图 1为本发明实施例提供的一个非接触支付方法的流程图, 如图 1所 示, 该方法包括:
歩骤 100, 接收读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令; 收银员对用户购物进行结算后, 用户首先启动具有 NFC功能的移动终 端上的银行支付应用, 并将移动终端上的 NFCC配置为卡模拟模式, 然后 将该移动终端靠近具有 NFC功能的读取终端进行支付, 当读取终端检测到 靠近的移动终端后, 向该移动终端发送包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命 令, 移动终端通过 NFCC接收该选择命令并发送给本地的银行支付应用, 从而银行支付应用接收到读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选 择命令。 其中, 金融文件应用标识符由《中国金融集成电路(IC )卡规范》 所规定的, 金融文件应用标识符具体为: " 2PAY. SYS. DDF01 " 。
需要说明的是, 本发明各实施例中涉及的具有 NFC功能的移动终端包 括:智能手机、电子钱包等,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,具备 DH、 NFCC 和 SE的实体功能的 NFC设备均可执行本实施例涉及的非接触支付方法, 以智能手机为例, DH对应着手机的处理器, 例如, 基带处理器; NFCC对 应着 NFC芯片; SE对应着 SIM卡或 SD卡 (Secure Digi tal Card) 。
歩骤 101, 若确定需要执行辅助支付应用, 则向所述读取终端返回与 所述金融文件应用标识符对应的近距离支付系统环境 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包 括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识所述辅助支付应用的第二 应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级高于所述第一应用标识符的 优先级;
DH对接收到的选择命令进行解析获取金融文件应用标识符,若确定需 要进行辅助支付应用, 则在本地获取与金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE , 该 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付应用 的第二应用标识符, 且第二应用标识符的优先级高于第一应用标识符的优 先级, 然后将该 PPSE发送给 NFCC, NFCC将该 PPSE发送给读取终端, 从 而读取终端获取与金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE。读取终端对接收到的 PPSE 进行解析获取标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付 应用的第二应用标识符, 并获知第二应用标识符的优先级高于第一应用 标识符的优先级, 然后根据应用标识符的优先级按照从高到低的顺序选择 应用标识符、 并根据应用标识符从移动终端中获取与支付应用对应的支付 信息完成支付。
歩骤 102, 在接收到所述读取终端发送的包含所述第二应用标识的选 择命令时, 调用所述辅助支付应用与所述读取终端进行非接触通信;
读取终端根据 PPSE 中应用标识符的优先级, 向移动终端发送包含第 二应用标识符的选择命令, 移动终端对接收到选择命令进行解析获取第二 应用标识时, 调用与辅助支付应用对应的第一信息与读取终端进行非接触 通信, 并接收读取终端返回的第二信息, 其中, 所述第一信息包括: 会员 卡的信息和 /或优惠券的信息。 所述第二信息包括: 积分信息和 /或确认信 息。 由上所述: 调用辅助支付应用与读取终端进行非接触通信具体包括: 调用辅助支付应用向读取终端发送会员卡的信息, 接收读取终端返回 的积分信息; 或者, 调用辅助支付应用向读取终端发送优惠券的信息, 接 收读取终端使用优惠券的确认信息; 或者, 调用辅助支付应用向读取终端 发送会员卡的信息和优惠券的信息, 接收读取终端返回的积分信息和使用 优惠券的确认信息。
歩骤 103, 在接收到所述读取终端发送的包含所述第一应用标识的选 择命令时, 调用所述银行支付应用与所述读取终端进行非接触支付。
当读取终端根据移动终端返回的与第一信息确定支付未完成时, 向移 动终端发送包含所述第一应用标识符的选择命令, 移动终端对接收到的选 择命令进行解析, 获取第一应用标识符, 调用银行支付应用向读取终端返 回第三信息, 从而读取终端接收移动终端根据包含所述第一应用标识符的 选择命令返回的第三信息, 完成非接触支付。
