Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,具体涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟中一般仅仅装有一个电池,使得电池向电热丝组件所提供的电压相对较低,难以同时向数量较多的电热丝组件提供电源。因此,目前的大多数电子烟都只能在雾化器中设置很少的电热丝组件,一般不能多于一个。,用户在使用电子烟模拟抽烟感觉的过程中,由于电热丝组件数量少,总功率较低,进而导致蒸发药液的速度较慢。这样,模拟抽烟过程中产生的烟雾量较小,使得模拟抽烟时口感较差,缓解烟瘾的效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的电子烟供电电压低的缺陷,提供能够克服现有技术中因供电电压低,导致出雾量小的缺陷的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种 电子烟,具有电池杆,所述电池杆内部串联设置有多个电池及连接于所述电池杆的雾化器,所述雾化器内部有不少于一个的电热丝组件,该多个电池同时向该电热丝组件供电。
所述雾化器的一端设有第一连接部,所述电池杆一端设有第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部螺纹连接。
所述雾化器一端设有上电极、第一绝缘环,所述第一绝缘环套置于所述上电极的外侧并卡置于所述雾化器中;
所述电池杆中设有与上电极对应的下电极、第二绝缘环,所述第二绝缘环套置于所述上电极的外侧并卡置于所述电池杆中;
所述上电极与所述下电极相接触。
在该电子烟中所述雾化器与所述电池杆还可为一体设置。
所述电池杆具有壳体、尾盖、弹簧,所述尾盖上设有外螺纹;
所述壳体上设有与外螺纹相适应的内螺纹;所述尾盖旋于所述壳体中,所述弹簧置于电池与尾盖之间并处于压缩状态。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果: 通过在电池杆中设置多个电池,同时根据电池所提供的电压以及使用者需求设置不少于一个的电热丝组件,则多个电池提供的较高电压可以驱动多个电热丝组件工作,总功率较高且发热均匀,使电子烟出雾量大,模拟抽烟效果较好。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明提供一种电子烟,如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示的实施例中,具有电池杆1,电池杆1内部串联设置有多个电池11。该电子烟还包括连接于电池杆1的雾化器2,该雾化器2内设有至少一个电热丝组件21,该多个电池11同时向电热丝组件21供电。该电热丝组件21可以为并联设置也可以为串联设置。
电池杆1中通过设置于其内的导电结构与电热丝组件21形成电流回路,多个串联的电池11可为电热丝组件21提供充足的电压。
本发明的电池杆1中的电池11可以为可拆卸的,也可以为一体封装的不可拆卸结构。
如图2所示,电池11可拆卸,电池杆1具有壳体13、尾盖16、弹簧17,尾盖16上设有外螺纹;壳体13上设有与外螺纹相适应的内螺纹;尾盖旋于壳体13中,弹簧17置于电池11与尾盖16之间并处于压缩状态。
通过将尾盖16旋于壳体13上,实现尾盖16及壳体13的连接;该尾盖16可从壳体13上旋下,故可以随时更换电池11,使用方便。
如图4、图5所示电池11一体封装于电池杆1中,不可拆卸。
再者,本发明的电池杆1与雾化器2为可拆卸的结构,也可为一体设置的结构。
图1、图2、图3、图4分别示出了电池杆1与雾化器2为可拆卸结构的两个实施例,使用这样的可拆卸的结构时,能够使得雾化器2内部以及电池杆1内部的部件便于安装,进而使得制造相对简单。
具体的,该电池杆1与雾化器2的连接结构可以通过 磁铁吸合、过盈配合、 卡位扣合以及螺纹连接的方式实现。本发明中,雾化器2一端设有第一连接部22,电池杆1一端设有第二连接部12,第一连接部12与第二连接部22螺纹连接。
当图3中的雾化器2与图4中的电池杆1配合连接时,第二连接部12上设有内螺纹,第一连接部22则设有与之配合的外螺纹。当图1中的雾化器2与图4中的电池杆1配合连接时,第二连接部12上设有外螺纹,第一连接部22则设有与之配合的内螺纹。
雾化器2一端设有上电极24、第一绝缘环25,第一绝缘环25套置于上电极24的外侧并卡置于雾化器2中;电池杆1中设有与上电极24对应设有下电极14、第二绝缘环15,第二绝缘环15套置于上电极24的外侧并卡置于电池杆1中;上电极24与下电极14相接触。
通过设置第一绝缘环25以及第二绝缘环15的结构不仅能够将上下电极分别紧紧卡置于雾化器2以及电池杆1中,而且能够防止在该电子烟用于模拟吸烟时,热量由电热丝组件21传递到电池杆1中并传输到电池11上,以保护电池11不会被电热丝组件21发出的热量损坏。
可以理解的是,在图1、图2、图3、图4可以通过改变第一连接部12与第二连接部22的结构实现电池杆1与雾化器2的任意组合。
如上所述,如图5所示,电池杆1与雾化器2还可以为一体的而非可拆卸的结构,当雾化器2与电池杆1为一整体时,电池杆1中同样设置多个电池11,这样的结构也能够为电热丝组件21提供较高电压, 此时设置于该电子烟中的电极为一个整体的电极而不需要设置呈上下电极的形式。
综上所述,通过将电池杆1中设置多个电池11,为电热丝组件21提供较高电压,同时根据需要设置不少于一个的电热丝组件21,则多个电池11提供的较高电压可以驱动多个电热丝组件21工作,总功率较高且发热均匀,使电子烟出雾量大,模拟抽烟效果较好。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种电子烟,具有电池杆(1),其特征在于,所述电池杆(1)内部串联设置有多个电池(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括连接于所述电池杆(1)的雾化器(2),所述雾化器(2)内设有至少一个电热丝组件(21),所述多个电池(11)同时向所述电热丝组件(21)供电。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(2)的一端设有第一连接部(22),所述电池杆(1)一端设有第二连接部(12),所述第一连接部(22)与所述第二连接部(12)螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(2)一端设有上电极(24)、第一绝缘环(25),所述第一绝缘环(25)套置于所述上电极(24)的外侧并卡置于所述雾化器(2)中;
    所述电池杆(1)中设有与上电极(24)对应的下电极(14)、第二绝缘环(15),所述第二绝缘环(15)套置于所述上电极的外侧并卡置于所述电池杆(1)中;
    所述上电极(24)与所述下电极(14)相接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(2)与所述电池杆(1)为一体设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆(1)具有壳体(13)、尾盖(16)、弹簧(17),所述尾盖 ( 16 ) 上设有外螺纹;
    所述壳体(13)上设有与外螺纹相适应的内螺纹;所述尾盖(16)旋于所述壳体(13)中,所述弹簧(17)置于电池(11)与尾盖(16)之间并处于压缩状态。
