在上述方案中,报警信息是着急需要用户获知且重要的信息,因此以多种感官刺激组合的反馈方式将报警信息提示给用户。而通知信息往往是不重要且不需要着急处理的信息,因此可通过单一的一种感官刺激反馈方式将通知信息反馈给用户。
所述通知信息包括衣物处理设备生成的表征工作进入不同阶段的提示信息、洗涤剂或柔顺剂不足的提示信息、衣物处理设备开机或关机的提示信息;
所述的报警信息包括表征衣物处理设备故障所生成的提示信息。
优选的,衣物处理设备上设置有蜂鸣器和/或指示灯和/或震动模块,衣物处理设备控制蜂鸣器、指示灯、震动模块中至少两者组合式的开启将报警信息反馈给用户,衣物处理设备控制蜂鸣器发声将通知信息反馈给用户。
优选的,蜂鸣器、指示灯、震动模块中不同组合的开启表征不同的报警信息,所述蜂鸣器不同的蜂鸣频率表征不同的通知信息。
例如:当洗涤剂/柔顺剂不足需要提醒用户时,蜂鸣音响0.5s三次,在衣物处理设备进入不同洗涤阶段时,蜂鸣音响0.5S一次提示给用户,衣物处理设备开启或自动关机时使用长达几秒的音乐。
对于报警信息,如衣物处理设备出现故障,必须要告知用户时,如出现进水异常报警时,蜂鸣音响3s,同时面板上所有按键灯光(指示灯)闪烁,告知用户出现问题及时处置,增大用户获知报警信息的概率。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种衣物处理设备,包括控制器和反馈模块,衣物处理设备在工作过程中生成有提示信息,控制器用于根据提示信息的不同,控制反馈模块以相应的反馈方式将提示信息反馈给用户;衣物处理设备的反馈方式包括不同的感官刺激反馈方式。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明中衣物处理设备控制将不同的提示信息以不同的反馈方式反馈给用户,或者将提示信息分为多类,衣物处理设备控制将不同类的提示信息以不同的反馈方式反馈给用户;衣物处理设备的反馈方式包括不同的感官刺激反馈方式;本发明中设置多种反馈方式,针对不同类的提示信息采用不同的反馈方式,让用户可以清晰的分辨不同的反馈方式所代表的含义,从而做出正确的控制操作。

参见图1所示,本实施提供一种衣物处理设备控制方法,衣物处理设备控制将不同的提示信息以不同的反馈方式反馈给用户,或者将提示信息分为多类,衣物处理设备控制将不同 类的提示信息以不同的反馈方式反馈给用户;衣物处理设备的反馈方式包括不同的感官刺激反馈方式。
优选的,衣物处理设备的反馈方式包括视觉刺激反馈方式、听觉刺激反馈方式、触觉刺激反馈方式。
在上述方案中,设置多种反馈方式,针对不同类的提示信息采用不同的反馈方式,让用户可以清晰的分辨不同的反馈方式所代表的含义,从而做出正确的控制操作。
优选的,所述提示信息包括即时信息,衣物处理设备控制以触觉刺激反馈方式将即时信息反馈给用户;
所述即时信息包括用户在操作衣物处理设备的过程中,衣物处理设备即时生成的提示信息。
优选的,将提示信息分为即时信息和非即时信息,所述即时信息包括用户在操作衣物处理设备的过程中,衣物处理设备即时生成的提示信息,所述非即时信息包括衣物处理设备工作过程中生成的通知信息或报警信息。
在上述方案中,将提示信息分为即时信息和非即时信息,两者采用不同的反馈方式,使得用户可清楚的获知区分衣物处理设备响应用户操作的提示信息和衣物处理设备生成的与用户当前操作无关的其他信息。
即时信息为用户操作衣物处理设备的过程中,衣物处理设备所做出的响应信息,因为用户接触了衣物处理设备,因此,因为用户接触着衣物处理设备,此时衣物处理设备通过触觉刺激反馈方式可直接将即时信息反馈给用户,用户可完全获知该信息,而对于非即时信息,用户并不一定接触衣物处理设备,因此更适用于通过听觉刺激反馈方式或视觉刺激反馈方式将信息反馈给用户。
优选的,所示的触觉感官刺激反馈方式包括震动,温度等刺激反馈方式。
优选的,衣物处理设备上设置有震动模块,在用户接触衣物处理设备以输入控制指令的过程中,处理设备生成所述即时信息时,衣物处理设备控制所述震动模块震动,以提示用户相应的即时信息;
例如,在用户操作衣物处理设备输入控制信息时,衣物处理设备不能够执行用户的指令则生成提示用户相应失败的即时信息,衣物处理设备通过控制震动模块震动将该相应失败的信息提示给用户。
再例如,当前衣物处理设备处于童锁状态下,用户直接操作操作面板,因为此时不能执行,则此时衣物处理设备控制操作面板震动,将响应失败的信号提示给用户,且操作面板震动代表了童锁锁定的状态,用户可直接获知衣物处理设备的即时信息。
再如:用户开启机门,衣物处理设备不具备开门条件时,生成提示用户机门不符合开门条件的即时信息,衣物处理设备控制机门震动提示用户相应信号。
优选的,即时信息包括有多种不同的信息,震动模块可执行不同的震动模式,不同振动模式表征不同的即时信息,不同的震动模式中震动模块的震动时长和/或频率不同。
或者再如上述举例,不同位置处的震动模块震动可表征不同的即时信息。
