环保型服装革及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明属于合成革领域, 具体涉及一种环保型服装革及其制备方法。 背景技术 说
天然皮革由于具有优良的天然特性被人们广泛用于生产日用品和工业 品, 但随着世界人口的增长, 人类对皮革的需求倍增, 数量有限的天然皮革 早已不能满足人们这种需求。 为解决这一矛盾, 科学家们几十年前即开始研 究开发人造革、 合成皮革, 以弥补天然皮革的书不足。 目前实践证明, 合成革 的各项优良性能是天然皮革无法取代的, 从国内外的市场来分析, 合成革也 已大量取代了资源不足的天然皮革。 采用人造革及合成革做箱包、 服装、 服 装、 车辆和家具的装饰, 已日益得到市场的肯定, 其应用范围之广, 数量之 大, 品种之多, 是传统的天然皮革无法满足的。 但是现有的合成革常存在生 产过程使用有机溶剂、 污染环境不环保、 磨损较快、 耐折性差等缺点。 发明内容
本发明的目的是在现有技术的基础上, 提供一种环保型服装革。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述环保型服装革的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
一种环保型服装革, 该服装革采用浸渍水性聚氨酯浆料制备而成, 所述 水性聚氨酯浆料由以下重量份的组分配成:
水性聚氨酯树脂 100份
消泡剂 0.1-0.3份
增稠剂 0.1-0.3份
流平剂 0.2-0.4份
有机硅干滑剂 0.05-0.1份 催干剂 0.05-0.1份
交联剂 0.2-0.4份。
其中水性聚氨酯树脂进一步为聚酯型二元醇合成的水性聚氨酯。 其力学 性能比聚醚型的要高, 其模量和拉升强度都较好。
交联剂分为低温、 中温、 高温三种, 分别在不同温度下发生交联反应, 已改善水性聚氨酯材料耐水、 耐化学溶剂、 耐高温性能差的缺点。 本发明中 的交联剂选自 DT-100交联剂、 EVA中温交联剂、 XR-100交联剂、 DT-100W 高温交联剂。
本发明中的消泡剂选自聚醚改性聚有机硅氧垸消泡剂。
所述增稠剂选自 PUR-50水性聚氨酯增稠剂、 PUR62水性聚氨酯增稠剂 或 Q-5水性聚氨酯增稠剂。
所述流平剂选自长辉 BNK-LK600流平剂、 D-3000水性聚氨酯流平剂或 RA1103水性聚氨酯流平剂。。
所述有机硅干滑剂选自 MOLYKOTE 557有机硅干滑剂或道康宁 557有 机硅干滑剂。
本发明中的消泡剂、 增稠剂、 流平剂、 有机硅干滑剂之间以及其与水性 聚氨酯树脂的相互配合协同作用, 可改善水性聚氨酯产品生产过程中的因分 子量和表面张力较溶剂型低而易产生的各种弊病。
本发明中的催干剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
本发明还公开了一种上述服装革的制备方法:先将底布进行上浆预处理, 烘干后在预处理得到的布基上浸渍至少一层水性聚氨酯浆料并在发泡炉烘箱 内烘干, 再涂布发泡涂层, 在 110〜130°C下烘干, 最后进行上色或增光后处 理, 即得。
其中上浆预处理是指在底布上涂上水性聚氨酯树脂进行封闭浆化, , 以 便增加与涂层的附着力,主要是在开幅机上上浆,再在 55〜65°C下烘干收卷; 所述发泡涂层为水性聚氨酯树脂层。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明的环保型服装革采用环境友好型材料水性聚氨酯树脂来生产, 其 成本低、 纯生态、 环保, 满足了低碳生活的需要。

水性聚氨酯浆料质量组成: 水性聚氨酯树脂 100份, 聚醚改性聚有机硅 氧垸消泡剂 0.1份, PUR-50水性聚氨酯增稠剂 0.2份, 长辉 BNK-LK600流 平剂 0.2份, MOLYKOTE 557有机硅干滑剂 0.1份, 二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.05 份, DT-100交联剂 0.3份。
先将无纺布底布在开幅机上上浆水性聚氨酯树脂, 进行封闭浆化, 再于 60°C烘干收卷, 得到基布。 在发泡炉上放卷基布, 以 30米 /分钟的速度涂布 一层水性聚氨酯浆料, 涂布后进入发泡炉烘箱烘干, 根据产品的厚度要求的 不同而定, 有的需涂二到三遍水性聚氨酯浆料。 在 120°C下烘干。 前述生产 完毕后, 可根据客户的要求在表面上进行光泽度 (亮光和哑光) 处理或颜色 的处理。

有机硅干滑剂 0.05-0.1份, 催干剂 0.05-0.1份, 交联剂 0.2-0.4份;
其中所述增稠剂选自 PUR-50水性聚氨酯增稠剂、 PUR62水性聚氨酯增稠剂 或 Q-5水性聚氨酯增稠剂。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的环保型服装革, 其特征在于所述交联剂选自 DT-100交联剂、 EVA中温交联剂、 XR-100交联剂、 DT-100W高温交联剂。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型服装革,其特征在于所述消泡剂选自聚 醚改性聚有机硅氧垸消泡剂。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型服装革,其特征在于所述流平剂选自长 辉 BNK-LK600流平剂、 D-3000水性聚氨酯流平剂或 RA1103水性聚氨酯流 平剂。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型服装革,其特征在于所述有机硅干滑剂 选自 MOLYKOTE 557有机硅干滑剂或道康宁 557有机硅干滑剂。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型服装革,其特征在于所述催干剂为二月 桂酸二丁基锡。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型服装革,其特征在于该服装革的制备方 法为: 先将底布进行上浆预处理, 烘干后在预处理得到的基布上浸渍至少一 层水性聚氨酯浆料并在发泡炉烘箱内烘干, 再涂布发泡涂层, 在 110〜130°C 下烘干, 最后进行上色或增光后处理, 即得。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的环保型服装革, 其特征在于所述上浆预处理 是指在底布上涂上水性聚氨酯树脂进行封闭浆化, 再在 55〜65°C下烘干; 所 述发泡涂层为水性聚氨酯树脂层。
9.一种权利要求 1所述的环保型服装革的制备方法,其特征在于先将底 布进行上浆预处理, 烘干后在预处理得到的基布上浸渍至少一层水性聚氨酯 浆料并在发泡炉烘箱内烘干, 再涂布发泡涂层, 在 110〜130°C下烘干, 最后 进行上色或增光后处理, 即得; 其中所述水性聚氨酯浆料由以下重量份的组 分配成:
