Abstract

　スケジュール調整装置は、幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置であって、幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を前記幹事端末に通知する通知手段、を備える。

Description

スケジュール調整装置、スケジュール調整方法及びスケジュール調整プログラム
　本発明は、スケジュール調整装置、スケジュール調整方法及びスケジュール調整プログラムに関する。
　従来、イベントの実施に際して、インターネット等を介して、幹事が他の参加者にイベントを実施する候補日時を提示し、参加者からの回答を取得して、スケジュールを調整することが行われている。例えば、宴会を行う場合に、幹事が他の参加者に店舗、日時などを相談しながら、店舗や日時などの予約を行うことが可能なシステムが知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

　従来の技術では、参加者に対して候補日時の提示をしてから、全ての参加者からの回答が得られるまでには時間がかかる。そのため、幹事が提示をした時点ではいずれの候補日時も予約可能であったとしても、その後に得られる参加者からの回答及び予約の状況の変化等により、全ての候補日時の予約が不可能になってしまうことがあった。全ての候補日時の予約が不可能になった場合には、幹事は、スケジュールの再調整のために、新たな候補日時を決定して、参加者に対して速やかに再度提示しなければならなかった。
　そこで本発明は、イベントのスケジュールの調整に際して、参加者に対して新たな候補日時を提示する必要が生じていることを、幹事に早く認識させることを目的とする。
　上記課題を解決するために、本発明の一側面に係るスケジュール調整装置は、幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置であって、幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を幹事端末に通知する通知手段、を備える。
　本発明の一側面に係るスケジュール調整方法は、幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置におけるスケジュール調整方法であって、幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を幹事端末に通知する通知ステップ、を有する。
　本発明の一側面に係るスケジュール調整プログラムは、コンピュータを、幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置として機能させるためのスケジュール調整プログラムであって、コンピュータに、幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を幹事端末に通知する通知機能、を実現させる。
　上記側面によれば、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠に関する所定の実施不可能条件が満たされた場合に、その旨が幹事端末に通知される。これにより、幹事は設定した候補枠によるイベントの実施が不可能になったことを知ることができる。従って、スケジュールを再調整する必要が生じていることを、幹事に早期に認識することが可能となる。
　別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムとの通信により予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を取得可能であり、予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を予約システムから取得する取得手段を更に備え、実施不可能条件は、取得手段により取得された予約情報において予約がされていない候補枠である予約可能枠の数が、イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示す必要枠数未満になった場合であることとしてもよい。
　上記側面によれば、予約システムにおいて他の者により候補枠に対する予約がされたことに基づき、イベントの実施が不可能になったことを、イベントの幹事が認識できる。
　別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、候補枠を提示する提示手段と、候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を候補枠ごとに参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、実施不可能条件は、イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示す必要枠数に対して参加者が参加可能な最大の人数である最大開催人数を超える人数の参加者からの、参加可能であることを示す参加可否情報を受け付けた場合、または、参加可能であることを示す参加可否情報が受け付けられた参加者の数が、必要枠数に対してイベントの実施が可能な最低の人数である最低開催人数未満であった場合であることとしてもよい。
　上記側面によれば、参加者数が最大開催人数を超えたこと又は最低開催人数未満であったことに基づき、イベントの実施が不可能になったことを、イベントの幹事が認識できる。