优选的,衣物处理设备的机门上和/或机门把手上和/或操作面板上设置有震动模块;
优选的,用户在操作面板上输入控制指令,衣物处理设备响应失败则生成提示衣物处理设备响应失败的即时信息,衣物处理设备控制操作面板上的震动模块执行相应的震动模式,将该即时信息反馈给用户。用户在感知操作面板的震动或操作面板的震动模式后可知即时信息所表征的实际含义。
再者,衣物处理设备的机门上设置有震动模块,衣物处理设备检查到用户开机门但机门未达到安全开门的条件,则生成提示衣物处理设备响应失败的即时信息,衣物处理设备控制震动模块执行相应的震动模式,将该即时信息反馈给用户。
在上述方案中,用户根据机门或者根据机门上震动模式可得知衣物处理设备生成的即时信息。从而利于用户对衣物处理设备进行正确的操作。
优选的,衣物处理设备控制以多种感官刺激组合的反馈方式将报警信息提示给用户,控制以一种感官刺激反馈方式将通知信息提示给用户;
在上述方案中,报警信息是着急需要用户获知且重要的信息,因此以多种感官刺激组合的反馈方式将报警信息提示给用户。而通知信息往往是不重要且不需要着急处理的信息,因此可通过单一的一种感官刺激反馈方式将通知信息反馈给用户。
所述通知信息包括衣物处理设备生成的表征工作进入不同阶段的提示信息、洗涤剂或柔顺剂不足的提示信息、衣物处理设备开机或关机的提示信息;
所述的报警信息包括表征衣物处理设备故障所生成的提示信息。
优选的,衣物处理设备上设置有蜂鸣器和/或指示灯和/或震动模块,衣物处理设备控制蜂鸣器、指示灯、震动模块中至少两者组合式的开启将报警信息反馈给用户,衣物处理设备控制蜂鸣器发声将通知信息反馈给用户。
优选的,蜂鸣器、指示灯、震动模块中不同组合的开启表征不同的报警信息,所述蜂鸣器不同的蜂鸣频率表征不同的通知信息。
例如:当洗涤剂/柔顺剂不足需要提醒用户时,蜂鸣音响0.5s三次,在衣物处理设备进入不同洗涤阶段时,蜂鸣音响0.5S一次提示给用户,衣物处理设备开启或自动关机时使用长达几秒的音乐。

本实施例二在实施例一的基础上提供采用其控制方法的衣物处理设备,包括控制器和反馈模块,衣物处理设备在工作过程中生成有提示信息,控制器用于根据提示信息的不同,控制反馈模块以相应的反馈方式将提示信息反馈给用户;衣物处理设备的反馈方式包括不同的感官刺激反馈方式。
其中,反馈模块包括提供视觉刺激反馈方式的视觉刺激反馈模块、提供听觉刺激反馈方式的听觉刺激反馈模块、提供触觉刺激反馈方式的触觉刺激反馈模块。
衣物处理设备将将提示信息分为即时信息和非即时信息,衣物处理设备以第一反馈方式将即时信息反馈给用户,以第二反馈方式将非即时信息反馈给用户;
所述即时信息包括用户在操作衣物处理设备的过程中,衣物处理设备即时生成的提示信息,所述非即时信息包括衣物处理设备工作过程中生成的通知信息或报警信息。
所述的第一反馈方式为触觉刺激反馈模块将即时信息提示给用户的反馈方式,所述第二反馈方式为视觉和/或听觉和/或触觉刺激反馈模块采用相应的反馈方式将非即时信息提示给用户的反馈方式。
优选的,所述的视觉刺激反馈模块包括指示灯,所述听觉刺激反馈模块包括蜂鸣器;所述触觉刺激反馈模块包括加热装置或震动模块。
其中尤其是震动模块的使用是本发明对现有技术提供的一种突破性的方案。因为衣物处理设备工作中会产生震动因此本领域技术人员难以想到采用震动模块提示用户信息,但实质上采用震动模块向用户反馈提示信息的效果更佳。
以下提供将震动模块应用在用户开机的过程中:
本实施例提供一种滚筒衣物处理设备,该滚筒衣物处理设备在开机门时不需要用户触发衣物处理设备的暂停键,用户直接伸手向机门施力即可,该机门检测到用户施力开门时,衣物处理设备自动判断是否符合安全开门的条件,若符合则控制门锁解锁,若不符合,则生成提示用户衣物处理设备不符合安全开门条件的即时信息,并通过控制机门震动,或者控制机门把手震动将该即时信息反馈给用户。用户感觉到机门震动可直接得知衣物处理设备不能解锁,不会再有其他疑虑。该方案用户体验好,值得推广。
优选的,所述在滚筒衣物处理设备机门上设置力传感器,力传感器通过检测用户施加在机门上的力信息,监测用户开门动作。
力传感器监测用户施加在机门上的力信息,根据所述力信息判断用户是否有开门动作;
优选的,所述力传感器检测用户施加在机门上的力的大小,当检测到用户施加在机门上的力达到设定值时,或检测到用户施加在机门上的力逐渐增大且达到设定值时,判断用户有开门动作。
更优选的,机门上设置有把手,所述力传感器检测把手受到的拉力,当检测到把手受到的拉力达到设定值时,判断用户有开门动作。
在上述方案中,针对用户开门的过程而设定,用户要开机门时,需要手持把手,并施加拉力,力传感器检查到机门把手受到拉力则说明用户有开门动作,此时自动开启门锁,用户可直接打开机门。
同样的,当监测到用户施加了拉力,但衣物处理设备不符合安全开门的条件时,衣物处理设备根据工作参数(水温、转速、水位)信息预测符合安全开门条件所需要的时间,并在机门达到安全开门的条件时,自动弹开机门,而不需要用户再次手动开启机门,从而提高了衣物处理设备智能化水平。也方便了用户。