本实施例提供的非接触支付方法, 具有 NFC功能的移动终端接收读取 终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令后, 若确定需要进行辅助 支付应用, 则向读取终端返回与金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE , 其中, PPSE包括:标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付应用的第 二应用标识符, 且第二应用标识符的优先级高于第一应用标识符的优先 级, 从而读取终端根据 PPSE 中支付应用的优先级按照从高到低的顺序、 且根据支付应用的应用标识符从移动终端中依次获取与支付应用对应的 支付信息完成支付。 从而实现了具有 NFC功能的移动终端对银行信息和辅 助信息的兼容处理, 使用户通过具有 NFC功能的移动终端可以与读取终端 自动完成支付, 提高了非接触支付的效率。
基于上述实施例, 银行支付应用和辅助支付应用的存储位置可以根据 需要进行调整, 比如: 银行支付应用存储在移动终端中的安全单元 SE上, 且辅助支付应用存储在移动终端中设备主机 DH上, 或者, 银行支付应用 和辅助支付应用均存储在所述 DH上, 或者, 银行支付应用和辅助支付应 用均存储在所述 SE上。
需要说明的是: 银行支付应用和辅助支付应用是不同的应用程序, 其 中, 银行支付应用是用于管理用于支付的银行卡帐号的应用程序; 辅助支 付应用是用于管理会员卡和 /或优惠券的应用程序。
基于上述实施例, 所述第二应用标识符的优先级和所述第一应用标识 符的优先级由所述银行支付应用设定。
基于上述实施例, 具体地, 移动终端中的 NFCC接收读取终端发送的 包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令后,并将该选择命令发送给具有 PPSE 的银行支付应用的方式很多, 包括:
方式一: NFCC接收读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命 令并进行解析获取金融文件应用标识符, 然后查看本地预先配置的路由 表, 若根据该路由表获知与金融文件应用标识符对应的目的地为 SE , 则判 断获知银行支付应用存储在 SE上, 从而将该选择命令发送给 SE上的银行 支付应用, 若根据路由表没有获知与金融文件应用标识符对应的目的地, 则判断获知银行支付应用存储在 DH上, 从而将该选择命令发送给 DH上的 银行支付应用。 其中, NFCC上的路由表可以通过 SE或者 DH进行配置。
方式二: NFCC接收读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命 令并将该选择命令向 DH和 SE进行广播, 当 DH和 SE接收到 NFCC广播的 该选择命令后进行解析获取金融文件应用标识符, 并判断自身是否存储有 包含与金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE的银行支付应用,若有,则向 NFCC 发送确认响应, 若没有, 则不进行响应。
需要说明的是, 本发明各实施例中的辅助支付应用是移动终端在出厂 时就设置好的, 或者是移动终端从相关的服务器上下载的, 辅助支付应用 对辅助支付信息进行管理和维护, 辅助支付信息具体包括会员卡、 优惠券 等信息。 辅助支付应用的第二应用标识符可以是系统预先设置好的、 也可 以是临时分配的。 具体的分配过程说明如下: 辅助支付应用向银行支付应 用发送应用标识符分配请求消息, 银行支付应用接收到辅助支付应用发送 的应用标识符分配请求消息后, 向辅助支付应用返回包括辅助支付应用的 第二应用标识符的分配响应消息。 图 2为本发明实施例提供的另一个非接触支付方法的流程图, 如图 2 所示, 该方法包括:
歩骤 200, 在确定需要进行非接触支付时向具有 NFC功能的移动终端 发送包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令;
收银员对用户购物进行结算后, 用户首先启动具有 NFC功能的移动终 端上的银行支付应用, 并将移动终端上的 NFCC配置为卡模拟模式, 然后 将该移动终端靠近具有 NFC功能的读取终端进行支付, 当读取终端检测到 靠近的移动终端后, 向该移动终端发送包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命 令, 其中, 金融文件应用标识符由 《中国金融集成电路 (IC ) 卡规范》 所 规定的, 金融文件应用标识符具体为: " 2PAY. SYS. DDF01 " 。
歩骤 201, 接收所述移动终端返回的与所述金融文件应用标识符对应 的 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识辅 助支付应用的第二应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级高于所述 第一应用标识符的优先级;
移动终端中的 NFCC接收该选择命令并发送给本地的银行支付应用, 从而银行支付应用接收到读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选 择命令, 银行支付应用对接收到的选择命令进行解析获取金融文件应用标 识符, 在本地获取与金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE , 该 PPSE包括: 标 识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付应用的第二应用标识 符, 且第二应用标识的优先级高于第一应用标识的优先级, 然后银行支付 应用将该 PPSE发送给 NFCC , NFCC将该 PPSE发送给读取终端, 从而读取 终端获取与金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE。 读取终端对接收到的 PPSE 进行解析获取第一应用标识符和第二应用标识符, 并获知第二应用标识符 的优先级高于第一应用标识符的优先级。
