Description

电子烟充电装置 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟充电装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,电子烟充电装置可用于存放电子烟并对该电子烟进行充电操作。该电子烟充电装置通常包括用于与电子烟的第一充电电极电连接的第一电极结构,以及用于与电子烟的第二充电电极电连接的第二电极结构。在对电子烟进行充电时,第一电极结构、第二电极结构分别与第一充电电极、第二充电电极相互抵持,可能存在由于抵持连接不牢固而导致充电不稳定的情况发生,从而给用户的使用带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟充电装置给电子烟充电时可能存在充电不稳定的缺陷,提供一种充电可靠的电子烟充电装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟充电装置,包括用于与电子烟的第一充电电极电连接的第一电极结构,以及用于与所述电子烟的第二充电电极电连接的第二电极结构;所述第一电极结构为与所述电子烟的外侧壁位置相对应并用于夹持所述电子烟的弹性软块,所述弹性软块由导电材料制成或所述弹性软块上与所述第一充电电极电连接的表面设置有用于导电的导电材料。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述电子烟充电装置还包括与电源连接并设置有充电电路的电路板;所述弹性软块与所述电路板相互抵持以实现电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述弹性软块包括块体,以及开设在所述块体上并用于夹持所述电子烟的外侧壁的夹持孔。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述夹持孔的内壁至少设置有一个呈凸起状的抵持部;所述抵持部与所述电子烟的外侧壁相互抵接。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述抵持部设置有四个;四个所述抵持部均匀地分布在所述夹持孔的内壁上。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,每个所述抵持部均由所述夹持孔内壁的一端沿所述夹持孔的轴线延伸至所述夹持孔内壁的另一端。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述弹性软块由导电橡胶或导电硅胶制成。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述弹性软块还包括开设在所述块体一端的容置槽;所述第二电极结构置于所述容置槽内,且所述第二电极结构与所述容置槽电性隔离。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述第二电极结构包括安装在所述安装座内的固定座、可伸缩地安装在所述固定座中并用于与第二充电电极电连接的伸缩件,以及弹托在所述固定座与所述伸缩件之间的弹性件。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述伸缩件为弹簧或弹片。
实施本发明的电子烟充电装置,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟充电装置中的第一电极结构采用弹性软块的结构,该弹性软块用于夹持电子烟的外侧壁,使得电子烟能够稳固地插装在电子烟充电装置中,实现充电和固定双重功能,既而使充电操作稳定;其次,充电操作时,由于弹性软块可夹持在电子烟的外侧壁,使得弹性软块能够有效地避免与第二电极结构产生短路而影响电子烟充电装置的正常使用;再者,所述电子烟充电装置采用弹性软块与电路板相互抵持以实现电连接的结构,装配弹性软块时操作简便,进而能够提高所述电子烟充电装置的装配效率,以实现自动化生产。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟充电装置,其包括安装座1、第一电极结构、第二电极结构3以及设置有充电电路电路板4。第一电极结构、第二电极结构3以及电路板4分别安装在安装座1内。
如图1所示,第一电极结构用于与电子烟10的第一充电电极(未标号)电连接。本实施例中,第一电极结构为用于夹持电子烟10的外侧壁的弹性软块2。电子烟10的外侧壁由导电材料制成,其作为电子烟10的第一充电电极。弹性软块2由导电材料制成,该实施例中,弹性软块2由导电橡胶或导电硅胶制成。由于导电橡胶或导电硅胶具有良好的弹性,其用于夹持电子烟10时能够有效地避免刮花该电子烟10。在本发明的其它实施例中,弹性软块2上与第一充电电极电连接的表面设置有用于导电的导电材料。该导电材料为导电橡胶或导电硅胶等材料,其与电路板4实现电连接,电路板4与电源连接。
