- 상온의 물을 사용하여 커피를 추출하는 더치 커피 드립장치에 있어서,상기 더치 커피 드립장치는,상부플레이트(11), 중간 플레이트(12) 및 하부플레이트(14)가 구비된 거치대(10)와;상기 상부플레이트(11)에 고정되는 급수용기(20)와;상기 급수용기(20)의 하부에 설치되어 상기 급수용기(20)로부터 공급된 물을 가압하여 분사하는 가압펌프(30)와;상기 중간플레이트(12)에 고정되며, 내부에 커피분말을 수용하여 상기 가압펌프(30)로부터 분사된 물에 의해 커피가 추출되는 드리퍼(40) 및;상기 하부플레이트(14)에 고정되며 상기 드리퍼(40)로부터 추출되는 커피가 담기는 드립서버(50)로 이루어지고,상기 가압펌프(30)는 구동모터(35)와, 상기 구동모터(35)에 의해 회전 동작하는 캠(35A)과, 상기 캠(35A)에 의해 상하동작하는 가압레버(34)와, 상기 가압레버(34)의 동작에 의해 가압된 물을 분사하는 분사노즐(33)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 더치 커피 드립장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가압펌프(30)의 상부에는 물유입공(32)이 형성되고, 상기 물유입공(32)은 상기 급수용기(20)의 하단에 형성된 급수공과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더치 커피 드립장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분사노즐(33)은 상기 가압레버(34)에 고정 설치되어 상기 가압레버(34)와 함께 상하동작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더치 커피 드립장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 가압레버(34)의 일단은 스프링(S)에 의해 탄지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더치 커피 드립장치.
