一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末喷涂生产线,特别是一种用于清理粉末喷房内部残留粉末的旋转式自动气枪。
背景技术
众所周知,现在用于粉末喷涂生产线的立式喷房的高度都比较高,一般有都有3-7米高,对于喷房内壁上残留的粉末,若采用人工清理,则相当麻烦,而且费时费力,但是生产线需要更换不同颜色的粉末时,又必须完全清理喷房内残留的粉末,以免发生混色现象,因此采用人工的方法清理喷房内壁上残留积聚的粉末需要耗费大量的时间,严重降低了生产效率,影响了企业的社会竞争力。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,又可以快速清理喷房内壁残留的粉末的旋转式自动气枪。
本发明为解决其技术问题而采用的技术方案是:
一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,包括气枪主体,所述气枪主体包括底座,该底座上安装有可相对其转动且能够与外界进气管道活动连接的中空传动轴,中空传动轴的上端设置有与其内部气路相连通的气管,所述气管的一端或两端分别安装有用于喷气的喷头,所述中空传动轴的一侧还设置有能够驱动其转动的电机,该电机固定安装于所述底座上。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述中空传动轴的底部还活动安装有一个能够相对其转动的旋转接头。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述底座上还固定安装有一个轴承座,中空传动轴位于该轴承座的内部且中空传动轴与轴承座之间设置有轴承。
进一步,所述中空传动轴上活动套接有一个固定安装轴承座上的电机板,所述电机的上部与该电机板固定相连接。
再进一步,还包括一能够带动所述气枪主体上下移动的升降机,所述气枪主体固定安装在升降机的升降平台上。
进一步,所述电机通过齿轮传动组件与中空传动轴相连接。
再进一步,所述底座的上部还设置有一个能够将中空传动轴以及电机罩接在其内部的保护罩。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明的旋转式自动气枪设置有驱动中空传动轴转动的电机,因此中空传动轴转动时则会带动安装在气管上的喷头旋转,因此从喷头处喷出的空气可以360度全方位清理喷房内部积聚的残留粉末,达到快速清理喷房的目的;另外本发明的旋转式自动气枪还配备有一台带动其上下移动的升降机,因此旋转式自动气枪可以在喷房内部上下移动,从而能够清理位于喷房内壁高处的粉末,无需手动清理,大大地提高了清理喷房积聚的粉末的效率,节约了清理时间,加快了粉末喷涂生产线更换不同颜色的粉末的时间,极大地提高了生产效率,增强企业的社会竞争力。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图 2,一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,包括气枪主体1,所述气枪主体1包括底座10,该底座10上安装有可相对其转动且能够与外界进气管道活动连接的中空传动轴11,作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述底座10的下部设置有一个敞口的容腔,上述中空传动轴11的下端能够延伸进所述容腔中;所述中空传动轴11的上端设置有与其内部气路相连通的气管12,在这里,所述气管12与中空传动轴11可以为一体成型的,也可以是分体设置的,作为本发明的优选,气管12与中空传动轴11为分体设置,而且气管12固定安装在中空传动轴11上,因此中空传动轴11转动时能够同时带动气管12转动;所述气管12的其中一端设置有用于喷气的喷头13,或者气管12的两端分别安装有用于喷气的喷头13,为了使得本发明的旋转式自动气枪的清理效果更好,在本发明中,优选地,所述气管12的两端分别设置有喷头13,所述中空传动轴11的一侧还设置有能够驱动其转动的电机14,该电机14固定安装于所述底座1上,上述电机14通过传动机构与中空传动轴11相连接,上述传动机构可以为齿轮传动组件或者是皮带传动组件,作为本实施例的优选实施方式,所述电机14通过齿轮传动组件与中空传动轴11相连接,当然电机14通过其他传动方式与中空传动轴11相连接也是可以的,采用本发明的旋转式自动气枪清理喷房时,首先,外界的空气通过进气管道输送并进入到中空传动轴11中,然后再进入到气管12中,最后位于气管12两端的喷头13处喷出并吹落积聚在喷房内壁上的粉末,由于本发明的旋转式自动气枪设置有驱动中空传动轴转动的电机,因此中空传动轴转动时则会带动安装在气管上的喷头旋转,因此从喷头处喷出的空气可以360度全方位清理喷房内部积聚的残留粉末,达到快速清理喷房的目的。
