2、本发明本测试设备可以有效的模拟和监测漆膜在风砂、高速磨损等背景下的情况,当旋转盘在实验过后未发生变形或损坏时,可以将表面涂漆通过溶剂去除可以再次使用,通过旋转盘轴承座可以增加转盘电机的稳定,可以降低旋转盘在高速旋转惯性对转盘电机的影响。

由图2所示,试验箱2的内部设置有旋转盘6,旋转盘6的顶部固定连接有多个安装位12,通过安装位12可以增加旋转盘6的转动速度,当旋转盘6吹在旋转盘6上时,风力就会对安装位12施加推力,从而增加旋转盘6的转动速度。
本实用工作原理:本装置在工作时,开启转盘电机4和鼓风机7,转盘电机4就会带动旋转盘6进行高速旋转,同时鼓风机7就会产生风力同时夹杂有风砂等物质,当旋转盘6的转速达到3000r.p.m.时开启风砂管路8上的阀门,风砂管路8内部的风力就会吹在旋转盘6上,然后用带压力的气体夹带着水、盐水、灰尘、细微砂土等,按不同的角度喷到高速旋转的漆面上,即可模拟,如向圆盘滴着水可模拟高铁车厢顶部下雨,按-定角度对着旋转方向喷(气体的相对速度与旋转速度可叠加,线速度则更高)可模拟高铁车厢侧面的风蚀,漆膜静止(不旋转)条件下采用超高压气体喷可模拟高铁车厢车头前端部的抗风砂冲击,实现漆膜的冲击抗风蚀模拟,通过观察窗13可以观察试验箱2内部漆膜的模拟情况。
