　特許文献１または特許文献２に開示されている仮想試着システムを用いて、店舗で仮想的な試着をしている場合、ユーザが購入したい衣服を決めた時、当該衣服が当該店舗で在庫がない場合が有る。従来の試着される衣服は店舗にある衣服に限られていたため、このような在庫切れの可能性は比較的低かった。仮想的な試着は、仮想試着システムに登録されている衣服が対象となるため、このような在庫切れのリスクは高くなる。

　＜第１の実施の形態＞
（構成）
　図１は、本実施の形態にかかる販売システム４０の構成図である。販売システム４０は、試着の対象となる商品を販売するシステムである。ここで、試着の対象となる商品は、身に着ける物であって、例えば、衣服、帽子、靴、手袋、眼鏡、アクセサリである。商品には、商品の種類を特定する固有の型番が付与され、さらに、当該型番の範囲内でのバリエーション番号が付与されている。バリエーション番号は、当該型番の商品の、例えば、サイズを特定する。バリエーション番号は、当該型番の商品の、色彩、模様、柄、材料、を特定しても良い。バリエーション番号は、型番に対して、複数種類（例えば、サイズと色彩）存在しても良いし、存在しなくても良い。
　販売システム４０は、インターネット４１に接続された、販売支援装置１０、電子店舗のサーバ装置２０、実店舗のサーバ装置３０を包含する。インターネット４１には、ユーザが携帯する端末装置５０も、携帯電話網４２と基地局４３を経由して接続されている。
　販売支援装置１０には、入出力装置１５と鏡像表示装置１６が接続されている。販売支援装置１０、入出力装置１５、および、鏡像表示装置１６は、例えば、商品を販売する実店舗に設置されている。電子店舗のサーバ装置２０、および、実店舗のサーバ装置３０は、どこに設置されていても良い。
　この販売システム４０において、ユーザは、例えば、端末装置５０を携帯して実店舗に赴き、試着室で仮想試着をする。試着室には、入出力装置１５と鏡像表示装置１６が備えられている。ユーザが、入出力装置１５から、商品の型番、バリエーションの指定を入力すると入力されたデータが販売支援装置１０に送信され、販売支援装置１０は、当該型番であって当該バリエーションの商品の画像とユーザの画像とを重ね合わせて、当該商品を身に着けたユーザの鏡像として鏡像表示装置１６に表示する。即ち、ユーザが当該商品を試着したかのような鏡像が、鏡像表示装置１６に表示される。ユーザは、当該鏡像を観察して当該商品が自己に似合うか否かを判断する。
　購入したい商品の型番およびバリエーションが決定した時、ユーザは、当該商品の在庫が実店舗に有れば実店舗で購入しても良いが、無い場合は電子店舗のサーバ装置２０にアクセスして電子店舗から購入する。
　ユーザによる当該商品の購入を容易にするため、販売支援装置１０は、鏡像表示装置１６に表示している商品が購入できる電子店舗のＷｅｂページを特定できる情報、例えば、ＵＲＬ（Uniform Resource Locator）を端末装置５０に送信する。このＷｅｂページは、鏡像表示装置１６が表示している商品が特定されているページであり、ユーザは、改めて商品選択をする手間無く、当該商品を購入できる。また、当該ページのＵＲＬは、ユーザが携帯する端末装置５０に送信されるため、ユーザは、電子店舗へのログイン及び商品購入指示を、端末装置５０を使って行うことが可能である。ユーザは、ログインにかかるパスワード等の情報を店舗の端末に残す心配なく、当該商品を購入できる。
　以降、販売システム４０の構成を、詳細に説明する。
　図１が示す如く、販売支援装置１０は、試着部１１、在庫検索部１２、出力部１３、及び、商品情報記憶部１４を備える。試着部１１は、入出力装置１５と鏡像表示装置１６に接続されている。在庫検索部１２は、インターネット４１に接続されている。出力部１３は、試着部１１、在庫検索部１２、商品情報記憶部１４、入出力装置１５とインターネット４１に接続されている。
