Abstract

一种兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅,基于其锅体(10,10')底部安装有第一电热组件(70,70')和温度控制器件,以及锅体(10,10')内部放置内锅(60, 60')、上部设置锅盖组件(20,20')的传统电煮锅结构。尤其是,所述电煮锅的锅盖组件(20,20')内还安装有风机组件(30,30')和第二电热组件(40,40'),从而使电煮锅兼具烘烤食物的功能;择一使用烘烤或蒸煮,也可以在烘烤的同时兼用第一电热组件(70,70')从底部供热。所述电煮锅既可实现煮、煲、蒸等功能,又可实现现有技术所谓空气炸锅的烘烤功能;使用烘烤功能时,上下两组发热体可同时工作,烘烤效果更好。

说 明 书 兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅
技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用具, 尤其涉及烹调器皿, 特别是涉及在锅盖组件内也装备 电热组件以烘烤锅内食物的电煮锅, 从而使普通电煮锅兼具烘烤功能。
背景技术
现有技术电煮锅如电饭煲、 电饭锅等, 是厨房用具中普遍使用的烹调器物, 一般都是用来煮饭、 煲粥、 煲汤, 实现对食物进行煮、 煲、 蒸等功能。 此外, 现 有技术还有所谓空气炸锅的烹调器物, 是利用被加热的空气流对食物进行烘烤。 这样, 烹调时, 如果煮、 煲、 蒸食物, 需要使用电煮锅, 如果烘烤食物, 就需要 使用 "空气炸锅"。 从使用角度讲, 需要用到两种或两种以上厨房家电, 不方便; 从厨房空间考虑, 多一种家电必然要多占空间; 从经济角度考虑, 要多买一件烹 调用具, 成本增加。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种使 用方便且成本低廉的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅。
本发明解决所述技术问题釆取的技术方案是: 一种兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 基于其锅体底部安装有第一电热组件和温度控制器件, 以及锅体内部放置内锅、 上部设置锅盖组件的传统电煮锅结构, 尤其是:
所述电煮锅的锅盖组件内还安装有风机组件和第二电热组件,从而使电煮锅兼具 烘烤食物的功能; 择一使用烘烤或蒸煮, 也可以在烘烤的同时兼用第一电热组件 从底部供热 。
进一步地, 所述锅盖组件包括外盖和内盖, 所述外盖下面敞口, 其腔体内容 置风机组件和第二电热组件; 所述内盖为平板状网孔结构, 与所述外盖下面的敞 口适配,其被联接在所述外盖下面, 将所述风机组件和第二电热组件阻隔于所述 外盖内; 烘烤食物状态: 在所述外盖下面安装好所述内盖,所述外盖内第二电热组件 对其腔体内的空气加热,加热后的空气被所述风机组件驱动、通过所述内盖上的 网孔吹向所述内锅内的食物进行烘烤。
进一步地,所述锅盖组件之内盖下面联接与内盖网孔结构适配的平板状清洁 盖或清洁盖组件, 在择一启用蒸煮功能时, 遮蔽所述内盖上的网孔;
所述外盖的外壳上有蒸汽阀门, 所述清洁盖或清洁盖组件与所述蒸汽阀门 之间设置有可分离地连通的蒸汽管;
蒸煮食物状态: 所述外盖下面依次安装好所述内盖、所述清洁盖或清洁盖组 件, 所述锅体底部的第一电热组件对所述内锅内的食物加热、 蒸煮, 该内锅内产 生的水蒸汽借助所述蒸汽管从所述蒸汽阀门排出, 而不进入所述锅盖组件内。
进一步地, 所述风机组件包括电动机和联结在其输出轴上的第一离心叶轮 和第二叶轮;所述外盖包括外壳和内壳,外壳和内壳之间的腔体容置所述电动机, 该电动机的输出轴从所述内壳顶面的中央通孔穿出,所述第一离心叶轮设置在该 内壳中,所述第二叶轮则设置在该外壳中为电动机自身通风散热; 所述第二电热 组件被固装在所述内壳的较下部位; 在所述外壳上还设置有电动机散热孔, 直 通容置该电动机的空腔。
进一步地, 所述外盖内壳下部敞口、 被共轴线地固定在外盖外壳的腔体内, 该外盖内壳的腔体内则可转动地、共轴线容置所述第一离心叶轮; 所述外盖外壳 的腔体内可转动地、 共轴线容置所述第二叶轮。
