4..派件取件寄件过程都在终端派件柜处进行,派件终端柜根据需要设置在人员密集的小区、学校等处的门口,快递快递员不需要进入到小区或学校内部,保证小区或学校内部秩序,避免不法分子混入,保证安全,有利于维护社会稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种智能快递终端,如图1所示,包括终端派件柜1、终端主机2和终端处理器3,
终端派件柜1,包括快递存储格11和门锁控制单元12;
终端主机2,包括显示单元21、输入单元22、信息读取单元23、信息采集单元24和语音交互单元25;
终端处理器3,包括通讯单元31和控制处理单元32;
终端主机2设在终端派件柜1上,终端处理器3设在终端派件柜1内,门锁控制单元12、显示单元21、输入单元22、信息读取单元23、信息采集单元24、语音交互单元25和通讯单元31分别与控制处理单元32相连。
其中,显示单元21为显示器,输入单元22为按键输入模块,信息读取单元23为射频读卡器。信息采集单元24包括存储单元241和视频采集单元242,存储单元241设置于终端主机2内部,视频采集单元242设置于终端派件柜1顶部或终端主机2表面,存储单元241和视频采集单元242分别与控制处理单元32相连。语音交互单元25包括语音采集单元251和语音播报单元252,语音采集单元251和语音播报单元252设置在终端主机2表面,分别与控制处理单元32相连。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:输入单元22为触屏模块;信息读取单元23为条形码扫描仪。
实施例3
一种应用智能快递终端的智能快递处理方法,如图2所示,包括智能派件和取件过程:
A:快递员通过信息读取单元23读取包裹信息和收件人信息,控制处理单元32接受并处理,生成取货凭证信息,通讯单元31发送取货凭证信息至收件人;
B:快递员通过信息读取单元23读取快递员信息,控制处理单元32计算后传递信息至门锁控制单元12,开启空闲的快递存储格11,快递员放入包裹,关闭快递存储格11;
C:取件人由输入单元22输入取货凭证信息,控制处理单元32鉴权;
D:鉴权成功,控制处理单元32控制门锁控制单元12,快递存储格11开启,取件人取货;鉴权不成功,控制处理单元32控制门锁控制单元12,快递存储格11保持关闭;
在A或B或C或D的过程中,语音播报单元252播报处理进程,显示单元21显示处理进程,控制处理单元32控制视频采集单元242和语音采集单元251采集信息,并存储在存储单元241内。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例3相同,不同之处在于:取件人通过信息读取单元23扫描取货凭证后,控制处理单元32鉴权。
实施例5
实施例5与实施例3相同,不同之处在于:取件人通过信息读取单元23读取取件人身份信息后,控制处理单元32鉴权。
实施例6
一种应用智能快递终端的智能快递处理方法,如图3所示,包括自助寄件过程:
E:发件人通过输入单元22输入收件人信息,发件人通过信息读取单元23读取发件人信息;
F:控制处理单元32处理后显示单元21显示快递面单信息、发件价格,控制门锁控制单元12开启空闲的快递存储格11,发件人确认面单信息,放入包裹并关闭柜门。
在E或F的过程中,语音播报单元252播报处理进程,显示单元21显示处理进程,控制处理单元32控制视频采集单元242和语音采集单元251采集信息,并存储在存储单元241内。
实施例7
实施例7与实施例6相同,不同之处在于:发件人通过输入单元22输入发件人信息。
实施例8
一种应用智能快递终端的智能快递处理方法,如图4所示,包括问题包裹处理过程:
G:取件人打开快递存储格11,信息采集单元24开启,采集取件人将包裹从快递存储格11取出并检验的全过程,存储单元241记录信息采集单元24采集的信息;
H:取件人通过输入单元22输入问题件原因,控制处理单元32控制门锁控制单元12开启空闲的快递存储格11,取件人将包裹放入快递存储格11,控制处理单元32处理并控制通讯单元31发送信息给快递公司。
实施例9
一种应用智能快递终端的智能快递处理方法,如图4所示,包括问题包裹处理过程:
G:快递员打开快递存储格11,信息采集单元24开启,采集包裹从快递存储格11取出并检验的全过程,存储单元241记录信息采集单元24采集的信息;