　試着部１１は仮想試着を実行する。即ち、試着部１１は、ユーザの画像と指定された商品の画像とを重ね合わせて、当該商品を身に着けたユーザの鏡像として鏡像表示装置１６に表示する。試着部１１及び鏡像表示装置１６は、例えば、特許文献１または２に開示されている技術を用いて実現する。
　ユーザは、入出力装置１５を用いて仮想試着したい商品を指定する。例えば、入出力装置１５は、キーボードとディスプレイを備えており、ユーザは、キーボードから型番およびバリエーション番号をタイプインしても良い。あるいは、例えば、入出力装置１５、鏡像表示装置１６、若しくは、試着室の壁面は、ＩＣ（Integrated Circuit）タグリーダを備えており、ユーザは、型番、及び、バリエーション番号を記録したタグをタグリーダから読み込ませても良い。例えば、入出力装置１５、鏡像表示装置１６、若しくは、試着室の壁面は読み取り装置を備えており、ユーザは、文字、または、１次元若しくは２次元バーコードで印刷された型番およびバリエーション番号を、タグから読み込ませて認識させても良い。タグは、例えば、実店舗に陳列されている商品に取り付けられている。
　在庫検索部１２は、試着部１１や出力部１３から型番およびバリエーション番号を指定されて、電子店舗のサーバ装置２０及び実店舗のサーバ装置３０から当該商品の在庫の有無を取得する。
　出力部１３は、試着部１１から型番およびバリエーション番号を得て、電子店舗の、当該商品の購入ページの識別情報、例えば、ＵＲＬを端末装置５０に出力する。出力部１３は、ＵＲＬを、例えば、入出力装置１５経由で端末装置５０に送信しても良い。送信は、例えば、BlueTooth（登録商標）規格による通信を用いても良い。出力部１３は、例えば、ＵＲＬを２次元バーコード化して、入出力装置１５のディスプレイに表示しても良い。ユーザは、この２次元コードを、端末装置５０に、備わっているカメラから読み込ませて認識させることができる。または、出力部１３は、ＵＲＬを端末５０のメールアドレスに、電子メールとして送信しても良い。ユーザは、メールアドレスを２次元バーコード化して端末装置５０に表示してもよい。ユーザは、この２次元コードを、入出力装置１５に、当該装置が備えるカメラから読み込ませて認識させることができる。
　商品情報記憶部１４は、商品表６０を格納している。商品表６０は、販売支援装置１０の管理者により、予め商品情報記憶部１４に格納されている。
　図２は、商品表６０の構成図である。商品表６０は、商品の型番ごとに、バリエーション番号を格納している。さらに、商品表６０は、商品の型番のバリエーション番号ごとに、サンプル画像と商品画像を格納している。
　サンプル画像は、当該バリエーション番号の商品のバリエーションの違いをユーザに分からせるため、端末装置５０に表示される小さな画像である。バリエーションが色彩である場合、サンプル画像は当該色彩を再現した画像である。バリエーションが模様である場合、サンプル画像は当該模様を再現した画像である。
　商品画像は、当該型番であって当該バリエーションの商品の画像であり、仮想試着に使用される。
　販売支援装置１０の試着部１１、在庫検索部１２、及び、出力部１３は、論理回路で構成される。試着部１１、在庫検索部１２、及び、出力部１３は、コンピュータである販売支援装置１０のメモリ（図示されず）に格納され、販売支援装置１０のプロセッサ（図示されず）により実行されるソフトウェアによって実現されても良い。商品情報記憶部１４は、ディスク装置等の記録媒体である。
　図１が示す如く、電子店舗のサーバ装置２０は、在庫記憶部２１、販売部２２、および、顧客情報記憶部２３を備える。
　在庫記憶部２１は、電子店舗の商品の在庫数を記憶している。販売部２２は、販売支援装置１０の在庫検索部１２から、商品の型番およびバリエーション番号を受信すると、当該商品の在庫数を在庫記憶部２１から検索し、在庫数または在庫の有無を応答する。