进一步地, 所述外盖下部内环边缘分别在直径线两端设置第一固定扣位和 第一弹性卡扣,该第一弹性卡扣又包括第一卡扣和第一弹簧; 同样, 与之适配的 所述内盖外环边缘也分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第二固定扣位和第三固定 扣位; 所述内盖的周边设置第一密封圈, 以密封所述内锅上边缘。
进一步地, 所述清洁盖外侧边缘分别在其直径线两端设置第四固定扣位和 第二弹性卡扣, 该第二弹性卡扣又包括第二卡扣和第二弹簧; 同样, 与之适配的 所述内盖内环边缘也分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第五固定扣位和第六固定 扣位; 所述清洁盖的周边设置第二密封圈, 以密封所述内盖上的网孔结构。 进一步地, 所述内锅内放置网状盛物篮, 该盛物篮上设置挂钩或扣环。 进一步地, 所述锅体和外盖铰接。
进一步地, 所述蒸汽管设置在清洁盖上, 或所述外盖的内壳上。
在本发明另一实施例中, 所述锅体前部外表面安装提手组件, 在锅体前部 壳壁内侧、对应所述提手组件处安装有永磁体,所述提手组件包括面壳体和底壳 体, 面、 底俩壳体卡合后形成提手的竖直握柄及头部; 所述提手组件面壳体头部 内侧共轴线地安装按钮, 而底壳体头部外侧共轴线地安装铁质薄片;
所述提手组件头部腔体内共轴线地安装固定块, 该固定块两侧并竖直安装 往所述竖直握柄腔体内尾部延伸的俩滑杆, 该俩滑杆上分别套装各自的第一弹 簧,所述固定块和底壳体之间共轴线地安装只可轴向移动,不可竖向移动的卡销, 该卡销朝向底壳体的一端安装用以依次顶起所述卡销和按钮的第二弹簧;所述固 定块和面壳体之间共轴线地竖直安装金属提扣,该金属提扣底部伸出的横梁套装 在所述俩滑杆上, 并在所述第一弹簧的作用下, 沿该俩滑杆竖向往复滑动, 所述 金属提扣顶部往所述俩滑杆横向延伸形成与所述俩滑杆上之第一弹簧上端面适 配的卡扣。
进一步地, 所述风机组件包括电动机和联结在其输出轴上的第一离心叶轮 和第二叶轮;所述外盖包括外壳和内壳,外壳和内壳之间的腔体容置所述电动机, 该电动机的输出轴从所述内壳顶面的中央通孔往下穿出,所述第一离心叶轮和第 二叶轮设置在该内壳中,所述第一离心叶轮和第二叶轮之间设置隔离片,所述第 一离心叶轮位于所述隔离片的下方,而第二叶轮则位于所述隔离片的上方为电动 机自身通风散热; 所述第二电热组件环绕所述第一离心叶轮固装在所述内壳中; 在所述外壳上还设置有进气孔和出气孔,所述进气孔依次连通容置所述电动机的 空腔、 所述内壳与所述隔离片之间的空腔, 及所述出气孔。
进一步地, 所述外盖下部安装用以密封所述内锅上边缘的密封圈组件; 所 述外盖内环边缘分别在直径线两端设置第一固定扣位和第一弹性卡扣, 同样,与 之适配的密封圈组件外环边缘也分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第二固定扣位 和第三固定扣位; 所述密封圈组件的下方安装所述清洁盖组件, 该清洁盖组件 外侧边缘分别在其直径线两端设置固定卡销和弹性卡销, 同样, 与之适配的密封 圈组件内环边缘也分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第四固定扣位和第五固定扣 位; 所述清洁盖组件的周边设置第二密封圈, 以密封所述内盖上的网孔结构。
进一步地, 所述锅体后部下端设置进风口; 所述锅体前端底部设置出风口, 该出风口处安装为所述锅体散热的风扇。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅之有益效果在于: 1、 同一产品拥有两种不同的功能, 既可实现电煮锅的煮、 煲、 蒸等功能, 又可实现现有技术所谓空气炸锅的烘烤功能,可根据不同的使用需求选择不同的 功能, 极为方便;
2、 电煮锅的煮、 煲、 蒸功能和所谓空气炸锅的烘烤功能切换使用, 操作方 便, 克服了电煮锅类及空气炸锅产品功能单一的局限性;
3、 使用烘烤功能时, 上下两组发热体可同时工作, 烘烤效果更好。

下面结合各附图对本发明的内容进一步详述。
实施例一:
参照图 1至图 6所示, 一种兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 基于其锅体 10底部安 装有第一电热组件 70和温度控制器件, 以及锅体 10内部放置内锅 60 、 上部设 置锅盖组件 20的传统电煮锅结构。尤其是,所述电煮锅的锅盖组件 20内还安装 有风机组件 30和第二电热组件 40 , 从而使电煮锅兼具烘烤食物的功能; 择一使 用烘烤或蒸煮, 也可以在烘烤的同时兼用第一电热组件 70从底部供热。
参照图 4至图 7所示, 所述锅盖组件 20包括外盖 21和内盖 22 , 所述外盖 21下面敞口, 其腔体内容置风机组件 30和第二电热组件 40; 所述内盖 22为平 板状网孔结构, 与所述外盖 21下面的敞口适配, 其被联接在所述外盖 21下面, 将所述风机组件 30和第二电热组件 40阻隔于所述外盖 21内;
烘烤食物状态: 在所述外盖 21下面安装好所述内盖 22 , 所述外盖 21 内第 二电热组件 40对其腔体内的空气加热, 加热后的空气被所述风机组件 30驱动、 通过所述内盖 22上的网孔 225吹向所述内锅 60内的食物进行烘烤。
参照图 4至图 6 , 及图 8、 图 9所示, 所述锅盖组件 20之内盖 22下面联接 与内盖 22网孔结构适配的平板状清洁盖 50 , 在择一启用蒸煮功能时, 遮蔽所述 内盖 22上的网孔; 所述外盖 21的外壳 210上有蒸汽阀门 80 , 所述清洁盖 50与 所述蒸汽阀门 80之间设置有可分离地连通的蒸汽管 51 , 如图 5、 图 8和图 9中 所示, 蒸汽管 51设置在清洁盖 50上, 并在所述内盖 22和所述外盖 21的内壳 211上分别设置相应的蒸汽排出通孔。 在另一实施例中, 蒸汽管 51也可设置在 外盖 21的内壳 211上, 并在所述内盖 22和所述清洁盖 50上分别设置相应的蒸 汽排出通孔;
蒸煮食物状态: 所述外盖 21下面依次安装好所述内盖 22和所述清洁盖 50 , 所述锅体 10底部的第一电热组件 70对所述内锅 60内的食物加热、 蒸煮, 所述 内锅 60内产生的水蒸汽借助所述蒸汽管 51从所述蒸汽阀门 80排出, 而不进入 所述锅盖组件 20内, 图 5所示自下而上箭头方向为水蒸汽排出方向。
再参照图 5和图 6所示, 所述风机组件 30包括电动机 31和联结在其输出 轴上的第一离心叶轮 32和第二叶轮 33; 所述外盖 21包括外壳 210和内壳 211 , 外壳 210和内壳 211之间的腔体容置所述电动机 31 , 该电动机 31的输出轴从所 述内壳 211顶面的中央通孔穿出, 所述第一离心叶轮 32设置在该内壳 211中, 所述第二叶轮 33则设置在该外壳 210中为电动机自身通风散热。 所述第一离心 叶轮 32下方或周边是所述第二电热组件 40 , 该第二电热组件 40被固装在所述 内壳 211的较下部位,或环绕所述第一离心叶轮 32被固装在所述内壳 211中; 在 所述外壳 210上还设置有电动机散热孔 90 , 直通容置该电动机 31的空腔, 图 6 电动机 31容腔所示箭头方向为散热方向。 所述外盖内壳 211下部敞口、 被共轴线固定在外盖外壳 210的腔体内, 该 外盖内壳 211 的腔体内则可转动地、 共轴线容置所述第一离心叶轮 32 , 该外盖 外壳 210的腔体内则可转动地、 共轴线容置所述第二叶轮 33。
参照图 4所示,所述外盖 21下部内环边缘分别在直径线两端设置第一固定 扣位 2101和第一弹性卡扣 2102,该第一弹性卡扣 2102又包括第一^ ^扣 2103和 第一弹簧 2104; 同样, 与之适配的所述内盖 22外环边缘也分别在其直径线相应 的两处设置第二固定扣位 221和第三固定扣位 222; 通过这些扣位和弹性扣位的 配合, 可将所述内盖 22装配在所述外盖 21的下面, 所述内盖 22的周边设置第 一密封圈 220, 以密封所述内锅 60上边缘。 所述清洁盖 50外侧边缘分别在其直 径线两端设置第四固定扣位 501和第二弹性卡扣 502 , 该第二弹性卡扣 502又包 括第二卡扣 5021和第二弹簧 5022; 同样, 与之适配的所述内盖 22 内环边缘也 分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第五固定扣位 223和第六固定扣位 224。 通过这 些扣位和弹性扣位的配合, 可将所述清洁盖 50装配在所述内盖 22的下面。 上述 固定扣位和弹性扣位的具体结构及配合属现有技术, 此处不再赘述。所述清洁盖 50的周边设置第二密封圈 52 , 以密封所述内盖 22上的网孔结构。
