- the present invention in a system in which customer service is performed using customer information sent from the customer information management device to the store terminal, it is possible to reduce the influence of the communication environment on the customer service.
- FIG. 1 is a block diagram conceptually showing a processing configuration example of the customer information management apparatus 10 in the first embodiment of the present invention.
- the customer information management device 10 includes a store visit estimation unit 110 and a customer information transmission unit 120.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 estimates the store visit status of the customer identified by the customer identification information based on store visit prediction information capable of predicting the store visit status of the customer and customer identification information capable of uniquely identifying the customer. To do.
- the “visit store prediction information” includes at least one of customer location information, store identification information for identifying a store where the customer has visited, and usage declaration information indicating a customer's intention to use a coupon.
- the store visit prediction information is not limited to the above information as long as the customer visit status can be predicted.
- the customer location information is obtained, for example, by the location information of a customer terminal obtained from a GPS (Global Positioning System) or wireless LAN (Local Area Network) access point, or the check-in function of an SNS (Social Networking Service). Position information and the like can be used.
- the customer location information may be acquired directly from a customer terminal or the like by the store visit estimation unit 110, or may be acquired by another device communicably connected to the customer information management device 10 and transmitted to the store visit estimation unit 110. May be. From the position corresponding to the customer's position information, the store visit estimation unit 110 is not limited to the above-described example as long as the “customer's position information” is information that allows the customer's position to be grasped.
- the location information obtained from the GPS or SNS check-in function or the like is associated with customer identification information indicating the customer terminal or the customer corresponding to the location information. Therefore, the store visit estimation unit 110 can acquire such location information and customer identification information. For example, information indicating a customer terminal corresponding to the position information can be acquired from position information obtained from a GPS or wireless LAN access point. If the correspondence relationship between the customer terminal and the customer is stored in the storage area in advance, the store visit estimation unit 110 can identify the customer from the information indicating the customer terminal. Further, from the position information obtained from the check-in function, for example, information indicating the customer himself such as a user account can be acquired. And the store visit estimation part 110 can identify a customer from the information which shows a customer himself. In this way, the store visit estimation unit 110 can acquire information indicating the customer terminal or the customer as customer identification information.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate which store the customer visits based on the acquired location information. For example, the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate a store located in a predetermined range from a position corresponding to the acquired location information as a store visited by the customer. In addition, when there are a plurality of stores in a predetermined range, the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate the store closest to the acquired location information as the store where the customer visited. In addition, the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate which customers have visited the store using the acquired customer identification information.
- the store identification information can be generated based on information obtained by using, for example, shop kick (registered trademark). Specifically, when a customer is in a store where a device for shop kick (registered trademark) is installed, a response signal is transmitted from the customer terminal to the ultrasonic wave transmitted from the device. When the apparatus for shop kick (registered trademark) detects a response signal, it determines that the customer who is the user of the customer terminal that has transmitted the response signal has visited the store where the apparatus is installed. it can. Here, if it is monitored in which store the apparatus for shop kick (registered trademark) has detected the response signal, the store identification information can be generated in response to the detection of the response signal.
- shop kick registered trademark
- the store visit estimation unit 110 can also acquire information relating to a customer terminal that has transmitted a response signal to a shop kick (registered trademark) device as customer identification information.
- the store identification information and the customer identification information may be generated by, for example, the store visit estimation unit 110, or may be generated by another device communicably connected to the customer information management device 10 and transmitted to the store visit estimation unit 110. Also good.
- the store identification information is not limited to the above-described example as long as it is information that can recognize that a certain customer is visiting the store.
- store identification information can also be generated based on customer location information obtained from a GPS or wireless LAN access point or the like. Specifically, a store existing within a predetermined range from the position indicated by the location information is determined as a “store where the customer is visiting” or “a store where the customer may be visiting”. Identification information can be generated. Moreover, the store visit estimation part 110 can also acquire the customer identification information linked
- the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate to which store the customer is visiting based on the acquired store identification information. In addition, the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate which customers have visited the store using the acquired customer identification information.
