2 朝向所述电池杆 100 的端面上,所述第一充电电极 2 也可由一整块磁性材料制得。
如图 8 所示,第一充电电极 2 为柱状结构,其靠近电池杆 100 的一端面上开设有与第一电极 101 相适配的凹槽 22 ,第三充电电极 6 远离电池杆 100 的一端面上开设有 与 凹槽 22 相连通 第三通孔 23 ,所述第三充电电极 6 穿过第三通孔 23 与插装在凹槽 22 内的电池杆 100 抵触接触。此外,第一充电电极 2 远离电池杆 100 一端的周向外侧壁上还开设有卡槽 24 ,所述 PCB 板 5 抵接在所述卡槽 24 上。
如图 9 所示,第三充电电极 6 为弹片结构,其一端穿过第三通孔 63 与电池杆 100 的第二电极 102 抵触接触形成导电连接,另一端折弯延伸抵接固定在所述 PCB 板 5 上, PCB 板 5 的一端与所述卡槽 24 相抵接形成导电连接。
当充电时,将电池杆 100 插装到 第一充电电极 2 上 的 凹槽 22 内,由于所述第一充电电极 2 的端面具有至少一磁性吸合机构 20 ,第一电极 101 具有至少一金属定位件,所述金属定位件 由铁、钴以及镍中的任意一种材料制成,因此,第一充电电极 2 对 电池杆 100 的第一电极 101 产生一种磁力,使得 第一充电电极 2 和 第一电极 101 通过磁力抵触接触进行充电,这种磁力吸附稳固且不存在弹性失效的问题,制造商无需额外增加锁紧胶对电池杆 100 进行固定,通过所述磁力连接就能很好的将电池杆 100 固定。目前,大多数电池杆 100 的第一电极 101 为环形斜面,为了使第一充电电极 2 与第一电极 101 更好的接触导电,将第一充电电极 2 与第一电极 101 接触的端面设计成与所述第一电极 101 的端面相适配的环形斜面,这样不仅增加了第一充电电极 2 与第一电极 101 之间的接触面积,提高了电子烟充电装置在充电过程中的稳定性,而且使得第一充电电极 2 与第一电极 101 之间受到的磁力更加均匀,同时使得第一充电电极 2 与第一电极 101 之间的吸附更加稳固。
由于第三充电电极 6 与 PCB 板 5 导电连接,第三充电电极 6 与电池杆 100 的第二电极 102 接触形成导电连接,所以当电子烟充电装置处于工作状态时,电流可以通过第三充电电极 6 传到电池杆 100 中充电电池(图上未标示)的一端。另一方面,第一充电电极 2 与 PCB 板 5 电连接,同时第一充电电极 2 又与第一电极 101 磁性接触形成导电连接,所以当电子烟处于工作状态时,电流从电池杆 100 中充电电池的另一端通过第一充电电极 2 传到所述 PCB 板 5 ,形成充电回路。由此,实现电子烟充电装置对电子烟的稳定充电。
综上所述,本发明由于采用柱形的磁性充电电极对电子烟进行充电,该磁性充电电极具有磁性吸合机构形成的曲面端面,充电时,该端面与电子烟上的电极端面对接吸合,曲面形状使接触面积较大,增加了充电电极与电子烟的接触面积,所述对接曲面还可以防止电子烟在水平方向上偏离所述充电电极,对接时可准确到位,可防止震动使所述电子烟偏离所述充电电极,有效提高了电子烟充电装置在充电过程中的稳定性。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

  1. 一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟的电池杆( 100 )充电,所述电池杆( 100 )的一端设置有用于与所述电子烟充电装置电连接的第一电极( 101 )及第二电极( 102 );其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置包括具有磁性的第一充电电极( 2 ),所述第一充电电极( 2 )具有至少一与所述第一电极( 101 )或第二电极( 102 )位置相对应的对接曲面,充电时所述第一充电电极( 2 )与所述第一电极( 101 )或第二电极( 102 )抵接并磁性吸合形成导电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一充电电极( 2 )包括至少一磁性吸合机构( 20 ),所述第一电极( 101 )或第二电极( 102 )具有至少一用于被磁性吸合的金属定位件,所述第一充电电极( 2 )通过所述磁性吸合机构( 20 )与所述金属定位件吸合相连。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述磁性吸合机构( 20 )为设置在所述对接曲面上的磁性层或固定在所述第一充电电极( 2 )上的磁块。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于, 所述金属定位件由铁、钴以及镍中的任意一种材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第二电极( 102 )设置在电子烟的端面,所述第一充电电极( 2 )与所述第二电极( 102 )位置相对应,所述对接曲面为球面。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述对接曲面为与所述第一电极( 101 )形状相适配的环形斜面。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置还包括安装座( 1 ), 所述安装座( 1 )包括主体( 11 ),所述主体( 11 )内部形成有用于收容所述 第一充电电极( 2 ) 的第一容纳腔;
