Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种具有防止雾化组件和电池组件 相互转动的电子烟。
随着人们健康意识的提高,越来越多的人意识到吸烟的危害性, 所以比香 烟健康的电子烟受到人们的欢迎。
现有技术中的电子烟包括电池组件和雾化组件。 用户吸电子烟时, 电子烟 内部气压发生变化, 电池组件内部的气流传感器感应到气压变化, 向电子烟内 部控制器发送信号,控制器根据信号控制雾化组件内部的发热丝雾化储油棉的 烟油产生烟雾, 这样客户就完成一个吸烟的过程。
电子烟内部的功能部件都是由电池组件中电池供应电能。电池组件与雾化 组件为分体连接结构。在电池组件与雾化组件连接部设置有电极连接端, 电极 连接端再由电子线连接到每个功能部件来提供电能, 这样就构成一个供电回 路。 电池组件和雾化组件可以任意角度转动, 在转动过程中, 电极容易带动电 子线, 使电子线打结而短路或断路, 使电子烟无法正常工作。 此外, 由于电池 组件和雾化组件可以任意角度转动,因而在长期使用过程中容易使电池组件和 雾化组件因转动磨损而产生较大间隙, 使两者连接不可靠, 容易脱落。 吸烟时 由于使用者担忧所述电池组件从所述雾化组件脱落,通常通过手指夹持在所述 电池组件和雾化组件的连接处, 因而不仅用户体验差, 而且容易因长时间接触 雾化器而烫手。 发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种具有防止雾化组件和电池组件相互转动的电子烟, 需要解决的技术问题是电池组件和雾化组件连接后, 可以任意角度转动,在转 动过程中, 电极容易带动电子线, 使电子线打结而短路或断路, 使电子烟无法 正常工作, 电池组件和雾化组件容易脱落, 使用时用户体验差及容易烫手。
本实用新型解决其技术问题釆用的技术方案是:
一种电子烟, 包括: 所述电子烟包括电池组件和雾化组件;
所述雾化组件设置有与所述电池组件连接的雾化连接端,该雾化连接端设 置有第一磁性件;
所述电池组件设置有与所述雾化连接端相适配的电池连接端,该电池连接 端设置有用于与所述第一磁性件磁吸相连的第二磁性件;
所述电池连接端设置有能使所述雾化连接端插入的容置腔;

从以上技术方案可以看出, 本实用新型实施例具有以下优点: 电子烟的电池组件和雾化组件通过磁力来吸合在一起。雾化连接端设置有 带有棱角的止动部件; 电池连接端设置有能使所述雾化连接端插入的容置腔; 容置腔侧壁设置有带有棱角用于所述止动部件插置的导向止动槽。当雾化组件 与电池组件通过磁力吸合在一起后, 由于连接部带有棱角,止动部件与导向止 动槽相抵持,抑制雾化组件与电池组件相互转动。这样就不会使电子线打结而 短路或断路, 保证电子烟正常工作。 此外, 导向止动槽沿着电子烟轴向或周向 延伸并延伸至所述容置腔的腔口端面上的导向, 方便用户插置组装。 电池组件 和雾化组件设置带棱角导向止动槽和止动部件,避免了电池组件和雾化组件可 以任意角度转动, 即使在长期使用过程中,也不会使电池组件和雾化组件之间 磨损而产生较大间隙, 通过磁性连接使两者可靠连接, 不容易脱落, 这样吸烟 者不用担忧电池组件从所述雾化组件脱落。 从而, 在吸烟时, 手指无需夹持在 所述电池组件和雾化组件的连接处, 不会因长时间接触雾化器而烫手。 附图说明

本实用新型提供了一种具有防止雾化组件和电池组件相互转动的电子烟。 其具体整体结构请参见图 1所示:
所述电子烟包括电池组件 101和雾化组件 102;
所述雾化组件 102设置有与所述电池组件 101连接的雾化连接端 1022; 该雾化连接端 1022设置有第一磁性件;
所述电池组件 101 设置有与所述雾化连接端 1022相适配的电池连接端 1011; 该电池连接端 1011设置有用于与所述第一磁性件磁吸相连的第二磁性 件;
所述电池连接端 1011设置有能使所述雾化连接端插入的容置腔 113; 所述容置腔侧壁上设置有沿着电子烟轴向或周向延伸并延伸至所述容置 腔的腔口端面上, 且槽壁带有棱角的导向止动槽 111 ;