　別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムとの通信により予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を取得可能であり、予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を予約システムから取得する取得手段と、イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、候補枠を提示する提示手段と、候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を候補枠ごとに参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、実施不可能条件は、候補枠において、参加不可を示す参加可否情報の登録がされておらず且つ取得手段により取得された予約情報において予約がされていない候補枠である予約可能枠の数が、イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示し幹事端末又は当該スケジュール調整装置により設定された必要枠数未満になった場合であることとしてもよい。
　上記側面によれば、幹事端末により設定された候補枠に対する参加者からの参加可否情報及び予約システムからの候補枠に関する予約情報が取得され、取得されたこれらの情報に基づき予約可能枠が必要枠数未満になったと判定された場合に、その旨が幹事端末に通知される。これにより、幹事は設定した候補枠の予約が不可能になったことを知ることができる。従って、新たな候補日時を参加者に提示してスケジュールを再調整する必要が生じていることを、幹事に早期に認識することが可能となる。
　別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、通知手段は、取得手段が、予約システムからの予約情報を取得したときに、実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施することとしてもよい。
　予約システムからの予約情報を受け付けたときは、状況の変化により実施不可能条件が満たされる可能性がある時である。この側面によれば、そのようなタイミングで判定を実施することにより、スケジュールを再調整する必要が生じていることを、適切なタイミングで幹事に認識させることができる。
　別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、通知手段は、受付手段が、参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときに、実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施することとしてもよい。
　参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときは、状況の変化により実施不可能条件が満たされる可能性がある時である。この側面によれば、そのようなタイミングで判定を実施することにより、スケジュールを再調整する必要が生じていることを、適切なタイミングで幹事に認識させることができる。
　さらに別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、通知手段は、受付手段が、参加可否情報が未登録であった参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときに、実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施することとしてもよい。
　参加可否情報が未登録であった参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときは、その登録により実施不可能条件が満たされる可能性がある時である。上記側面によれば、そのようなタイミングで判定を実施することにより、スケジュールを再調整する必要が生じていることを、適切なタイミングで幹事に認識させることができる。
　さらに別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、通知手段は、提示手段により候補枠を提示された全ての参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録が受け付け済みである場合に、取得手段が予約システムからの予約情報を取得したときに、実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施することとしてもよい。
　全ての参加者からの参加可否情報を受け付けた後の期間は、幹事が候補枠のいずれかの予約を行うことが可能な期間である。上記側面によれば、そのような期間中において予約システムからの予約情報を受け付けたときに、実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定が実施されるので、当該判定処理に係る処理負荷を軽減しつつ、スケジュールを再調整する必要が生じていることを、適切なタイミングで幹事に認識させることができる。
　さらに別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、候補枠は、時間的な属性及び地理的な属性を有し、当該スケジュール調整装置は、通知手段により実施不可能条件が満たされたと判定された場合に、イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムにおいて予約が可能な枠のうち、候補枠のうちのいずれかの候補枠と、時間的又は地理的に最も近い属性を有する枠を１以上抽出する抽出手段をさらに備え、通知手段は、抽出手段により抽出された枠を候補枠として含むレコメンド情報を幹事端末に通知することとしてもよい。
　上記側面によれば、実施不可能条件が満たされた後に、幹事により設定された候補枠のいずれかと時間的又は地理的に近い属性を有する予約可能な候補枠が幹事に通知されるので、参加者が参加可能な蓋然性が高い候補枠を、幹事は容易に認識できる。
