一种车顶帐篷 技术领域
本发明涉及帐篷的技术领域，尤其涉及一种车顶帐篷。
背景技术
随着私家车拥有量的不断壮大，自驾游已经成为新兴的旅游方式。为了满足人们自驾出行的便利性，附属在车上的用于自驾出行的产品开发方兴未艾，车用帐篷就是在这一环境下发展出来的。
车用帐篷是可以搭设在车顶之上的帐篷，由于在使用时，不象其他帐篷那样贴近地面，因此不易受地气、湿气的侵入，使用上更为舒适。典型的车用帐篷如2010年7月21日授权公告的CN201531147U号中国实用新型专利、2012年4月11日授权公告的CN202187605U号中国实用新型专利、2013年9月25日授权公告的CN203213695U号中国实用新型专利等等。
现有车用帐篷的帐篷架一般是由底座以及设置在底座上的帐篷架杆组成，该帐篷架杆可以展开或者收折，目前帐篷架杆的展开以及收折有多种结构形式，有的是完全人工的手动操作，有的可以采用手摇式的半自动操作，有的可以实现全自动操作。然而，无论是哪一种结构形式，帐篷在收折之后，都需要在帐篷架之上罩上一个罩子，以达到美观及防尘的目的。目前的车顶帐篷，采用的都是布质的罩子，需要人为爬上车顶进行操作，这种结构以及操作方式存在如下缺点：
1．由于需要人爬上车顶进行操作，操作上不够便利；
2．布质的罩子虽然可以防尘，但是软质的结构容易积水，不但增加车辆的重量，水也容易渗透，防水效果不佳；
3．布罩子本身清洗不方便；
4．整个车顶帐篷收折后形成软质的结构，风阻较大。
此外，由于帐篷是架设在车顶上的，上下都需要借助于梯子，现有的方式梯子都是单独设置的，不用时收藏在车子内，使用时再从车内取出，这种形式不但使用不方便，而且还占用车内空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种自带顶盖以及梯子的车顶帐篷，其不但操作简单，而且干净实用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种车顶帐篷，包括底座、可展开或收折的帐篷架杆、硬质的顶盖以及梯子；该帐篷架杆固定在该底座上；该顶盖枢接在所述的帐篷架杆上，其与该帐篷架杆连动并在帐篷架杆收折后罩盖在帐篷之上；该梯子的顶端枢接在所述底座的其中一侧边，其向上翻转后设置在所述顶盖的上方。
所述顶盖的上方设置有一个容槽，所述梯子向上翻转后容纳在该容槽之内。
所述底座上设置有向外延伸一定距离的连接件，所述梯子的顶部枢接在该连接件的外端部；该梯子的中部设置可以相互枢接以令梯子对折的直角关节。
所述的顶盖顶部设置有导流槽。
所述的帐篷架杆至少包括两组支杆组，该两组支杆组平行设置于底座的两侧，其各包括相互依序枢接的支杆、上支杆及下支杆，该支杆及下支杆还枢接在底座上，且底座、支杆和上支杆加下支杆在展开时构成三角形；所述顶盖的一侧枢接在所述支杆与上支杆的枢接点处。

2．采用的是硬质的顶盖，不但可以防尘，还不会积水，而且防水效果更好；
3．硬质的顶盖可以随车一起清洗，清洗也非常方便；
4．由于是硬质的顶盖，不会象软质的罩子那样随风移动，因此风阻较小；
5．梯子随车顶帐篷放置于车顶，不占用车子内部的空间，且随着顶盖连动，使用方便。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明所揭示的是一种车顶帐篷，如图1至图3所示，为本发明的较佳实施例。所述的车顶帐篷包括底座1、可展开或收折的帐篷架杆2、硬质的顶盖3以及梯子6。其中：
所述的帐篷架杆2固定在所述底座1上，该帐篷架杆2的具体结构可以是背景技术中三个专利前案的结构，也可以是任意可以实现展开或收折的结构。
所述的顶盖3枢接在所述的帐篷架杆2上，其与该帐篷架杆2连动。
所述的梯子6顶端枢接在所述底座1的其中一侧边，其向上翻转后设置在所述顶盖3的上方。

此外，对于本实施例，所述的帐篷架杆2至少包括两组支杆组20，该两组支杆组20平行设置于底座1的两侧，其各包括相互依序枢接的支杆21、上支杆22及下支杆23，该支杆21及下支杆23还枢接在底座1上，且底座1、支杆21和上支杆22加下支杆23在展开时构成三角形，而当上、下支杆22、23相互弯折时，可以带动支杆21靠拢底座1，从而可以令帐篷架杆2收折。至于该支杆21以及上下支杆22、23如何动作，可以采用人工操作，也可以通过设置其他结构实现手动、半自动或者全自动操作，其不是本案重点，不详细进行描述。所述顶盖3的一侧枢接在所述支杆21与上支杆22的枢接点处。该顶盖3的底部可以再枢接至少一根顶盖支撑杆4，该顶盖支撑杆4的另一端枢接有一个滑动组件5，该滑动组件5滑套在所述支杆21上，这样，帐篷在支起之后，顶盖3也可以被支起，从而可以作为凉棚使用。为了使顶盖3在打开时可以稳定的固定，可以在所述滑动组件3及支杆21之间设置固定结构（图中未示出），该固定结构可以固定该滑动组件3在支杆21上的位置。而该固定结构是帐篷领域常见的杆件与滑动件之间的结构，例如采用在杆件内设置弹性凸粒，该弹性凸粒伸出杆件之外，并可与滑动件上的孔配合，从而将滑动件固定在杆件上。

7、根据权利要求6所述的一种车顶帐篷，其特征在于：所述的滑动组件与所述支杆之间设置有可将滑动组件固定在该支杆上的固定结构。