所述雾化连接端 1022设置有插置于所述导向止动槽 111 内, 具有棱角且 用于与所述导向止动槽 111相 4氏持, 防止所述雾化组件 102与所述电池组件 101相互转动的止动部件 112;
所述电池连接端 1011 的第一磁性件与所述雾化连接端 1022的第二磁性 件,通过磁吸连接。也就是说电池组件 101和雾化组件 102之间通过磁吸连接。 这里所述第一磁性件和第二磁性件可以设置在电池连接端的周面,也可以设置 在端面, 具体位置这里不做限定, 只要磁吸能够保证电池组件 101和雾化组件 102连接稳定, 不易断开。 而磁性件可以为磁性材料, 也可以为磁铁, 这里不 做限定。
在本实用新型中, 止动部件 112可以设置成凸出连接端的凸台, 也可以将 连接端设置成带有棱角的形状,还可以在连接端外加连接环, 连接环带有棱角 的凸台等等, 这里不做限定。
在本实用新型中,为了能够明确说明棱角,特举例说明,请参阅图 2所示, 所述导向止动槽壁带有的棱角可以理解为导向止动槽壁的内壁 21和与所述止 动部件接触的第一接触面 22形成具有突棱的棱角。 所述止动部件的棱角为与所述导向止动槽插置时接触的第二接触面 31和 止动部件端面 32, 形成具有突棱的棱角。
上述棱角还可以理解为, 将雾化连接端 1022和电池连接端 1011, 连接端 为带有棱角的形状。 如连接端为方体或三角体等等, 具体形状不做限定。
这里对棱角只是为了能够明确说明, 不做具体限定。主要起到能够抑制雾 化组件 102和电池组件 101相互转动作用。
在本实用新型中, 所述雾化连接端 1022设置有能使所述电池连接端 1011 插入的容置腔 113; 所述容置腔侧壁上设置有所述导向止动槽 111; 所述电池 连接端 1011设置有所述止动部件 112。 可以理解的是雾化连接端 1022设置有 导向止动槽 111, 所述电池连接端 1011设置有所述止动部件 112。 其结构的互 换, 产生作用和效果与上述相同, 此处不再复述。
可以理解的是, 电子烟的电池组件和雾化组件通过磁力来吸合在一起。 雾 化连接端设置有带有棱角的止动部件;电池连接端设置有能使所述雾化连接端 插入的容置腔;容置腔侧壁设置有带有棱角用于所述止动部件插置的导向止动 槽。 当雾化组件与电池组件通过磁力吸合在一起后, 由于连接部带有棱角, 止 动部件与导向止动槽相抵持,抑制雾化组件与电池组件相互转动。 这样就不会 使电子线打结而短路或断路, 保证电子烟正常工作。 此外, 导向止动槽沿着电 子烟轴向或周向延伸并延伸至所述容置腔的腔口端面上的导向,方便用户插置 组装。 电池组件和雾化组件设置带棱角导向止动槽和止动部件,避免了电池组 件和雾化组件可以任意角度转动, 即使在长期使用过程中,也不会使电池组件 和雾化组件因转动磨损而产生较大间隙,通过磁性连接使两者可靠连接, 不容 易脱落, 这样吸烟者不用担忧电池组件从所述雾化组件脱落,在吸烟时手指无 需夹持在所述电池组件和雾化组件的连接处, 不会因长时间接触雾化器而烫 手。
为了充分说明本实用新型的解决问题实施方式,特列举如下几个实施例说 明, 本实用新型不局限于下列所述实施例, 对具体的实施方式不做限定, 只为 充分说明本实用新型釆取的技术方案, 来解决技术问题。
实施例一:
本实施例中, 请参阅图 3, 并结合图 4所示, 所述止动部件为设置在所述 雾化组件外部的凸台 202; 所述电池连接端 1011设置有导向止动槽座 120;
所述导向止动槽 111设置在所述导向止动槽座 120侧壁,且用于所述凸台 插置, 防止所述雾化组件 102与所述电池组件 101相互转动。
在本实施例中, 大多数电子烟为了做的与香烟一样, 一般都是圓柱型。 雾 化连接端 1022也为实心圓柱体, 在圓柱体上设置有沿着电子烟轴线方向的凸 台 202作为止动部件。而所述电池连接端 1011为能够与雾化连接端 1022相适 配的容置腔 113; 容置腔 113内设置有导向止动槽座 120, 所述导向止动槽座 120的侧壁设置有所述导向止动槽 111, 且用于所述凸台 202插置, 防止所述 雾化组件 102与所述电池组件 101相互转动。
