空調機用コントローラ2は、統合対象のグループが選択されたか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2は、統合対象のグループが選択された場合、ステップS52に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2は、統合対象のグループが選択されない場合、ステップS51に戻る。
空調機用コントローラ2は、統合操作の機能が選択されたか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2は、統合操作の機能が選択された場合、ステップS53に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2は、統合操作の機能が選択されない場合、ステップS52に戻る。
空調機用コントローラ2は、被統合対象のグループが選択されたか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2は、被統合対象のグループが選択された場合、処理を終了する。一方、空調機用コントローラ2は、被統合対象のグループが選択されない場合、ステップS53に戻る。
空調機用コントローラ2は、統合対象のグループの番号と被統合対象のグループの番号と非統合対象のグループの番号とをそれぞれ取得したか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2は、統合対象のグループの番号と被統合対象のグループの番号と非統合対象のグループの番号とをそれぞれ取得した場合、ステップS72に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2は、統合対象のグループの番号と被統合対象のグループの番号と非統合対象のグループの番号とをそれぞれ取得しない場合、ステップS71に戻る。
空調機用コントローラ2は、被統合対象のグループに設定されたユニットのアドレスを削除する。
空調機用コントローラ2は、被統合対象のグループから削除したユニットのアドレスを統合対象のグループに登録する。
空調機用コントローラ2は、非統合対象のグループについては統合対象のグループと被統合対象のグループとで統合されたグループ分だけグループ番号70をシフトしてユニットのアドレスを登録する。
空調機用コントローラ2は、ユニットのアドレスが設定されていないグループを削除し、処理を終了する。
以上の説明から、空調機用コントローラ2は、統合処理を実行する場合、統合対象と、被統合対象と、非統合対象とに基づいて、グループを統合すると共に、グループアイコンボタン80のサイズを再登録後の室内機4の台数に応じて表示する。よって、空調機用コントローラ2は、作業内容に即した簡易な操作でグループの再設定を行うことができるので、作業負荷をかけずにレイアウト変更に対応したグループ表示を実施できる。また、空調機用コントローラ2は、統合結果に応じてグループアイコンボタン80の表示サイズを変更するため、作業担当者等の誤認識等を防ぐことができる。
(実施の形態3の構成)
図33は、本発明の実施の形態3におけるグループ並べ替えの一例を示す図である。図33に示すように、グループ[01]が先頭から末尾に並べ替えされている。
図34は、本発明の実施の形態3におけるグループ並べ替えに伴うデータ構造の遷移を概略的に説明する図である。図34に示すように、グループ番号70と、表示位置を含む表示位置テーブルとが紐付けされている状態を前提として、グループが並べ替えられる際、表示位置テーブルに含まれる表示位置が再割付されると想定される。
空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替えるグループが選択されたか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替えるグループが選択された場合、ステップS92に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替えるグループが選択されない場合、ステップS91に戻る。
空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替え先のグループが選択されたか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替え先のグループが選択された場合、処理を終了する。一方、空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替え先のグループが選択されない場合、ステップS92に戻る。
例えば、図36に示すように、物理的オブジェクト171で挿入先のグループアイコンボタン83の押下操作がされた場合、空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替え先のグループが選択されたと判定する。
空調機用コントローラ2は、並べ替え対象である挿入元グループを抜く。例えば、図39に示す第1状態である。
空調機用コントローラ2は、抜かれたグループアイコンボタン80の分を詰める。例えば、図39に示す第2状態である。
空調機用コントローラ2は、詰めたグループアイコンボタン80を整列する。
空調機用コントローラ2は、挿入元グループを挿入先グループの位置に挿入する。例えば、図39に示す第3状態である。
空調機用コントローラ2は、挿入元グループが挿入された分を右にシフトする。例えば、図39に示す第4状態である。
空調機用コントローラ2は、画面の右端を超えるか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2は、画面の右端を越える場合、ステップS107に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2は、画面の右端を越えない場合、処理を終了する。
空調機用コントローラ2は、画面の右端を越えたグループアイコンボタン80を下段に表示し、処理を終了する。
以上の説明から、空調機用コントローラ2は、作業担当者の簡易な操作を受け付けるだけで、グループアイコンボタン80を自動的に並べ替えて整列した状態で表示させることができる。
(実施の形態4の構成)
図45は、本発明の実施の形態4におけるレイアウト画面150hと画面表示位置データとの対応関係の一例を示す図である。図45においては、2行4列でグループアイコンボタン80が表示される設定が示されている。例えば、表示位置情報として、上段側は、左から順に[U1]、[U2]、[U3]、及び[U4]が割り当てられ、下段側は、左から順に[D1]、[D2]、[D3]、及び[D4]が割り当てられている。