歩骤 202, 根据所述 PPSE中应用标识符的优先级, 向所述移动终端发 送包含所述第二应用标识符的选择命令;
读取终端根据支付应用的优先级按照从高到低的顺序选择支付应用 的应用标识符、 并根据应用标识符从移动终端中获取与支付应用对应的支 付信息完成支付, 首先向所述移动终端发送包含所述第二应用标识符的选 择命令。 歩骤 203, 接收所述移动终端根据所述包含第二应用标识符的选择命 令返回的第一信息; 根据所述第一信息向所述移动终端返回第二信息; 移动终端对接收到选择命令进行解析获取第二应用标识时, 调用与辅 助支付应用对应的第一信息与读取终端进行非接触通信, 并接收读取终端 返回的第二信息, 其中, 所述第一信息包括: 会员卡的信息和 /或优惠券 的信息。 所述第二信息包括: 积分信息和 /或确认信息。 由上所述: 调用 辅助支付应用与读取终端进行非接触通信具体包括:
调用辅助支付应用向读取终端发送会员卡的信息, 接收读取终端返回 的积分信息; 或者, 调用辅助支付应用向读取终端发送优惠券的信息, 接 收读取终端使用优惠券的确认信息; 或者, 调用辅助支付应用向读取终端 发送会员卡的信息和优惠券的信息, 接收读取终端返回的积分信息和使用 优惠券的确认信息。
歩骤 204, 根据所述第一信息确定支付未完成时, 向所述移动终端发 送包含所述第一应用标识符的选择命令; 接收所述移动终端根据包含所述 第一应用标识符的选择命令返回的第三信息, 完成非接触支付。
当读取终端根据移动终端返回的与第一信息确定支付未完成时, 向移 动终端发送包含所述第一应用标识符的选择命令, 移动终端对接收到的选 择命令进行解析, 获取第一应用标识符, 调用银行支付应用向读取终端返 回第三信息, 从而读取终端接收移动终端根据包含所述第一应用标识符的 选择命令返回的第三信息, 完成非接触支付。
本实施例提供的非接触支付方法, 读取终端向具有 NFC功能的移动终 端发送包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令, 并接收返回的与金融文件应 用标识符对应的 PPSE , 其中, PPSE包括: 银行支付应用的第一应用标识 符和辅助支付应用的第二应用标识符, 且标识辅助支付应用的优先级高于 银行支付应用的优先级, 从而根据 PPSE 中支付应用的优先级按照从高到 低的顺序、 且根据支付应用的应用标识符从移动终端中依次获取与支付应 用对应的支付信息完成支付。 实现了具有 NFC功能的移动终端对银行信息 和辅助信息的兼容处理, 使用户通过具有 NFC功能的移动终端可以与读取 终端自动完成支付, 提高了非接触支付的效率。
针对上述实施例中银行支付应用和辅助支付应用在移动终端中的存 储位置不同, 包括: 银行支付应用存储在 SE上, 且辅助支付应用存储在 DH上, 或者, 银行支付应用和辅助支付应用均存储在所述 DH上, 或者, 银行支付应用和辅助支付应用均存储在 SE上。 为了更清楚的描述移动支 付的流程, 通过两个实施例对上述应用场景的具体实施流程举例说明: 应用场景一: 银行支付应用存储在所述 SE上, 且辅助支付应用存储 在所述 DH上, 具体的移动支付流程如下:
歩骤 1 : DH初始化 NFCC , 配置 NFCC的路由表, 设置金融文件应用标 识符 " 2PAY. SYS. DDF01 " 的目的点为 SE , 表示 NFCC收到携带该应用标识 符的数据后将其路由至 SE, 并且 DH将银行支付应用的第一应用标识符加 入到 NFCC的路由表中, 并设置路由的目的点为 SE , 表示 NFCC 收到携带 第一应用标识符的数据后将其路由至 SE;
歩骤 2 : 用户在 DH上启动辅助支付应用, 并将会员卡和 /或优惠券等 辅助支付信息导入进该辅助支付应用序, 其中, 辅助支付信息可以是从第 三方服务器上下载的, 也可以是存放在本地的信息;
歩骤 3 : 运行在 DH上的辅助支付应用向 SE上的银行支付应用发送应 用标识符分配请求消息, 并接收银行支付应用返回的包括辅助支付应用的 第二应用标识符的分配响应消息;
歩骤 4: 银行支付应用设置 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应 用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付应用的第二应用标识符, 且标识所述 辅助支付应用的优先级高于所述银行支付应用的优先级;
(上述歩骤 1-4属于具有 NFC功能的移动终端中的预处理过程) 歩骤 5 : 用户在移动终端上激活银行支付应用, 由 DH向 SE发送激活 命令, SE 激活对应的银行支付应用, 并向 DH通告激活成功, 并通过 SE 向 NFCC发送配置命令将 NFCC配置为卡模拟模式;
歩骤 6 : 用户将具有 NFC功能的移动终端贴近具有 NFC功能的读取终 端, 读取终端检测到靠近的移动终端后, 向移动终端发送金融文件应用标 识符为 " 2PAY. SYS. DDF01 " 的选择命令;