　さらに別の側面に係るスケジュール調整装置では、イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、候補枠を提示する提示手段と、候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を候補枠ごとに参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、通知手段により、実施不可能条件が満たされた旨が幹事端末に通知された後に、幹事端末からの候補枠の追加の設定を受け付けた場合に、提示手段は、受付手段により参加可否情報の登録を受け付けた参加者端末に、追加の設定に係る候補枠を提示することとしてもよい。
　上記側面によれば、実施不可能条件が満たされた後に幹事端末からの候補枠情報の追加の設定を受け付けた場合に、参加可否情報の登録を受け付けた参加者端末に、追加の設定に係る候補枠情報が提示される。即ち、追加された候補枠に関する情報は、候補枠が変更されたことを知らせる必要がある参加者のみに知らされることとなる。従って、候補枠の提示のためのトラフィックの軽減が可能となる。
　本発明の一側面によれば、イベントのスケジュールの調整に際して、参加者に対して新たな候補日時を提示する必要が生じていることを、幹事により早く認識させることが可能となる。

　以下、添付図面を参照しながら本発明の実施形態を詳細に説明する。なお、図面の説明において同一又は同等の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
　図１は、本実施形態に係るスケジュール調整装置１を含むスケジュール調整システム１００の構成を示す図である。図１に示すように、スケジュール調整システム１００は、スケジュール調整装置１、ユーザ端末ＴＳ，Ｔ及び予約システムＲを含む。ユーザ端末ＴＳ，Ｔとスケジュール調整装置１とはインターネットなどのネットワークＮを介して接続されている。また、予約システムＲは、イベントを実施するための日時及び場所といった属性を有する候補枠に対する予約の受け付けを行うシステムである。なお、図１では３台のユーザ端末Ｔを示しているが、ユーザ端末Ｔの台数は限定されない。
　ユーザ端末Ｔの種類は限定されず、例えば据置型又は携帯型のパーソナルコンピュータでもよいし、高機能携帯電話機（スマートフォン）や携帯電話機、携帯情報端末（ＰＤＡ）などの携帯端末でもよい。
　図２は、本実施形態に係るスケジュール調整装置１の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。スケジュール調整装置１は、イベントの実施に際して、インターネット等を介して、幹事が他の参加者にイベントを実施する候補日時を提示し、参加者からの回答を取得して、スケジュールを調整する装置であって、例えばサーバといったコンピュータにより構成される。本実施形態では、複数人からなる組でのゴルフをイベントとして、ゴルフ場の予約に際してのスケジュール調整を例に本発明を説明する。なお、本発明は、ゴルフ及びゴルフ場の予約に限定されない。
　本実施形態のスケジュール調整装置１は、図２に示すように、機能的には、設定部１１、提示部１２（提示手段）、受付部１３（受付手段）、取得部１４（取得手段）、判定部１５（通知手段）、通知部１６（通知手段）及び抽出部１７（抽出手段）を含む。また、スケジュール調整装置１は、候補枠情報記憶部２１にアクセス可能である。また、スケジュール調整装置１の各機能部１１～１７は、候補枠情報記憶部２１及び予約システムＲにアクセス可能である。
　図３は、スケジュール調整装置１のハードウェア構成図である。スケジュール調整装置１は、物理的には、図３に示すように、ＣＰＵ１０１、ＲＡＭ及びＲＯＭといったメモリにより構成される主記憶装置１０２、ハードディスク等で構成される補助記憶装置１０３、ネットワークカード等で構成される通信制御装置１０４、入力デバイスであるキーボード、マウス等の入力装置１０５、ディスプレイ等の出力装置１０６などを含むコンピュータシステムとして構成されている。
　図２に示した各機能は、図３に示すＣＰＵ１０１、主記憶装置１０２等のハードウェア上に所定のコンピュータソフトウェア（スケジュール調整プログラム）を読み込ませることにより、ＣＰＵ１０１の制御のもとで通信制御装置１０４、入力装置１０５、出力装置１０６を動作させるとともに、主記憶装置１０２や補助記憶装置１０３におけるデータの読み出し及び書き込みを行うことで実現される。処理に必要なデータやデータベースは主記憶装置１０２や補助記憶装置１０３内に格納される。
　続いて、スケジュール調整装置１の機能部を説明する。設定部１１は、イベントの幹事が利用するユーザ端末ＴＳ（幹事端末）から、候補枠情報の設定を受け付ける部分である。候補枠情報は、イベントが実施されるための候補枠の情報であって、少なくとも日時に関する情報を含み、さらに地理的な属性を含むことができる。また、設定部１１は、予約する必要がある枠数を示す必要枠数と共に、候補枠情報を受け付ける。なお、本実施形態では、設定部１１がユーザ端末ＴＳから必要枠数を受け付けることとしているが、必要枠数がスケジュール調整装置１において規定値として設定されていることとしてもよい。
　設定部１１は、受け付けた候補枠情報及び必要枠数を候補枠情報記憶部２１に記憶させる。図４は、候補枠情報記憶部２１の構成及び記憶されているデータの例を示す図である。設定部１１からの候補枠情報及び必要枠数の例は、図４（ａ）のテーブルの１行目に例示される。候補枠情報記憶部２１は、例えば、「コース１，２０１３／９／７，８：００」といった候補枠情報を記憶している。この候補枠情報のうち、「コース１」はあるゴルフ場のコースを示す地理的情報である。また、この候補枠情報のうち、「２０１３／９／７，８：００」は、ゴルフのプレー開始の日時を示す時間的な情報である。
　候補枠情報記憶部２１は、上記候補枠情報の他に、「コース１，２０１３／９／７，７：００」、「コース２，２０１３／９／１４，９：００」及び「コース３，２０１３／９／５，７：００」といった候補枠情報を複数記憶している。また、候補枠情報記憶部２１は、必要枠数として「１」といった情報を記憶している。
