一种车顶折叠帐篷 技术领域
本实用新型涉及车用设备领域,特别是指一种车顶折叠帐篷。
背景技术
车顶帐篷是指可以搭设在汽车车顶之上的帐篷,不易受地面的湿气和异物的进入,舒适方便,被称为“汽车上的家”,随着私家车拥有量的增加,自驾游称为新兴的旅游方式。对车顶帐篷的需求也逐渐增加。
家用小轿车由于车长、车宽和车高比SUV小,常用的一体式车顶帐篷装在家用轿车上,帐篷底座超出车身,影响驾车安全。

有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提出一种结构简单、收折方便、能够适用于多种车型、安全可靠的车顶折叠帐篷。
基于上述目的本实用新型提供的一种车顶折叠帐篷,包括:活动底座、固定底座、支架、篷布、连接块组件、伸缩梯;梯子型的所述固定底座固定于车顶,其一端通过一对所述连接块组件与梯子型的所述活动底一端相连;每个所述连接块组件包括:与所述固定底座相连的第一连接块、与所述活动底座相连的第二连接块、主连接块,所述第一连接块和第二连接块均与所述主连接块铰接;所述支架与所述主连接块铰接,所述篷布套置固定于所述支架上,且其底边缘同时与所述固定底座和活动底座固定连接;所述伸缩梯的一端与所述活动底座的另一端铰接。
优选的,所述主连接块与所述第一连接块、第二连接块相铰接的位置处设置有第一限位机构,用于限制在展开状态下,所述主连接块、第一连接块、第二连接块间形成的最大角度。
优选的,所述支架包括至少三根U型铝合金管,所述主连接块上设置有支架安装座;所述U型铝合金管的端部通过塑胶套管与所述支架安装座铰 接。

从上面所述可以看出,本实用新型提供的车顶折叠帐篷,通过活动底座、固定底座以及连接块组件设置,实现了收起、展开两种状态切换;拉动或推动伸缩梯即可快速的实现上述的折叠过程;本实用新型结构简单,收起、展开过程操作简单、快速,能够达到承重要求且使用寿命长,同时能够适用于各种车型。

为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本实用新型进一步详细说明。
参考图1,为本实用新型实施例的车顶折叠帐篷结构爆炸图。
本实用新型实施例提供了一种车顶折叠帐篷,包括:活动底座1、固定底座2、支架3、篷布(图1中未示出)、连接块组件5、伸缩梯6。
活动底座1和固定底座2均为梯子型,即有一外框,且在外框间平行设置有多根支撑梁的结构。固定底座2固定安装于车顶,其一端通过一对连接块组件5与活动底座1的一端相连。作为优选的,参考图1,活动底座1包括三根第一外框梁,多根第一支撑梁13,三根第一外框梁通过两个第一塑胶连接件12组成U型的活动底座外框11,多根第一支撑梁13间隔一定距离、平行的设置在活动底座外框11的两个平行的第一外框梁之间。固定底座2包括三根第二外框梁,多根第二支撑梁23,三根第二外框梁通过两个第二塑胶连接件22组成U型的固定底座外框21,多根第一支撑梁23间隔一定距离、平行的设置在固定底座外框21的两个平行的第二外框梁之间。进一步的,在活动底座外框11和固定底座外框21上设置有若干溢水孔,用于将因为天气原因或使用原因,造成的积水排出。

对于上述实施例,通过一对连接块组件5的连接,使活动底座1与固定底座2实现了一种铰接方式,固定底座2固定于车顶,调整转动活动底座1,使其与固定底座2处于同一水平面时,即为展开状态,参考图4;调整转动活动底座1,使其与固定底座2处于层叠位置时,即为收起状态,参考图5。在展开状态下,活动底座1会伸出车体范围,伸缩梯6在作为进入帐篷的工具之外,还对活动底座1起到支撑作用。具体使用时,通过拉动伸缩梯6即能够实现帐篷的快速收展,具体的,拉动或推动伸缩梯6,带动活动底座1转动,活动底座1带动设置在活动底座组件1上的篷布4展开或收折,同时带动与篷布4连接的支架3展开或收折,完成整个帐篷的收展过程。
在优选实施例中,主连接块与第一连接块、第二连接块相铰接的位置处设置有第一限位机构,用于限制在展开状态下,主连接块、第一连接块、第二连接块间形成的最大角度。第一限位机构将第一连接块相对于主连接块和第二连接块的夹角限制在最大180度,即如图4中所示,使活动底座和固定底座出于同一水平面,防止在使用过程中活动底座和固定底座过大时(一般是大于180度时)发生倾倒的情况。根据不同的使用需要,第一限位机构可以选用问限位挡块、限位锁紧螺钉,或是设置在第一连接块、第二连接块与主连接块上相互配合的限位结构。
在优选实施例中,活动底座另一端设置的固定片7上,还设置有第二限位机构,用于限制在展开状态下,伸缩梯6与活动底座间的最大夹角。作为优选的,参考图6,第二限位机构为限位片71,限位片71能够对伸缩梯6起到限位阻挡作用,防止在使用过程中,伸缩梯6因为展开角度过大而发生倾倒的情况。在其他实施例中,根据使用需要,第二限位机构还可以为限位块、限位锁紧螺钉或设置在伸缩梯和活动底座上相互配合的限位结构。
在优选实施例中,固定底座通过固定架固定于车顶;固定架上设置有滑轨,固定底座能够在所述滑轨上滑动并通过锁紧机构固定位置。通过在固定架上滑动固定底座改变其固定位置,能够适应不同的车型,同时,也可以通过固定底座位置的调整进一步的调整在展开状态下活动底座伸出车体的位置。
在优选实施例中,第一连接块和第二连接块上均设置有伸缩机构,用于调节在展开状态下帐篷的长度。通过第一连接块和第二连接块上的伸缩机构,使用者能够进一步的根据自身特点或是车型,调整帐篷在展开状态下的 长度。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车顶折叠帐篷,其特征在于,所述活动底座的另一端设置有固定片,所述伸缩梯一端铰接至所述固定片;在所述固定片上还设置有第二限位机构,用于限制在展开状态下,所述伸缩梯与活动底座间的最大夹角。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车顶折叠帐篷,其特征在于,所述活动底座和固定底座的外框上设置有若干溢水孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车顶折叠帐篷,其特征在于,所述固定底座通过固定架固定于车顶;所述固定架上设置有滑轨,所述固定底座能够在所述滑轨上滑动并通过锁紧机构固定位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车顶折叠帐篷,其特征在于,所述第一连接块和第二连接块上均设置有伸缩机构,用于调节在展开状态下帐篷的长度。
