一种自动收板装置,包括机器框架(1)、外壳(2),以及设于所述框架内的收板仓(3),所述收板仓两内侧边设有多层可置放PCB板的插槽(31),所述收板仓连接有一转台(4),所述转台上设有受所述转台驱动的同轴接驳台(42),所述接驳台的下方设有可推送所述PCB板向所述收板仓运行的推进杆(43),所述插槽接驳由所述推进杆推送过来的PCB板,所述接驳台可与所述插槽对接,同时所述接驳台旋转后可与生产线(9)运行方向一致。所述自动收板装置垂直于所述生产线的运行方向,将收板装置占生产线的长度大幅缩短,使生产线对车间的要求更加灵活。

Description

一种自动收板装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于PCB板加工设备领域,尤其涉及用于PCB板运送设备 。
背景技术
现有技术中,PCB板贴片等加工生产设备所组成的生产线包括传送设备,检测设备,贴片设备,上锡设备等,上述设备组成自动化生产线后通常需要直线或者近乎直线进行排列,方便操作人员操作的同时也方便PCB板按照一个方向传输运行以得到各个机器的加工检测,随着PCB板加工及检测步骤的不断增加,目前生产线已经达到十几米甚至几十米的长度,对于车间的空间要求则进一步提高了要求,有时候生产线需要扩充之时,由于空间的问题导致无法进行不得已而换车间,导致大幅的浪费,另外,现有技术中PCB收板装置通常只有一个,上一个环节的设备工作速度快的情况下,收板速度无法满足其需求,会导致上游设备暂停等待收板的现象出现,整体生产线时间会由此放慢。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动收板装置,旨在解决生产线空间占用大的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种自动收板装置,包括机器框架、外壳,以及设于所述框架内的收板仓,所述收板仓两内侧边设有多层可置放PCB板的插槽,所述收板仓连接有一转台,所述转台上设有受所述转台驱动的同轴接驳台,所述接驳台的下方设有可推送所述PCB板向所述收板仓运行的推进杆,所述插槽接驳由所述推进杆推送过来的PCB板,所述接驳台与所述插槽对接同时所述接驳台旋转后与生产线运行方向一致。
优选地,所述收板仓通过螺杆机构上下运行以达到与所述转台的接驳台对接的位置。
优选地,所述接驳台其中两侧边具有可支撑所述PCB板并运送其移动的传动皮带。
优选地,所述转台设有转台外壳,所述转台外壳的一侧设有进板口,所述进板口的PCB板运送方向与所述收板仓进板方向垂直,所述进板口外部对应生产线设备,内部对应所述接驳台旋转90度后的一端。
优选地,所述进板口相对方向在所述转台外壳上还设有一收板口,所述收板口外部对应连接第二收板仓。
优选地,所述转台外壳上设有第二收板口,所述第二收板口与所述收板仓收板方向相对,所述第二收板口外部连接第三收板仓。
优选地,所述收板仓的末端设有可供操作人员人工提取PCB板的开口。
有益效果
依借上述技术方案,本实用新型能够达到以下有益效果:通过所述接驳台的旋转改变了所述PCB板的运行路径,可以将所述PCB板从生产线的主线运行方向转90度或者所需角度后推入到收板仓中,所述推进杆的设计可以轻松便捷的将PCB板推入到所述收板仓的插槽中,这样的设计将原来现有技术中的收板装置的长度缩减为其宽度,也就是说将收板装置占生产线的长度大幅缩短,使生产线对车间的要求更加灵活,另外在车间空间足够的情况下,还可以在所述转台的侧边安放一台现有技术中的收板装置,从而形成双收板系统,可以解决收板速度慢,无法满足上游生产设备需求。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1-7所示,本实施例提供一种自动收板装置,包括机器框架1、外壳2,以及设于所述框架1内的收板仓3,所述收板仓3两内侧边设有多层可置放PCB板的插槽31,所述收板仓3连接有一转台4,所述转台4上设有受所述转台4驱动的同轴接驳台42,所述接驳台42的下方设有可推送所述PCB板向所述收板仓3运行的推进杆43,所述插槽31接驳由所述推进杆43推送过来的PCB板,所述接驳台42可与所述插槽31对接同时所述接驳台42旋转后可与生产线9运行方向一致。