　なお、設定部１１は、取得部１４により予約システムＲから取得される予約情報において、幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳから設定が試みられた候補枠情報に示される候補枠が予約済の枠である場合に、当該候補枠に対する候補枠情報の設定を受け付けない。これにより、候補枠情報記憶部２１には、予約可能な枠のみに対する候補枠情報が設定されることとなる。従って、既に予約不可能となっている候補枠に関して、参加者に対する参加可否の回答を求めるといった冗長な手順が実施されることが防止される。
　提示部１２は、イベントの参加者が利用するユーザ端末Ｔ（参加者端末）に、候補枠情報を提示する部分である。具体的には、提示部１２は、設定部１１がユーザ端末ＴＳから受け付けて、候補枠情報記憶部２１に記憶させた候補枠情報を、ユーザ端末Ｔに提示する。即ち、本実地携帯では、提示部１２は、複数の候補枠情報１～４（「コース１，２０１３／９／７，８：００」、「コース１，２０１３／９／７，７：００」、「コース２，２０１３／９／１４，９：００」及び「コース３，２０１３／９／５，７：００」）を、参加者Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃのそれぞれのユーザ端末ＴＡ，ＴＢ，ＴＣに提示する。候補枠情報を提示するユーザ端末Ｔは、例えば、ユーザ端末Ｔｓを介して幹事により設定されることとしてもよい。
　受付部１３は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠のイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を候補枠情報ごとに参加者のユーザ端末Ｔから受け付ける部分である。そして、受付部１３は、ユーザ端末Ｔから受け付けた参加可否情報を候補枠情報記憶部２１に登録する。登録された参加可否情報は、図４（ａ）のテーブルの２行目以下に例示される。このテーブルにおいて、イベントへの参加が可能であることを示す参加可否情報は「１」で表され、イベントへの参加が不可能であることを示す参加可否情報は「０」で表される。
　図４（ａ）に示される候補枠情報記憶部２１には、例えば、候補枠情報１，３，４のイベントには参加可能であり、候補枠情報２のイベントには参加不可能であることを示す、参加者Ａの参加可否情報が記憶されている。また、候補枠情報２，４のイベントには参加可能であり、候補枠情報１，３のイベントには参加不可能であることを示す、参加者Ｂの参加可否情報が記憶されている。また、参加者Ｃの参加可否情報は未登録である。
　取得部１４は、イベントの候補枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムＲから、予約が受け付けられた候補枠に関する予約情報を取得する部分である。予約情報は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠に対する全ての利用者からの予約の状況を示す情報である。取得部１４は、予約システムＲから取得した予約情報を候補枠情報記憶部２１に記憶させる。図４（ａ）に示す例では、候補枠情報に示されるイベントの予約枠が未予約であることを示す予約情報は「１」で表され、予約済であることを示す予約情報は「０」で表される。図４（ａ）に示されるように、現時点において、登録された全ての候補枠は未予約である。
　判定部１５は、イベントを実施するための複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たしたか否かを判定する部分である。本実施形態では、判定部１５は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において、予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かを判定する。予約可能枠は、参加不可を示す参加可否情報の登録がされておらず且つ予約システムにおいて利用者からの予約がされていない候補枠である。
　通知部１６は、判定部１５により実施不可能条件が満たされたと判定された場合に、その旨を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する部分である。本実施形態では、通知部１６は、判定部１５により候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったと判定されたときに、その旨を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する。
　判定部１５は、受付部１３が参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたとき、又は、取得部１４が予約システムＲからの予約情報を取得したときを、判定処理を実施するタイミングとしてもよい。参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたとき又は予約システムＲからの予約情報を受け付けたときは、状況の変化により予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になる可能性が生じる時である。本実施形態では、そのようなタイミングで予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かの判定を実施することにより、参加者に対して新たな候補日時を提示する必要が生じていることを、適切なタイミングで幹事に認識させることができる。
　また、判定部１５は、受付部１３が、参加可否情報が未登録であった参加者のユーザ端末Ｔからの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときを、判定処理を実施するタイミングとしてもよい。参加可否情報が未登録であった参加者からの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときは、その登録により予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になる可能性があるタイミングである。そのようなタイミングで予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かの判定を実施することにより、参加者に対して新たな候補日時を提示する必要が生じていることを、適切なタイミングで幹事に認識させることができる。
