Abstract
Description
図5(a)に示す例では、全ての参加者が参加可能な候補枠は候補枠情報4のみであり、予約システムRでは全ての候補枠が未予約であるので、予約可能枠は、候補枠情報4のみである。そして、取得部14が予約システムRからの予約情報を取得すると、判定部15は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったか否かを判定する。図5(b)に示す例では、予約システムRからの予約情報により、候補枠情報4に示される候補枠が予約済となったので、判定部15は、候補枠情報に示される候補枠において予約可能枠の数が必要枠数未満になったことを判定する。そして、通知部16は、その旨を幹事のユーザ端末TSに通知する。
Claims (12)
- 幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、前記イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置であって、
前記幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を前記幹事端末に通知する通知手段、
を備えるスケジュール調整装置。 - イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムとの通信により予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を取得可能であり、
予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を前記予約システムから取得する取得手段を更に備え、
前記実施不可能条件は、前記取得手段により取得された予約情報において予約がされていない前記候補枠である予約可能枠の数が、イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示す必要枠数未満になった場合である、
請求項1に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、前記候補枠を提示する提示手段と、
前記候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を前記候補枠ごとに前記参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、
前記実施不可能条件は、イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示す必要枠数に対して前記参加者が参加可能な最大の人数である最大開催人数を超える人数の参加者からの、参加可能であることを示す参加可否情報を受け付けた場合、または、参加可能であることを示す参加可否情報が受け付けられた参加者の数が、前記必要枠数に対してイベントの実施が可能な最低の人数である最低開催人数未満であった場合である、
請求項1または2に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムとの通信により予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を取得可能であり、
予約が受け付けられた枠に関する予約情報を前記予約システムから取得する取得手段と、
前記イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、前記候補枠を提示する提示手段と、
前記候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を前記候補枠ごとに前記参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、
前記実施不可能条件は、前記候補枠において、参加不可を示す前記参加可否情報の登録がされておらず且つ前記取得手段により取得された予約情報において予約がされていない候補枠である予約可能枠の数が、前記イベントの実施のために予約する必要がある枠数を示し前記幹事端末又は当該スケジュール調整装置により設定された必要枠数未満になった場合である、
請求項1に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - 前記通知手段は、前記取得手段が、前記予約システムからの前記予約情報を取得したときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
請求項2又は4に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - 前記通知手段は、前記受付手段が、前記参加者端末からの前記参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
請求項3又は4に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - 前記通知手段は、前記受付手段が、前記参加可否情報が未登録であった参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録を受け付けたときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
請求項3又は4に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - 前記通知手段は、前記提示手段により候補枠を提示された全ての参加者端末からの参加可否情報の登録が受け付け済みである場合に、前記取得手段が前記予約システムからの前記予約情報を取得したときに、前記実施不可能条件が満たされたか否かの判定を実施する、
請求項4に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - 前記候補枠は、時間的な属性及び地理的な属性を有し、
当該スケジュール調整装置は、
前記通知手段により前記実施不可能条件が満たされたと判定された場合に、
イベントを実施するための枠に対する予約の受け付けを行う予約システムにおいて予約が可能な枠のうち、前記候補枠のうちのいずれかの候補枠と、時間的又は地理的に最も近い属性を有する枠を1以上抽出する抽出手段をさらに備え、
前記通知手段は、前記抽出手段により抽出された枠を候補枠として含むレコメンド情報を前記幹事端末に通知する、
請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - イベントの参加者が利用する参加者端末に、前記候補枠を提示する提示手段と、
前記候補枠において実施されるイベントに対する参加の可否を示す参加可否情報の登録を前記候補枠ごとに前記参加者端末から受け付ける受付手段と、を更に備え、
前記通知手段により、前記実施不可能条件が満たされた旨が前記幹事端末に通知された後に、前記幹事端末からの候補枠の追加の設定を受け付けた場合に、前記提示手段は、前記受付手段により前記参加可否情報の登録を受け付けた参加者端末に、前記追加の設定に係る候補枠を提示する、
請求項1に記載のスケジュール調整装置。 - 幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、前記イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置におけるスケジュール調整方法であって、
前記幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を前記幹事端末に通知する通知ステップ、
を有するスケジュール調整方法。 - コンピュータを、幹事が参加者を募って実施するイベントにおいて、前記イベントを実施するための枠であって少なくとも日時に関する情報を含む枠の、幹事による決定をアシストするスケジュール調整装置として機能させるためのスケジュール調整プログラムであって、
前記コンピュータに、
前記幹事が利用する幹事端末により設定された、イベントを実施する複数の候補枠が所定の実施不可能条件を満たした場合に、その旨を前記幹事端末に通知する通知機能、