在本实施例中, 导向止动槽座 120 固定在容置腔 113 中。 当雾化连接端 1022插入电池连接端 1011的容置腔 113中, 同时凸台 202插置导向止动槽座 120的导向止动槽 111中。
在本实施例中, 所述凸台 202的数量至少为一个; 所述导向止动槽 111的 数量至少为两个。
如果在连接端设置一个凸台 202, 那么导向止动槽 111可以设置成两个或 三个或四。 凸台 202可以任意对应导向止动槽 111, 这样用户在连接时能够有 更多的选择。使雾化组件和电池组件的连接方便, 而不用一个凸台 202对应一 个导向止动槽 111, 必须完全对好才能连接。
如果凸台 202设置有两个, 那么导向止动槽 111可以设置成两个或四个, 这样方便用户插接。 具体数量这里不做限定。
本实施例中,凸台 202最好设置为两个,导向止动槽 111最好设置为四个。 本实施例中,所述凸台 202为方形,如果凸台 202设置在雾化连接端 1022 上, 所述凸台 202沿雾化连接端 1022轴向的长度小于或等于所述雾化连接端 1022的轴向长度。凸台 202的长度等于雾化连接端 1022的轴向长度这种情况, 凸台 202抑制雾化组件和电池组件转动效果最好。如果凸台 202的长度小于雾 化连接端 1022的轴向长度这种情况,最小长度不能小于雾化连接端 1022的轴 向长度的三分之一, 如果小于长度的三分之一抑制转动的效果不佳。
本实施例中, 导向止动槽 111的深度应与凸台 202的所述长度相适配。 导 向止动槽 111的深度可以等于或大于凸台 202的所述长度,具体这里不做限定。
本实施例中, 为了能够更好的是凸台 202和导向止动槽 111连接, 所述凸 台 202为磁铁; 所述导向止动槽 111的槽壁为磁性材料。 通过磁铁的吸力使凸 台 202和导向止动槽 111更加紧密连接, 保证抑制转动效果。
本实施例中, 凸台 202可以是和连接端为一体结构, 可以是分体结构, 在 雾化组件与电池组件连接之前, 先安装到连接端, 具体方式这里不做限定。
本实施例中,还可以将所述凸台 202设置为具有弹力的半圓体; 所述导向 止动槽 111为半圓槽。 所述半圓体和半圓槽相适配, 半圓槽的数量可以多于半 圓体, 在连接端设置的具体位置不做限定。 当雾化组件和电池组件连接时, 凸 台半圓体具有弹性, 在连接端连接时, 凸台被压到与连接端平面平齐, 这样不 影响连接, 当半圓体与半圓槽相对应时, 半圓体弹出与半圓槽配合抑制转动。
半圓体伸出连接端的高度大于半圓体凸台二分之一即可, 这里不做限定。 本实用新型的实施例二, 请参阅图 5和图 6所示,
在本实施例中,所述止动部件为沿着电子烟轴线方向带有凸起的凸起止动 环 302;
所述凸起止动环 302固定连接在所述雾化连接端;
所述电池连接端的容置腔内设置有用于与所述凸起止动环 302相适配连 接的凹槽环 301;
所述凹槽环 301设置有沿着电子烟轴线方向的导向止动槽;且能使所述凸 起止动环 302的凸起部插置,防止所述雾化组件 102与所述电池组件 101相互 转动。
凸起止动环 302安装在雾化连接端 1022上。 凹槽环 301—体成型, 也可 以是由几部分圓弧组成安装在电池连接端 1011的空心圓柱体中。 这种方式, 当雾化组件 102和电池组件 101连接后,凸起止动环 302的凸起和凹槽止动环 301的凹槽起到抑制相对转动的作用。
在本实施例中, 凸起止动环 302是由一个环状部件制成,在环状部件设置 至少一个凸起, 所述凸起为带有棱角的凸起。 凸起的数量可以为两个、 或三个 凹槽的数量可以比凸起数量多, 具体多几个这里不做限定。 凸起的沿着雾化组 件轴向的长度小于等于凹槽的所述长度。所述凸起的沿着雾化组件轴向的长度 小于等于雾化连接端的长度。但最小不应小于雾化连接端长度的二分之一。 因 为小于雾化连接端长度的二分之一将影响凸起抑制转动的效果。 在本实施例中, 所述凸起止动环 302和所述凹槽止动环 301为塑胶材料; 所述凸起止动环 302与所述雾化连接端 1022或所述电池连接端 1011釆用 注塑的方式连接;