- the “use declaration information” is generated based on an input from a customer terminal, for example. Specifically, by selecting or inputting a coupon that a customer wants to use at a customer terminal or the like, usage declaration information including coupon information corresponding to the selected or input coupon is generated. Then, the generated usage declaration information is transmitted to the store visit estimation unit 110. At this time, the store visit estimation unit 110 can also acquire customer identification information from the customer terminal together with the usage declaration information.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 acquires the customer terminal specific information such as the manufacturing number of the customer terminal and transmits the information together with the usage declaration information, so that the store visit estimation unit 110 You can also get Then, if the correspondence between the customer identification number and the customer is stored in a storage area (not shown) in advance, the store visit estimation unit 110 displays the customer corresponding to the acquired customer identification number as the correspondence stored in the storage unit. Can be specified.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate which store the customer visits based on the acquired usage declaration information.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 refers to information indicating a store where the coupon can be used, which is associated with the coupon information of the coupon declared to be used by the usage declaration information. You can estimate whether you are visiting the store.
- the information which shows the shop which can use coupon information and a coupon is stored in the coupon information storage part (not shown) which stores coupon information.
- the coupon information storage unit may be provided in the customer information management device 10 or may be provided in another device that is communicably connected to the customer information management device 10.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 can estimate which customers have visited the store using the acquired customer identification information.
- the store visit prediction information may be associated with a store visit accuracy score for each type, and the store visit estimation unit 110 may estimate the store visit status of each customer using the store visit accuracy score.
- the “visit store accuracy score” is an index value indicating the probability that the customer has visited the store. This “visit store accuracy score” may be represented by a simple numerical value as shown in FIG. 2, for example, or may be represented by a probability.
- FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of the store visit probability score. As shown in FIG. 2, the type of store visit prediction information is associated with the store visit probability score corresponding to the type of store visit prediction information. For example, the store visit estimation unit 110 holds a table as shown in FIG.
- the store identification information generated from the shop kick (registered trademark) or the like has a high probability of being able to determine that the customer has visited the store, so the score is set high.
- the position information obtained from the GPS or the access point is considered to have a low score because it may be considered that the position information simply passes nearby. Note that FIG. 2 is merely an example, and the setting of the store visit accuracy score is not limited to FIG.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 estimates the customer visit status based on whether or not the store visit accuracy score associated with the acquired store visit prediction information is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold. Further, the store visit estimation unit 110 sums up the store visit accuracy scores associated with the acquired plurality of store visit prediction information, and compares the total value of the store visit accuracy scores with a predetermined threshold to estimate the customer visit state. You can also
- the customer information transmission unit 120 transmits customer identification information and customer information related to the customer identified by the customer identification information when the customer visit estimation is estimated by the store visit estimation unit 110.
- the customer information transmission unit 120 acquires customer information to be transmitted from the customer information storage unit 20 using the customer identification information acquired by the store visit estimation unit 110, and uses this customer information as the customer identification information. At the same time, the information is transmitted to the store terminal at a timing corresponding to the store visit state estimated by the store visit estimation unit 110.
- the customer information storage unit 20 stores information related to the customer identified by the customer identification information in association with the customer identification information.
- the “timing” here may be the same as the timing when a visit of a customer is estimated by the store estimation unit 110, or is a timing at a certain interval from the estimated timing. Also good. Further, this “timing” may be a timing at which a customer is estimated to be visiting in the future by the store visit estimation unit 110, a timing at which the customer's visit is predicted, or a point at which a store visit is estimated. The timing may be a certain interval. This timing can also be said to be “a timing when there is a certain possibility that customer information is required at the store terminal”.
- Customer information is information of the customer that is used by the store terminal 40 during customer service.
- customer information includes customer authentication data (for example, authentication data used as correct data) identified by the customer identification information and coupons that can be used by the customer identified by the customer identification information. Contains at least one of the information.
