Claims
Au Titre de l'Article 19 PCT, nous déposons ci-joint un jeu revendications amendées en réponse aux objections soulevées dans l'opinion écrite annexée au Rapport de Recherche Internationale émis en relation avec la demande internationale PCT en référence.
Plus particulièrement,
Au point VIII-2 de l'opinion écrite, il est indiqué que :
Le terme « engrenage réducteur » employé dans la revendication 1 et sur les pages 5, lignes 6-11, et 12, lignes 22-27, a un sens contraire à ce qui est bien établi dans la technique, au point que l'objet de ladite revendication n 'est as clairement défini (art. 6 PCT).
En réponse à cette observation, les revendications 1 et 15 ont été modifiées pour indiquer que la réduction est du premier disque au support de masse, et non pas du support de masse au premier disque.
Cette modification est fondée sur la description, par exemple à la page 12 ligne 23 à la page 13 ligne 28, en relation avec les figures 3A, 3B.
En conséquence, le sens du terme « engrenage réducteur », bien que ne correspondant pas à ce qui est établi dans la technique, est cohérent dans les revendications telles que modifiées, prise en considération avec la description et dessins tels que déposés.