如图1以及图3所示,弹性软块2包括块体21、夹持孔22以及抵持部23。块体21大致为长方体结构,其固定安装在安装座1内,并与电路板4相互抵持以实现电连接。采用块体21与电路板4相互抵持以实现电连接的结构,装配弹性软块2时操作简便,进而能够提高所述电子烟充电装置的装配效率,以实现自动化的生产。夹持孔22大致为圆形通孔结构,其开设在块体21上并用于夹持电子烟10的外侧壁。在对电子烟10进行充电操作时,使得电子烟10能够稳固地插装在所述电子烟充电装置中,既而使充电操作稳定。抵持部23设置在夹持孔22的内壁并呈凸起状,该抵持部23至少设置有一个。每个抵持部23均由夹持孔22内壁的一端沿夹持孔22的轴线延伸至夹持孔22内壁的另一端。本实施例中,抵持部23设置有四个,四个抵持部23均匀地分布在夹持孔22的内壁上。在本发明的其它实施例中,抵持部33的形状和数量亦有其它的选择,其可根据电子烟10的外形尺寸进行设计。采用抵持部23的结构,当电子烟10插装在夹持孔22中时,所述抵持部23发生弹性形变,所述抵持部23之间的空间即可提供变形空间,增加了弹性软块2对电子烟10的弹力,能够使得电子烟10更加稳固地插装在所述电子烟充电装置中,既而使充电操作更加稳定。
如图2并参阅图1所示,第二电极结构3用于与电子烟10的第二充电电极(未标号)电连接。第二充电电极设置在电子烟10的端部,第二电极结构3安装在安装座1上并可与该第二充电电极电连接。第二电极结构3包括固定座31、伸缩件32以及弹性件33。该固定座31与电路板4电连接,其安装在安装座1上。伸缩件32大致为杆状结构,其可伸缩地安装在固定座31中并用于与第二充电电极电连接。弹性件33弹托在固定座31与伸缩件32之间,该弹性件33的一端固定安装在固定座31上,其另一端与伸缩件32固定连接。该实施例中,弹性件33为弹簧或弹片。采用上述伸缩件32的结构,充电操作时,使得第二电极结构3与第二充电电极之间的连接更加牢靠。其中,所述电路板4上的充电电路为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
如图4、图5以及图6所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟充电装置,其与实施例之一所不同之于在于弹性软块2的结构。第一充电电极为设置在电子烟10端部的环形电极(未标号),电子烟10的外侧壁喷涂有绝缘漆。为了使安装弹性软块2与第二电极结构3时不产生干涉,本实施例中,弹性软块2还包括开设在块体21一端的容置槽24。容置槽24呈方形,其与第二电极结构3的外形尺寸相适配。第二电极结构3置于该容置槽24内,且第二电极结构3与容置槽24电性隔离。本实施例中,第二电极结构3与容置槽24之间形成间隙,以实现两者的电性隔离。在本发明的其它实施例中,第二电极结构3与容置槽24之间还可以安装绝缘件,以实现两者的电性隔离。此外,上述实施例中的所述弹性软块2可以为两个或两个以上体积小的弹性软块2,通过拼接或位置相对设置等实现相应的夹持及电连接作用,其原理与上述实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明上述实施例提供的电子烟充电装置可为电子烟烟盒,即所述上述的安装座1、第一电极结构、第二电极结构3以及电路板4固定安装在电子烟烟盒的盒体中,将电子烟10插入该电子烟烟盒中即可进行充电操作。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

  1. 一种电子烟充电装置,包括用于与电子烟(10)的第一充电电极电连接的第一电极结构,以及用于与所述电子烟(10)的第二充电电极电连接的第二电极结构(3);其特征在于:所述第一电极结构为与所述电子烟(10)的外侧壁位置相对应并用于夹持所述电子烟(10)的弹性软块(2),所述弹性软块(2)由导电材料制成或所述弹性软块(2)上与所述第一充电电极电连接的表面设置有用于导电的导电材料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电装置还包括与电源连接并设置有充电电路的电路板(4);所述弹性软块(2)与所述电路板(4)相互抵持以实现电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(2)包括块体(21),以及开设在所述块体(21)上并用于夹持所述电子烟(10)的外侧壁的夹持孔(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述夹持孔(22)的内壁至少设置有一个呈凸起状的抵持部(23);所述抵持部(23)与所述电子烟(10)的外侧壁相互抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述抵持部(23)设置有四个;四个所述抵持部(23)均匀地分布在所述夹持孔(22)的内壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:每个所述抵持部(23)均由所述夹持孔(22)内壁的一端沿所述夹持孔(22)的轴线延伸至所述夹持孔(22)内壁的另一端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(2)由导电橡胶或导电硅胶制成。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述弹性软块(2)还包括开设在所述块体(21)一端的容置槽(24);所述第二电极结构(3)置于所述容置槽(24)内,且所述第二电极结构(3)与所述容置槽(24)电性隔离。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述第二电极结构(3)包括固定座(31)、可伸缩地安装在所述固定座(31)中并用于与第二充电电极电连接的伸缩件(32),以及弹托在所述固定座(31)与所述伸缩件(32)之间的弹性件(33)。
