优选的, 上述电极组件中, 所述电极座上设置有安装孔, 所述电池杆内电 极组件设置在所述安装孔内; 当所述凹槽设置在所述电池杆外电极上时, 所述 电极座的内周面上设置有沿其周向延伸的阻挡槽,此阻挡槽与所述电池杆外电 极上的 1HJ槽共同构成具有 30度至 120度角的滑槽。
优选的, 上述电极组件中, 所述电池杆内电极组件包括:
能够与所述雾化器内电极接触电导通的内电极本体;
设置在所述电极座的所述安装孔上且与电池电连接的内电极套; 设置在所述内电极本体与电子烟的电池之间,且两端分别与所述内电极本 体和所述内电极套相抵接的压缩弹簧。
优选的, 上述电极组件中, 所述电极本体为具有底座的圓筒状电极。 优选的, 上述电极组件中, 所述电池杆外电极与电子烟的电池电连接。 基于上述提供的电极组件, 本发明还提供了一种电子烟, 包括雾化器、 电 池杆和电导通所述雾化器与所述电池杆的电极组件, 其中, 该电极组件为上述 任意一项所述的电极组件。
本发明提供的电极组件中, 包括设置在雾化器上的筒状雾化器外电极,设 置在电池杆上且能够与雾化器外电极套装接触的筒状电池杆外电极,设置在雾 化器上的雾化器内电极,设置在电池杆上并能够与雾化器内电极电导通的电池 杆内电极组件, 其中雾化器外电极与雾化器内电极绝缘、 电池杆外电极与电池 杆内电极组件绝缘, 以避免导电回路发生短路。 因为雾化器外电极和电池杆外 电极均为筒状结构, 当需要导通雾化器和电池杆时,将雾化器外电极插入电池 杆外电极中,在插入到位后,旋转雾化器外电极以使雾化器外电极与电池杆外 电极卡接, 进而使雾化器外电极和电池杆外电极实现套装接触, 即处于套装状 态下的雾化器外电极和电池杆外电极的轴线在同一直线上,弧形面的弧形延伸 方向相同,从而使其在电导通的过程中能够通过各自的圓弧面充分接触, 其接 触形式为面接触。 因此, 本发明提供的电极组件, 与原有的针式电极相比, 通 过面接触的方式代替点接触或线接触的方式,从而增大接触面积, 进而而减小 甚至避免雾化装置的电极和电池的电极发生接触不良的几率,为电子烟的正常 工作提供更进一步的安全保障。本发明还提供了一种具有上述电极组件的电子 烟。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种电极组件,其能够减少甚至避免雾化装置的电极和电池 的电极发生接触不良的现象, 为电子烟的正常工作提供更进一步的安全保障。 本发明还提供了一种具有上述电极组件的电子烟。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本实施例以凸筋 7设置在雾化器外电极 3上, 凹槽 8设置在电池杆外电极 5 上为例来进行说明, 不可以将其理解为对保护范围的绝对限定。
请参考附图 4-13 ,本发明实施例提供的电极组件,用于以插入旋转卡接的 方式电导通电子烟的雾化器 1和电池杆 2, 其包括:
设置在雾化器 1上的筒状雾化器外电极 3 ;
设置在雾化器 1上并与雾化器外电极 3绝缘的雾化器内电极 4;
设置在电池杆 2上,能够与雾化器外电极 3相互插入并通过旋转实现卡接, 进而实现与雾化器外电极 3电导通的筒状电池杆外电极 5;
设置在电池杆 2上并与电池杆外电极 5绝缘, 且能够与雾化器内电极 4 电导通的电池杆内电极组件。
本实施例提供的电极组件中,包括设置在雾化器 1上的筒状雾化器外电极
3 , 设置在电池杆 2上且能够与雾化器外电极 3套装接触的筒状电池杆外电极 5 , 设置在雾化器 1上的雾化器内电极 4, 设置在电池杆 2上并能够与雾化器 内电极 4电导通的电池杆内电极组件, 其中雾化器外电极 3与雾化器内电极 4 绝缘、 电池杆外电极 5与电池杆内电极组件绝缘, 以避免导电回路发生短路。 因为雾化器外电极 3和电池杆外电极 5 均为筒状结构, 当需要导通雾化器 1 和电池杆 2时, 将雾化器外电极 3插入电池杆外电极 5中, 在插入到位后, 旋 转雾化器外电极 3以使雾化器外电极 3与电池杆外电极 5卡接,进而使雾化器 外电极 3和电池杆外电极 5实现套装接触,即处于套装状态下的雾化器外电极 3和电池杆外电极 5的轴线在同一直线上, 弧形面的弧形延伸方向相同, 从而 使其在电导通的过程中能够通过各自的圓弧面充分接触, 其接触形式为面接 触。
因此, 本发明提供的电极组件, 与原有的针式电极相比, 通过面接触的方 式代替点接触或线接触的方式,从而增大接触面积, 进而而减小甚至避免雾化 装置的电极和电池的电极发生接触不良的几率,为电子烟的正常工作提供更进 一步的安全保障。
