一种电子烟
本申请要求于 2013 年 8 月 14 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320496679.9、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全 部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟配件技术领域, 更具体地说, 涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 其主要包括蓄油棉、 雾化装 置和电池。 电池为雾化装置提供电能, 使雾化装置发热, 进而将蓄油棉中的油 液汽化以散发油烟, 从而达到仿真香烟的效果。
电子烟一般分为两部分, 雾化器 01和电池杆 02, 如图 1-图 3所示, 其中雾 化器 01装有雾化装置和蓄油棉, 电池杆 02设置有电池, 雾化器 01和电池杆 02 通过分别设置在各自连接端的电极组件以插入旋转卡接的方式实现连接并导 通,该电极组件包括分别设置在雾化器 01和电池杆 02上的环形外电极和杆状内 电极,外电极和内电极通过分别设置在雾化器 01和电池杆 02上的两个绝缘环 03 彼此绝缘, 在雾化器 01和电池杆 02连接时, 两个外电极相互连接导通, 两个内 电极相互接触导通。其中, 雾化器外电极 04上的外侧圓周面上设置有一个或多 个卡块 05 ,电池杆外电极 06内侧圓周面上设置有能够允许卡块 05进入并在其中 滑动的导向槽 07, 此导向槽 07沿电池 4干 02的轴线方向延伸,在导向槽 07的深入 端设置有与其导通的卡槽 08, 此卡槽 08沿电池杆 02的周向延伸。
雾化器 01与电池杆 02的连接过程为: 将雾化器 01和电池杆 02的连接端对 接, 并将卡块 05插入与其对应的导向槽 07中, 并不断深入, 当卡块 05完全通过 导向槽 07后, 旋转雾化器 01 , 使卡块 05旋入卡槽 08中, 从而使卡块 05与导向槽 07不再位于同一直线上, 以避免卡块 05从导向槽 07中反向滑出, 卡块 05对雾化 器 01和电池杆 02实现卡接。
但是, 上述结构的电子烟在实际应用时, 由于运输或使用的过程中有时会 使电子烟受到震动, 经常会导致连接在电池杆 02上的雾化器 01发生回位旋转, 当卡块 05从卡槽 08中回旋至导向槽 07中时, 卡块 05很容易从导向槽 07中滑出, 以使雾化器 01和电池杆 02发生松脱分离,给用户的正常使用带来不便, 以及不 良体验。
因此,如何避免雾化器发生回位旋转,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的 问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种电子烟, 其能够避免雾化器发生回位旋转, 进而避免雾化器和电池杆发生松脱分离。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电子烟,包括设置在雾化器外电极上的卡块和设置在电池杆外电极上 的卡槽, 其中, 所述卡槽内设置有能够对所述卡块进行定位的定位件。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述定位件为可对多个所述卡块同时施加压紧力 的 U型弹性件。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 对所述卡块施加压紧力的弹接部为位于 U型弹 性件开口两侧的平板弹片。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 对所述卡块施加压紧力的弹接部为位于 U型弹 性件开口两侧的弧形板弹片 ,且所述弧形板弹片向靠近所述电池杆外电极轴线 的方向凸起。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述 U型弹性件为弹性金属丝, 且所述弹性金 属丝对所述卡块施加压紧力的弹接部为位于 U型弹性件开口两侧的弧形段, 所述弧形段向靠近所述电池杆外电极轴线的方向凸起。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述定位件为能够伸入所述卡槽内的弹性挡块, 所述弹性挡块设置在所述电子烟的绝缘环上。
优选的, 上述电子烟中, 所述弹性挡块为多个, 其能够同时对多个所述卡 块进行阻挡定位。