　図４（ｂ）は、図４（ａ）では参加可否情報が未登録であった参加者Ｃからの参加可否情報が登録された候補枠情報記憶部２１を示す図である。図４（ｂ）に示すように、受付部１３は、参加者Ｃのユーザ端末ＴＣから受け付けた参加可否情報を候補枠情報ごとに候補枠情報記憶部２１に記憶させる。この例では、参加者Ｃからの参加可否情報は、候補枠情報１～３のイベントには参加可能であり、候補枠情報４のイベントには参加不可能であることを示している。
　判定部１５は、参加者Ｃのユーザ端末ＴＣからの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたので、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数である１未満になったか否かを判定する。図４（ａ）に示す例では、参加可否情報が登録済みの全ての参加者が参加可能であって、且つ予約システムＲにおいて未予約である予約可能枠は候補枠情報４のみである。そして、参加者Ｃから候補枠情報４のイベントに参加不可能である旨の参加可否情報の登録が受け付けられたので、判定部１５は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったことを判定する。そして、通知部１６は、その旨を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する。
　さらに、判定部１５は、提示部１２により候補枠情報を提示された全ての参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録が受け付け済みである場合に、取得部１４が予約システムからの予約情報を取得したときを、判定処理を実施するタイミングとしてもよい。全ての参加者からの参加可否情報を受け付けた後の期間は、幹事が候補枠のいずれかの予約を行うことが可能な期間である。そのような期間中において予約システムからの予約情報を受け付けたときを判定の実施のタイミングとすることにより、当該判定処理に係る処理負荷を軽減しつつ、参加者に対して新たな候補日時を提示する必要が生じていることを、適切なタイミングで幹事に認識させることができる。
　図５は、全ての参加者のユーザ端末Ｔからの参加可否情報の登録が受け付け済みである場合において、取得部１４により予約システムＲからの予約情報が取得され、取得された予約情報によりデータが更新された候補枠情報記憶部２１を示す図である。
図５（ａ）に示す例では、全ての参加者が参加可能な候補枠は候補枠情報４のみであり、予約システムＲでは全ての候補枠が未予約であるので、予約可能枠は、候補枠情報４のみである。そして、取得部１４が予約システムＲからの予約情報を取得すると、判定部１５は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かを判定する。図５（ｂ）に示す例では、予約システムＲからの予約情報により、候補枠情報４に示される候補枠が予約済となったので、判定部１５は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったことを判定する。そして、通知部１６は、その旨を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する。
　図６及び図７は、必要枠数として「２」が設定された場合の判定部１５による判定処理を説明するための候補枠情報記憶部２１の例を示す図である。図６に示されるように、候補枠情報記憶部２１には、候補枠情報１～６及び必要枠数として「２」が設定されており、これらの候補枠情報に対する参加者Ａ～Ｇからの参加可否情報が登録される。現時点では、幹事及び参加者Ａ～Ｆの参加可否情報が登録されており、候補枠情報１，２，５，６に対しては、参加不可を示す参加可否情報が登録されていない。また、予約システムＲからの予約情報によると、候補枠情報５，６の候補枠は予約済である。従って、現時点における予約可能枠は、候補枠情報１，２の２枠である。
　ここで、図７（ａ）に示されるように、参加者Ｇからの参加可否情報が登録されると、判定部１５は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において、予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かの判定を実施する。参加者Ｇからの参加可否情報によれば、候補枠情報２に対して参加不可である旨が示されているので、予約可能枠は、候補枠情報１の１枠のみである。従って、判定部１５は、予約可能枠の数が必要枠数である「２」未満になったことを判定する。そして、通知部１６は、その旨を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する。
　一方、図７（ｂ）に示されるように、取得部１４により予約システムＲからの予約情報が取得され、候補枠情報記憶部２１の予約情報が更新されると、判定部１５は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において、予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かの判定を実施する。予約情報によれば、候補枠情報１の候補枠が予約済である旨が示されているので、予約可能枠は、候補枠情報２の１枠のみである。従って、判定部１５は、予約可能枠の数が必要枠数である「２」未満になったことを判定する。そして、通知部１６は、その旨を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する。