H:快递员通过输入单元22输入问题件原因,控制处理单元32控制门锁控制单元12开启空闲的快递存储格11,快递员将包裹放入快递存储格11,控制处理单元32处理并控制通讯单元31发送信息给发件人。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明专利的涵盖范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种智能快递终端,其特征在于,包括:
    终端派件柜(1),包括快递存储格(11)和门锁控制单元(12);
    终端主机(2),包括显示单元(21)、输入单元(22)、信息读取单元(23)、信息采集单元(24)和语音交互单元(25);
    终端处理器(3),包括通讯单元(31)和控制处理单元(32);
    终端主机(2)设在终端派件柜(1)上,终端处理器(3)设在终端派件柜(1)内,输入单元(22)为按键输入模块或触屏模块,信息读取单元(23)为射频读卡器或条形码扫描仪,信息采集单元(24)包括存储单元(241)和视频采集单元(242),存储单元(241)设置于终端主机(2)内部,视频采集单元(242)设置于终端派件柜(1)顶部或终端主机(2)表面,存储单元(241)和视频采集单元(242)分别与控制处理单元(32)相连,语音交互单元(25)包括语音采集单元(251)和语音播报单元(252),语音采集单元(251)和语音播报单元(252)设置在终端主机(2)表面,语音采集单元(251)和语音播报单元(252)分别与控制处理单元(32)相连,门锁控制单元(12)、显示单元(21)、输入单元(22)、信息读取单元(23)、信息采集单元(24)、语音交互单元(25)和通讯单元(31)分别与控制处理单元(32)相连。
  2. 一种应用权利要求1所述的智能快递终端的智能快递处理方法,其特征在于,包括智能派件和取件过程:
    A:快递员通过信息读取单元(23)读取包裹信息和收件人信息,控制处理单元(32)接收并处理,生成取货凭证信息,通讯单元(31)发送取货凭证信息至收件人;
    B:快递员通过信息读取单元(23)读取快递员信息,控制处理单元(32)处理后传递信息至门锁控制单元(12),开启空闲的快递存储格(11),快递员放入包裹,关闭快递存储格(11);
    C:取件人通过信息读取单元(23)扫描取货凭证,或通过信息读取单元(23)读取取件人身份信息,或通过输入单元(22)输入取货凭证信息,控制处理单元(32)鉴权;
    D:鉴权成功,控制处理单元(32)控制门锁控制单元(12),开启快递存储格(11),取件人取货;鉴权不成功,控制处理单元(32)控制门锁控制单元(12),快递存储格(11)保持关闭;
    在A或B或C或D的过程中,语音播报单元(252)播报处理进程,显示单元(21)显示处理进程,控制处理单元(32)控制视频采集单元(242)和语音采集单元(251)采集信息,并存储在存储单元(241)内。
  3. 据权利要求2所述的一种智能快递处理方法,其特征在于,还包括自助寄件过程:
    E:发件人通过输入单元(22)输入收件人信息,发件人通过信息读取单元(23)读取发件人信息或通过输入单元(22)输入发件人信息;
    F:控制处理单元(32)处理后显示单元(21)显示快递面单信息、发件价格,控制门锁控制单元(12)开启空闲的快递存储格(11),发件人确认面单信息,放入包裹并关闭柜门。
    在E或F的过程中,语音播报单元(252)播报处理进程,显示单元(21)显示处理进程,控制处理单元(32)控制视频采集单元(242)和语音采集单元(251)采集信息,并存储在存储单元(241)内。
  4. 据权利要求2或3所述的一种智能快递处理方法,其特征在于,还包括问题包裹处理过程:
    G:快递员或取件人打开快递存储格(11),信息采集单元(24)开启,采集包裹从快递存储格(11)取出并检验的全过程,存储单元(241)记录信息采集单元(24)采集的信息;
    H:快递员或取件人通过输入单元(22)输入问题件原因,控制处理单元(32)控制门锁控制单元(12),开启空闲的快递存储格(11),快递员或取件人将包裹放入快递存储格(11),控制处理单元(32)处理并控制通讯单元(31)发送信息给发件人或快递公司。
