Definitions
- the invention relates to a collapsible sales and transport container with a large-volume mesh basket forming lattice walls according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a system is realized in which the container is provided in the corner areas with respective integral vertical struts and two diagonally opposite vertical struts opposite longitudinal side walls each carry about a vertical axis pivotable transverse side walls.
- two flap units are formed in the region of the container, which are folded in opposite directions after collapsing the pivotable transverse side walls to the longitudinal side wall with the base frame in a packing position. The collapsed containers can then be accommodated in a waiting position to save space.
- a collapsible transport and storage container in which the flap units consisting of the at least two displaceable side walls can be positioned in a horizontal superimposition, such that a plurality of the containers can then be positioned one above the other in a vertical stacking position.
- a collapsible sales container in the form of a lattice table according to DE 20 2010 003 310 is between the opposite longitudinal struts of Sei-
- CONFIRMATION COPY tenrow arranged a connecting bolt which meets perpendicular to the two opposite struts of the longitudinal side walls.
- a folding container which can be provided as a portable unit both in an open filling position and folded for transport by the customer in the manner of a carrying bag.
- a mesh basket is proposed for use in supermarkets, wherein respective posts supporting the pivotable side walls are provided in the rich of their feet are designed to be foldable. This is achieved in superimposed position of the container in non-use position a more compact position.
- the invention is concerned with the problem of creating a collapsible sales and transport container in the form of a self-service lending equipment for the lattice table, which has little technical effort in a non-use position movable accessories and these are together with the base frame in a compact and space-saving pack position displaced ,
- Foldable sales and transport containers are known in the form of so-called lattice tables, wherein respective side walls are pivotally supported on vertical struts and these vertical struts are connected to the bottom side with a base frame.
- lattice tables particularly adapted to representative uses in self-service shops, supermarkets or the like, a space-saving non-use position of the lattice table can be achieved in different variants by mutual folding displacement of side walls (DE 20 2004 014 597; DE 20 2010 003 310).
- these pairwise cooperatively now - after removal of the bottom part - can be pivoted so that a largely free space is formed above the Z structure of the base frame and only the respective diagonal connecting strut of the container is guided by this gap.
- the containers With this z-shaped structure partially folded in plan view, the containers can now be "nested” in such a way that a space-saving packing position is achieved by a horizontal pushing movement of the sales and transport containers.
- the connecting struts are aligned and fixed in their angular position so that their distance from each other allows optimal nesting and minimizing the space required in the pack position.
- This concept with the at least one connecting strut assumes that it is to be connected in each case in the vicinity of one of the vertical struts with the support strut of the longitudinal side wall assigned at the bottom. It is provided that at this, a respective connection point defining vertical strut, the respective associated transverse side wall is unlocked. It follows that the opposite transverse side walls are to be displaced by an opposing folding movement in the non-use position and thus this flap unit can each occupy a known per se position.
- the integrable in any height in the system floor parts, partitions or similar accessories of the lattice table are designed so that these accessories can be removed from the mounting position above the base frame and only then the above-described folding displacement of the transverse side walls is possible.
- the invention provides extended concept that provided in the form of Bodenwand- and / or partition parts in the interior of the sales and transport container accessories are now optimized so that all accessories in their non-use position in the space-saving "compressed" container system can be integrated.
- the adaptable to the practical conditions and inexperienced operators concept provides that the accessories are housed in a precisely assigned "parking position". In this case, even with a movement of the collapsed container system to a Verwahrort a sufficient backup of the accessories - for the combined sales and transport container - guaranteed.
- all accessories are fixed via respective form-locking holding connections directly in the region of the transverse and / or longitudinal side walls of the container which cooperate as a flap unit. It is also conceivable that the accessories are fixed non-positively by means of respective clamping and / or connector. In this case, clamping parts that can be operated with tools are conceivable. Even by comparatively easy-to-use latching connector fast assembly and disassembly of the parts can be made possible.
- the corresponding plug, clamp, latch and / or latch parts are to be solved in a first phase, so that the two collapsed flap units having base frame of the container construction can be moved apart.
- the accessories can be released from their respective parking positions and connected in the interior of the container with the respective walls and struts of the base frame in an intended and structurally variably predetermined installation position.
