Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態1に係る密閉型圧縮機(以下、単に「圧縮機」という)について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態に係る圧縮機1(ローリングピストン型圧縮機)の構成を示す縦断面図である。圧縮機1は、例えば、空気調和装置、冷蔵庫、冷凍機、自動販売機、給湯器等に用いられる冷凍サイクルの構成要素の1つとなるものである。なお、図1を含む以下の図面では、各構成部材の寸法の関係や形状等が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。
本発明は、上記実施の形態に限らず種々の変形が可能である。
例えば、上記実施の形態では、直径が異なる2つの部分(外周側吸入穴23a、内周側吸入穴23b)を備えた吸入穴23を例に挙げたが、吸入穴23は、直径が異なる3つ以上の部分(内周側ほど直径が小さくなる3つ以上の部分)を備えていてもよい。この場合、吸入穴23のうちシリンダ21の最外周側から2番目に位置する部分の中心軸と、吸入穴23のうちシリンダ21の最外周側に位置する部分の中心軸との間の偏芯量は、上記最外周側の部分の直径と上記2番目の部分の直径との差の半分以下となるようにすることが望ましい。また、吸入穴23のうちシリンダ21の最内周側に位置する部分の中心軸と、吸入穴23のうちシリンダ21の最外周側に位置する部分の中心軸との間の偏芯量は、上記最外周側の部分の直径と上記最内周側の部分の直径との差の半分以下となるようにすることが望ましい。
Claims (3)
- 密閉容器内に収容されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内周面に沿って偏芯回転するローリングピストンと、
前記シリンダの内部を吸入室と圧縮室とに区画するベーンと、
前記ベーンを前記ローリングピストン側に付勢するベーンスプリングと、
前記シリンダに設けられ、前記ベーンスプリングを収容するスプリング穴と、
前記シリンダに設けられ、流体を外部から前記吸入室に吸入する吸入穴と、
を有し、
前記吸入穴は、前記シリンダの外周側から内周側に向かって、直径の異なる複数の部分を有しており、
前記複数の部分は、前記シリンダの内周側ほど小さい直径で形成されており、
前記複数の部分のうち前記シリンダの最外周側の部分の中心軸は、前記シリンダの中心軸と交差しており、
前記複数の部分のうち他の部分の中心軸は、前記最外周側の部分の中心軸と平行で、かつ当該中心軸に対して前記スプリング穴のある方向と反対側の方向に偏芯している密閉型圧縮機。 - 前記複数の部分のうち前記最外周側から2番目の部分の中心軸の、前記最外周側の部分の中心軸に対する偏芯量は、前記最外周側の部分の直径と前記2番目の部分の直径との差の半分以下である請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記複数の部分のうち前記シリンダの最内周側の部分の中心軸の、前記最外周側の部分の中心軸に対する偏芯量は、前記最外周側の部分の直径と前記最内周側の部分の直径との差の半分以下である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