　次に、図８を参照して、判定部１５による実施不可能条件の判定における他の例を説明する。図８は、必要枠数として「１」が設定された場合の判定処理を説明するための候補枠情報記憶部２１の例を示す図である。この例では、必要枠に対して参加者が参加可能な最大の人数である最大開催人数が４人、必要枠数に対してイベントの実施が可能な最低の人数である最低開催人数が３人といった設定がされている。この設定は、例えば幹事端末により行われる。これらの設定により、１つの候補枠に対する参加者の数が４人を超えた場合、または、１つの候補枠に対する参加者の数が３人未満である場合に、判定部１５は、その候補枠によるイベントの実施が不可能であると判定する。
　図８に示す例では、候補枠１に関して、予約システムからの予約情報において既に予約がされてしまったことが示されているので、判定部１５は、候補枠１によるイベントの実施が不可能であると判定する。候補枠２に関して、参加可能な参加者数が５人であって、最大開催人数の４人を超えているので、判定部１５は、候補枠２によるイベントの実施が不可能であると判定する。候補枠３に関して、参加可能な参加者数が２人であって、最低開催人数の３人未満であるので、判定部１５は、候補枠３によるイベントの実施が不可能であると判定する。従って、通知部１６は、設定された候補枠によるイベントの実施が不可能である旨を幹事端末に通知する。
　再び図２を参照して、抽出部１７は、判定部１５により候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったと判定された場合に、予約システムＲにおいて予約が可能な候補枠のうち、設定部１１により受け付けられた候補枠情報に示される候補枠のうちのいずれかの候補枠と、時間的又は地理的に最も近い属性を有する候補枠を１以上抽出する部分である。なお、抽出部１７は、スケジュール調整装置１における必須の構成要素ではない。
　具体的には、例えば、抽出部１７は、判定部１５により予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったと判定されたときに、候補枠情報記憶部２１において一定数以上又は一定割合以上の参加可能であることを示す参加可否情報が登録されている候補枠情報を抽出する。そして、抽出部１７は、抽出した候補枠情報が有する日時に関する属性（例えば、ゴルフのプレー開始の日時）に時間的に最も近い属性を有する候補枠を、予約システムＲにおいて予約が可能な候補枠から抽出する。または、抽出部１７は、抽出した候補枠情報が有する場所に関する属性（例えば、ゴルフ場のコース）に地理的に最も近い属性を有する候補枠を、予約システムＲにおいて予約が可能な候補枠から抽出する。
　そして、通知部１６は、抽出部１７により抽出された候補枠を含むレコメンド情報を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する。これにより、参加者からの参加可否情報の登録及び予約システムＲにおける予約の状況の変換により予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になった場合に、幹事は、参加者が参加可能な蓋然性が高い候補枠を容易に認識できる。従って、幹事は、ユーザ端末ＴＳを介して候補枠を再設定できる。
　さらに、設定部１１が幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳから候補枠情報の追加の設定を受け付けた場合に、提示部１２は、追加設定された候補枠情報を参加者のユーザ端末Ｔに提示する。これにより、参加者は、追加設定された候補枠情報を認識できる。さらに、追加設定された候補枠情報を参加者のユーザ端末Ｔに提示する際に、提示先のユーザ端末Ｔを、候補枠情報が追加設定される以前に設定されていた候補枠情報に対する参加可否情報を受け付けたユーザ端末Ｔに限定することとしてもよい。このように提示先を限定することにより、追加された候補枠に関する情報は、候補枠が変更されたことを知らせる必要がある参加者のみに知らされることとなる。従って、候補枠の提示のためのトラフィックの軽減が可能となる。
　次に、図９を参照して、本実施形態のスケジュール調整方法について説明する。図８は、図２に示したスケジュール調整装置１におけるスケジュール調整方法の処理内容の例を示すフローチャートである。
　まず、設定部１１は、イベントの幹事が利用するユーザ端末ＴＳから、候補枠情報の設定を受け付ける（Ｓ１）。続いて、提示部１２は、イベントの参加者が利用するユーザ端末Ｔに、ステップＳ１において設定された候補枠情報を提示する（Ｓ２）。
　次に、ステップＳ３において、ユーザ端末Ｔからの候補枠情報に対する参加可否情報の登録が受付部１３により受け付けられた場合には、処理手順はステップＳ５に進められる。一方、ユーザ端末Ｔからの候補枠情報に対する参加可否情報の登録が受け付けらなかった場合には、処理手順はステップＳ４に進められる。
　ステップＳ４において、予約システムＲからの予約情報が取得部１４により取得された場合には、処理手順はステップＳ５に進められる。一方、予約システムＲからの予約情報が取得されなかった場合には、処理手順はステップＳ３に戻り、ステップＳ３～Ｓ４の判定処理が繰り返される。なお、ステップＳ４の処理は、候補枠情報が提示された全ての参加者のユーザ端末Ｔからの参加可否情報の登録が受け付け済みである場合に限り実施されることとしてもよい。これにより、判定処理の係る処理負荷が軽減される。
　ステップＳ５において、判定部１５は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において、予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かを判定する（Ｓ５）。予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったと判定された場合には、処理手順はステップＳ６に進められる。一方、予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったと判定されなかった場合には、処理手順はステップＳ３に戻る。
