このように、構成することでワークの位置決め治具に対する着脱を確実に行え、更に溶接終了後のワークを左右のクランプ爪を外側に移動するだけで、簡単にコンベアベルト上に落とすことができる。
Claims (3)
- ワークの搬送方向に沿って複数のスポット溶接ステーションが等間隔で設けられたスポット溶接装置において、このスポット溶接装置は各スポット溶接ステーション毎に配置される位置決め治具と、複数のワークを同時に上流側のスポット溶接ステーションから下流側のスポット溶接ステーションへ1ステーションづつ搬送すべく垂直面内でクランク動を行う搬送治具と、前記位置決め治具に対しワークを着脱すべく前記搬送治具に取付けられたクランプ機構とを備えることを特徴とするスポット溶接装置。
- 請求項1に記載のスポット溶接装置において、このスポット溶接装置は複数のスポット溶接装置ユニットが連接され、各スポット溶接装置ユニット毎に複数のスポット溶接ステーションが等間隔で設けられ、且つ各スポット溶接装置ユニット毎に前記位置決め治具、前記搬送治具及び前記クランプ機構が設けられていることを特徴とするスポット溶接装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載のスポット溶接装置において、前記クランプ機構はクランプ爪を有し、このクランプ爪は位置決め治具からワークを取り外すために下側爪と位置決め治具にワークを取り付けるための上側爪とからなり、これら下側爪と上側爪との間隔はワークの厚みよりも大きいことを特徴とするスポット溶接装置。