歩骤 7 : NFCC收到该选择命令后, 对照路由, 将该命令路由至 SE上 的银行支付应用;
歩骤 8 :银行支付应用通过 NFCC向读取终端返回与金融文件应用标识 符对应的 PPSE;
歩骤 9 : 读取终端收到 PPSE进行解析, 选择优先级最高的标识辅助支 付应用的第二应用标识符, 向 NFCC发送包含标识辅助支付应用的第二应 用标识符的选择指令;
歩骤 10 : NFCC收到选择指令后, 解析获取第二应用标识符, 判断获 知该第二应用标识符不在路由表中, 将该选择指令发送给 DH;
歩骤 1 1 : 运行在 DH上的辅助支付应用判断该第二应用标识符与自己 的应用标识符匹配, 将会员卡和 /或优惠券等辅助支付信息经由 NFCC返回 给读取终端;
歩骤 12 : 读取终端与第三方服务器或在本地服务器对会员卡和 /或优 惠券等辅助支付信息进行验证, 如果验证成功, 读取终端进行结算余额, 并判断是否需要继续支付, 如果是, 则执行那个歩骤 13, 否则结束;
歩骤 13 : 读取终端从 PPSE中选择优先级第二的银行支付应用进行下 一歩的交易, 即向 NFCC发送包含银行支付应用的第一应用标识符的选择 指令;
歩骤 14 : NFCC收到选择指令后解析获取第一应用标识符, 判断获知 该第一应用标识符路由到 SE, 即将该选择指令发送给 SE ;
歩骤 15 : 运行在 SE上的银行支付应用判断该第一应用标识符与自己 的应用标识符匹配, 将银行支付信息经由 NFCC返回给读取终端, 读取终 端将银行支付信息发送给对应的银行后台服务器进行支付。
需要说明的是, SE与 DH之间的信息交互可以直接交互, 也可以通过 NFCC进行转发, 根据具体的应用协议进行选择。
应用场景二:所述银行支付应用和所述辅助支付应用均存储在所述 DH 上, 具体的移动支付流程如下:
歩骤 1 : 用户启动银行支付应用, 运行在 DH上的银行支付应用从 SE 中读取相应的银行卡账号及个人密钥信息, 需要说明的是, 该银行卡账号 及个人密钥信息也可以保存在 DH上的银行支付应用中, 若是后者, 可以 省略该歩骤;
歩骤 2 : 用户在 DH上启动辅助支付应用, 并将会员卡和 /或优惠券等 辅助支付信息导入进该辅助支付应用序, 其中, 辅助支付信息可以是从第 三方服务器上下载的, 也可以是存放在本地的信息;
歩骤 3 : 运行在 DH上的辅助支付应用向 DH上的银行支付应用发送应 用标识符分配请求消息, 并接收银行支付应用返回的包括辅助支付应用的 第二应用标识符的分配响应消息;
歩骤 4: 银行支付应用设置 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应 用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付应用的第二应用标识符, 且标识所述 辅助支付应用的优先级高于所述银行支付应用的优先级;
(上述歩骤 1-4属于具有 NFC功能的移动终端中的预处理过程) 歩骤 5 :用户在移动终端上通过 DH向 NFCC发送配置命令将 NFCC配置 为卡模拟模式;
歩骤 6 : 用户将具有 NFC功能的移动终端贴近具有 NFC功能的读取终 端, 读取终端检测到靠近的移动终端后, 向移动终端发送金融文件应用标 识符为 " 2PAY. SYS. DDF01 " 的选择命令;
歩骤 7 : NFCC收到该选择命令后, 对照路由表, 将该选择命令路由至 DH上的银行支付应用;
歩骤 8 : DH上的银行支付应用通过 NFCC向读取终端返回与金融文件 应用标识符对应的 PPSE;
歩骤 9 : 读取终端收到 PPSE进行解析, 选择优先级最高的标识辅助支 付应用的第二应用标识符, 向 NFCC发送包含第二应用标识符的选择指令; 歩骤 10 : NFCC收到选择指令后, 解析获取第二应用标识符, 判断获 知该第二应用标识符不在路由表中, 将该选择指令发送给 DH;
歩骤 1 1 : 运行在 DH上的辅助支付应用判断该第二应用标识符与自己 的应用标识符匹配, 将会员卡和 /或优惠券等辅助支付信息经由 NFCC返回 给读取终端;

本实施例提供的具有 NFC功能的移动终端中各模块的功能和处理流程, 可以参见上述图 1所示的方法实施例, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不 再赘述。
具体地, 银行支付应用和辅助支付应用的存储位置可以根据需要进行 选择, 具体包括:

发送模块 21用于在确定需要进行非接触支付时向具有 NFC功能的移 动终端发送包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令;
第二接收模块 22用于接收所述移动终端返回的与所述金融文件应用 标识符对应的 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识 符和标识辅助支付应用的第二应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先 级高于所述第一应用标识符的优先级;
第二处理模块 23用于根据所述 PPSE中应用标识符的优先级, 向所述 移动终端发送包含所述第二应用标识符的选择命令;