　そして、通知部１６は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったことを幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知する（Ｓ６）。なお、通知部１６は、この通知に際して、抽出部１７により抽出された候補枠を含むレコメンド情報を幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに併せて通知してもよい。
　次に、図１０を参照して、コンピュータをスケジュール調整装置１として機能させるためのスケジュール調整プログラムを説明する。スケジュール調整プログラム１ｐは、メインモジュール１０ｍ、設定モジュール１１ｍ、提示モジュール１２ｍ、受付モジュール１３ｍ、取得モジュール１４ｍ、判定モジュール１５ｍ、通知モジュール１６ｍ及び抽出モジュール１７ｍを備える。
　メインモジュール１０ｍは、スケジュール調整処理を統括的に制御する部分である。設定モジュール１１ｍ、提示モジュール１２ｍ、受付モジュール１３ｍ、取得モジュール１４ｍ、判定モジュール１５ｍ、通知モジュール１６ｍ及び抽出モジュール１７ｍを実行することにより実現される機能はそれぞれ、図２に示されるスケジュール調整装置１の設定部１１、提示部１２、受付部１３、取得部１４、判定部１５、通知部１６及び抽出部１７の機能と同様である。
　スケジュール調整プログラム１ｐは、例えば、ＣＤ－ＲＯＭやＤＶＤ、ＲＯＭ等の記憶媒体１ｄまたは半導体メモリによって提供される。また、スケジュール調整プログラム１ｐは、搬送波に重畳されたコンピュータデータ信号として通信ネットワークを介して提供されてもよい。
　以上説明した本実施形態のスケジュール調整装置１、スケジュール調整方法、スケジュール調整プログラム１ｐによれば、幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳにより設定された候補枠に対する参加者からの参加可否情報及び予約システムＲからの候補枠に関する予約情報が取得され、取得されたこれらの情報に基づき予約可能枠が必要枠数未満になったと判定された場合に、その旨が幹事のユーザ端末ＴＳに通知される。これにより、幹事は設定した候補枠の予約が不可能になったことを知ることができる。従って、新たな候補日時を参加者に提示してスケジュールを再調整する必要が生じていることを、幹事に早期に認識することが可能となる。
　以上、本発明をその実施形態に基づいて詳細に説明した。しかし、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。本発明は、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で様々な変形が可能である。本実施形態では、複数人からなる組でのゴルフをイベントとして、ゴルフ場の予約に際してのスケジュール調整を例に本発明を説明したが、本発明は、宿泊施設での宿泊の予約、フットサルの試合の実施及びそのコートの予約、並びに会議室及びホールの予約に際してのスケジュール調整にも適用できる。

Claims (12)

  1. 　幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、前記イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置であって、
    　前記幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を前記幹事端末に通知する通知手段、
    　を備えるスケジュール調整装置。
  2. 　イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムとの通信により予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を取得可能であり、
    　予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を前記予約システムから取得する取得手段を更に備え、
    　前記実施不可能条件は、前記取得手段により取得された予約情報において予約がされていない前記候補枠である予約可能枠の数が、イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示す必要枠数未満になった場合である、
    　請求項１に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  3. 　イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、前記候補枠を提示する提示手段と、
    　前記候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を前記候補枠ごとに前記参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、
    　前記実施不可能条件は、イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示す必要枠数に対して前記参加者が参加可能な最大の人数である最大開催人数を超える人数の参加者からの、参加可能であることを示す参加可否情報を受け付けた場合、または、参加可能であることを示す参加可否情報が受け付けられた参加者の数が、前記必要枠数に対してイベントの実施が可能な最低の人数である最低開催人数未満であった場合である、
