Claims (8)
- 車両側との無線通信により、少なくとも前記車両のドアロックの施錠/開錠に係る制御を実施させる携帯型無線キーであって、
可動突起部(72)を有するプッシュスイッチ(71)が搭載されてなる回路基板(70)を内部に有する無線キー本体(3)と、
変形及びその復元が可能な柔軟なカバー材料からなり、使用者の押圧操作にともなって凹み変形して前記可動突起部を押圧する一方、その押圧操作の解除にともなって元の位置に復帰変形して前記可動突起部の押圧を解除する操作部(133)を有するスイッチ操作カバー(130)と、
前記無線キー本体の外面に配置される金属加飾部材(120)と、を備え、
前記金属加飾部材は、両端側に延びる一対の端辺部(121)と、該一対の端辺部を連結する連結辺部(122)とを有し、
前記端辺部の先端側には加飾嵌合部(123)が設けられ、前記連結辺部には加飾係合部(124)が設けられ、
前記無線キー本体には、前記加飾嵌合部を嵌止する加飾嵌止部(15)と、前記加飾係合部を係止する加飾係止部(17)と、前記スイッチ操作カバーに設けられたカバー係合部(131)を係止することでそのスイッチ操作カバーを着脱可能に取り付けるカバー係止部(13)と、が設けられ、
前記加飾係合部を前記加飾係止部に係止するとともに前記加飾嵌合部を前記加飾嵌止部に嵌止することで、前記金属加飾部材が前記無線キー本体に固定されており、
前記スイッチ操作カバーは、前記カバー係合部が前記カバー係止部に係止されて前記無線キー本体及び前記金属加飾部材の組立体に取り付けられている携帯型無線キー。 - 前記端辺部は、前記金属加飾部材の左右方向に撓み可能に設けられ、
前記加飾嵌止部は、前記加飾嵌合部を嵌止することで該加飾嵌合部の前後方向及び上下方向の移動を規制し、
前記加飾係止部は、前記加飾係合部を係止することで該加飾係合部の上下方向の移動を規制し、
前記加飾嵌合部は、前記端辺部の撓み戻しを利用して前記加飾嵌止部に嵌止されることで、前記金属加飾部材の前後方向及び上下方向の移動を規制し、
前記スイッチ操作カバーは、前記カバー係合部が前記カバー係止部に係止されることで、前記端辺部の撓み方向となる前記金属加飾部材の左右方向の移動を規制する請求項1に記載の携帯型無線キー。 - 前記回路基板には、前記プッシュスイッチが複数搭載され、
前記スイッチ操作カバーには、前記複数のプッシュスイッチと個々に対応する複数の前記操作部が設けられる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の携帯型無線キー。 - 前記複数の操作部となる前記スイッチ操作カバーの各表面には、それぞれ当該操作部と対応する前記プッシュスイッチの機能を図案化したマーク(135)が施される請求項3に記載の携帯型無線キー。
- 前記無線キー本体には、前記加飾嵌合部を前記加飾嵌止部に嵌止する位置へスライド案内するスライド案内部(16)が設けられる請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型無線キー。
- 前記金属加飾部材は、前記無線キー本体の外形側面に沿ったU字状に形成されるとともに、前記無線キー本体の外形側面に形成された加飾取付凹部(14)に取り付けられる請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型無線キー。
- 前記金属加飾部材は、前記加飾取付凹部に取り付けられた状態で、その外表面(126)が前記無線キー本体の外表面(19)と連続的な曲面を形成する請求項6に記載の携帯型無線キー。
- 前記無線キー本体は、それぞれ樹脂材料から形成され、一体化されることで前記回路基板を収納する内部空間を形成する上側ケース(10)と下側ケース(20)とを有し、
前記金属加飾部材及び前記スイッチ操作カバーは、それぞれ前記上側ケースに取り付けられる請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型無線キー。