进一步,为了防止外界进气管相对中空传动轴11转动时发生磨损,同时使得外界进气管与中空传动轴11之间的连接更加方便,所述中空传动轴11的底部还活动安装有一个能够相对其转动的旋转接头15,所述旋转接头15能够与外界的进气管相连接并且将外界的空气输送到中空传动轴11的内部,为了防止旋转接头15与中空传动轴11之间漏气,优选地,旋转接头15与中空传动轴11之间还设置有防止漏气的密封圈。
进一步,为了使得中空传动轴11在电机14的驱动下,可以更加平稳地转动而不会发生太大的震动,所述底座1上还固定安装有一个轴承座16,中空传动轴11位于该轴承座16的内部且中空传动轴11与轴承座16之间设置有轴承。
再进一步,为了使得电机14的安装更加牢固,所述中空传动轴11上活动套接有一个固定安装轴承座16上的电机板17,即电机板17上开设有一个让位于所述中空传动轴11的通孔,中空传动轴11从该通孔中穿过且不与电机板17相接触;所述电机14的上部与该电机板17固定相连接,通过底座1和电机板17对电机14的双重固定作用,从而大大地削弱了电机14在工作中产生的震动,当然根据实际需要,还可以将电机14单独安装在电机板17上而不与底座1固定相连接。
进一步,为了使得本发明的旋转式自动气枪可以清理积聚在喷房内壁高处的粉末,本发明的旋转式自动气枪还包括一能够带动所述气枪主体1上下移动的升降机2,所述气枪主体1固定安装在升降机2的升降平台20上,上述的升降机2可以安装在喷房内部或安装在喷房的外部,具体安装位置可以根据实际生产需要而定,由于本发明的旋转式自动气枪还配备有一台带动喷枪主体1上下移动的升降机2,因此旋转式自动气枪可以在喷房内部上下移动,从而能够清理位于喷房内壁高处的粉末,无需手动清理,大大地提高了清理喷房积聚的粉末的效率,节约了清理时间,加快了粉末喷涂生产线更换不同颜色的粉末的时间,极大地提高了生产效率,增强企业的社会竞争力。
再进一步,为了防止人们误触碰正在旋转中的中空传动轴11或电机14等而发生意外,所述底座1的上部还设置有一个能够将中空传动轴11以及电机14罩接在其内部的保护罩18,上述的保护罩18既可以保护人们不受伤害,保证人们的人身安全,同时可以防止工件被外物所损坏,延长了旋转式自动气枪的使用寿命。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,包括气枪主体(1),其特征在于:所述气枪主体(1)包括底座(10),该底座(10)上安装有可相对其转动且能够与外界进气管道活动连接的中空传动轴(11),中空传动轴(11)的上端设置有与其内部气路相连通的气管(12),所述气管(12)的一端或两端分别安装有用于喷气的喷头(13),所述中空传动轴(11)的一侧还设置有能够驱动其转动的电机(14),该电机(14)固定安装于所述底座(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,其特征在于:所述中空传动轴(11)的底部还活动安装有一个能够相对其转动的旋转接头(15)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,其特征在于:所述底座(1)上还固定安装有一个轴承座(16),中空传动轴(11)位于该轴承座(16)的内部且中空传动轴(11)与轴承座(16)之间设置有轴承。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,其特征在于:所述中空传动轴(11)上活动套接有一个固定安装轴承座(16)上的电机板(17),所述电机(14)的上部与该电机板(17)固定相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,其特征在于:还包括一能够带动所述气枪主体(1)上下移动的升降机(2),所述气枪主体(1)固定安装在升降机(2)的升降平台上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,其特征在于:所述电机(14)通过齿轮传动组件与中空传动轴(11)相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种用于清理粉末喷房的旋转式自动气枪,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的上部还设置有一个能够将中空传动轴(11)以及电机(14)罩接在其内部的保护罩(18)。