所述凹槽止动环 301可以釆用一个整环开槽的方式,也可以把环分为几段 单独注塑到连接端, 之间留有一个间距, 就构成凹槽。
所述凹槽止动环 301与所述雾化凸起止动环 1022或所述电池连接端 1011 釆用注塑的方式连接。
本实施例中, 使用塑胶材料的所述凸起止动环 302与所述凹槽止动环 301 在模具内部一体成型方便加工,而且雾化组件 102和电池组件 101的连接端不 需要在加工出棱角形状, 这样在制作电子烟的过程中, 也减少工艺, 简化制作 流程, 提高生产率。
本实施例中, 将制作完成的所述凸起止动环 302 与所述凹槽止动环 301 釆用注塑工艺与连接端固定连接, 这种连接方式附着力强。 注塑完成后与其他 实施例中棱角部件与连接端一体效果一样,在所述凸起止动环 302与所述凹槽 止动环 301相互作用下, 能够抑制雾化组件 102和电池组件 101的相对转动。
本实用新型的实施例三,
所述雾化连接端 1022为实心多边体;
所述电池连接端 1011为与所述雾化连接端 1022相适配的空心多边体; 本实施例中, 多边体就够两个边所夹的就是棱角,运用所述棱角来抑制雾 化组件 102和电池组件 101的相对转动。
本实施例中, 也可以将所述雾化连接端 1022为空心多边体; 所述电池连 接端 1011为与所述雾化连接端 1022相适配的实心多边体。这两种实施方式只 是结构的变化, 其抑制相对转动的方式都是用棱角抑制转动。
本实施例中, 所述空心多边体和所述实心多边体可以设置为三边体, 或四 边体。 当然多边体包括五边体或六边体等等, 这里不做限定。 但是如果分的边 数过多, 将影响抑制转动的效果。 因为边数过多将类似为圓形, 致使雾化组件 102和电池组件 101之间可以相互转动。 所以在平时使用中, 最好为四边体。
在本实施例中,在多边体的连接端的端面可以设置凸起,在多边体的容置 腔内设置容纳凸起的凹槽。 这样更有效的防止雾化组件 102 和电池组件 101 的相互转动。 所述凸起可以为磁铁; 所述凹槽壁可以为磁性材料。 本实施例中, 雾化组件 102和电池组件 101釆用磁力吸合。 雾化组件 102 和电池组件 101的连接端为多边体, 电子烟本体的形状可以为圓柱体, 这里不 做限定。
当然在本实施例中,所述雾化连接端 1022为与所述电池连接端 1011相适 配, 且用于所述电池连接端插置的空心多边体; 所述电池连接端 1011为实心 多边体结构。仅仅是雾化组件 102和电池组件 101连接端结构的改变, 具体工 作方式和作用同上述, 这里不再复述。
本实用新型的实施例四, 请参阅图 7和图 8所示,
本实施例中, 所述雾化连接端 1022为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体 的弓型体 402; 所述电池连接端 1011 为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体的 弓型槽 401。 在圓柱体一侧切掉一部分圓弧后, 圓柱体带有棱角, 所述棱角可 以抑制雾化组件 102和电池组件 101之间可以相互转动。
在本实施例中, 可以沿着一条或两条切面切掉一部分圓弧体, 当然也可以 是三条切面等等, 这里不做限定。 所述切面是沿着连接端全部切除。 所述切面 的位置可以是圓柱体圓形截面半径长度的四分之一到二分之一之间。最好为圓 主体截面半径的三分之一。如果切面位置小于半径二分之一和大约四分之一将 影响抑制雾化组件 102和电池组件 101之间可以相互转动的抑制力,不能达到 所述的效果。
在本实施例中,所述雾化连接端为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体的弓 型槽 401;所述电池连接端为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体的弓型体 402。 此方案是结构的交换变化, 带来的效果与上述相同, 这里不再复述。
上述实施例仅用于方便理解本实用新型的技术方案, 不做具体限定。 下面 所述实施例可以运用到上述任一所述实施例中。
