发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种雾化组件、电池组件以及电子烟,解决焊接时热量容易扩散而导致焊接困难的问题 。

实施例 1 :
如图 1 所示,一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化组件 1 和电池组件 2 ,雾化组件 1 和电池组件 2 分别包括套设在外周的雾化套 10 和电池套 20 。

第二电极连接件 200 一端开设有至少两个缺口 103 ,相邻两个缺口 103 之间形成有第二焊接臂 204 ,第二电极连接件 200 上第二焊接臂 204 所在的一端朝向电池 21 沿轴向插接进电池套 20 内部,第二电极连接件 200 远离第二焊接臂 204 的一端与雾化组件 1 可拆卸连接,其中第二焊接臂 204 两端壁之间的距离为 2mm-5mm 。
在电池组件 2 内收容有用于提供电流的电池 21 ,通过第二电导线(图中未标示)将第二电极连接件 200 与电池 21 电连接,第二电导线一端是焊接在第二焊接臂 204 上,进而将第二电极连接件 200 与电池 21 电连接。同样,焊接时热量仅集中在第二焊接臂 204 上,不会迅速扩散至周围,使焊接快速方便,提高生产效率。可以理解的是,所述第二电导线可以与所述电池 21 直接相连,也可以通过咪头控制器(图中未标示)再与所述电池 21 相连,所述咪头控制器用于控制所述电池 21 是否给所述雾化组件 1 供电。

