终端主机2设在终端派件柜1上,终端处理器3设在终端派件柜1内,门锁控制单元12、输入单元22、信息读取单元23、信息采集单元24、支付单元26和通讯单元31分别与控制处理单元32相连。
其中,输入单元22为按键输入模块,信息读取单元23为射频读卡器。信息采集单元24包括存储单元241和视频采集单元242,存储单元241设置于终端主机2内部,视频采集单元242设置于终端派件柜1顶部,存储单元241和视频采集单元242分别与控制处理单元32相连。支付单元26包括银行卡支付单元261、现金支付单元262和无线支付单元263,银行卡支付单元261和无线支付单元263通过终端处理器3与银行支付系统通讯相连;现金支付单元262包括钱币箱和验收钞机,钱币箱和验收钞机分别与控制处理单元32相连。终端主机2上还设有显示单元21,显示单元21与控制处理单元32相连,显示单元21为LCD显示器。终端主机2上还设有语音交互单元25,语音交互单元25包括语音采集单元251和语音播报单元252,语音采集单元251和语音播报单元252设置在终端主机2表面,分别与控制处理单元32相连。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:输入单元22为触屏模块;信息读取单元23为条形码扫描仪。
实施例3
一种应用付件快递处理终端的到付件快递处理方法,如图2所示,包括到付件快递派送过程:
A:快递员通过信息读取单元23读取包裹信息、待款金额和收件人信息,控制处理单元32接收并计算,生成取货凭证信息,通讯单元31发送取货凭证信息和待付款金额至收件人;
B:快递员通过信息读取单元23读取快递员身份信息,控制处理单元32计算后传递信息至门锁控制单元12,开启空闲的快递存储格11,快递员放入包裹,关闭快递存储格11;
C:收件人接收取货凭证信息后,来到终端派件柜1,通过信息读取单元23读取取件人身份信息,控制处理单元32鉴权;
D:鉴权成功,收件人通过支付单元26付款,控制处理单元32控制门锁控制单元12,快递存储格11开启,收件人取货;鉴权不成功,控制处理单元32控制门锁控制单元12,快递存储格11保持关闭;
在A或B或C或D的过程中,语音播报单元252播报处理进程,显示单元21显示处理进程,控制处理单元32控制视频采集单元242和语音采集单元251采集信息,并存储在存储单元241内。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例3相同,不同之处在于:收件人通过输入单元22输入取货凭证信息后,控制处理单元32鉴权。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种到付件快递处理终端,其特征在于,包括:
    终端派件柜(1),包括快递存储格(11)和门锁控制单元(12);
    终端主机(2),包括输入单元(22)、信息读取单元(23)、信息采集单元(24)和支付单元(26);
    终端处理器(3),包括通讯单元(31)和控制处理单元(32);
    终端主机(2)设在终端派件柜(1)上,终端处理器(3)设在终端派件柜(1)内,输入单元(22)为按键输入模块或触屏模块,信息读取单元(23)为射频读卡器或条形码扫描仪,信息采集单元(24)包括存储单元(241)和视频采集单元(242),存储单元(241)设置在终端主机(2)内部,视频采集单元(242)设置在终端派件柜(1)顶部或终端主机(2)表面,支付单元(26)包括银行卡支付单元(261)、现金支付单元(262)和无线支付单元(263),门锁控制单元(12)、输入单元(22)、信息读取单元(23)、信息采集单元(24)、支付单元(26)和通讯单元(31)分别与控制处理单元(32)相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种到付件快递处理终端,其特征在于:银行卡支付单元(261)和无线支付单元(263)通过终端处理器(3)与银行支付系统通讯相连,现金支付单元(262)与控制处理单元(32)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种到付件快递处理终端,其特征在于:现金支付单元(262)包括钱币箱和验收钞机,钱币箱和验收钞机分别与控制处理单元(32)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种到付件快递处理终端,其特征在于:终端主机(2)上还设有显示单元(21),显示单元(21)与控制处理单元(32)相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种到付件快递处理终端,其特征在于:终端主机(2)上还设有语音交互单元(25),语音交互单元(25)包括语音采集单元(251)和语音播报单元(252),语音采集单元(251)和语音播报单元(252)设置在终端主机(2)表面,分别与控制处理单元(32)相连。
    一 种应用权利要求5所述的付件快递处理终端的到付件快递处理方法,其特征在于,包括到付件快递派送过程:
    A:快递员通过信息读取单元(23)读取包裹信息、待付款金额和收件人信息,控制处理单元(32)接收并计算,生成取货凭证信息,通讯单元(31)发送取货凭证信息和待付款金额至收件人;
    B:快递员通过信息读取单元(23)读取快递员信息,控制处理单元(32)处理后传递信息至门锁控制单元(12),开启空闲的快递存储格(11),快递员放入包裹,关闭快递存储格(11);
    C:收件人接收取货凭证信息后,来到终端派件柜(1),通过信息读取单元(23)扫描取货凭证,或通过信息读取单元(23)读取取件人身份信息,或通过输入单元(22)输入取货凭证信息,控制处理单元(32)鉴权;
    D:鉴权成功,收件人通过支付单元(26)付款,控制处理单元(32)控制门锁控制单元(12),开启快递存储格(11),收件人取货;鉴权不成功,控制处理单元(32)控制门锁控制单元(12),快递存储格(11)保持关闭;
    在A或B或C或D的过程中,语音播报单元(252)播报处理进程,显示单元(21)显示处理进程,控制处理单元(32)控制视频采集单元(242)和语音采集单元(251)采集信息,并存储在存储单元(241)内。
