本发明公开了一种橡胶类交通标志的制造方法,依次包括以下步骤:选料→生产再生胶→合成定型胶→模压→填充骨架→表面化学处理→增加防腐层→镀铝层→贴反光膜→交通标柱,所述增加防腐层步骤为在经过化学处理的表面上依次添加无毒PVC层和环氧树脂层,在环氧树脂层的表面上上油漆,所述镀铝层为在环氧树脂层的油漆层上镀铝层,铝层的厚度为0.2mm-0.5mm;所述反光膜步骤为在铝层上贴由PVC、PU和玻璃微珠形成的反光膜。本发明克服了现有技术耐磨耐腐蚀性差的技术问题,柔性好,耐碰耐腐蚀,还采用了镀铝层,有利于反光膜的设置,且夜间警示作用强,成本低,使用简便。
Description
一种橡胶类交通标志的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种标柱制造方法,特别是涉及一种用在公路交通上的荧光交通 标志的制造方法。
背景技术
目前, 一般的标柱为金属材料制成, 刚性强, 车辆不慎撞上时, 金属标柱容 易弯曲引发二次伤害; 如果上述碰撞是车辆行使速度较快的情况下发生,还会造 成严重的交通事故; 因此, 金属道口标柱存在着容易被碰撞和造成二次伤害等问 题; 且金属材料的耐腐蚀性不好, 而且夜间警示性低。
申请号为 CN98118789. 7的中国专利 "橡胶类交通标志", 公开了一种橡胶类 交通标志制做新工艺, 其特征是, 从废轮胎→再生胶→定型胶→模压→骨架→化 学表面处理→上漆→贴反光膜→橡胶类交通标志。 由于耐磨耐腐蚀性差, 导致使 用效果差, 寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中标柱存在的上述问题,提出一种橡胶类交 通标志的制造方法。本发明克服了现有技术耐磨耐腐蚀性差的技术问题,柔性好, 耐碰耐腐蚀, 还采用了镀铝层, 有利于反光膜的设置, 且夜间警示作用强, 成本 低, 使用简便。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种橡胶类交通标志的制造方法, 其特征在于依次包括以下步骤: 选料→生 产再生胶→合成定型胶→模压→填充骨架→表面化学处理→增加防腐层→镀铝 层→贴反光膜→交通标柱,所述增加防腐层步骤为在经过化学处理的表面上依次 添加无毒 PVC层和环氧树脂层, 在环氧树脂层的表面上上油漆, 所述镀铝层为 在环氧树脂层的油漆层上镀铝层, 铝层的厚度为 0.2 mm-0.5mm; 所述反光膜步 骤为在铝层上贴由 PVC、 PU和玻璃微珠形成的反光膜。
所述合成定型胶步骤中加入防护剂的量为 0.1%-0.4%, 加入硫化剂的量为 2%-3%。
所述模压步骤中加入的钢丝或过胶帘布的量为 3%-5.5%。
本发明与现有技术相比, 其优点在于:
1、 本发明克服了现有技术耐磨耐腐蚀性差的技术问题, 柔性好, 耐碰耐腐 蚀, 还采用了镀铝层, 有利于反光膜的设置, 且夜间警示作用强, 成本低, 使用 简便。
2、 本发明采用合成定型胶步骤中加入防护剂的量为 0.1%-0.4%, 加入硫化 剂的量为 2%-3%, 与现有技术相比降低了防护剂和硫化剂的加入量节约了成本, 而且效果增强。
3、 本发明的交通标采用橡胶制成, 柔性好, 耐碰。
具体实施方式
实施例 1 :
一种橡胶类交通标志的制造方法, 依次包括以下步骤: 选料→生产再生胶→ 合成定型胶→模压→填充骨架→表面化学处理→增加防腐层→镀铝层→贴反光 膜→交通标柱, 所述增加防腐层步骤为在经过化学处理的表面上依次添加无毒 PVC 层和环氧树脂层, 在环氧树脂层的表面上上油漆, 所述镀铝层为在环氧树 脂层的油漆层上镀铝层,铝层的厚度为 0.2mm;所述反光膜步骤为在铝层上贴由 PVC、 PU和玻璃微珠形成的反光膜。
本发明中, 所述合成定型胶步骤中加入防护剂的量为 0.1%, 加入硫化剂的 量为 3%。
本发明中, 所述模压步骤中加入的钢丝或过胶帘布的量为 3%%。
实施例 2:

本发明中, 所述模压步骤中加入的钢丝或过胶帘布的量为 5.5%。
Claims
1、 一种橡胶类交通标志的制造方法, 其特征在于依次包括以下步骤: 选料
→生产再生胶→合成定型胶→模压→填充骨架→表面化学处理→增加防腐层→ 镀铝层→贴反光膜→交通标柱,所述增加防腐层步骤为在经过化学处理的表面上 依次添加无毒 PVC层和环氧树脂层, 在环氧树脂层的表面上上油漆, 所述镀铝 层为在环氧树脂层的油漆层上镀铝层, 铝层的厚度为 0.2 mm-0.5mm; 所述反光 膜步骤为在铝层上贴由 PVC、 PU和玻璃微珠形成的反光膜。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种橡胶类交通标志的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述合成定型胶步骤中加入防护剂的量为 0.1%-0.4%, 加入硫化剂的量为 2%-3%。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种橡胶类交通标志的制造方法, 其特征在 于: 所述模压步骤中加入的钢丝或过胶帘布的量为 3%-5.5%。
