Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle box device such as a vehicle glove box device.
- a conventional glove box device for a vehicle as a vehicle box device 1 includes an opening 2 a that opens upward and a vehicle interior side opening 2 b that opens toward the vehicle interior.
- the inner member 2 and the outer member 3 that is vibration welded from the vehicle compartment side to the periphery of the vehicle compartment side opening 2b of the inner member 2 to close the vehicle compartment side opening 2b of the inner member 2.
- the inner member 2 and the outer member 3 are respectively molded and subjected to secondary processing such as painting and flocking as necessary, and a lock device (not shown) for holding the box device 1 in the closed position is assembled. Are fixed to each other by vibration welding.
- the conventional vehicle box device 1 has the following problems (A) and (B).
- A Problems associated with vibration welding
- A-1 Since the shape and size of the inner member 2 and the outer member 3 differ for each vehicle type, a vibration welding jig for welding the inner member 2 and the outer member 3 Need to be newly installed for each vehicle type, resulting in a large cost. Further, the vibration welding equipment is huge, and the box device 1 cannot be produced in a production place that does not have the vibration welding equipment. Therefore, the production place of the box device 1 is limited, which is far from being multi-polar production bases. It can be said that it is a construction method.
- A-2 As shown in FIG.
- ribs 2c for vibration welding with the outer member 3 are provided on the side surface of the outer member 3 at the periphery of the passenger compartment side opening 2b in the inner member 2.
- the mold drawing direction of the mold for molding the inner member 2 becomes the vehicle / anti-chamber side direction substantially orthogonal to the vertical direction, and when trying to mold the inner member 2 without using the slide mold, FIG.
- an inner winding flange 2 d that narrows the storage space of the box 1 may be generated in the inner member 2.
- problems such as a decrease in the storage space of the box 1 and a decrease in design are caused.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle box device that can solve at least one of problems associated with vibration welding and problems when secondary processing is performed on an inner member.
- the present invention for achieving the above object is as follows. (1) having an outer member and an inner member fixed to the outer member;
- the outer member includes a design panel portion whose side surface is a design surface, and a pair of side panel portions extending from the both ends in the box width direction of the design panel portion to the side opposite to the vehicle compartment,
- the inner member includes a cover panel portion that covers a side surface of the design panel portion opposite the vehicle compartment from the side opposite the vehicle compartment, a bottom wall panel portion that extends from the lower end portion of the cover panel portion toward the vehicle compartment side, and the bottom wall panel A rear wall panel portion extending upward from the end portion on the side opposite to the vehicle compartment,
- 1 Storage space that opens upwards of the two

Abstract