本发明提供的电子烟中,在电池杆电极上的卡槽内设置了定位件, 当雾化 器电极上的卡块进入卡槽后, 定位件对卡块施加作用力而实现定位,避免了雾 化器发生回位旋转, 进而避免了雾化器和电池杆发生松脱分离,给用户带来更 加良好的使用体验。

具体实施方式 本发明提供了一种电子烟, 其能够避免雾化器发生回位旋转, 进而避免雾 化器和电池杆发生松脱分离。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本说明书以卡块 2、导向槽和卡槽 4的数量均为两个为例, 来对本技术方案 进行说明, 不应将两个卡块 2、 两个导向槽和两个卡槽 4的设计方式理解为对保 护范围的绝对限定, 卡块 2、 导向槽和卡槽 4的个数也可以为其他的数值。
如图 4-图 13所示, 本发明实施例提供的电子烟, 包括设置在雾化器外电 极 1上的卡块 2和设置电池杆外电极 3上的卡槽 4, 其中, 卡槽 4内设置有能 够对卡块 2进行定位的定位件 5。 卡块 2的数量可以为一个, 也可以为多个, 卡槽 4的数量与卡块 2的数量——对应。
本实施例型提供的电子烟中,在电池杆电极上的卡槽 4内设置了定位件 5 , 当雾化器电极上的卡块 2进入卡槽 4后,定位件 5对卡块 2施加作用力而实现 定位,避免了雾化器发生回位旋转,进而避免了雾化器和电池杆发生松脱分离, 给用户带来更加良好的使用体验。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案, 本实施例提供的电子烟中, 定位件 5具体 为可对多个卡块 2同时施加压紧力的 U型弹性件, 此 U型弹性件的两弹接部 501之间的距离小于设置在雾化器外电极 1 上的两卡块 2的外边沿之间的距 离, 这样当两卡块 2插入 U型弹性件围成的内部空间中, 并进行旋转时, 能 够撑大两弹接部 501之间的距离,使 U型弹性件发生形变, 进而使弹接部 501 施加给卡块 2压紧力, 如图 9-图 13所示。 在本实施例中, 对卡块 2进行卡止 定位的定位件 5选择为能够对卡块 2施加压紧力的弹性件,且为了简化弹性件 的结构,避免对电子烟其他部件造成影响, 并能够对多个卡块 2进行同时压紧 卡止, 本实施例优选将弹性件设置为 U型, 以连接多个弹接部 501 , 并且在满 足上述要求的前提下还能够降低加工和安装难度。 此外, 本实施例中卡块 2为两个, 对卡块 2施加压紧力的弹接部 501为 U 型弹性件开口两侧的部位, 当卡块 2的数量为其他数值时,对卡块 2施加压紧 力的弹接部 501也可以为 U型弹性件的其他部位, 且其弹接部 501的数量和 分布位置与卡块 2的数量和设置位置——对应。 当然, 定位件 5也不仅仅局限 于弹性件, 其在满足工作要求的情况下, 也可以为其他的阻挡结构, 在此不作 限定。
在本实施例中, 定位件 5和弹接部 501可以为多种不同的结构, 例如定位 件 5整体呈 U形, 弹接部 501位于 U型开口的两侧, 且弹接部 501为平板弹 片, 如图 9所示。 如图 10所示, 弹接部 501也可以为弧形板弹片, 并且弧形 板弹片的凸起方向为靠近电池杆外电极 3轴线的方向,从而使卡块 2在旋转时 能够挤压 U型弹性件产生更大的形变量, 进而使 U型弹性件对卡块 2施加更 大的压紧力, 以进一步提高对卡块 2的定位效果。
定位件 5除采用弹片设置为 U型的方式外, 还可以采用具有弹性的弹性 金属丝来围成 U型结构, 其同样能够起到对卡块 2的压紧定位作用, 并且, 此弹性金属丝对卡块 2施加压紧力的弹接部 501为位于 U型开口两侧的弧形 段, 弧形段向靠近电池杆外电极 3轴线的方向凸起, 如图 11所示。
进一步的,除了在卡槽 4中设置定位件 5来实现卡止卡块 2的定位方式以 夕卜, 本实施例还提供了另外一种定位方式, 即在用来绝缘电池杆外电极 3和电 池杆内电极的绝缘环 6上设置弹性挡块 7, 同样的, 弹性挡块 7的设置数量和 位置与卡块 2、 导向槽和卡槽 4的设置数量和位置——对应, 如图 12和图 13 所示。 因为绝缘环 6套设在电池杆外电极 3的内部, 所以能够在绝缘环 6的顶 部设置弹性挡块 7, 使其深入卡槽 4中, 从而起到对卡块 2旋转动作的阻挡作 用, 卡块 2在进入卡槽 4并发生旋转时, 可以施加较大的作用力, 使弹性挡块 7发生形变, 从而令卡块 2克服弹性挡块 7的阻挡而旋转到位, 此时弹性挡块 7位于卡块 2的回旋位置上, 从而对卡块 2的回位旋转起到阻挡作用, 其同样 能够较好的阻止雾化器和电池杆松脱分离现象的发生。