在上述几个实施例中,还包括所述电池组件外部设置有用于标记棱角部件 位置的第一标示; 所述雾化组件外部设置有用于标记棱角部件位置的第二标 示。 所述第一标示和第二标示可以方便用户将雾化组件 102 和电池组件 101 的棱角插接, 只要按照标示插接就可以。
所述标示可以设计成带有 LOGO的标示, 就是将 LOGO的标示分开印在 雾化组件 102和电池组件 101外部,使其对应连接端的棱角部。 当用户将点出 组件 101和雾化组件 102连接后, 电子烟本体上就呈现出全部 LOGO标志。 这样就可以方便用户安装电子烟, 又起到为电子烟做广告宣传的作用。
在本实用新型中, 所述电池连接端的所述第二磁性件为磁铁; 所述雾化连 接端的所述第一磁性件为磁性材料;或所述电池连接端的所述第二磁性件为磁 性材料; 所述雾化连接端设置有作为所述第一磁性件的磁铁。 这里不做限定。
在本实用新型中, 止动部件 112为用作所述第一磁性件的磁铁; 导向止动 槽 111的槽壁为磁性材料, 并作为所述第二磁性件; 或止动部件 112为磁性材 料; 导向止动槽 111的槽壁为磁铁; 具体设置方式这里不做限定。
在本实用新型中, 所述电池组件 101 还包括弹簧电极组件, 请参阅图 8 所示。
所述弹簧电极组件包括弹簧 502、 电池支架 503和电池电极 504;
所述弹簧 502—端与所述电池支架 503固定连接,另一端与所述电池电极 504连接且能够在外力作用下, 使所述电池电极 504在所述弹簧 502的作用下 伸缩运动;
由于电池电极 504在所述弹簧 502的作用下能够伸缩运动,雾化组件与电 池组件连接后, 雾化组件连接端挤压弹簧 502, 使弹簧 502产生向雾化组件一 侧的反作用力, 电池电极 504在反作用力的驱动下, 能够很牢固接触雾化组件 的电极。 使雾化组件与电池组件之间具有良好的导通效果。
所述第二磁性件 501与所述电池支架 503连接, 固定在所述电池连接端; 所述雾化组件还包括上电极 505;
所述上电极 50为磁性材料, 且与所述第二磁性件 501磁吸连接, 用于使 所述雾化组件 102和电池组件 101连接。
在本实用新型中, 所述第二磁性件 501为磁铁; 所述上电极 505为磁性材 料。 或所述第二磁性件 501为磁性材料; 所述上电极 505为磁铁。
在本实用新型中, 所述电池组件 101还包括连接套 602和弹簧电机组件 601 ; 所述雾化组件 102还包括上电极 603和内电极 604; 所述连接套 602和 所述上电极 603之间,以及所述弹簧电机组件 601和所述内电极 604之间分别 相互导通, 组成一个闭合回路, 且用于所述电池组件 101向所述雾化组件 102 内部元件供电。
在本实用新型中,请参阅图 9所示,雾化组件 102和电池组件 101连接后, 电池组件 101的连接套和雾化组件 102的上电极之间,以及电池组件 101的弹 簧电机组件和雾化组件 102的内电极之间分别相互导通, 组成一个闭合回路, 使电池组件 101向雾化组件内部元件供电,还能够向雾化组件 102的发热丝组 件 701供电。在本实施例中, 所述发热丝组件 701包括导油绳及缠绕在所述导 油绳上的发热丝, 所述导油绳 4氏持在所述雾化储油棉 704的内壁上。本实施方 式适用于上述所有实施例,本实施方式即为本实用新型电池组件 101向雾化组 件内部元件的供电方式。
在本实用新型中, 所述电池组件 101还包括控制模块, 所述控制模块设置 有微控制器 702、 气流传感器 703。 气流传感器 703用于感应电子烟内部气压。 当用户吸烟时, 电子烟内部气压变化, 气流传感器 703向微控制器 702发出脉 冲信号,微控制器 702根据脉冲信号向雾化组件的发热丝组件 701发出控制信 号, 控制发热丝组件 701的发热丝发热, 雾化储油棉 704内部的烟油, 并产生 烟雾。 这样电子烟完成一次吸烟过程。 本实施方式适用于上述所有实施例, 本 实施方式即为本实用新型电子烟工作工程。