本发明实施例的洗衣机在运行时, 通过设置启动童锁功能的按键的功能, 可以锁止其它洗涤功能按键,避免儿童误操作而危及人身安全, 同时也可以防 止用户的误操作或者儿童无意识的行为影响洗衣机运行, 因此, 安全性和可靠 性更高。
为达到上述目的, 本发明第三方面实施例提出了一种洗衣机的控制方法, 其中,所述洗衣机包括控制面板,所述控制面板上设有启动童锁功能的按键和 多个洗涤功能按键, 该洗衣机的控制方法包括以下步骤:在所述洗衣机运行过 程中, 当所述启动童锁功能的按键被触发时,判断所述启动童锁功能的按键是 否满足触发条件; 如果是, 控制所述多个洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制方法,在洗衣机运行过程中,通过设置 启动童锁功能的按键的功能, 从而控制器锁住其它洗涤功能按键,避免儿童误 操作而危及人身安全,同时也可以防止用户的误操作或者儿童无意识的行为影 响洗衣机运行, 因此, 提高了洗衣机的安全性和可靠性。
进一步地, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 还包括: 当所述启动童锁功能的按 键被再次触发且满足所述触发条件时, 解除所述多个洗涤功能按键的锁定。

如图 1所示,本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制装置包括控制面板 1和控制器 2。其中,控制面板 1上设有启动童锁功能的按键 10和多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202 20n 控制器 2与控制面板 1相连, 在洗衣机运行过程中, 如果启动 童锁功能的按键 10被触发且满足触发条件, 控制器 2控制多个洗涤功能按键
201、 202 20η处于锁止状态, 即言, 此时即使多个洗涤功能按键 201、
202 20η被触发, 被触发的洗涤功能按键的功能也是无效的, 洗衣机不 会进行相应的响应, 以避免儿童误操作例如触发门锁按键而打开洗衣机门盖, 进而带来的安全隐患, 或者影响洗衣机的运行。进一步地, 在本发明的一个实 施例中, 如图 2所示, 启动童锁功能的按键 10 包括至少一个子按键 101、
102 10η, 即言, 启动童锁功能的按键 10可以为一个子按键或两个以上的 多个子按键, 启动童锁功能的按键 10包括多个子按键, 可以避免用户误操作, 提高可靠性。 当然, 可以理解的是, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 启动童锁功能 的按键 10还可以包括至少一个子旋钮。
优选地, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 当启动童锁功能的按键 10包括第一 子按键 101和第二子按键 102时,在洗衣机运行过程中,第一子按键 101和第 二子按键 102同时被触发且触发时间大于预设时间例如 3s后, 控制器 2判断 启动童锁功能的按键 10 满足触发条件, 进而控制多个洗涤功能按键 201、
202 20η处于锁止状态。 具体地, 当控制器 2检测到启动童锁功能的按 键 10 触发且满足触发条件例如两个童锁子按键同时被触发且触发时间大于 3s, 并且, 经过对按键值进行滤波后, 控制器 2的控制程序判断启动童锁功能 的按键 10的功能为有效时, 控制器 2 的控制程序将启动童锁功能的按键 10 的功能选上, 并对启动童锁功能的按键 10的功能进行标记, 同时控制控制面 板 1上的多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202 20η锁止, 其中, 控制器 2的控制 程序可以储存在控制面板 1的 UI (User Interface, 用户界面)程序的按键处理 文件中。 需要说明的是, 当有多个按键被触发时, 控制器 2首先检测并判断是 否是启动童锁功能的按键 10被触发,并优先对启动童锁功能的按键 10的按键 值进行滤波, 便于排除其它按键触发时的信号干扰。
如图 3所示, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 洗衣机的控制装置还包括: 声 光提示模块 3, 声光提示模块 3与控制器 2相连, 在多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202、 ......20n处于锁止状态后, 当多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202、 ......20η被 触发时, 声光提示模块 3在控制器 2的控制下发出声光提示。进一步地, 如图 4所示, 在本发明的又一个实施例中, 声光提示模块 3包括童锁指示灯 301和 蜂鸣器 302。 具体地, 在多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202、 ......20η处于锁止状态 后, 当多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202 20η被触发时, 童锁指示灯 301发出 光提示, 例如闪烁, 蜂鸣器 302发出声音以报警和提示用户。 并且, 当控制器 2判断启动童锁功能的按键 10被触发且满足触发条件时, 控制器 2控制童锁 指示灯 301发出光提示, 例如亮。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 在洗衣机运行过程中, 在多个洗涤功能按键
