本发明通过在靠背中的硬质夹心板与凳帽坐面中的硬质夹心板之间设置特制的所述铰链装置由此实现二者的转动连接,从而能够实现靠背的折叠;同时通过在所述铰链装置背面设置限位板,通过限位板上的限位面与安装在靠背中的硬质夹心板及凳帽坐面中的硬质夹心板上的两个第一铰链的槽形面对靠背的翻转角度范围进行控制,由此能够控制靠背打开后处于与凳帽垂直的位置,实现背靠休憩的功能,而当靠背折叠后处于平行盖合在凳帽的位置,靠背折叠在凳帽上,使得凳帽与靠背可收藏为一整体,减小了占用空间,且便于运输和保管,而且在转轴能承受的作用力之下,折叠后的所述折叠凳亦能作为简单的坐凳使用;通过设置可折叠的凳座不仅实现了折叠功能,占用空间较小,同时展开后的凳座还形成四面筒形体,同时具备了收纳功能,储物空间大,并且硬质夹心板的制造工艺较为简单,经济实用。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图5、图6所示,本发明所述优先实施例的折叠凳包括坐凳1及靠背2,靠背2由软质面层及包裹于软质面层中的硬质夹心板构成,坐凳1为一方形体,所述方形体的上坐面及四周壁面均由软质面层及包裹于软质面层中的硬质夹心板构成,见图1,靠背2中的第一硬质夹心板201与坐凳1所述上坐面中的第二硬质夹心板101通过铰链装置连接,所述铰链装置包括转动连接的第一铰链3及第二铰链4,第二硬质夹心板101及第一硬质夹心板201上均固接有第一铰链3,第一铰链3包括沿纵向设置的两个耳部,第二铰链4包括纵向、横向对称设置的四个耳部,第二硬质夹心板101上的第一铰链3的所述两个耳部与第二铰链4一侧的所述两个纵向耳部之间通过转轴5连接,第一硬质夹心板201上的第一铰链3的所述两个耳部与第二铰链4的所述另外两个纵向耳部之间通过另一转轴5连接,见图2,第二铰链4的背面固接有一限位板6,所谓'背面',是相对于正面而言,图1所示的第二铰链4的所述四个耳部转动中心所在的面为正面,限位板6包括两个相对设置的纵向限位面601,当靠背2通过所述铰链装置转动至与坐凳1的所述上坐面垂直时,限位板6的两个纵向限位面601分别用于第二铰链4、第一硬质夹心板201上的第一铰链3的转动限位。
具体地,见图1,第一铰链3的所述两个耳部中的一个耳部位于第二铰链4的所述两个纵向耳部之间,第一铰链3的所述两个耳部中的另一个耳部位于第二铰链4上的对应耳部的外侧,所述两个第一铰链3同一侧的耳部与第二铰链4上相对应的耳部之间的位置关系一致,及另一个第一铰链3上的连个耳部一个位于第二铰链4的连个纵向耳部之间,另一个位于第二铰链4上对对应耳部的外侧。
具体地,见图3、图2,所述第一铰链3为槽形结构,所述两个耳部设置在所述槽形结构的两个侧壁301上,且设在侧壁301的端部,所述槽形结构的槽底为连接部302,两个第一铰链3的连接部302分别与第二硬质夹心板101、第一硬质夹心板201固接,与所述两个耳部同一侧的槽形面303与限位板6上的纵向限位面601对应设置;见图4,所述第二铰链4呈'工'字形结构,所述四个耳部对称设置在所述'工'字形结构的两个平行壁401上,且所述四个耳部分别设在两个平行壁401的四个端头,两个平行壁401之间为垂直连接部402,垂直连接部402的宽度小于同一平行壁401上的所述两个耳部转动中心之间的距离,两个平行壁401的高度大于垂直连接部402的高度,第一铰链3与第二铰链4通过转轴5连接后,第一铰链3的所述耳部位于垂直连接部402上方。
本发明所述折叠凳可以在靠背2中的第一硬质夹心板201与凳帽102的第二硬质夹心板101之间设置多套所述铰链装置。
进一步地,能够将本发明所述折叠凳的坐凳1设计成可折叠结构,见图5、图6,所述坐凳1包括凳帽102、凳座103及支撑板104,凳座103处于展开状态时为一四面筒形体,所述四面筒形体的每一筒壁面由软质面层及包裹于面层中的硬质夹心板构成,所述四面筒形体的上部为敞口结构,所述四面筒形体的底部为软质面层,凳帽102为由软质面层及包裹于面层中的第二硬质夹心板101形成的罩形体,凳帽102套合于展开的凳座103上,支撑板104支撑在展开的凳座103内;凳座103底部上的所述软质面层上开有多个第一安装通孔1031,见图7,所述支撑板104上开有多个第二安装通孔1041,第二安装通孔1041内设置螺纹,在支撑板104上还开有拉环1042,第一安装通孔1031及第二安装通孔1041对应设置,用于安装支撑凳脚105中的螺栓1051;见图8,所述凳脚105包括一脚体1052,位于脚体1052的一端装置螺栓1051,位于脚体1052的另一端装置摩擦垫块1053;凳帽102的立体图见图9,凳帽102为有罩顶及与罩顶连接的罩壁形成的罩形体,所述罩顶及罩壁分别由软质面层及包裹于软质面层中的硬质夹心板构成。