参照图 3和图 10所示, 所述内锅 60内放置网状盛物篮 100, 该盛物篮 100 内壁上设置挂钩 101 , 以方便将盛物篮 100取出或放入内锅 60内。 如图 2所示, 所述锅体 10和外盖 21铰接。 如图 1所示, 所述锅体 10外表面上设置控制显示 面板 11。
实施例二:
参照图 11至图 14所示, 一种兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 基于其锅体 10' 底 部安装有第一电热组件 70' 和温度控制器件,以及锅体 10' 内部放置内锅 60' 、 上部设置锅盖组件 20' 的传统电煮锅结构, 所述电煮锅的锅盖组件 20' 内还安 装有风机组件 30' 和第二电热组件 40' , 从而使电煮锅兼具烘烤食物的功能; 择一使用烘烤或蒸煮, 也可以在烘烤的同时兼用第一电热组件 W 从底部供 执

参照图 20和图 21所示, 内锅 60' 内放置网状盛物篮 100' , 盛物篮 100 ' 上边缘外壁设置挂钩环 101 ' ,以方便将盛物篮 100' 取出或放入内锅 60' 内。 盛物篮 100' 底面外圆周均匀设置几处往下凸出的支撑架 1001 ' ,便于烘烤食物 时, 热气流更好地对流, 烘烤效果好。

参照图 13、 图 18和图 19所示, 外盖 21' 下部安装用以密封内锅 60' 上边 缘的密封圈组件 220' ; 外盖 21' 内环边缘分别在直径线两端设置第一固定扣位 2101' 和第一弹性卡扣 2102' , 同样, 与之适配的密封圈组件 220' 外环边缘也 分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第二固定扣位 221' 和第三固定扣位 222' ;按动 第一弹性卡扣 2102' , 可方便的安装或拆卸密封圈组件 220' 。
密封圈组件 220' 的下方安装清洁盖组件 50' ,该清洁盖组件 50' 外侧边 缘分别在其直径线两端设置固定卡销 501' 和弹性卡销 502' , 同样, 与之适配 的密封圈组件 220' 内环边缘也分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第四固定扣位 223' 和第五固定扣位 224' ; 清洁盖组件 50' 的周边设置第二密封圈 52' , 以 密封内盖 22' 上的网孔结构。
参照图 12所示,内锅 60' 外表面共轴线地安装容置该内锅的隔热套 130' , 第一电热组件 70' 共轴线地安装在该隔热套 130' 底部, 内锅 60' 放置在第一 电热组件 70' 上面; 在内锅 60' 上端外周、 隔热套 130' 上方设置固接于锅体 10' 内的防护圈 140' 。
参照图 12和图 13所示, 锅体 10' 后部侧面下端安装电源及控制组件 150 ' , 锅体 10' 后部下端设置进风口 160' ; 锅体 10' 前端底部设置出风口 170 ' , 该出风口 170' 处安装为锅体 10' 散热的风扇 180' 。 电煮锅工作时, 锅体 散热风扇 1-10转动, 进风口 160' 进入冷空气, 出风口 170' 排出热空气, 以降 低锅体外部非加热零件的温度。
如图 18所示, 密封圈组件 220' 包括共轴线组装在一起的支架 2201' 、 密 封圈盖 2202' 及第一密封圈 2203' , 支架 2201' 为中空圆形, 其上部是环形上 边缘 2211' , 其下部从中心部位同轴往下延伸形成环形凸起 2221' , 支架 2201 ' 卡装在密封圈盖 2202' 的上方, 环形凸起 2221' 从密封圈盖 2202' 的下方伸 出, 在该伸出部位安装第一密封圈 2203' , 密封圈组件 220' 外环边缘之第二固 定扣位 221' 和第三固定扣位 222' 就设置在密封圈盖 2202' 外环边缘直径线 两端, 而密封圈组件 220' 内环边缘之第四固定扣位 223' 和第五固定扣位 224 ' 则设置在支架 2201' 之环形凸起 2221' 直径线两端。在锅盖组件 20' 闭合时, 第一密封圈 2203' 被夹紧在密封圈盖 2202' 与内锅 60' 上沿之间。