进一步的,所述判断是否符合安全开门的条件,包括判断滚筒衣物处理设备的工作参数是否达到安全值,若判断结果为是,则滚筒衣物处理设备控制门锁开启,否则控制门锁保持锁定状态并震动提示用户;
优选的,所述的工作参数包括滚筒衣物处理设备的水位参数、温度参数、转速参数。
优选的,滚筒衣物处理设备具有童锁功能,所述判断是否符合安全开门的条件,还包括判断衣物处理设备童锁是否开启,当衣物处理设备的童锁功能开启时,则在力传感器检查到用户开门时,滚筒衣物处理设备控制机门保持锁定状态并控制机门震动(在机门上设置有震动模块)。
在上述方案中,衣物处理设备安全开门的条件增加了一童锁是否解锁的条件,从而防止了儿童误开机门而引发安全事故。
本实施例中,在用户开启机门时,若衣物处理设备不符合安全开门条件时,控制机门上的震动模块震动,用户可直接感触到震动,从而知道衣物处理设备不符合开门条件。
需要注意的是,本发明的衣物处理设备可以为洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机的任意一种。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备控制将不同的提示信息以不同的反馈方式反馈给用户,或者将提示信息分为多类,衣物处理设备控制将不同类的提示信息以不同的反馈方式反馈给用户;
    衣物处理设备的反馈方式包括不同的感官刺激反馈方式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述提示信息包括即时信息,衣物处理设备控制以触觉刺激反馈方式将即时信息反馈给用户;
    所述即时信息包括用户在操作衣物处理设备的过程中,衣物处理设备即时生成的提示信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备上设置有震动模块,在用户接触衣物处理设备以输入控制指令的过程中,衣物处理设备生成所述即时信息时,衣物处理设备控制所述震动模块震动,以提示用户相应的即时信息;
    优选的,震动模块可执行不同的震动模式,不同振动模式表征不同的即时信息;
    更优选的,不同的震动模式中震动模块的震动时长和/或频率不同。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备的操作面板上设置有震动模块,用户在操作面板上输入控制指令,衣物处理设备响应失败则生成提示衣物处理设备响应失败的即时信息,衣物处理设备控制操作面板上的震动模块执行相应的震动模式,将该即时信息反馈给用户。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备的机门上设置有震动模块,衣物处理设备检查到用户开机门但机门未达到安全开门的条件,则生成提示衣物处理设备响应失败的即时信息,衣物处理设备控制震动模块执行相应的震动模式,将该即时信息反馈给用户。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述提示信息包括衣物处理设备工作过程中生成的通知信息,衣物处理设备控制以视觉和/或听觉和/或触觉刺激反馈方式将所述通知信息提示给用户;所述通知信息包括衣物处理设备生成的表征工作进入不同阶段的提示信息、洗涤剂或柔顺剂不足的提示信息、衣物处理设备开机或关机的提示信息;
    优选的,所述提示信息还包括有报警信息,衣物处理设备控制以视觉和/或听觉和/或触觉刺激反馈方式将所述报警信息提示给用户;所述的报警信息包括表征衣物处理设备故障所生成的提示信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备控制以多种感官刺激组合的反馈方式将报警信息提示给用户,控制以一种感官刺激反馈方式将通 知信息提示给用户。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备上设置有蜂鸣器和/或指示灯和/或震动模块,衣物处理设备控制蜂鸣器、指示灯、震动模块中至少两者组合式的开启将报警信息反馈给用户,衣物处理设备控制蜂鸣器发声将通知信息反馈给用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,蜂鸣器、指示灯、震动模块中不同组合的开启表征不同的报警信息,所述蜂鸣器不同的蜂鸣频率表征不同的通知信息。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括控制器和反馈模块,衣物处理设备在工作过程中生成有提示信息,控制器用于根据提示信息的不同,控制反馈模块以相应的反馈方式将提示信息反馈给用户;衣物处理设备的反馈方式包括不同的感官刺激反馈方式。