　顧客情報記憶部２３は、電子店舗のユーザの、例えば、顧客識別子、パスワード、氏名、住所、クレジットカード番号、メールアドレスを格納する。販売部２２は、端末装置５０から、ログイン要求や商品購入要求を受け付けると、顧客情報記憶部２３を参照して、ログイン処理や販売処理を行う。販売部２２は、ログイン要求を受け付けると、例えば、顧客識別子とパスワードを取得してユーザを認証する。販売部２２は、商品購入要求を受け付けると、購入される商品を特定して、販売処理を実行する。販売処理は、例えば、当該商品の受注通知メールの送信、当該商品の発送、購入ユーザのクレジットカードへの課金の為の処理である。
　販売部２２は、上述した処理以外に、販売支援装置１０の出力部１３から、商品の型番およびバリエーション番号を受信すると、当該商品の注文ページのＵＲＬを生成して出力部１３に返信する。この処理は後述する。
　販売部２２は、論理回路で構成される。販売部２２は、コンピュータである電子店舗のサーバ装置２０のメモリ（図示されず）に格納され、電子店舗のサーバ装置２０のプロセッサ（図示されず）により実行されるソフトウェアによって実現されても良い。在庫記憶部２１、および、顧客情報記憶部２３は、ディスク装置等の記録媒体である。
　図１が示す如く、実店舗のサーバ装置３０は、在庫記憶部３１、および、管理部３２を備える。
　在庫記憶部３１は、実店舗の商品の在庫数を記憶している。管理部３２は、販売支援装置１０の在庫検索部１２から、商品の型番およびバリエーション番号を受信すると、当該商品の在庫数を在庫記憶部３１から検索し、在庫数、または、在庫の有無を応答する。
　管理部３２は、論理回路で構成される。管理部３２は、コンピュータである実店舗のサーバ装置３０のメモリ（図示されず）に格納され、実店舗のサーバ装置３０のプロセッサ（図示されず）により実行されるソフトウェアによって実現されても良い。在庫記憶部３１は、ディスク装置等の記録媒体である。
　（動作）
　図３は、試着部１１の動作フローチャートである。ユーザが、商品の型番を、例えば、入出力装置１５に入力すると、試着部１１は起動される。
　試着部１１は、入力された商品の型番を取得し（Ｓ１１）、当該型番に対応するバリエーション、および、サンプル画像を商品情報格納部１４から取得する（Ｓ１２）。次いで、試着部１１は、当該型番の各バリエーションの電子店舗と実店舗の各々の在庫数または在庫の有無を、在庫検索部１２に依頼して取得する（Ｓ１３）。
　試着部１１は、当該型番の各バリエーションのサンプル画像、および、在庫数若しくは在庫の有無を、例えば、入出力装置１５に表示する（Ｓ１４）。
　図４は、試着部１１による表示の例を示す図である。この例において、試着部１１は、型番が「服２」（図２参照）の商品について、そのバリエーション「水玉」、「ストライプ」ごとに、そのサンプル画像と試着指示ボタンを、タッチパネルを有する入出力装置１５に表示している。そして、例えば、ユーザがバリエーション「ストライプ」のサンプル画像にタッチすると、当該バリエーションの電子店舗と実店舗の在庫の有無を表示する。
　次に、試着部１１は、試着の対象となるバリエーションの指定を、例えば、入出力装置１５から取得する（Ｓ１５）。ユーザは、この指定を、例えば、入出力装置１５に表示されている試着ボタンを押下することで行う。
　試着部１１は、指定された型番の指定されたバリエーションの商品画像を、商品情報記憶部１４から取得し（Ｓ１６）、当該商品画像とユーザの画像とを重ね合わせて、鏡像表示装置１６に表示する（Ｓ１７）。試着部１１は、試着室のカメラで撮影したユーザの画像と当該商品画像との合成画像を作成して、鏡像表示装置１６のディスプレイに表示しても良い。また、試着部１１は、鏡像表示装置１６のハーフミラーに映ったユーザの鏡像に重ね合わせて、当該商品画像をハーフミラーの背面に設置されたディスプレイに表示しても良い。