- the customer information may be information related to the customer, and is not limited to such information.
- the customer information may be member information that identifies a member of a member-based store.
- FIG. 3 is a block diagram conceptually showing a processing configuration example of the customer information management system 1000.
- the customer information management system 1000 includes a customer information management device 10 and a store terminal 40.
- the store terminal 40 may be, for example, a smartphone or a tablet-type mobile terminal, or may be a stationary general-purpose computer.
- the store terminal 40 includes an acquisition unit 410, a holding unit 420, a detection unit 430, and an execution unit 440.
- the acquisition unit 410 acquires customer identification information and customer information transmitted from the customer information management apparatus 10.
- the holding unit 420 associates the customer identification information and the customer information acquired by the acquiring unit 410 and holds them in a storage area (not shown) such as a memory or a hard disk.
- the detection unit 430 detects at least one of the use of the acquired customer information, the elapse of a predetermined time since the acquisition of the customer information, and the customer's exit.
- “use of customer information” means that, for example, if the customer information is “coupon information”, it means that the coupon is used in the settlement process, and if the customer information is “authentication data”, the credit is used. This means that the authentication data is used for personal authentication performed in settlement or the like. “Use of customer information” is notified to the detection unit 430 when, for example, a customer settlement process or the like is performed.
- the coupon information is not particularly limited as long as it relates to a coupon.
- the coupon information may be, for example, an electronic coupon itself, or identification information that uniquely identifies an electronic coupon or a printed coupon.
- the authentication data is not particularly limited as long as it is data handled by personal authentication.
- the authentication data may be, for example, a general password, or biometric data used in biometric authentication such as face authentication or fingerprint authentication.
- the “predetermined time from acquisition of customer information” can be set to an arbitrary value. For example, the average time to stay at the customer's store, the average time from the customer's visit to the settlement and the settlement, etc. are aggregated, and the average value and intermediate value that can be calculated from the aggregated values are obtained from the acquisition of customer information. Can be set as a predetermined time.
- the “predetermined time from acquisition of customer information” may be set to a predetermined value determined by the user. Using the value set in this way, the detection unit 430 detects “elapse of a predetermined time since acquisition of customer information”.
- customer entry or exit can be detected, for example, by installing a device that acquires customer identification information at the entrance of the store.
- the detection unit 430 can receive the customer identification number acquired by the apparatus and detect “customer exit” from the number of detections of each customer identification number. Further, the detection unit 430 may be a device itself that acquires customer identification information. The detection unit 430 can also detect “customer exit” according to the distance between the location corresponding to the customer location information obtained from the GPS or SNS check-in information and the location of the store.
- the detection unit 430 determines that the customer corresponding to the location information has left the store. Moreover, the detection part 430 can also determine with the customer corresponding to a customer terminal having left a store, when the response signal from a customer terminal is no longer detected in the apparatus for shop kick (trademark).
- the execution unit 440 executes a predetermined process related to customer information based on the detection result of the detection unit 430. Specifically, the execution unit 440 detects timing detected by the detection unit 430 corresponding to at least one of use of the acquired customer information, passage of a predetermined time from acquisition of the customer information, and customer exit. Then, a predetermined process related to the customer information associated with the customer information or the customer identification information corresponding to the customer is executed.
- the “timing” here may be the same as the timing at which at least one of the use of customer information, the elapse of a predetermined time since the acquisition of the customer information, and the customer's exit is detected by the detection unit 430. Alternatively, it may be a timing with a certain interval from the detected timing. This timing can also be said to be “a timing when customer information is no longer required at the store terminal 40”.
- the customer information It can be determined that the customer information associated with the customer identification information corresponding to the customer is unnecessary. Specifically, when “use of acquired customer information” is detected by the detection unit 430, it can be determined that the customer information has been used and is unnecessary. In addition, when a certain customer information is not used even after a predetermined time (for example, an average time when the customer information is used), it may be determined that the customer information is unlikely to be used later. it can.