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进和并列的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明 的都是与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即 可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 所述电子烟包括电池组件 (101)和雾化组件 (102); 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件 ( 102 )设置有与所述电池组件 ( 101 )连接的雾化连接端 ( 1022), 该雾化连接端 ( 1022)设置有第一磁性件;
所述电池组件 (101)设置有与所述雾化连接端 ( 1022)相适配的电池连 接端 (1011), 该电池连接端 ( 1011 )设置有用于与所述第一磁性件磁吸相连 的第二磁性件;
所述电池连接端( 1011 )设置有能使所述雾化连接端插入的容置腔( 113 ); 所述容置腔侧壁上设置有沿着电子烟轴向或周向延伸并延伸至所述容置 腔的腔口端面上且槽壁带有棱角的导向止动槽 ( 111 ); 所述雾化连接端 ( 1022 ) 设置有插置于所述导向止动槽(111) 内, 具有棱角且用于与所述导向止动槽 (111)相 4氏持, 防止所述雾化组件 (102) 与所述电池组件 (101)相互转动 的止动部件( 112); 或,
所述雾化连接端( 1022)设置有能使所述电池连接端( 1011 )插入的容置 腔(113);
所述容置腔侧壁上设置有所述导向止动槽 (111);
所述电池连接端 ( 1011 )设置有所述止动部件( 112)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池连接端 ( 1011 )设置有导向止动槽座( 120);
所述导向止动槽座(120) 的侧壁设置有所述导向止动槽 (111);
所述止动部件(112) 为设置在所述雾化组件外部, 沿着电子烟轴线方向 的凸台 (202), 且用于插置到所述导向止动槽 (111) 内, 防止所述雾化组件 ( 102 )与所述电池组件( 101 )相互转动。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述凸台 (202) 的数量至少为一个;
所述导向止动槽(111) 的数量至少为两个。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述凸台 (202) 沿雾化连接端 ( 1022)轴向的长度小于或等于所述雾化 连接端 ( 1022) 的轴向长度。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述凸台 (202 ) 为具有弹力的半圓体;
所述导向止动槽(111 ) 为半圓槽。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述止动部件为沿着电子烟轴线方向带有凸起的凸起止动环(302 );
所述凸起止动环(302 ) 固定连接在所述雾化连接端;
所述电池连接端的容置腔内设置有用于与所述凸起止动环 (302 )相适配 连接的凹槽环( 301 );
所述凹槽环(301 )环壁设置有导向止动槽;
所述导向止动槽能使所述凸起止动环 (302 ) 的凸起部插置, 防止所述雾 化组件 (102 ) 与所述电池组件 (101 )相互转动。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述凸起止动环(302 )和所述凹槽环(301 ) 为塑胶材料;
所述凸起止动环(302 )与所述雾化连接端( 1022 )釆用注塑的方式连接; 所述凹槽环(301 )与所述电池连接端 (1011 )釆用注塑的方式连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化连接端为多边体结构;