在本实施例中, 雾化器外电极 3设置在雾化器 1与电池杆 2的连接端, 电 池杆外电极 5设置在电池杆 2与雾化器 1的连接端, 并且与电池直接电导通。 将雾化器外电极 3和电池杆外电极 5设置为筒状结构除了能够增大接触面积, 避免接触不良之外,筒状的雾化器外电极 3和电池杆外电极 5还具有一定的连 接强度, 将其分别设置在雾化器 1与电池杆 2的连接端和电池杆 2与雾化器 1 的连接端, 使其能够将雾化器 1和电池杆 2进行连接, 以充当连接部件, 从而 省去了原有用于连接的塑胶座,不仅能够降低生产成本,还能够简化生产工艺, 提高生产效率。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案, 本实施例提供的电极组件中, 雾化器外电 极 3的外周面上设置有凸筋 7 , 电池杆外电极 5的内周面上能够容纳凸筋 7且 沿电池杆 2轴向延伸的凹槽 8 , 如图 6和图 7所示。 因为雾化器外电极 3和电 池杆外电极 5能够起到连接雾化器 1和电池杆 2的作用,所以为了增强其连接 牢固性, 在雾化器外电极 3的外周面上设置了凸筋 7 , 在电池杆外电极 5的内 周面上设置了凹槽 8 , 在雾化器外电极 3和电池杆外电极 5套装时, 雾化器外 电极 3插入到电池杆外电极 5 内, 并使得雾化器外电极 3外周面上的凸筋 Ί 进入到电池杆外电极 5 的内周面上开设的凹槽 8 内, 并随着雾化器外电极 3 的继续插入在凹槽 8中滑动, 最终实现卡接。 当然, 凸筋 7还可以安装在电池 杆外电极 5上, 1HJ槽 8安装在雾化器外电极 3上, 在此不作限定。
在本实施例中, 雾化器外电极 3上的凸筋 7可以为一个, 也可以为多个, 并且与其配合的电池杆外电极 5上的凹槽 8的数量和位置与凸筋 7的设置数量 和位置——对应, 如图 9-图 13所示。
如图 4、 图 8、 图 9和图 13所示, 雾化器内电极 4为杆状电极, 且通过绝 缘环 9设置在雾化器外电极 3的内腔中。在本实施例中, 为了使部件分布的更 加紧凑, 将雾化器内电极 4设置为杆状电极, 以节省空间, 并且其通过绝缘环 9设置在筒状雾化器外电极 3的内腔中, 以充分利用空间。 绝缘环 9的外侧面 与雾化器外电极 3的内周面接触, 雾化器内电极 4设置在绝缘环 9的内孔中, 这样不仅能够为雾化器内电极 4提供支撑,还能够使雾化器内电极 4和雾化器 夕卜电极 3绝缘, 避免导电回路发生短路。
同样的, 电池杆内电极组件通过绝缘的电极座 10设置在电池杆外电极 5 的内腔中, 电极座 10同样能够起到支撑和绝缘电池杆内电极组件的作用, 进 一步减小装配空间。 具体的, 电极座 10为塑胶座, 且其上设置有安装孔, 电 池杆内电极组件设置在此安装孔内。
此外, 当凹槽 8设置在电池杆外电极 5上时,在绝缘座的内周面上还设置 有沿其周向延伸的阻挡槽 11 , 如图 7和图 12所示, 此阻挡槽 11与电池杆外 电极 5上的 1HJ槽 8连通, 并共同构成以直角形式分布的滑槽。 当雾化器外电极 3上的凸筋 Ί深入到凹槽 8端部以后,雾化器 1无法再沿电池杆 2的轴线前进, 雾化器 1在电池杆 2的轴线方向上安装到位, 然后旋转雾化器 1 , 其上的凸筋 7从凹槽 8中进入到与凹槽 8连通的阻挡槽 11 中, 在雾化器 1旋转一定角度 后, 凸筋 7移动至阻挡槽 11的端部, 凸筋 7再没有旋转空间, 阻挡槽 11对凸 筋 7实现阻挡, 对凸筋 7的旋转角度起到限定作用, 雾化器 1完全安装到位。
具体的, 本实施例提供的电池杆内电极组件包括:
能够与雾化器内电极 4接触电导通的内电极本体 12;
设置在电极座 10的安装孔上且与电池焊接以构成电连接的内电极套 6; 设置在内电极本体 12与电子烟的电池之间, 且两端分别与内电极本体 12 和电池焊接的压缩弹簧 13。
电极本体 12能够与杆状的雾化器内电极 4以接触的方式电导通, 此电极 本体 12可以为杆状或其他结构, 本实施例优选为具有底座的圓筒状结构, 如 图 7和图 12所示, 具有底座的圓筒状电极本体 12因为具有内腔, 所以其方便 杆状的雾化器内电极 4插入, 以进一步增大接触面积,使雾化器内电极 4与电 池杆内电极组件接触良好, 为电路的电导通提供更进一步的安全保证。
在电极本体 12与电池之间设置始终处于压缩状态的导电弹簧, 此压缩弹 簧 13的两端分别焊接在电池和内电极套 6上, 以使电池杆内电极组件直接与 电池电导通, 并在压缩弹簧 13的压紧力作用下能够保持紧密的连接接触, 不 会发生接触不良现象, 而且电池杆外电极 5与电子烟的电池直接焊接,省去了 原有的 PCB板, 不仅使原有的复杂结构得到了简化, 降低了生产成本, 还不 会影响电池杆内电极组件与电池的连接灵敏性并且能够提高连接牢固性。
