먼저, 상기 시험예 2와 동일한 방법으로 인삼 추출물의 주요 구성성분인 진세노사이드 Rbl, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Re 및 Rgl을 각각 종류별로 모유두세포에 0.1 μΜ, iM씩 처리하였고, 24시간 경과 후에 WST-1 키트 (Roche)을 사용하여 세 포 증식능 (¾>)을 측정하였다. 그 결과를 도 6에 나타내었다. 그 다음, 55세 남성의 후두부 두피조직으로부터 모낭 기관을 하나씩 분 리하여 William's E 배지 (L—글투타민 (2mM) , 인술린 (10//g/ml ), 히드로코르티손 (40ng/ml), 항생제 (1%), 항진균제 ( ) 함유)에 배양하였다. 배양 후 3일째에 성장이 일어난 모낭을 선별하여 3mm로 자르고 선별한 모낭 조직에 대해, 약물 을 처리하지 않은 경우를 대조군으로 하고, 실험군은 실시예 1에서 얻은 인삼 추출물 2ppm, 5ppm을 각각 처리한 경우와 비교예 1을 5ppm 처리한 경우로 나누 었다. 그리고, 처리한지 8일 후 각각 길이 측정 및 사진촬영을 진행하였다. 그 결과를 도 7에 나타내었다.  Then, the follicular organs were separated one by one from the posterior scalp tissue of a 55-year-old male. 따라서 상기 도 6 및 도 7의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 본 발명에 따른 인삼 추출물은 기존의 일반 인삼 추출물보다 모발 성장 촉진 효과를 갖는 진세노사 이드 Rbl, Rc, Rgl을 더 증가된 함량으로 포함하기 때문에, 모낭에서 모발의 길이 성장을 촉진하는 효과가 우수함을 알 수 있다. 하기에 본 발명에 따른 조성물의 제형예를 설명하나, 다른 여러 가지 제 형으로도 웅용 가능하며, 이는 본 발명을 한정하고자 함이 아닌 단지 구체적으 로 설명하고자 함이다.  Therefore, when combining the results of FIGS. 6 and 7, the ginseng extract according to the present invention includes a ginsenoside Rbl, Rc, and Rgl having an increased content than the conventional ginseng extract in an increased content. [제형예 8] 연질갑셀제 Formulation Example 8 Soft Chalcedel
실시예 1의 추출물 50mg, Lᅳ카르니틴 80~140mg, 대두유 180mg, 팜유 2mg, 식물성 경화유 ig, 황납 4mg 및 레시틴 6mg을 흔합하고, 통상의 방법에 따라 1캡술당 400mg씩 층진하여 연질갑셀을 제조하였다.  50 mg of extract of Example 1, 80 ~ 140mg L-carnitine, 180mg soybean oil, palm oil 2mg, vegetable hardened oil ig, 4kg and lecithin 6mg were mixed and layered by 400mg per capsule according to a conventional method to prepare a soft shell cell .
