一种基于实施例 1所述直喷引擎燃油系积碳在线清洗控制系统的积碳在线清洗控制方法, 实 施例 1中的内容也应该作为本实施例的内容, 所述方法包括第一步启动引擎, 第二步触发系 统控制电路开始工作; 其中, 所述控制电路在满足引擎喷油嘴喷油、 三元催化器温度小于
800摄氏度设定值、 引擎转速大于 1200转 /分钟设定值以及清洗时间小于设定清洗时间的状 态下, 启动清洗工作程序向引擎的进气岐管中喷入清洗剂。
[0029] 上述方法保证了引擎清洗的最佳工作状态: 也就是在引擎转速小于 1200转 /分钟时、 三元催化器温度大于 800摄氏度时、 喷油嘴不喷油三种状态中的任何一种状态出现时系统停 止工作。
[0030] 实施例中, 所述控制方法进一步包括:
a.在一个预置里程寄存器中输入一个预置里程数, 所述预置里程数是汽车行驶到这个里程后 需要清洗进气阀与燃烧室积碳的里程;
b.读取一个里程计数器的里程数据, 将里程数据与预置里程数比较;
c.当里程数据与预置里程数相等时, 启动清洗工作程序, 并将里程计数器清零, 里程数据小 于预置里程数时返回步骤 b。
[0031] 实施例中, 所述清洗时间是清洗工作程序向引擎的进气岐管中喷入清洗剂的时间。
[0032] 实施例中, 所述清洗时间是 15至 25分钟。
[0033] 实施例中, 所述预置里程数可以根据驾驶习惯和驾驶环境任意设置, 本实施例所述 预置里程数设置是 3000千米。
[0034] 实施例中, 所述向引擎的进气岐管中喷入清洗剂是以流量为 10 克 ±0.5 克 /分钟 (每 分钟 10克、 误差 ±0.5克) 向引擎的进气岐管中喷入清洗剂。
[0035] 实施例中电磁流量控制器开通流量是通过控制电磁阀的每分钟开通时间来确定, 当 电磁流量计每分钟开通的时间 (T) =15.2毫秒, 实测对应的流量 (L) =10.1克 /分钟。
Claims
1. 一种直喷引擎燃油系积碳在线清洗控制系统, 包括盛装进气阀清洗剂的清洗剂罐、 清洗 剂输入管路、 电磁流量控制器和控制电路, 所述清洗剂罐安装在汽车的车架上, 清洗剂输入 管路一端连接清洗剂罐, 清洗剂输入管路另一端经电磁流量控制器连接在引擎的进气岐管 上, 其特征在于, 所述清洗剂输入管路与清洗剂罐连接的管路上串接有一个输液泵, 所述控 制电路控制输出分别连接输液泵和电磁流量控制器, 控制电路的输入分别接收一个三元催化 器温度信号的输入、 一个引擎转速信号的输入以及一个引擎喷油信号的输入, 所述控制电路 中设置有清洗启动电路, 一个受汽车引擎运行状态控制的启动信号连接控制电路中的启动电 路。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种直喷引擎燃油系积碳在线清洗控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述 启动信号是一个设置在驾驶室中的按钮开关信号和引擎运停信号相与输出的启动信号, 所述 启动电路是一个信号触发器, 当引擎运行时按下按钮开关, 启动信号令触发器触发控制电路 进入清洗工作程序。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种直喷引擎燃油系积碳在线清洗控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述 启动信号是汽车的里程计数信号, 所述启动电路是一个里程计数控制器, 里程计数控制器中 设置有预置里程寄存器和一个与里程寄存器进行数值比较的里程计数器, 所述里程计数信号 连接里程计数器的计数输入, 当里程计数器的里程数值达到预置里程寄存器的预置值时, 里 程计数控制器的输出触发控制电路进入清洗工作程序。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种直喷引擎燃油系积碳在线清洗控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述 清洗剂输入管路包括主管和在主管上分出的支管, 支管连接在进气岐管与引擎各气缸的连接 管上, 在支管上设置有所述电磁流量控制器。
5. 一种基于根据权利要求 1 至 4 之一所述系统的积碳在线清洗控制方法, 第一步启动引 擎, 第二步触发系统控制电路开始工作, 其特征在于, 所述控制电路在满足引擎喷油嘴喷 油、 三元催化器温度小于设定值、 引擎转速大于设定值、 以及清洗时间小于设定清洗时间的 状态下, 启动清洗工作程序向引擎的进气岐管中喷入清洗剂。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述三元催化器温度设定值是 800摄氏度, 所 述引擎转速设定值是 1200转 /分钟。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制方法进一步包括:
a.在一个预置里程寄存器中输入一个预置里程数, 所述预置里程数是汽车行驶到这个里程后 需要清洗进气阀与燃烧室积碳的里程;
b.读取一个里程计数器的里程数据, 将里程数据与预置里程数比较;
c.当里程数据与预置里程数相等时, 启动清洗工作程序, 并将里程计数器清零, 里程数据小 于预置里程数时返回步骤 b。
8. 根据权利要求 5 所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述清洗时间是清洗工作程序向引擎的进气岐 管中喷入清洗剂的时间。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述清洗时间是 15至 25分钟。
10. 根据权利要求 5所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述向引擎的进气岐管中喷入清洗剂是以流量 为 10克 ± 0.5克 /分钟向引擎的进气岐管中喷入清洗剂。