见图6,在所述四面筒形体的四个筒壁面中的四块硬质夹心板之间设有空隙区域1034,空隙区域1034包裹在软质面层内,如此可以进行折叠,所述四面筒形体的四块硬质夹心板中至少有一组对边的硬质夹心板分别由两块板构成,所述两块板之间设置缺口1032及折线1033,如此便于所述两块板进行折叠。
本发明所述折叠凳的安装过程如下:首先将支撑板104塞入如图5所示的凳座103内,使支撑板104上的第二安装通孔1041与凳座103底部的第一安装通孔1031互为对应,同时利用凳脚105的螺栓1051伸入上述第一安装通孔1031并与第二安装通孔1041螺纹连接,由此实现了支撑板104与凳座103底面的连接(上述支撑板104的体积小于凳座103展开后形成的四面筒形体的体积)。如图1所示,将靠背2中的第一硬质夹心板201与凳帽102中的第二硬质夹心板101通过所述铰链装置连接,并且两块硬质夹心板均包裹软质面层,由此使得靠背2和凳帽102形成为一个整体,将凳帽102套合于展开的凳座103上,从而实现本发明的安装。
本发明所述折叠凳的使用过程如下:
靠背2的打开:见图5,图5为靠背2翻转打开至最大角度的位置,本发明优选靠背2打开的最大角度即与凳帽102垂直的位置,具体操作为:凳帽102保持原始位置不动,即盖合在展开的凳座103上,在所述铰链装置的作用下,第二铰链4与凳帽102上的第一铰链3及靠背2上的第一铰链3均为转动连接,由此,向上翻转即可打开靠背2,由于限位板6的设置,当靠背2打开至与凳帽102垂直额位置时,由于凳帽102不动,凳帽102上的第一铰链3上设有耳部侧的槽形面303抵住限位板6上相应侧的限位面601,从而将限位板6限位在一定角度位置,而此时,限位板6另一侧的限位面601则正好抵住靠背2上的第一铰链3上设有耳部侧的槽形面303,由此,将靠背2限位在于凳帽102垂直的位置处,靠背2打开时,整个折叠凳可以具有背靠的功能,能够作为座椅使用;
靠背2的折叠:在所述铰链装置的作用下,反方向翻转靠背2即可将靠背2折叠,向下翻转靠背2时,由于限位板6上靠近凳帽102一侧的限位面601逐渐离开凳帽102上的第一铰链3上设有耳部侧的槽形面303,限位板6上靠近靠背2一侧的限位面601逐渐离开靠背2上的第一铰链3上设有耳部侧的槽形面303,由此,使得靠背2能够向下翻转,直至平行盖合在凳帽102上,此时,由于凳帽102仍然是保持原始位置不动,而第二铰链4同一侧的一个纵向耳部位于第一铰链3的所述两个耳部之间,因此,第一铰链3上的连接部302对第二铰链4的转动进行限位,即将靠背2限位在平行盖合在凳帽102上的位置,而第二铰链3的垂直连接部402、限位板6均与凳帽102垂直,靠背2折叠后,整个折叠凳不具备背靠的功能,但在转轴5的承载力范围之内,仍能够作为简单的坐凳使用,此时,靠背2取代凳帽102作为坐面,而且由于靠背2折叠在凳帽102上,使得凳帽102与靠背2可收藏为一整体,减小了占用空间,且便于运输和保管,靠背2折叠后的状态见图10。
凳座103的折叠:通过旋开凳脚105,解除其与支撑板104的连接,取出支撑板104、凳帽102及靠背2,凳帽102与靠背2作为一个整体从登座103上取下,由于凳座103展开后形成的四面筒形体内不受支撑板104限制,因此所述四面筒形体内一组对边中的一边中的两块硬质夹心板A与B、另一边中的两块硬质夹心板C与D可通过折线1033及缺口1032向内弯折,见图11、图12,当弯折到两块板A与B及C与D贴合时达到最大折叠极限位置,从而使本发明便于存放。
凳座103的展开:凳座103折叠后,将两块硬质夹心板A与B、另两块硬质夹心板C与D通过折线1033及缺口1032向外弯折,当弯折到两块板A与B及C与D在折线1032所在的面重合时达到最大折叠极限位置,此时,凳座103展开为一四面筒形体,将支撑板104塞入展开后的凳座103内,使支撑板104上的第二安装通孔1041与凳座103底部的第一安装通孔1031互为对应,同时利用凳脚105的螺栓1051伸入上述第一安装通孔1031并与第二安装通孔1041螺纹连接,由此实现了支撑板104与凳座103底面的连接,使凳座103撑开并稳固。