基于上述实施例中提供的电极组件, 本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟, 该电子烟具有上述实施例中提供的电极组件。
由于该电子烟采用了上述实施例提供的电极组件,所以该电子烟由电子组 件带来的有益效果请参考上述实施例中相应的部分, 在此不再贅述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 发明。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下, 在 其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例, 而 是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种电极组件,用于以插入旋转卡接的方式电导通电子烟的雾化器( 1 ) 和电池杆(2), 其特征在于, 包括能够形成电导通回路的雾化器外电极(3)、 雾化器内电极(4)、 电池杆外电极(5)和电池杆内电极组件, 其中:
设置在所述雾化器(1 )上的雾化器外电极(3) 为筒状;
设置在所述电池杆(2)上的筒状电池杆外电极(5)能够与雾化器外电极 ( 3 )相互插入并通过旋转实现卡接;
设置在所述雾化器( 1 )上的雾化器内电极(4)与设置在所述电池杆 (2) 上电池杆内电极组件接触导通。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电极组件, 其特征在于, 设置在连接端的所述 雾化器外电极(3)和所述电池杆外电极(5), 其一者的外周面上设置有凸筋
(7), 另一者的内周面上设置有能够容纳所述凸筋 (7) 的凹槽。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电极组件, 其特征在于, 所述凸筋(7)为一个 或多个, 与其配合的所述凹槽(8)的数量和位置与所述凸筋(7)——对应设 置。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述雾化器内电极(4) 为杆状电极, 且通过绝缘环(9)设置在所述雾化器外电极(3) 的内腔中。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电极组件, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆内电极组 件通过绝缘的电极座(10)设置在所述电池杆外电极(5) 的内腔中。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电极组件, 其特征在于, 所述电极座(10)上 设置有安装孔, 所述电池杆内电极组件设置在所述安装孔内; 当所述凹槽(8) 设置在所述电池杆外电极(5)上时, 所述电极座(10) 的内周面上设置有沿 其周向延伸的阻挡槽 ( 11 ), 此阻挡槽 ( 11 )与所述电池杆外电极 ( 5 )上的凹 槽(8)共同构成具有 30度至 120度角的滑槽。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电极组件, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆内电极组 件包括: 能够与所述雾化器内电极(4)接触电导通的内电极本体 ( 12); 设置在所述内电极本体 ( 12)与电子烟的电池之间, 且两端分别与所述内 电极本体 ( 12 )和所述内电极套 ( 6 )相抵接的压缩弹簧 ( 13 )。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的电极组件, 其特征在于, 所述电极本体(12) 为具有底座的圓筒状电极。
9、 根据权利要求 1-8 中任意一项所述的电极组件, 其特征在于, 所述电 池杆外电极(5)与电子烟的电池电连接。
10、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器(1)、 电池杆(2)和电导通所述雾化器(1 ) 与所述电池杆 (2) 的电极组件, 其特征在于, 该电极组件为上述 1-9 中任意 一项所述的电极组件。