201、 202 20η处于锁止状态后, 如果启动童锁功能的按键 10被再次触 发且满足触发条件, 控制器 2 将解除多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202 20η 的锁定, 并控制童锁指示灯 301熄灭。 需要说明的是, 在洗衣机的任何状态例 如错误、 暂停和运行等情况下, 若启动童锁功能的按键 10的功能已经选上, 可以通过再次触发启动童锁功能的按键 10 的功能来解除多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202、 ......20η的锁定并熄灭童锁指示灯 301, 操作方便。
进一步地, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 启动童锁功能的按键 10, 在洗衣 机断电重启后, 控制器 2控制多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202 20η处于锁止 状态。 具体如图 5所示, 控制面板 1上还设有电源按键 30, 在洗衣机运行时, 如果电源按键 30被触发, 控制器 2控制洗衣机进入断电记忆模式, 此时, 除 洗衣机启动童锁功能的按键 10不能继续运行外, 控制器 2的控制程序记忆当 前洗衣机的运行状态, 且在洗衣机重启后, 控制器 2 控制多个洗涤功能按键
201、 202 20η处于锁止状态。 另外, 需要说明的是, 在本发明的一个实 施例中, 在洗衣机运行时, 如果电源按键 30被触发, 控制器 2控制洗衣机进 入断电记忆模式, 此时, 除洗衣机启动童锁功能的按键 10不能继续运行外, 控制器 2的控制程序记忆当前洗衣机的运行状态,同时控制器 2检查当前启动 童锁功能的按键 10的功能是否选上, 若选上, 则控制器 2取消启动童锁功能 的按键 10的功能标记, 且在洗衣机重启后, 控制器 2控制多个洗涤功能按键
201、 202 20η解除锁止状态, 因此, 在每次洗衣机上电工作时, 用户都 可以根据当前需要来触发启动童锁功能的按键和多个洗涤功能按键。
在也就是说, 在本发明的实施例中, 当启动童锁功能的按键 10的功能被 选上后, 除了电源按键 30外, 其他洗涤功能按键均是无效的。 并且当电源按 键 30被触发后, 洗衣机断电, 控制器 2控制洗衣机进入断电记忆模式。 另外, 在洗衣机运行时, 若洗衣机掉电例如用户拔掉电源线或停电,控制器 2控制洗 衣机进入断电记忆模式。
综上所述,根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制装置,洗衣机在运行过程中, 若启动童锁功能的按键 10被触发且满足触发条件时, 即言, 启动童锁功能的 按键 10的功能被选上时,控制器 2控制多个洗涤功能按键 201、 202 20η 处于锁止状态以避免儿童误操作例如触发门锁按键而打开洗衣机门盖,进而带 来的安全隐患, 或者影响洗衣机的运行, 并控制童锁指示灯 301发出光提示。 在启动童锁功能的按键 10的功能被触发后, 可以在洗衣机运行的任何状态下 通过再次触发启动童锁功能的按键 10的功能来解除多个洗涤功能按键 201、
202 20η的锁定并熄灭童锁指示灯 301, 操作方便。 此外, 在洗衣机运行 时, 如果按下洗衣机的电源按键 30或洗衣机掉电, 控制器 2控制洗衣机进入 断电记忆模式,在断电记忆模式下,控制器 2的控制程序记忆当前洗衣机的运 行状态。 因此, 洗衣机在重新上电后可以恢复掉电时的运行状态。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制装置,在控制面板上设置启动童锁功能 的按键, 并在洗衣机运行过程中, 通过触发启动童锁功能的按键的功能, 从而 控制器锁住其它洗涤功能按键和控制童锁指示灯发出光提示,避免儿童误操作 而危及人身安全,同时也可以防止用户的误操作或者儿童无意识的行为影响洗 衣机运行, 因此, 大大提高了洗衣机的安全性和可靠性。
本发明另一方面实施例提出一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括上述的洗衣机的控 制装置。 本发明实施例的洗衣机在运行时, 通过设置启动童锁功能的按键的功能, 可以锁止其它洗涤功能按键,避免儿童误操作而危及人身安全, 同时也可以防 止用户的误操作或者儿童无意识的行为影响洗衣机运行, 因此, 安全性和可靠 性更高。
此外, 本发明再一方面实施例提出一种洗衣机的控制方法, 其中, 洗衣机 包括控制面板,控制面板上设有启动童锁功能的按键和多个洗涤功能按键以及 声光提示模块, 声光提示模块包括童锁指示灯和蜂鸣器, 如图 6所示, 该洗衣 机的控制方法包括以下步骤:
51、在洗衣机运行过程中, 当启动童锁功能的按键被触发时, 判断启动童 锁功能的按键是否满足触发条件。
需要说明的是, 启动童锁功能的按键包括至少一个子按键或者子旋钮, 启 动童锁功能的按键包括多个子按键或者子旋钮可以避免用户误操作启动童锁 功能的按键, 提高可靠性。在洗衣机运行过程中, 启动童锁功能的按键被触发 且满足触发条件,例如, 启动童锁功能的按键的多个子按键或者子旋钮同时被 触发且触发时间大于预设时间例如 3s, 则判断启动童锁功能的按键满足触发 条件, 此时进入步骤 S2, 否则判断启动童锁功能的按键不满足触发条件。
52、 如果是, 控制多个洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态。