　最後に、試着部１１は、例えば、入出力装置１５に表示中商品の購入ボタンを表示し（Ｓ１８）、次の商品の指定入力に備える。試着部１１は、表示中商品の在庫が電子店舗または実店舗に有る場合だけ、購入ボタンを表示しても良い。
　なお、試着部１１は、Ｓ１２乃至Ｓ１５を実行せず、入出力装置１５から型番と、バリエーション番号を取得して、当該商品の商品画像とユーザの画像を重ね合わせて表示しても良い。
　図５は、出力部１３の動作フローチャートである。ユーザが、購入指示を、例えば、入出力装置１５に入力すると、出力部１３は起動される。ユーザは、例えば、入出力装置１５に表示されている購入ボタンを押下して、購入指示を出力部１３に入力できる。
　購入指示が入力される（Ｓ２１でＹ）と、出力部１３は、試着部１１から表示中の商品の型番、バリエーション番号を取得する（Ｓ２３）。次いで、出力部１３は、当該型番の当該バリエーションの電子店舗と実店舗の各々の在庫数、または、在庫の有無を、在庫検索部１２に依頼して取得する（Ｓ２３）。
　実店舗の在庫が無く（Ｓ２４で、“無し”）、電子店舗の在庫が有る場合（Ｓ２５で、“有り”）、出力部１３は当該型番の当該バリエーションの商品の注文ページのＵＲＬを取得する（Ｓ２６）。商品の注文ページは、電子店舗のＷｅｂページであり、電子店舗のサーバ装置２０が、当該ページのＵＲＬから当該商品の型番及びバリエーション番号を特定できるものを指す。
　出力部１３は、例えば、型番とバリエーション番号を電子店舗のサーバ装置２０の販売部２２に送信し、当該商品の注文ページのＵＲＬを返信してもらう。
　図６は、出力部１３からアクセスされたときの販売部２２の動作フローチャートである。電子店舗のサーバ装置２０は、例えば、ログイン中、または、ログイン未のユーザが購入対象として選択した商品の型番、及び、バリエーション番号を記録しておくためにショッピングカート記憶部（図示されず）を有する。
　販売支援装置１０の出力部１３から、型番、バリエーション番号を受信すると（Ｓ３０）、販売部２２は、ショッピングカート記憶部内に新たなショッピングカートを生成し、当該ショッピングカートに受信した型番、バリエーション番号を格納する（Ｓ３１）。
　販売部２２は、当該ショッピングカートの識別子を特定した注文ページのＵＲＬを作成して、出力部１３に送信する（Ｓ３２）。
　なお、出力部１３は、ユーザが購入を指示した複数の商品の型番およびバリエーション番号を、まとめて、販売部２２に送信しても良い。この場合、販売部２２は、複数の商品の型番およびバリエーション番号を、まとめて、生成したショッピングカートに格納する。
　最後に、出力部１３は、取得したＵＲＬを端末装置５０に出力する（Ｓ２７）。出力部１３が、取得したＵＲＬを、ユーザが携帯する端末装置５０に出力する方法は、前述した通りである。
　なお、実店舗に在庫が有る場合（Ｓ２４で、“有り”）、出力部１３は、試着部１１から取得した型番、及び、バリエーション番号を含むメッセージを、登録された端末に出力しても良い（Ｓ２８）。登録された端末は、例えば、店員が所持する端末である。表示されるメッセージは、例えば、『試着ブースＡに、以下の商品を持って行ってください。　型番：ＸＸＸＸ、バリエーション番号：ＶＶＶＶ』である。
　また、実店舗にも電子店舗にも在庫が無い場合（Ｓ２５で、“無し”）、出力部１３は、入出力装置１５に、在庫切れのメッセージを出力する（Ｓ２９）。
　ユーザは、携帯する端末装置５０から、受信したＵＲＬを辿って、電子店舗の商品の注文ページにアクセスする。図７は、端末装置５０からアクセスされたときの販売部２２の動作フローチャートである。
