Claims (9)
- ZrO2系焼結体から成る固体電解質層と、
Laを含有するペロブスカイト型複合酸化物を含んでおり、両端部が前記固体電解質層の両端部を覆っており、前記固体電解質層と環状体を構成しているインターコネクタ層と、
前記固体電解質層の外側に設けられた外側電極層と、
前記固体電解質層の内側に設けられた内側電極層と、を有しており、
前記固体電解質層は、
前記インターコネクタ層の両端部と重畳している第1部分と、
前記外側電極層と前記内側電極層で挟まれている平均厚みが15μm以下の第2部分と、を有しており、
第1部分の厚みは、第2部分よりも厚くなっている
ことを特徴とするセル。 - 前記第1部分は、希土類元素酸化物を含むZrO2系焼結体からなり、
第1層と、
該第1層より前記インターコネクタ層側に設けられた第2層と、を有しており、
該第2層は、前記第1層よりも希土類元素酸化物の含有量が少ない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル。 - 前記インターコネクタ層は希土類元素酸化物を含有しており、
前記第2層は、
厚み方向において、前記インターコネクタ層側の希土類元素酸化物の含有量が、その反対側の希土類元素酸化物の含有量より多い
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセル。 - 前記第1部分は、希土類元素酸化物を含むZrO2系焼結体からなり、
厚み方向において、中央部のZrの含有量が、前記インターコネクタ層側のZrの含有量より多い
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のセル。 - 前記第1部分の厚みは、平均厚みが20μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のセル。
- 前記固体電解質層は、
前記第1部分と隣接しており、前記インターコネクタ層の両端部と重畳しておらず、前記第2部分よりも厚みが大きい第3部分を更に有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれかに記載のセル。 - 請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれかに記載のセルを複数具備してなるとともに、該複数のセルを集電部材で電気的に接続してなることを特徴とするセルスタック装置。
- 請求項7に記載のセルスタック装置を収納容器内に収納してなることを特徴とするモジュール。
- 請求項8に記載のモジュールと、該モジュールを作動させるための補機とを、外装ケース内に収納してなることを特徴とするモジュール収容装置。