    　請求項１または２に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  4. 　イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムとの通信により予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を取得可能であり、
    　予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を前記予約システムから取得する取得手段と、
    　前記イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、前記候補枠を提示する提示手段と、
    　前記候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を前記候補枠ごとに前記参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、
    　前記実施不可能条件は、前記候補枠において、参加不可を示す前記参加可否情報の登録がされておらず且つ前記取得手段により取得された予約情報において予約がされていない候補枠である予約可能枠の数が、前記イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示し前記幹事端末又は当該スケジュール調整装置により設定された必要枠数未満になった場合である、
    　請求項１に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  5. 　前記通知手段は、前記取得手段が、前記予約システムからの前記予約情報を取得したときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
    　請求項２又は４に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  6. 　前記通知手段は、前記受付手段が、前記参加者端末からの前記参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
    　請求項３又は４に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  7. 　前記通知手段は、前記受付手段が、前記参加可否情報が未登録であった参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
    　請求項３又は４に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  8. 　前記通知手段は、前記提示手段により候補枠を提示された全ての参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録が受け付け済みである場合に、前記取得手段が前記予約システムからの前記予約情報を取得したときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
    　請求項４に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  9. 　前記候補枠は、時間的な属性及び地理的な属性を有し、
    　当該スケジュール調整装置は、
    　前記通知手段により前記実施不可能条件が満たされたと判定された場合に、
    イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムにおいて予約が可能な枠のうち、前記候補枠のうちのいずれかの候補枠と、時間的又は地理的に最も近い属性を有する枠を１以上抽出する抽出手段をさらに備え、
    　前記通知手段は、前記抽出手段により抽出された枠を候補枠として含むレコメンド情報を前記幹事端末に通知する、
    　請求項１～８のいずれか１項に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  10. 　イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、前記候補枠を提示する提示手段と、
    　前記候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を前記候補枠ごとに前記参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、
    　前記通知手段により、前記実施不可能条件が満たされた旨が前記幹事端末に通知された後に、前記幹事端末からの候補枠の追加の設定を受け付けた場合に、前記提示手段は、前記受付手段により前記参加可否情報の登録を受け付けた参加者端末に、前記追加の設定に係る候補枠を提示する、
    　請求項１に記載のスケジュール調整装置。
  11. 　幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、前記イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置におけるスケジュール調整方法であって、
    　前記幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を前記幹事端末に通知する通知ステップ、
    　を有するスケジュール調整方法。
  12. 　コンピュータを、幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、前記イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置として機能させるためのスケジュール調整プログラムであって、
    　前記コンピュータに、
    　前記幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を前記幹事端末に通知する通知機能、
    　を実現させるスケジュール調整プログラム。
