Abstract

靴に取付具を設けずとも着脱可能であり、装飾具を取り外した後の靴の外観を損なうことが無い靴用装飾具。靴用装飾具は、靴の開口部に取り付けられるクリップと、クリップが刺し通される取付環部と、取付環部に接続され、靴用装飾具が靴に取り付けられた状態においてクリップと取付環部とを覆いつつ靴の外部に露出する装飾部と、を備える。

Description

装飾具付きの靴及び靴用装飾具
　本発明は、着脱可能な装飾具が取り付けられた装飾具付きの靴及び着脱可能な靴用装飾具に関するものである。
　従来から、ブーツ等の靴の上辺部にファー等の靴用装飾具が取り付けられることがある。
　こうした靴用装飾具として、ブーツ等に接着や縫合等により着脱不能に取り付けられているものがあるが、使用者の衣服や季節に合わせ取り替えたり、靴用装飾具のみ洗浄可能とするためには、着脱可能に取り付けられている必要がある。
　そこで、予めボタン等の取付具を靴に設けておくとともに、この取付具を介して靴用装飾具を着脱可能に取り付けた靴が用いられている。
　しかし、従来のこうした靴及び靴用装飾具は、予め靴に設けられた取付具に取り付けられるものであるため、靴用装飾具が取り外された後には取付具が靴に残ったままの状態となり、外観を損ねていた。また、こうした取付具が予め設けられている靴以外には靴用装飾具を取り付けることができず、不便であった。
　そこで、本発明は、上述した問題点に鑑みて案出されたものであり、靴に予め取付具を設けずとも靴用装飾具を着脱可能であり、かつ、靴用装飾具を取り外した後も外観を損なうことのない装飾具付きの靴及び靴用装飾具を提供することを目的とする。
　本願発明者は、上述した課題を解決するために、靴に取付具を設けずとも装飾具を着脱可能であり、装飾具を取り外した後も外観を損なうことのない装飾具付きの靴及び靴用装飾具を発明した。
　第１発明に係る装飾具付きの靴は、靴と前記靴の開口部に着脱可能に取り付けられる靴用装飾具とを備える装飾具付きの靴であって、前記靴用装飾具は、前記靴の前記開口部に取り付けられるクリップと、前記クリップが刺し通される取付環部と、前記取付環部に接続され、前記靴用装飾具が前記靴に取り付けられた状態において前記クリップと前記取付環部とを覆いつつ前記靴の外部に露出する装飾部と、を備えることを特徴とする。
　第２発明に係る装飾具付きの靴は、第１発明に係る装飾具付きの靴において、前記クリップは、先端に環状部が形成された２つの把持辺が連結部により連結されて形成されていることを特徴とする。
　第３発明に係る装飾具付きの靴は、第２発明において、２つの前記把持辺の少なくとも一方の前記把持辺には、他方の前記把持辺の方向に突出する突出部が形成されていることを特徴とする。
　第４発明に係る靴用装飾具は、靴の開口部に着脱可能に取り付けられる靴用装飾具であって、靴の開口部に取り付けられるクリップと、前記クリップが刺し通される取付環部と、前記取付環部に接続され、前記装飾具が靴の開口部に取り付けられた状態において前記クリップと前記取付環部とを覆いつつ前記靴の外部に露出する装飾部と、を備えることを特徴とする。
　第５発明に係る靴用装飾具は、第４発明に係る装飾具であって、前記クリップは、先端に環状部が形成された２つの把持辺が連結部により連結されて形成されていることを特徴とする。
　第６発明に係る靴用装飾具は、第５発明に係る靴用装飾具であって、２つの前記把持辺の少なくとも一方の前記把持辺には、他方の前記把持辺の方向に突出する突出部が形成されていることを特徴とする。
　上述した構成からなる第１～第６発明によれば、靴に取付具を設けずとも靴用装飾具を着脱可能であるため、装飾具を取り外した後に靴の外観が損なわれることを防止することができる。