- a predetermined time for example, an average time when the customer information is used
- the detection unit 430 determines that the customer information is unnecessary. Moreover, when a customer leaves a store, it can be said that the customer information of the customer is not likely to be used thereafter. Therefore, when the “customer exit” is detected by the detection unit 430, it is possible to determine that the customer information associated with the customer identification information corresponding to the customer is unnecessary.
- the execution part 440 performs a predetermined
- a predetermined process related to customer information executed by the execution unit 440 will be exemplified.
- this predetermined process is not limited to the example shown below.
- the store terminal 40 further includes a display processing unit (not shown) that displays customer information
- the execution unit 440 changes the display of customer information based on the detection result of the detection unit 430.
- “change the display of customer information based on the detection result of the detection unit 430” corresponds to the predetermined process.

- FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing a process flow of the customer information management apparatus 10 in the first embodiment.
- the customer information management apparatus 10 acquires customer identification information and store visit prediction information (S102). As described above, the customer information management apparatus 10 can acquire the store visit prediction information and the customer identification information in association with each other. And the customer information management apparatus 10 estimates the store visit state of the customer identified by the customer identification information acquired by S102 using store visit prediction information (S104). If the customer visit is estimated in S104 (S106: YES), the customer information management apparatus 10 acquires customer information related to the customer identified by the customer identification information acquired in S102 from the customer information storage unit 20. (S108), and transmits it to the store terminal 40 together with the customer identification information of the customer (S110). On the other hand, when the customer visit is not estimated in S104 (S106: NO), the customer information management apparatus 10 ends the process.
- S104 store visit prediction information
- FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing the flow of processing of the store terminal 40 in the first embodiment.
- the store terminal 40 acquires customer identification information and customer information transmitted from the customer information management device 10 (S202). Then, the store terminal 40 associates the customer identification information and the customer information acquired in S202, and holds them in a storage area such as a memory or a hard disk (S204). Then, the store terminal 40 monitors whether any of the predetermined monitoring items (use of acquired customer information, elapse of a predetermined time since acquisition of customer information, and customer exit) are detected (S206). . When none of the predetermined monitoring items are detected (S208: NO), the shop terminal 40 continues the monitoring process (S206).
- the store terminal 40 determines that the customer information from which the monitoring items are detected is unnecessary customer information and executes a predetermined process (S210). Specifically, as shown in the above example, the store terminal 40 executes, as predetermined processing, a process for changing display of customer information determined to be unnecessary, a process for deleting customer information determined to be unnecessary, and the like. .
- the customer visit status of each customer is estimated, and at the timing corresponding to the customer visit status, the customer information regarding the customer together with the customer identification information that can identify the customer from the customer information management device 10 to the store terminal 40.
- the “timing at which the possibility that customer information is required in the store terminal 40 becomes high to some extent” is estimated, and the customer information is transmitted to the store terminal 40 at this timing.
- the store terminal 40 can be in a state where information necessary for customer service has already been acquired when customer service is performed. Therefore, even if a failure occurs in communication between the store terminal 40 and the customer information management device 10 at the time of customer service, the user (store clerk) of the store terminal 40 performs business (cash register business, coupon processing, etc.) without delay. Can do.
- the store terminal 40 does not need to hold all customer information in advance, and further does not need to hold customer information continuously. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the memory capacity of the store terminal 40 can be reduced, and the time that the store terminal 40 holds customer information that is likely to include personal information that requires careful handling is shortened. be able to.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 estimates one of the first store visit state and the second store visit state as the store visit state.
- the “first visit state” indicates a state where the customer has visited the store
- the “second visit state” indicates a state where the customer has not yet visited the store but will come later.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 can determine, for example, the first store visit state and the second store visit state using the store visit accuracy score associated with the store visit prediction information.
- a first threshold value for determining the first visit state and a second threshold value for determining the second visit state are set in advance.
- the store visit estimation unit 110 estimates the store visit state by comparing the total value of the store visit accuracy scores associated with the acquired one or more store visit prediction information with the first threshold value and the second threshold value. Further, the store visit estimation unit 110 may estimate the store visit state by comparing the number of acquired store visit prediction information or the number of types of store visit prediction information with the first threshold value and the second threshold value.
- the customer information transmission part 120 of this embodiment determines the transmission timing of customer identification information and customer information based on the store visit state estimated by the store visit estimation part 110. Specifically, when the store visit state estimated by the store visit estimation unit 110 is “first store visit state”, the customer information transmitting unit 120 is a customer identified by the customer identification information at the timing estimated as the first store visit state. Is transmitted to the store terminal 40. On the other hand, when the store visit state estimated by the store visit estimation unit 110 is “second store visit state”, there is a time lag until the customer actually visits the store. Therefore, the customer information transmission unit 120 transmits customer information related to the customer identified by the customer identification information to the store terminal 40 after a predetermined time has elapsed from the timing estimated as the second store visit state.
- the “predetermined time” is set to a value determined in advance by the user, for example. Further, if the customer location information is acquired, the “predetermined time” can be variably set according to the distance calculated from the location information and the location information of the store.
- FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing a process flow of the customer information management apparatus 10 in the second embodiment. In the following, steps (S302) to (S310) different from the first embodiment will be described.
- Customer information management device 10 acquires a store visit accuracy score associated with the store visit prediction information acquired in S102 (S302).
- the customer information management device 10 acquires a store visit probability score associated with each store visit prediction information.
- the customer information management apparatus 10 calculates the sum of the store visit accuracy scores acquired in S302, and estimates the store visit state using the calculated store visit accuracy scores (S304). Specifically, as described above, by comparing the calculated total store visit accuracy score with the first threshold value and the second threshold value, the store visit status is “first store visit status” or “second store visit status”. Is estimated.
- the customer information management apparatus 10 waits for a predetermined time (S308). Then, after a predetermined time has elapsed, the customer information management device 10 acquires customer information (S108), and transmits customer identification information and customer information to the store terminal 40 (S110).
- the customer information management apparatus 10 determines whether or not the store visit state is the “first store visit state”.
- the store visit state is “first store visit state” (S310: YES)
- the customer information management apparatus 10 acquires customer information without waiting for a predetermined time (S108), and stores the customer identification information and the customer information in the store terminal. 40 (S110).
- the store visit state is not the “first store visit state” (S310: NO)
- the customer information management device 10 ends the process.
- two store visit states “first store visit state” and “second store visit state”, are estimated based on the store visit probability score associated with the store visit prediction information, and according to the estimated store visit state.
- the timing for transmitting the customer information is determined.
- customer information can be transmitted to the store terminal 40 at a more appropriate timing.
- the store visit prediction information is associated with a settlement accuracy score for each type, and the customer information transmission unit 120 uses this settlement accuracy score to select the type of customer information to be transmitted.
- the “settlement accuracy score” is an index value indicating the accuracy with which the customer makes a settlement.
- This “settlement accuracy score” may be represented by a simple numerical value as shown in FIG. 10, for example, or may be represented by a probability.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an example of the settlement accuracy score.
- the type of store visit prediction information is associated with the settlement accuracy score corresponding to the type of store visit prediction information. In the example of FIG.
- the use declaration information indicating the intention to use the coupon has a high probability that the customer can determine that the payment is made, and thus the score is set high.
- the other store visit prediction information has a low score because there is a possibility that the store has simply passed nearby or visited for the purpose of window shopping. Note that FIG. 10 is merely an example, and the setting of the settlement accuracy score is not limited to FIG.
- the customer information transmission unit 120 calculates the total settlement accuracy score associated with one or more store visit prediction information acquired by the customer information management device 10, and calculates the total settlement accuracy score. Is used to select the type of customer information to be transmitted. Specifically, the customer information transmission unit 120 determines whether or not to acquire customer information with a high degree of importance according to the settlement accuracy indicated by the settlement accuracy score. “Customer information with high importance” is, for example, authentication data used for personal authentication in credit settlement. In view of privacy issues and the like, highly important information such as authentication data used for personal authentication is preferably as short as possible held in the store terminal 40. Here, when payment is made by a customer, it can be determined that customer information related to the customer is unnecessary, and customer information related to the customer can be deleted.
- the customer information transmission unit 120 of the present embodiment determines the accuracy with which the customer makes a payment using the payment accuracy score, and determines whether to acquire customer information with high importance.
- FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing a process flow of the customer information management apparatus 10 in the third embodiment.
- FIG. 11 shows the detailed processing flow of S108.
- the customer information management apparatus 10 acquires a settlement accuracy score associated with the store visit prediction information acquired in S102 (S1081).
- the customer information management apparatus 10 acquires a settlement accuracy score associated with each store visit prediction information.
- the customer information management apparatus 10 calculates the total settlement accuracy score acquired in S1081 (S1082), and determines whether or not the calculated total settlement accuracy score is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold (S1083).
- S1083 YES
- the customer information management apparatus 10 acquires customer information whose type is “authentication data” (S1084).
- the customer information management apparatus 10 acquires customer information whose type is “coupon information” (S1085).
- the customer information management apparatus 10 does not perform customer information whose type is “authentication data” and the type is “coupon”. Only the customer information “information” is acquired (S1085).
- customer information to be acquired is selected based on the settlement accuracy score associated with the store visit prediction information.
- maintains highly important information more than necessary in the shop terminal 40 can be shortened, and the leakage of customer information can be prevented more accurately. Therefore, higher security of customer information can be secured.
- the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
- the authentication data is biometric authentication data (data including feature quantities such as a face, fingerprint, and vein).
- biometric authentication data data including feature quantities such as a face, fingerprint, and vein.
- an example is shown in which personal authentication is performed using face authentication technology based on biometric authentication data related to a face.
- FIG. 12 is a diagram showing the configuration and processing flow of the POS system in the embodiment of the present invention.
- the processing flow shown in the example of FIG. 12 is as follows.
- the customer information management device 10 acquires store visit prediction information such as position information and usage declaration information from the customer terminal 30. Then, the customer information management apparatus 10 estimates the customer visit based on the acquired store visit prediction information, and acquires biometric authentication data of the customer from the customer information storage unit 20. Then, the customer information management device 10 transmits the biometric authentication data acquired at the timing when the customer visit is estimated to the store terminal 40. Thereby, the store terminal 40 will be in the state which has already acquired biometric authentication data, when a customer performs payment.
- store visit prediction information such as position information and usage declaration information
- the customer information management apparatus 10 estimates the customer visit based on the acquired store visit prediction information, and acquires biometric authentication data of the customer from the customer information storage unit 20. Then, the customer information management device 10 transmits the biometric authentication data acquired at the timing when the customer visit is estimated to the store terminal 40. Thereby, the store terminal 40 will be in the state which has already acquired biometric authentication data, when a customer performs payment.
- the store terminal 40 When the customer actually makes a payment, the store terminal 40 captures the customer's face image using an imaging device or the like provided in the store terminal 40, and acquires verification data for performing face authentication. . Then, the store terminal 40 compares the verification data with the biometric authentication data acquired from the customer information management device 10 to authenticate the customer. When the customer is normally authenticated, the store terminal 40 accesses another server to perform a payment process by credit, and deletes biometric authentication data that is no longer necessary after the payment is completed.
- the store terminal 40 does not need to hold customer information related to business in advance, and further does not need to hold customer information continuously. Therefore, according to the present invention, terminal resources such as the memory capacity of the store terminal 40 can be reduced. This is particularly effective in a mobile POS system in which an inexpensive terminal can be used as the store terminal 40 in order to execute many processes on the server. Moreover, according to this invention, the time which the shop terminal 40 hold