    所述主体( 11 ) 朝向所述电池杆( 100 )的第一端面( 111 )上 开设有与所述第一容纳腔相连通的第一通孔( 12 ),所述 第一充电电极( 2 )插装在所述第一 通孔( 12 )内。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一容纳腔远离所述第一端面( 111 )的壁面上设置有第二弹片( 4 ),所述第一充电电极( 2 )远离所述电池杆( 100 )的一端与所述第二弹片( 4 )弹性抵接,所述第一充电电极( 2 )靠近所述电池杆( 100 )的一端穿过所述第一通孔( 12 )与所述第二电极( 102 )抵接并磁性吸合。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置还包括第一弹片( 3 ),所述第一弹片( 3 )包括一用于弹性抵触所述第一电极( 101 )的第二充电电极( 31 )和从所述第二充电电极( 31 )一端折弯的第一连接部( 32 );
    所述第二充电电极( 31 )上开设有用于使所述第一充电电极( 2 )穿设的第二通孔( 311 ),所述第二通孔( 311 )与所述第一充电电极( 2 ) 的外周间隔设置;所述第一连接部( 32 ) 固定连接在与所述第一端面( 111 )相邻的一侧壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述侧壁上设置有第一弹片安装槽( 13 ), 所述第一弹片安装槽( 13 )上设置有至少一个第一卡扣( 131 );
    所述第一连接部( 32 )上设置有至少一个与所述第一卡扣( 131 )相适配的第一卡槽( 321 ),所述第一弹片( 3 ) 通过所述 第一卡槽( 321 ) 扣合连接在 所述第一弹片安装槽( 13 )上。
  11. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于, 所述电子烟充电装置还包括设置有充电电路的 PCB 板( 5 ),所述主体( 11 )具有第二端面( 112 ),所述 PCB 板( 5 )纵向贯穿所述第一容纳腔并固定在所述第二端面( 112 )处;
    所述连接部( 32 )朝所述 PCB 板( 5 )一侧延伸凸起形成一抵持部( 33 ),所述抵持部( 33 )抵接至所述 PCB 板( 5 ),所述第二弹片( 4 )朝远离所述第一容纳腔的一侧延伸抵接至所述 PCB 板( 5 )。
  12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于, 所述电子烟充电装置还包括 第三充电电极( 6 ),所述第三充电电极( 6 )为弹片结构。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一充电电极( 2 )靠近所述电池杆( 100 )的端面上设置有与所述电池杆( 100 )相适配的凹槽( 22 ),所述第一充电电极( 2 )与插装在所述凹槽( 22 )内的电池杆( 100 )的所述第一电极( 101 )抵接并磁性吸合;
    所述第一充电电极( 2 )远离所述电池杆( 100 )的端面设置有与所述凹槽( 22 )相连通的第三通孔( 23 ),所述第三充电电极( 6 )穿过所述第三通孔( 23 )与插装在所述凹槽( 22 )内的电池杆( 100 )的第二电极( 102 )抵触连接。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于, 所述电子烟充电装置还包括设置有充电电路的 PCB 板( 5 ), 所述第一充电电极( 2 )远离所述电池杆( 100 )一端的周向外侧壁上开设有卡槽( 24 ),所述 PCB 板( 5 )的一端抵接在所述卡槽( 24 )上形成导电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述第三充电电极( 6 )靠近所述电池杆( 100 )的一端与所述第二电极( 102 )抵触接触形成导电连接,所述第三充电电极( 6 )远离所述电池杆( 100 )的一端折弯延伸抵接固定在所述 PCB 板( 5 )上形成导电连接。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
