Abstract

La présente invention concerne une feuille d'alliage d'aluminium pour ailette d'échangeur de chaleur. Dans des conditions corrosives, la feuille d'alliage d'aluminium favorise la corrosion préférentielle d'un matériau d'ailette en plaques, même lorsque le matériau d'ailette en plaques est utilisé en combinaison avec des tubes de refroidissement en alliage d'aluminium. En ce qui concerne la capacité de moulage en anneau, la feuille d'alliage d'aluminium présente des caractéristiques de moulage par tirage et de mise en forme par étirage particulièrement améliorées. La présente invention concerne une feuille d'alliage d'aluminium pour une ailette qui est utilisée dans un échangeur de chaleur à ailettes en plaques où les ailettes présentent des orifices annulaires formés dans celui-ci et des tubes de circulation de fluide de refroidissement en alliage d'aluminium sont insérés dans les orifices annulaires, et où les parois externes des tubes de circulation de flux de refroidissement adhèrent aux surfaces internes des anneaux. La composition de la feuille d'alliage en aluminium comprend 0,3 % à 1,3 % de Zn et 0,4 % à 1,0 % de Fe, le reste étant constitué de Al et des impuretés inévitables.