図46は、本発明の実施の形態4における画面表示位置データの一例を示す図である。図46に示すように、グループ番号データと、登録ユニットデータと、表示位置データとがそれぞれ紐付けされている。
(ステップS121)
空調機用コントローラ2aは、グループの並べ替えが実行されたか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2aは、グループの並べ替えが実行された場合、ステップS122に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2aは、グループの並べ替えが実行されない場合、ステップS121に戻る。
空調機用コントローラ2aは、同一ネットワーク内に他の空調機用コントローラ2bが存在するか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2aは、同一ネットワーク内に他の空調機用コントローラ2bが存在する場合、ステップS123に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2aは、同一ネットワーク内に他の空調機用コントローラ2bが存在しない場合、処理を終了する。
空調機用コントローラ2aは、表示位置データを他の空調機用コントローラ2bに送信する。
(ステップS141)
空調機用コントローラ2bは、表示位置データを受信したか否かを判定する。空調機用コントローラ2bは、表示位置データを受信した場合、ステップS142に進む。一方、空調機用コントローラ2bは、表示位置データを受信しない場合、ステップS141に戻る。
空調機用コントローラ2bは、表示位置データに基づいてグループを並べ替える。
空調機用コントローラ2bは、並べ替えた結果に基づいてグループを表示し、処理を終了する。
以上の説明から、空調機用コントローラ2間でグループアイコンボタン80の表示位置の同期が取れるため、空気調和システム1は、レイアウト変更に対応したグループ表示を同一ネットワーク内に含まれる空調機用コントローラ2のそれぞれに行うことができる。
(実施の形態5の概要)
実施の形態5は、空調機用コントローラ2が、上述した監視画面31を後述する監視画面32の表示内容に制御し、例えば、グループ番号70の表示の有無を切替制御する点について説明する。
図49は、本発明の実施の形態5におけるグループ番号表示有無設定画面の一例を示す図である。
以上の説明から、空調機用コントローラ2は、レイアウト変更後、グループ番号を非表示に設定できるため、レイアウト変更に対応したグループ表示であっても、ユーザーに誤操作及び誤認識をさせることを防ぐことができる。
Claims (9)
- 予め設定された複数のグループのそれぞれに室内機を含み、前記グループごとに前記室内機を管理する空調機用コントローラであって、
前記グループをアイコンで表示する表示部と、
前記表示部を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記グループは、
空調対象空間を予め設定されたそれぞれの小空間で分割したうちの1つと紐付けが設定され、
前記制御部は、
前記小空間の変更に対応した変更指令を受信した場合、
前記変更指令に応じて、前記グループに対応付けられている前記室内機の対応関係を変更し、変更した前記室内機の対応関係に基づいた表示内容で前記表示部に前記アイコンを表示させる
ことを特徴とする空調機用コントローラ。 - 前記グループのそれぞれには番号が設定され、
前記制御部は、
前記変更指令が前記グループの分割処理である場合、
前記グループの番号と、前記グループの分割内容と、に基づいて、前記グループに対応付けられている前記室内機の対応関係を分割し、分割した前記室内機の対応関係に基づいた表示内容で前記アイコンを表示させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調機用コントローラ。 - 前記グループのそれぞれには番号が設定され、
前記制御部は、
前記変更指令が前記グループの統合処理である場合、
前記グループの番号と、前記グループの統合内容と、に基づいて、前記グループに対応付けられている前記室内機の対応関係を統合し、統合した前記室内機の対応関係に基づいた表示内容で前記アイコンを表示させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調機用コントローラ。 - 前記グループのそれぞれには番号が設定され、
前記制御部は、
前記変更指令が前記グループの並べ替え処理である場合、
前記グループの番号と、前記グループの並べ替え内容と、に基づいて、前記グループに対応付けられている前記室内機の対応関係を並べ替え、並べ替えた前記室内機の対応関係に基づいた表示内容で前記アイコンを表示させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調機用コントローラ。 - 前記制御部は、
前記アイコンを表示する際、前記室内機の台数に応じて表示サイズを変更して前記表示部に表示させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の空調機用コントローラ。 - 各種信号を送受信する送受信部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、
前記グループに含まれる前記室内機と対応させた並び順で前記アイコンを前記表示部に表示させるものであって、
前記各種信号に前記並び順が含まれる場合、前記並び順を前記送受信部を介して送信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の空調機用コントローラ。 - 前記制御部は、
前記グループの番号の表示の有無に関する表示制御信号を受信した場合、
前記表示制御信号に応じて、前記アイコンの表示内容に前記グループの番号を含ませるか否かを制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の空調機用コントローラ。 - 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の空調機用コントローラと、
室外機と、
前記室内機と、
を備え、
前記空調機用コントローラは、
前記室外機と、前記室内機と、を前記グループごとに制御する

前記アイコンの表示位置が含まれる