　販売部２２は、端末装置５０からＵＲＬを受信すると（Ｓ４０）、当該ＵＲＬのＷｅｂページを表示する。当該ページは、例えば、ユーザにログインを促すページであり、販売部２２は、このページからユーザＩＤとパスワードを取得して、ログイン処理を実行する（Ｓ４１）。販売部２２は、続けて、入力したＵＲＬで特定されるショッピングカートから、購入対象となる型番とバリエーション番号を取得し（Ｓ４２）、当該商品をログインしているユーザに販売する処理を行う（Ｓ４３）。販売する処理の例は、上述した通りである。
　なお、ショッピングカートには、複数の商品の型番、および、バリエーション番号が入っていることが有り、この場合、販売部２２は、当該複数の商品のすべての販売処理を行っても良い。
　（効果）
　本実施の形態の販売支援装置１０は、ユーザが、店舗内で仮想試着した商品が、店舗で在庫切れだった場合に、当該商品をオンライン店舗で容易に購入できる手段を提供する。
　第１の理由は、電子店舗における、当該商品の注文ページの識別情報を、販売支援装置１０の出力部１３が端末装置５０に出力するからである。ユーザは、当該ページにアクセスするだけで、再度商品選択する手間をかけることなく、当該商品を容易に購入することができる。また、出力部１３が、商品の型番、および、バリエーション番号を試着部１１から取得するからである。ユーザは、購入に際し、仮想試着した商品の型番、及び、バリエーション番号を装置に入力する必要が無い。
　第２の理由は、出力部１３が、実店舗に在庫が無く、電子店舗に在庫が有る場合に、当該注文ページの識別情報を出力するからである。この結果、ユーザが、端末装置５０から注文ページにアクセスしたが在庫切れだったという、不快な思いをすることを防止できる。または、実店舗に在庫が有るにも関わらず、ユーザが電子店舗から購入することを防止できる。
　第３の理由は、試着部１１が、商品の仮想試着の指示を入力する前に、当該商品の実店舗、電子店舗の在庫の有無を表示するからである。ユーザが、仮想試着したが当該商品は在庫切れだったという不快な思いをすることを防止できる。
　また、形態の販売支援装置１０は、ユーザが、店舗内で仮想試着した商品が店舗で在庫切れだった場合に、当該商品をオンライン店舗で安全に購入できる手段を提供する。
　その理由は、電子店舗における、当該商品の注文ページの識別情報を、販売支援装置１０の出力部１３が端末装置５０に出力するからである。端末装置５０は、例えば、ユーザが携帯するスマートフォンであるため、ユーザは、ユーザＩＤやパスワードが、店舗の端末に残されて漏洩することを心配することなく、購入することができる。
　本実施の形態の販売支援装置１０は、ユーザが、店舗内で仮想試着した商品の在庫が、実店舗に有る場合、当該商品を実店舗で容易に購入できる手段を提供する。その理由は、出力部１３が、店員の端末に、当該商品を試着室に持っていくように促すメッセージを出力するからである。
　＜変形例＞
　上記では、商品を注文するページの例として、ショッピングカートを使用した注文ページを説明した。販売システム４０は、他の方法を用いても良い。
　この方法では、販売支援装置１０は、例えば、各商品の注文ボタンを表示するページのＵＲＬの雛形をメモリ（図示されず）に記憶している。この雛形ＵＲＬは、商品の型番、及び、バリエーション番号を挿入する商品特定領域を備えている。
　販売支援装置１０の出力部１３は、図５のＳ２６において、例えば、試着部１１から取得した型番、及び、バリエーション番号を、雛形ＵＲＬの商品特定領域に挿入して、当該商品の注文ページのＵＲＬを取得する。
　電子店舗のサーバ装置２０の販売部２２は、このＵＲＬを受信すると、図７のＳ４１で、ＵＲＬに挿入された型番、及び、バリエーション番号の商品の型番、写真、仕様の記載等の情報とショッピングカート投入ボタンを含むＷｅｂページを表示する。ユーザが投入ボタンを押下すると、販売部２２は、上述したショッピングカート記憶部内に新たなショッピングカートを一つ生成し、当該ショッピングカートにＵＲＬに挿入されていた型番、バリエーション番号を格納する。その後の販売部２２の動作は、上述した例と同じである。