所述电池连接端的容置腔为与所述雾化连接端相适配,且用于所述雾化连 接端插置的空心多边体;
或,
所述雾化连接端为与所述电池连接端相适配,且用于所述电池连接端插置 的空心多边体;
所述电池连接端为实心多边体结构。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述多边体为三边体、 或四边体。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化连接端的多边体外部设置有沿着电子烟轴线方向的凸起; 所述电池连接端的容置腔设置有与所述凸起相适配,且能够使凸起插置的 凹槽;
或, 所述雾化连接端的空心多边体设置有凹槽;
所述电池连接端的多边体外部设置有沿着电子烟轴线方向的凸起; 所述凸起为磁铁;
所述凹槽槽壁为磁性材料。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池连接端 (1011 ) 的容置腔为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体, 且用于所述雾化连接端插置的弓型槽 ( 401 );
所述雾化连接端( 1022 )为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体, 且所述弓 型槽 (401 )相适配, 用于防止所述雾化组件 (102 ) 与所述电池组件(101 ) 相互转动的弓型体(402 );
或,
所述电池连接端为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体;
所述雾化连接端为至少沿一条切面切掉一部分圓弧体,且用于所述雾化连 接端插置的弓型槽。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件外部设置有用于标记止动部件位置的第一标示;
所述电池组件外部设置有与所述第一标示相适配,用于标记连接位置的第 二标示。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
止动部件 (112 ) 为磁铁;
导向止动槽槽壁 ( 111 ) 为磁性材料;
或,
止动部件 (112 ) 为磁性材料;
导向止动槽槽壁 ( 111 ) 为磁铁。
14、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池组件( 101 )还包括弹簧电极组件;
所述弹簧电极组件包括弹簧( 502 )、 电池支架( 503 )和电池电极( 504 ); 所述弹簧(502 )—端与所述电池支架(503 ) 固定连接, 另一端与所述电 池电极(504 )连接且能够在外力作用下, 使所述电池电极(504 )在所述弹簧 ( 502 ) 的作用下伸缩运动; 所述第二磁性件(501 )与所述电池支架(503 )连接, 固定在所述电池连 接端;
所述雾化组件还包括上电极(505 );
所述上电极(505 ) 为磁性材料并作为所述第一磁性件, 且与所述第二磁 性件( 501 )磁吸连接, 用于使所述雾化组件( 102 )和电池组件( 101 )连接。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第二磁性件(501 ) 为磁铁;
所述上电极(505 ) 为磁性材料;
或,
所述第二磁性件(501 ) 为磁性材料;
所述上电极(505 ) 为磁铁。
16、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池组件( 101 )还包括连接套( 602 )和弹簧电机组件( 601 );
所述雾化组件( 102 )还包括上电极( 603 )和内电极( 604 );
所述连接套( 602 )和所述上电极( 603 )之间,以及所述弹簧电机组件( 601 ) 和所述内电极(604 )之间分别相互导通, 组成一个闭合回路, 且用于所述电 池组件 (101 ) 向所述雾化组件 (102 ) 内部元件供电。