Claims (7)

  1. 折叠凳,包括坐凳(1)及靠背(2),靠背(2)由软质面层及包裹于软质面层中的硬质夹心板构成,坐凳(1)为一方形体,所述方形体的上坐面及四周壁面均由软质面层及包裹于软质面层中的硬质夹心板构成,其特征在于:靠背(2)中的第一硬质夹心板(201)与坐凳(1)所述上坐面中的第二硬质夹心板(101)通过铰链装置连接,所述铰链装置包括转动连接的第一铰链(3)及第二铰链(4),第二硬质夹心板(101)及第一硬质夹心板(201)上均固接有第一铰链(3),第一铰链(3)包括沿纵向设置的两个耳部,第二铰链(4)包括纵、横向对称设置的四个耳部,第二硬质夹心板(101)上的第一铰链(3)的所述两个耳部与第二铰链(4)同一侧的所述两个纵向耳部之间通过转轴(5)连接,第一硬质夹心板(201)上的第一铰链(3)的所述两个耳部与第二铰链(4)的所述另外两个纵向耳部之间通过另一转轴(5)连接,第二铰链(4)的背面固接有一限位板(6),限位板(6)包括两个相对设置的纵向限位面(601),当靠背(2)通过所述铰链装置转动至与坐凳(1)的所述上坐面垂直时,限位板(6)的所述两个纵向限位面(601)分别用于第二铰链(4)及第一硬质夹心板(201)上的第一铰链(3)的转动限位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:第一铰链(3)的所述两个耳部中的一个耳部位于第二铰链(4)的所述两个纵向耳部之间,第一铰链(3)的所述两个耳部中的另一个耳部位于第二铰链(4)上的对应耳部的外侧,所述两个第一铰链(3)同一侧的耳部与第二铰链(4)上相对应的耳部之间的位置关系一致。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述第一铰链(3)为槽形结构,所述两个耳部设置在所述槽形结构的两个侧壁(301)上,且设在侧壁(301)的端部,所述槽形结构的槽底为连接部(302),两个第一铰链(3)的连接部(302)分别与第二硬质夹心板(101)、第一硬质夹心板(201)固接,与所述两个耳部同一侧的槽形面(303)与限位板(6)上的纵向限位面(601)对应设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述第二铰链(4)呈'工'字形结构,所述四个耳部对称设置在所述'工'字形结构的两个平行壁(401)上,且所述四个耳部分别设在两个平行壁(401)的四个端头,两个平行壁(401)之间为垂直连接部(402),垂直连接部(402)的宽度小于同一平行壁(401)上的所述两个耳部转动中心之间的距离,两个平行壁(401)的高度大于垂直连接部(402)的高度,第一铰链(3)与第二铰链(4)通过转轴(5)连接后,第一铰链(3)的所述耳部位于垂直连接部(402)上方。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述坐凳(1)包括凳帽(102)、凳座(103)及支撑板(104),凳座(103)处于展开状态时为一四面筒形体,所述四面筒形体的每一筒壁面由软质面层及包裹于面层中的硬质夹心板构成,所述四面筒形体的上部为敞口结构,所述四面筒形体的底部为软质面层,凳帽(102)为由软质面层及包裹于面层中的第二硬质夹心板(101)形成的罩形体,凳帽(102)套合于展开的凳座(103)上,支撑板(104)支撑在展开的凳座(103)内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述凳座(103)底部上的所述软质面层上开有多个第一安装通孔(1031),支撑板(104)上开有多个第二安装通孔(1041),所述第二安装通孔(1041)内设置螺纹,在所述支撑板(104)上还开有拉环(1042),第一安装通孔(1031)及第二安装通孔(1041)对应设置,用于安装支撑凳脚(105)中的螺栓(1051)。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述四面筒形体的四个筒壁面中的四块硬质夹心板之间设有空隙区域,所述空隙区域包裹在软质面层内,所述四面筒形体的四块硬质夹心板中至少有一组对边的硬质夹心板分别由两块板构成,所述两块板之间设置缺口(1032)及折线(1033)。