如图 19所示, 清洁盖组件 50' 包括共轴线组装在一起的底座 51' 、 第二密 封圈 52' 及清洁盖 53' , 底座 51' 为中空圆柱形, 清洁盖 53' 安装在底座 51 ' 上, 第二密封圈 52' 安装在清洁盖 53' 上, 并被夹紧在清洁盖组件 50' 和密 封圈组件 220' 之间, 将网孔状的内盖 22' 完全封闭。 清洁盖组件 50' 外侧边 缘之固定卡销 501' 和弹性卡销 502' 就设置在底座 51' 外侧边缘直径线两端。 清洁盖组件 50' 上还设置有凸起的、 与外部的蒸汽阀门 80' 连通的蒸汽出口密 封圈 54' 。
参照图 11和图 11所示,锅盖上面前部安装锅盖开合按键组件 190' ,该锅 盖开合按键组件 190' 后部是显示电控组件 200' , 显示电控组件 200' 的上方 则安装有显示窗 2001' 。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 基于其锅体(10, 10' )底部安装有第一 电热组件( 70, 70' )和温度控制器件, 以及锅体(10, 10' )内部放置内锅(60, 60' )、 上部设置锅盖组件( 20, 20' ) 的传统电煮锅结构, 其特征在于:
所述电煮锅的锅盖组件( 20, 20' ) 内还安装有风机组件( 30, 30' )和第 二电热组件( 40, 40' ), 从而使电煮锅兼具烘烤食物的功能; 择一使用烘烤或 蒸煮, 也可以在烘烤的同时兼用第一电热组件( 70, 70' )从底部供热 。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在于: 所述锅盖组件 ( 20, 20' )包括外盖(21, 21' )和内盖( 22, 22' ), 所 述外盖(21, 21' )下面敞口, 其腔体内容置风机组件( 30, 30' )和第二电热 组件( 40, 40' ); 所述内盖( 22, 22' )为平板状网孔结构, 与所述外盖(21, 21' )下面的敞口适配, 其被联接在所述外盖(21, 21' )下面, 将所述风机组 件( 30, 30' )和第二电热组件( 40, 40' ) 阻隔于所述外盖(21, 21' ) 内; 烘烤食物状态: 在所述外盖(21, 21' )下面安装好所述内盖( 22, 22' ), 所述外盖(21, 21' ) 内第二电热组件( 40, 40' )对其腔体内的空气加热, 加 热后的空气被所述风机组件( 30, 30' )驱动、 通过所述内盖( 22, 22' )上的 网孔 ( 225, 225' ) 吹向所述内锅 ( 60, 60' ) 内的食物进行烘烤。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在于: 所述锅盖组件 ( 20, 20' ) 之内盖 (22, 11' ) 下面联接与内盖 (22, 22 ' ) 网孔结构适配的平板状清洁盖(50)或清洁盖组件(50' ), 在择一启用蒸 煮功能时, 遮蔽所述内盖(22, IV ) 上的网孔 ( 225, 225' );
所述外盖(21, IV ) 的外壳 (210, 210' ) 上有蒸汽阀门 ( 80, 80' ), 所述清洁盖(50)或清洁盖组件(50' )与所述蒸汽阀门 ( 80, 80' )之间设置 有可分离地连通的蒸汽管 (51, 51' );
蒸煮食物状态: 所述外盖 (21, 21' ) 下面依次安装好所述内盖 (22, 22 ' )、 所述清洁盖(50)或清洁盖组件(50' ), 所述锅体(10, 10' )底部的第 一电热组件(70, W )对所述内锅( 60, 60' ) 内的食物加热、 蒸煮, 该内锅 ( 60, 60' )内产生的水蒸汽借助所述蒸汽管(51, 51' )从所述蒸汽阀门(80, 80' )排出, 而不进入所述锅盖组件( 20, 20' ) 内。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在于: 所述风机组件(30)包括电动机 (31 )和联结在其输出轴上的第一离心叶 轮(32 )和第二叶轮(33 ); 所述外盖(21 )包括外壳 (210)和内壳 (211 ), 外 壳 (210 )和内壳 (211 ) 之间的腔体容置所述电动机(31 ), 该电动机(31 ) 的 输出轴从所述内壳 (211 ) 顶面的中央通孔穿出, 所述第一离心叶轮 (32 )设置 在该内壳(211 )中,所述第二叶轮(33 )则设置在该外壳(210)中为电动机(31 ) 自身通风散热; 所述第二电热组件(40)被固装在所述内壳(211 )的较下部位; 在所述外壳 (210) 上还设置有电动机散热孔 (90) , 直通容置该电动机(31 ) 的空腔。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在于: 所述外盖内壳 (211 ) 下部敞口、 被共轴线地固定在外盖外壳 (210 ) 的腔 体内, 该外盖内壳 (211 ) 的腔体内则可转动地、 共轴线容置所述第一离心叶轮 ( 32 );所述外盖外壳( 210 )的腔体内可转动地、共轴线容置所述第二叶轮( 33 )。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5之任一项所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在 于:
所述外盖(21 )下部内环边缘分别在直径线两端设置第一固定扣位(2101 ) 和第一弹性卡扣 (2102 ) ,该第一弹性卡扣 (2102 ) 又包括第一卡扣 (2103 ) 和 第一弹簧 (2104 ); 同样, 与之适配的所述内盖(22 ) 外环边缘也分别在其直径 线相应的两处设置第二固定扣位(221 )和第三固定扣位( 222 ); 所述内盖(22 ) 的周边设置第一密封圈 ( 220 ), 以密封所述内锅 (60) 上边缘。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5之任一项所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在 于:
所述清洁盖(50) 外侧边缘分别在其直径线两端设置第四固定扣位(501 ) 和第二弹性卡扣 ( 502 ), 该第二弹性卡扣 ( 502 ) 又包括第二卡扣 ( 5021 )和第 二弹簧 ( 5022 ); 同样, 与之适配的所述内盖(22 ) 内环边缘也分别在其直径线 相应的两处设置第五固定扣位( 223 )和第六固定扣位( 224 ); 所述清洁盖(50) 的周边设置第二密封圈 (52 ), 以密封所述内盖(22 ) 上的网孔结构。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 5之任一项所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在 于:
所述内锅 (60) 内放置网状盛物篮 ( 100, 100' ), 该盛物篮 (100 ) 上 设置挂钩 ( 101 )或扣环 ( 101' )。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 5之任一项所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在 于:
所述锅体(10)和外盖(21 )铰接。
10、 根据权利要求 3所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在于: 所述蒸汽管(51 )设置在清洁盖(50)上, 或所述外盖(21 )的内壳(211 ) 上。
11、 根据权利要求 1至 3之任一项所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征 在于:
所述锅体(ι ο' )前部外表面安装提手组件 (ι ι ο' ), 在锅体(10' ) 前 部壳壁内侧、 对应所述提手组件(110' ) 处安装有永磁体(120' ), 所述提手 组件(110' )包括面壳体(111' )和底壳体(112' ), 面、 底俩壳体(111' , 112' )卡合后形成提手的竖直握柄及头部; 所述提手组件(110' )面壳体(111 ' ) 头部内侧共轴线地安装按钮(118' ), 而底壳体(112' ) 头部外侧共轴线 地安装铁质薄片 U 19' );
所述提手组件(110' )头部腔体内共轴线地安装固定块(113' ), 该固定 块(113' )两侧并竖直安装往所述竖直握柄腔体内尾部延伸的俩滑杆(114 , 114 ' ), 该俩滑杆(114 , 114' )上分别套装各自的第一弹簧(115 , 115' ), 所 述固定块(113' )和底壳体(112' )之间共轴线地安装只可轴向移动, 不可竖 向移动的卡销(116' ), 该卡销 (116' )朝向底壳体(112' )的一端安装用以 依次顶起所述卡销 (116' )和按钮(118' )的第二弹簧(117 , 117' ); 所述 固定块(113' )和面壳体(111' )之间共轴线地竖直安装金属提扣(1101' ), 该金属提扣 (1101' )底部伸出的横梁套装在所述俩滑杆(114 , 114' ) 上, 并在所述第一弹簧(115 , 115' )的作用下, 沿该俩滑杆(114 , 114' )竖向 往复滑动, 所述金属提扣 ( 1101' ) 顶部往所述俩滑杆(114 , 114' ) 横向延 伸形成与所述俩滑杆(114 , 114' )上之第一弹簧(115 , 115' )上端面适配 的卡扣 (1102' )。
12、 根据权利要求 2所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在于: 所述风机组件( 30' )包括电动机( 31' )和联结在其输出轴上的第一离 心叶轮(32' )和第二叶轮(33' ); 所述外盖(21' )包括外壳 (210' )和内 壳 (211 ' ), 外壳 (210' ) 和内壳 (211 ' ) 之间的腔体容置所述电动机 (31 ' ), 该电动机(31' )的输出轴从所述内壳(211' )顶面的中央通孔往下穿出, 所述第一离心叶轮 (32' )和第二叶轮 (33' )设置在该内壳 (211' ) 中, 所 述第一离心叶轮 (32' )和第二叶轮 (33' ) 之间设置隔离片 (34' ), 所述第 一离心叶轮(32' )位于所述隔离片 (34' )的下方, 而第二叶轮(33' )则位 于所述隔离片 (34' )的上方为电动机(31 ) 自身通风散热; 所述第二电热组件

13、 根据权利要求 3所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征在于: 所述外盖(21' ) 下部安装用以密封所述内锅 (60' ) 上边缘的密封圈组 件( 220' ); 所述外盖(21' ) 内环边缘分别在直径线两端设置第一固定扣位 ( 2101' )和第一弹性卡扣(2102' ) , 同样, 与之适配的密封圈组件( 220' ) 外环边缘也分别在其直径线相应的两处设置第二固定扣位(221' )和第三固定 扣位( 222' ); 所述密封圈组件( 220' )的下方安装所述清洁盖组件(50' ), 该清洁盖组件(50' ) 外侧边缘分别在其直径线两端设置固定卡销 (501' ) 和 弹性卡销 ( 502' ), 同样, 与之适配的密封圈组件( 220' ) 内环边缘也分别在 其直径线相应的两处设置第四固定扣位( 223' )和第五固定扣位( 224' ); 所 述清洁盖组件(50' )的周边设置第二密封圈(52' ), 以密封所述内盖(22' ) 上的网孔结构。
14、 根据权利要求 1至 3之任一项所述的兼具烘烤功能的电煮锅, 其特征 在于:
所述锅体(10' )后部下端设置进风口 U60' ); 所述锅体(10' )前端 底部设置出风口 (170' ), 该出风口 (170' ) 处安装为所述锅体(10' )散热 的风扇 (180' )。