如图 2-3 所示,在第一电极连接件 100 上的第二连接部 102 的外壁面设有外螺纹 105 ,第二电极连接件 200 远离第二焊接臂 204 的一端沿轴向内壁面设有内螺纹 205 ,第一电极连接件 100 和第二电极连接件 200 通过螺纹连接在一起,进而将雾化组件 1 与电池组件 2 可拆卸连接在一起,并可实现电连接,从而使第一电极连接件 100 与电池组件 2 实现电连接,更具体地说是与电池 21 实现电连接。其中第一电极连接件 100 和第二电极连接件 200 分别由金、银或铜制成。
在第一连接部 101 沿轴向的外壁面设有防滑的滚花结构 106 ,用于增加第一电极连接件 100 与雾化套 10 内壁面之间的摩擦力,同样第二电极连接件 200 的外壁面也设有防滑的滚花结构 206 。
可以理解地是,雾化组件 1 和电池组件 2 可拆卸连接的方式不限于螺纹连接,还可以是通过磁吸方式连接,其中第一电极连接件 100 由铁制成,在电池套 20 内靠近第二电极连接件 200 处设置磁铁,使第一电极连接件 100 与第二电极连接件 200 通过磁吸连接,进而将雾化组件 1 与电池组件 2 可拆卸连接在一起,并可实现电连接。
另外,如图 1 所示,在电池套 20 与电池 21 之间形成有与外界相通的气流通道 22 ,由于第二电极连接件 200 插接在电池套 20 内,在第二电极连接件 200 上第二焊接臂 204 所在的一端轴向外侧设置倒角,则使第二电极连接件 200 上所述第二焊接臂 204 所在的一端沿轴向的外壁面与电池套 20 沿轴向的内壁面之间形成有间隙空间 23 ,其中间隙空间 23 、第二电极连接件 200 上开设的每一缺口 103 与气流通道 22 相互贯通。由于在电池套 20 内,电池 21 很容易与第二电极连接件 200 相抵触贴合,导致气流通道 22 不畅通,因此通过形成的间隙空间 23 、开设在第二电极连接件 200 上的缺口 103 以及气流通道 22 之间相贯通,使得气流可通过间隙空间 23 经过缺口 103 与气流通道 22 相通,相当于多一个备用的气流通道,使抽吸电子烟时烟雾通气顺畅,不会出现憋气的现象,保证产品的稳定性。
实施例 2 :
与实施例 1 不同之处在于:如图 4-5 所示,电池套 20 为由金、银或铜等制成的可导电电池套,第二电极连接件 200 设置在电池套 20 远离雾化组件 1 的一端,包括本体 301 和从本体 301 边缘沿轴向延伸的第三连接部 302 ,在第三连接部 302 远离本体 301 的一端开设至少两个缺口 103 ,相邻两个缺口 103 之间形成第二焊接臂 204 ,第三连接部 302 插接在电池套 20 内且第三连接部 302 的外壁面与电池套 20 的内壁面相贴合。这样,第二电导线一端连接在第二焊接臂 204 上,另一端连接在电池 21 上,使第二电极连接件 200 与电池 21 实现电连接,第二电极连接件 200 再通过电池套 20 传电给雾化组件 1 。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进或变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件( 2 )组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件( 1 )包括雾化套( 10 ),所述雾化套( 10 )内具有雾化器件和位于所述雾化套( 10 )一端的用于与所述电池组件( 2 )电连接的第一电极连接件( 100 ),所述雾化器件与所述第一电极连接件( 100 )之间通过第一电导线电连接,其特征在于,所述第一电极连接件( 100 )一端开设有至少两个缺口( 103 ),相邻两个所述缺口( 103 )之间形成有第一焊接臂( 104 ),所述第一电导线的一端焊接在所述第一焊接臂( 104 )上。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化器件为电热丝或超声波雾化器。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一焊接臂( 104 )内表面设有焊接点,所述第一电导线通过第一焊接臂( 104 )上的焊接点连接在所述第一焊接臂( 104 )上。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一焊接臂( 104 )上的焊接点为焊锡点。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一焊接臂( 104 )两端壁之间的距离为 2mm-5mm 。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一电极连接件( 100 )包括第一连接部( 101 )和与所述第一连接部( 101 )相互连接的相对所述第一连接部( 101 )缩径形成的第二连接部( 102 ),所述第一连接部( 101 )插接于所述雾化套( 10 )内,所述第二连接部( 102 )可与所述电池组件( 2 )可拆卸连接,所述第一焊接臂( 104 )形成在所述第一连接部( 101 )远离所述第二连接部( 102 )的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部( 101 )与所述第二连接部( 102 )一体成型。
  8. 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件( 2 )包括电池套( 20 ),所述电池套( 20 )内收容有电池( 21 )以及位于所述电池套( 20 )一端用于与所述电池( 21 )电连接的第二电极连接件( 200 ),所述第二电极连接件( 200 )与所述电池( 21 )通过第二电导线电连接,其特征在于,所述第二电极连接件( 200 )一端开设有至少两个缺口( 103 ),相邻两个所述缺口( 103 )之间形成有第二焊接臂( 204 ),所述第二电导线的一端焊接在所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第二焊接臂( 204 )内表面设有焊接点,所述第二电导线通过所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上的焊接点连接在所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上的焊接点为焊锡点。
  11. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第二焊接臂( 204 )两端壁的距离为 2mm-5mm 。
  12. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第二电极连接件( 200 )上所述第二焊接臂( 204 )所在的一端朝向所述电池( 21 )沿轴向插接进所述电池套( 20 )内部,所述第二电极连接件( 200 )远离所述第二焊接臂( 204 )的一端可与所述雾化组件( 1 )可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池套( 20 )与电池( 21 )之间形成有与外界相通的气流通道( 22 ),所述第二电极连接件( 200 )上所述第二焊接臂( 204 )所在的一端沿轴向外侧设有倒角,使所述第二电极连接件( 200 )上所述第二焊接臂( 204 )所在的一端沿轴向的外壁面与所述电池套( 20 )沿轴向的内壁面之间形成有间隙空间( 23 ),所述间隙空间( 23 )、所述第二电极连接件( 200 )上开设的每一所述缺口( 103 )以及所述气流通道( 22 )相互贯通。
  14. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第二电极连接件( 200 )设置在所述电池套( 20 )远离所述雾化组件( 1 )的一端,所述第二电极连接件( 200 )包括本体( 301 )和从所述本体( 301 )边缘沿轴向延伸的的第三连接部( 302 ),所述第三连接部( 302 )插接在所述电池套( 20 )内,所述第二焊接臂( 204 )形成在所述第三连接部( 302 )远离所述本体( 301 )的一端。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池套( 20 )为可与所述雾化组件( 1 )实现电连接的导电电池套,所述第三连接部( 302 )的外壁面与所述电池套( 20 )的内壁面相贴合。
  16. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化组件( 1 )和电池组件( 2 ),所述雾化组件( 1 )和所述电池组件( 2 )分别包括雾化套( 10 )和电池套( 20 );
    所述雾化套( 10 )内具有雾化器件和位于所述雾化套( 10 )一端的用于与所述电池组件( 2 )电连接的第一电极连接件( 100 ),所述雾化器件与所述第一电极连接件( 100 )之间通过第一电导线电连接;
    所述电池套( 20 )内收容有电池( 21 )以及位于所述电池套( 20 )一端用于导电的第二电极连接件( 200 ),所述第二电极连接件( 200 )与所述电池( 21 )通过第二电导线电连接;
    其特征在于,所述第一电极连接件( 100 )的一端和 / 或所述第二电极连接件( 200 )的一端分别开设有至少两个缺口( 103 ),所述第一电极连接件( 100 )相邻两个所述缺口( 103 )之间形成有第一焊接臂( 104 ),所述第一电导线的一端焊接在所述第一焊接臂( 104 )上;所述第二电极连接件( 200 )相邻两个所述缺口( 103 )之间形成有第二焊接臂( 204 ),所述第二电导线的一端焊接在所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一焊接臂( 104 )和所述第二焊接臂( 204 )的内表面分别设有焊接点,所述第一电导线通过所述第一焊接臂( 104 )上的焊接点连接在所述第一焊接臂( 104 )上,所述第二电导线通过所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上的焊接点连接在所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上。
  18. 根据权利要求 17 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一焊接臂( 104 )和所述第二焊接臂( 204 )上的焊接点分别为焊锡点。
  19. 根据权利要求 16 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一焊接臂( 104 )两端壁之间的距离和所述第二焊接臂( 204 )之间的距离分别为 2mm-5mm 。
