Abstract

食用油劣化防止部材の製造方法であって、(1)加熱温度が750℃以上である、アンモニアガス雰囲気下での加熱処理及び窒素ガス雰囲気下での加熱処理よりなる群から選択される1 種の処理方法により、金属チタン材料又はチタン合金材料の表面にチタン窒化物を形成する工程、(2)工程(1)で得られた、表面にチタン窒化物が形成された金属チタン材料又はチタン合金材料を、チタンに対してエッチング作用を有しない電解液中で、10V以上の電圧を印加することにより陽極酸化を行い、チタンの酸化皮膜を形成する工程、及び(3)工程(2)で得られた、表面にチタンの酸化皮膜が形成された金属チタン材料又はチタン合金材料を、大気雰囲気、酸素ガスと窒素ガスを混合させた雰囲気又は酸素ガス雰囲気から選択された雰囲気下で、400℃以上の温度で加熱処理を行う工程を含むことを特徴とする食用油劣化防止部材の製造方法。