在步骤 S2中, 将启动童锁功能的按键的功能选上, 并对启动童锁功能的 按键的功能进行标记,同时控制多个洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态和控制童锁指 示灯发出光提示例如亮, 此时即使多个洗涤功能按键被触发,被触发的洗涤功 能按键的功能也是无效的, 洗衣机不会进行相应的响应, 以避免儿童误操作例 如触发门锁按键而打开洗衣机门盖,进而带来的安全隐患, 或者影响洗衣机的 运行。具体地, 在多个洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态后, 当多个洗涤功能按键被 触发时, 童锁指示灯发出光提示, 例如闪烁, 蜂鸣器发出声音以报警和提示用 户。在本发明的一个实施例中, 当启动童锁功能的按键被再次触发且满足触发 条件时, 解除多个洗涤功能按键的锁定, 并控制童锁指示灯熄灭。 需要说明的 是, 在洗衣机的任何状态例如错误、 暂停和运行等情况下, 可以通过再次触发 启动童锁功能的按键的功能来解除多个洗涤功能按键的锁定并熄灭童锁指示 灯, 操作方便。 此外, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 在洗衣机运行时, 如果按 下洗衣机的电源按键或洗衣机掉电例如用户拔掉电源线或停电,控制洗衣机进 入断电记忆模式, 以记忆当前洗衣机的运行状态, 且在洗衣机重启后, 控制多 个洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态。 需要说明的是, 在本发明的再一个实施例中, 在洗衣机运行时,如果按下洗衣机的电源按键或洗衣机掉电例如用户拔掉电源 线或停电, 控制洗衣机进入断电记忆模式, 以记忆当前洗衣机的运行状态, 同 时检查当前启动童锁功能的按键的功能是否选上, 若选上, 则取消启动童锁功 能的按键的功能标记,因而洗衣机在重新上电后可以恢复掉电时的运行状态和 取消启动童锁功能的按键的功能, 因此, 在每次洗衣机上电工作时, 用户都可 以根据当前需要来触发启动童锁功能的按键和多个洗涤功能按键。
如图 7所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,洗衣机的控制方法包括以下 步骤:
S3 , 检测是否有按键按下。
需要说明的是, 按键包括电源按键、启动童锁功能的按键和多个洗涤功能 按键, 若检测到有按键按下, 进入步骤 S4。
S4, 判断启动童锁功能的按键是否按下并维持 3s。
如果否, 则返回步骤 S3 , 如果是, 则进入步骤 S5。
S5, 控制控制面板上的多个洗涤功能按键锁止, 并控制童锁指示灯发出 光提示, 非启动童锁功能的按键和非电源按键按下后视为无效按键。
在洗衣机运行过程中,若启动童锁功能的按键按下并维持 3s, 则控制控制 面板上的多个洗涤功能按键锁止,从而可以避免儿童误操作例如触发门锁按键 而打开洗衣机门盖, 进而带来的安全隐患, 或者影响洗衣机的运行。
S6 ,如果按下洗衣机的电源键或洗衣机掉电,控制洗衣机进入断电记忆模 式, 此时清除启动童锁功能的按键的功能标注, 重上电后解除多个洗涤功能按 键的锁定, 并控制童锁指示灯熄灭。
本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制方法在洗衣机运行过程中,通过触发童锁功 能, 从而控制多个洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态,避免儿童误操作而危及人身安 全, 同时也可以防止用户的误操作或者儿童无意识的行为影响洗衣机运行, 因 此, 提高了洗衣机的安全性和可靠性。

权利要求书
1、 一种洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
控制面板, 所述控制面板上设有启动童锁功能的按键和多个洗涤功能按 键;
控制器, 所述控制器与所述控制面板相连, 在所述洗衣机运行过程中, 如 果所述启动童锁功能的按键被触发且满足触发条件,所述控制器控制所述多个 洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 启动童锁功能 的按键,在洗衣机断电重启后,所述控制器控制所述多个洗涤功能按键处于锁 止状态。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述启动童锁 功能的按键包括至少一个子按键。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 当所述启动童 锁功能的按键包括第一子按键和第二子按键时,所述第一子按键和第二子按键 同时被触发且触发时间大于预设时间后,所述控制器判断所述启动童锁的按键 满足所述触发条件。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
声光提示模块,所述声光提示模块与所述控制器相连,在所述多个洗涤功 能按键处于所述锁止状态后, 当所述多个洗涤功能按键被触发时,所述声光提 示模块在所述控制器的控制下发出声光提示。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述声光提示 模块包括童锁指示灯和蜂鸣器。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 如果所述启动 童锁功能的按键被再次触发且满足所述触发条件,所述控制器解除所述多个洗 涤功能按键的锁定。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的洗衣机的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制面板 上还设有电源按键, 如果所述电源按键被触发,所述控制器控制所述洗衣机进 入断电记忆模式。
9、 一种洗衣机, 其特征在于, 包括如要求 1-8任一项所述的洗衣机的控 制装置。
10、 一种洗衣机的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述洗衣机包括控制面板, 所 述控制面板上设有启动童锁功能的按键和多个洗涤功能按键,所述控制方法包 括以下步骤:
在所述洗衣机运行过程中, 当所述启动童锁功能的按键被触发时,判断所 述启动童锁功能的按键是否满足触发条件;
如果是, 控制所述多个洗涤功能按键处于锁止状态。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的洗衣机的控制方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 当所述启动童锁的按键被再次触发且满足所述触发条件时,解除所述多个 洗涤功能按键的锁定。
