  • Investigating Materials By The Use Of Optical Means Adapted For Particular Applications (AREA)

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'inspection qui, par rapport à une glissière de fermeture à glissière pourvue d'un corps, d'un couvercle, d'un ressort et d'une poignée de traction, peut déterminer avec précision et en peu de temps la qualité de glissières possédant différents formes et poids de poignée de traction. La glissière comporte un corps (1), qui possède une voie d'élément (13) et un couvercle (2), qui possède une griffe d'arrêt (26). Le couvercle (2) peut être déplacé entre une première position, au niveau de laquelle la griffe d'arrêt (26) pénètre dans la voie d'élément (13) et une seconde position, au niveau de laquelle la griffe d'arrêt (26) sort de la voie d'élément (13). Le dispositif d'inspection comporte : un moyen de déplacement (50) qui déplace le couvercle (2) de la première position vers la seconde position ; une caméra (51) qui forme une image du couvercle (2) après le déplacement ; et un moyen de détermination de qualité (80) qui compare l'image capturée par la caméra (51) et une image préenregistrée et détermine la qualité de la glissière.