　以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る装飾具付きの靴について詳細に説明する。図１は、本発明の実施形態に係る装飾具付きの靴１を示す斜視図である。
　装飾具付きの靴１は、靴２と、靴２に取り付けられた靴用装飾具３とを備えて構成されている。
　図２は、図１の装飾具付きの靴１を構成する靴２を示す斜視図である。靴２は、本実施形態においてはブーツが想定されていて、上部に使用者の足の出し入れがされる開口部２１が設けられている。この開口部２１に、靴用装飾具３が取り付けられる。
　なお、本実施形態においては靴２としてブーツが想定されているが、本発明においてはこれに限らず、他の如何なる形状の靴であっても好適に用いることができる。また、この靴２の素材も天然の革や合成の皮、綿布等、様々なものを用いることができる。
　図３は、図１の装飾具付きの靴を構成する靴用装飾具３を示す背面図である。靴用装飾具３は、本実施形態においてはファーが想定されていて、複数の繊毛３１と、複数の繊毛３１の端部が編みこまれることでこれらを束ねる紐状の基端部３２と、基端部３２に設けられている紐により形成される複数の輪状の取付環部３３と、取付環部３３にそれぞれ取り付けられるクリップ３４と、を備えて構成されている。
　なお、本実施形態においては靴用装飾具３としてファーを例に挙げて説明しているが、本発明においてはこれに限らず、ニットや毛糸で作成されたボンボン等であってもよい。
　繊毛３１は、天然のファー素材や合成ファー素材により形成されている。これらの繊毛３１の下端がそれぞれ基端部３２に編みこまれることで、全体として帯状のファーが形成されている。
　基端部３２は、綿や麻等の天然繊維や合成繊維等により作られる紐状の部材であり、繊毛３１を織り込むことで帯状のファーの形状が形成されている。
　また、この基端部３２に紐状体の両端部が織り込まれることで、取付環部３３が形成されている。
　取付環部３３は、綿や麻等の天然繊維や合成繊維等により作られる紐状体により形成されている。取付環部３３は、クリップ３４の後述する２つの把持片３４１、３４２の先端にそれぞれに形成されている環状部３４１ａ、３４１ｂを挿通可能な径を有しているため、ここにクリップ３４を取付可能となっている。
　図４は、図３の靴用装飾具を構成するクリップ３４を示す（Ａ）は斜視図、（Ｂ）は側面図である。クリップ３４は、弾性変形可能な金属よりなる部材であり、２つの把持片３４１、３４２が連結部３４３により連結されて形成されている。
　なお、本実施形態においてはクリップ３４は金属材料により形成されているが、本発明においては弾性変形可能な材料により形成されていればよく、樹脂材料や木製の材料等も好適に用いることができる。
　把持片３４１は、先端部分に環状部３４１ａが形成された直線状の構成部位である。
　把持片３４２は、先端部分に環状部３４１ａよりも径の小さい環状部３４２ａが形成され、側面視において環状部３４２ａの基端部より先が把持片３４１から離間するよう屈曲している構成部位である。
　こうした把持片３４２の環状部３４２ａの屈曲により、把持片３４２には把持片３４１の方向に突出する突出部３４２ｂが形成されている。
　次に、上述した構成を有する装飾具付きの靴１における靴用装飾具３の靴２に対する着脱について説明する。
　まず、靴２に靴用装飾具３を取り付ける場合について説明する。
　靴２の開口部２１への靴用装飾具３の取り付けでは、まず、図３のように取付環部３３へのクリップ３４の取り付けが行われる。このとき、直線状で大きな環状部３４１ａを有する把持片３４２が靴２の開口部２１の内側となるようクリップ３４が取り付けられる。
　このとき、クリップ３４が弾性変形し、開かれた２つの把持片３４１、３４２が閉じようとする力が加わり、突出部３４２ｂと、これと対向する把持片３４１とにより靴２の開口部２１の外縁部が押圧される。この押圧力により、靴２の開口部２１へのクリップ３４の取り付けが行われる。
　こうしてクリップ３４が取り付けられた状態では、開口部２１の内側に位置する大きな環状部３４１ａが当接している。これと開口部２１の内壁との間で生じる摩擦力により装飾具付きの靴１の使用時にクリップ３４が外れて靴２から靴用装飾具３が脱落することを効果的に防止することができる。
　このとき、開口部２１の外側に位置する把持片３４２の環状部３４２ａは開口部２１の外壁から離間した状態となっているため、使用者が指を引っ掛け易い状態となっている。また、環状部３４１ａ、３４２ａが円環状であるため、クリップ３４を靴２の開口部２１に取り付けた際に靴２を傷つけることが無い。
　次に、靴２から靴用装飾具３を取り外す場合について説明する。
　靴２から靴用装飾具３を取り外す場合には、使用者により靴２の外側に位置している把持片３４２の環状部３４２ａに指を引っ掛けクリップ３４が引き上げられる。これにより靴２の開口部２１を把持するクリップ３の２つの把持片３４１、３４２が離間され、クリップ３による押圧力が開口部２１に作用しなくなるため、クリップ３を取り外すことができる。
　上述した本発明に係る装飾具付きの靴及び靴用装飾具によると、靴に取付具を設けずとも靴用装飾具を着脱可能であるため、装飾具を取り外した後に靴の外観が損われることを防止することができる。

Claims (6)

  1. 　靴と前記靴の開口部に着脱可能に取り付けられる靴用装飾具とを備える装飾具付きの靴であって、前記靴用装飾具は、
    　前記靴の前記開口部に取り付けられるクリップと、
    　前記クリップが刺し通される取付環部と、
    　前記取付環部に接続され、前記靴用装飾具が前記靴に取り付けられた状態において前記クリップと前記取付環部とを覆いつつ前記靴の外部に露出する装飾部と、
    　を備えることを特徴とする装飾具付きの靴。
  2. 　前記クリップは、先端に環状部が形成された２つの把持辺が連結部により連結されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の装飾具付きの靴。
  3. 　２つの前記把持辺の少なくとも一方の前記把持辺には、他方の前記把持辺の方向に突出する突出部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項２記載の装飾具付きの靴。
  4. 　靴の開口部に着脱可能に取り付けられる靴用装飾具であって、
    　靴の開口部に取り付けられるクリップと、
    　前記クリップが刺し通される取付環部と、
    　前記取付環部に接続され、前記靴用装飾具が靴の開口部に取り付けられた状態において前記クリップと前記取付環部とを覆いつつ前記靴の外部に露出する装飾部と、
    　を備えることを特徴とする靴用装飾具。
  5. 　前記クリップは、先端に環状部が形成された２つの把持辺が連結部により連結されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項４記載の靴用装飾具。
  6. 　２つの前記把持辺の少なくとも一方の前記把持辺には、他方の前記把持辺の方向に突出する突出部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項５記載の靴用装飾具。