所述接驳台42旋转90度后与生产线9运行方向一致,所述自动收板装置垂直于所述生产线9的运行方向,通过所述接驳台42的旋转改变了所述PCB板的运行路径,可以将所述PCB板从生产线9的主线运行方向转90度后推入到收板仓3中,所述推进杆43的设计可以轻松便捷的将PCB板推入到所述收板仓3的插槽31中,这样的设计将原来现有技术中的收板装置的长度缩减为其宽度,也就是说将收板装置占生产线9的长度大幅缩短,使生产线9对车间的要求更加灵活,另外在车间空间足够的情况下,还可以在所述转台4的侧边安放一台现有技术中的收板装置,从而形成双收板系统,可以解决收板速度慢,无法满足上游生产设备需求,所述接驳台42旋转90度但并不限于90度,还可以根据实际情况斜角度传送PCB板。
所述收板仓3通过螺杆机构5上下运行以达到与所述转台4的接驳台42对接的位置,所述收板仓3通过螺杆机构5上下运行以达到与所述转台4的接驳台42对接的位置,螺杆机构5上下运行具有稳定的好处,当然了,也可以采用滑杆机构或者皮带齿轮传动机构或者链条传动机构来驱动所述收板仓3进行上下运动来接驳所述接驳台42传送过来的PCB板。
所述接驳台42其中两侧边具有可支撑所述PCB板并运送其移动的传动皮带(未示出),所述传送皮带在接收生产线9传送过来的PCB板时可以将所述PCB板运送到位,然后所述接驳台42旋转后对正所述收板仓3的插槽31,再通过所述推进杆43将所述PCB板推送到所述收板仓3内。
参照图8所示,所述转台4设有转台外壳41,所述转台外壳41的一侧设有进板口,所述进板口的PCB板运送方向与所述收板仓3进板方向垂直,所述进板口外部对应生产线9设备,内部对应所述接驳台旋转90度后的一端。所述进板口相对方向在所述转台外壳上还设有一收板口,所述收板口外部对应连接第二收板仓2a,所述转台外壳41上设有第二收板口,所述第二收板口与所述收板仓3收板方向相对,所述第二收板口外部连接第三收板仓2b,从而形成双收板(或三收板)系统,可以解决多条生产线9汇集到一个收板通道时收板速度慢,无法满足上游生产设备需求的问题。
为了方便收板操作,所述收板仓3的末端设有可供操作人员人工提取PCB板的开口。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种自动收板装置,包括机器框架、外壳,以及设于所述框架内的收板仓,其特征在于,所述收板仓两内侧边设有多层可置放PCB板的插槽,所述收板仓连接有一转台,所述转台上设有受所述转台驱动的同轴接驳台,所述接驳台的下方设有可推送所述PCB板向所述收板仓运行的推进杆,所述插槽接驳由所述推进杆推送过来的PCB板,所述接驳台与所述插槽对接同时所述接驳台旋转后与生产线运行方向一致。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动收板装置,其特征在于,所述收板仓通过螺杆机构上下运行以达到与所述转台的接驳台对接的位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自动收板装置,其特征在于,所述接驳台其中两侧边具有可支撑所述PCB板并运送其移动的传动皮带。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自动收板装置,其特征在于,所述转台设有转台外壳,所述转台外壳的一侧设有进板口,所述进板口的PCB板运送方向与所述收板仓进板方向垂直,所述进板口外部对应生产线设备,内部对应所述接驳台旋转90度后的一端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的自动收板装置,其特征在于,所述进板口相对方向在所述转台外壳上还设有一收板口,所述收板口外部对应连接第二收板仓。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的自动收板装置,其特征在于,所述转台外壳上设有第二收板口,所述第二收板口与所述收板仓收板方向相对,所述第二收板口外部连接第三收板仓。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的自动收板装置,其特征在于,所述收板仓的末端设有可供操作人员人工提取PCB板的开口。