　なお、試着部11は、在庫の有無の取得を、図３のＳ１３に加えて、または、Ｓ１３に替えて、Ｓ１６で行っても良い。
　＜第２の実施の形態＞
　図８は、本実施の形態にかかる販売支援装置１０の構成図である。
　販売支援装置１０は、試着部１１、及び、出力部１３を備える。試着部１１は、商品の型番を入力されて、当該型番の商品と人物が重ねあわされた画像を表示する。
　出力部１３は、試着手段が表示している商品である試着商品の電子店舗における在庫の有無を判定して在庫が有れば、電子店舗の、試着商品の注文ページの識別情報を端末装置に出力する。
　本実施の形態の販売支援装置１０は、ユーザが、店舗内で仮想試着した商品が、店舗で在庫切れだった場合に、当該商品をオンライン店舗で容易に購入できる手段を提供する。
　第１の理由は、電子店舗における、当該商品の注文ページの識別情報を、販売支援装置１０の出力部１３が端末装置５０に出力するからである。ユーザは、当該ページにアクセスするだけで、再度商品選択する手間をかけることなく、当該商品を容易に購入することができる。また、出力部１３が、試着部１１が表示中の商品の注文ページを出力するからである。ユーザは、購入に際し、仮想試着した商品の型番、及び、バリエーション番号を装置に入力する必要が無い。
　第２の理由は、出力部１３が、電子店舗の在庫が有る場合に、当該注文ページの識別情報を出力するからである。この結果、ユーザが、端末装置５０から注文ページにアクセスしたが在庫切れだったという、不快な思いをすることを防止できる。
　以上、実施形態を参照して本願発明を説明したが、本願発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。本願発明の構成や詳細には、本願発明のスコープ内で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。

Claims (12)

  1. 　商品の型番を入力されて、当該型番の商品と人物が重ねあわされた画像を表示する試着手段と、
    　前記試着手段が表示している商品である試着商品の電子店舗における在庫の有無を判定して在庫が有れば、前記電子店舗の、前記試着商品の注文ページの識別情報を端末装置に出力する出力手段と、を備える販売支援装置。
  2. 　商品の型番とその型番のバリエーションとを入力されて、電子店舗における当該型番であって当該バリエーションの商品在庫の有無を検索する在庫検索手段を、さらに、備え、
    　前記試着手段は、入力された型番であって入力されたバリエーションの商品と、人物が重ねあわされた画像を表示する、請求項１の販売支援装置。
  3. 　前記出力手段から出力された注文ページの識別情報が、前記電子店舗のサーバ装置に送信されると、前記電子店舗のサーバ装置が、注文ページの識別情報から商品の型番を特定して、当該型番の商品の販売処理を行う、請求項２の販売支援装置。
  4. 　前記在庫検索手段は、電子店舗の在庫の有無、および、実店舗の在庫の有無を検索し、
    　前記出力手段は、実店舗の在庫がなく、電子店舗の在庫が有る場合に、前記電子店舗の、前記試着商品の注文ページの識別情報を端末装置に出力する、請求項２乃至３の何れか１項の販売支援装置。

  11. 　電子店舗の在庫の有無、および、実店舗の在庫の有無を検索し、
    　入力された型番の各バリエーションの商品の電子店舗の在庫、および、実店舗の在庫の有無を表示し、バリエーションの指定が入力されると、入力された型番であって入力されたバリエーションの商品と人物が重ねあわされた画像を表示する、請求項８の販売支援方法。
  12. 　コンピュータに、請求項７乃至１１の何れか１項の販売支援方法を実行させるプログラムを記憶したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