2所示的方法实施例, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的一个非接触支付系统的结构示意图, 如图 5所示, 该系统包括: 具有 NFC功能的移动终端 1和读取终端 2, 其中, 具有 NFC功能的移动终端 1和读取终端 2之间通过 NFC功能的移动终端 1 中的 NFC控制器进行信息交互, 具有 NFC功能的移动终端 1可以采用上述 本发明提到的具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 读取终端 2可以采用上述本发明 提到的读取终端。
本实施例提供的非接触支付系统中各模块的功能和处理流程, 可以参见 上述所示的方法实施例, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
图 6为本发明实施例提供的一个具有 NFC功能的移动终端的硬件结构示 意图, 如图 6所示, 所述移动终端 100包括: 处理器 101、 NFC芯片 102和存 储器 103, 其中, 所述存储器 103为 SIM卡或 SD卡;
其中, 存储器 103用于存储银行支付应用和 /或辅助支付应用;
NFC芯片 102用于接收读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选 择命令;
处理器 101用于若确定需要执行辅助支付应用, 则通过 NFC芯片 102 向所述读取终端返回与所述金融文件应用标识符对应的近距离支付系统 环境 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识 所述辅助支付应用的第二应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级高 于所述第一应用标识符的优先级;
处理器 101还用于通过 NFC芯片 102接收到所述读取终端发送的包含 所述第二应用标识的选择命令时, 调用所述辅助支付应用与所述读取终端 进行非接触通信;
处理器 101还用于通过 NFC芯片 102接收到所述读取终端发送的包含 所述第一应用标识的选择命令时, 调用所述银行支付应用与所述读取终端 进行非接触支付。
进一歩地, 所述处理器 101 调用所述辅助支付应用与所述读取终端进 行非接触通信的过程具体包括:
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送会员卡的信息, 接收所述 读取终端返回的积分信息; 或者,
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送优惠券的信息, 接收所述 读取终端使用所述优惠券的确认信息; 或者,
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送会员卡的信息和优惠券 的信息, 接收所述读取终端返回的积分信息和使用所述优惠券的确认信 息。
本实施例提供的具有 NFC 功能的移动终端中处理器执行存储器中的程 序代码的处理流程, 可以参见上述所示的方法实施例, 其实现原理和技术效 果类似, 此处不再赘述。
图 7为本发明实施例提供的一个读取终端的硬件结构示意图, 如图 7所 示, 所述读取终端 200包括: 处理器 201、存储器 202、 通信接口 203和总线 204。 其中, 所述处理器 201、 存储器 202和通信接口 203之间通过总线 204 连接。 总线 204可以是 ISA总线、 PCI总线或 EISA总线等。 所述总线可以分 为地址总线、 数据总线、 控制总线等。 为便于表示, 图 7中仅用一条粗线表 示, 但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
存储器 202用于存放程序代码, 所述程序代码中包括计算机操作指令。 存储器 202可以是高速随机存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory) , 例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
处理器 201执行所述程序代码, 用于:
在确定需要进行非接触支付时向具有 NFC功能的移动终端发送包含金 融文件应用标识符的选择命令;
接收所述移动终端返回的与所述金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE,所 述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付应用 的第二应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级高于所述第一应用标 识符的优先级;
根据所述 PPSE 中应用标识符的优先级, 向所述移动终端发送包含所 述第二应用标识符的选择命令;
接收所述移动终端根据所述包含第二应用标识符的选择命令返回的 第一信息; 根据所述第一信息向所述移动终端返回第二信息;
根据所述第一信息确定支付未完成时, 向所述移动终端发送包含所述 第一应用标识符的选择命令;
接收所述移动终端根据包含所述第一应用标识符的选择命令返回的 第三信息, 完成非接触支付。
本实施例提供的读取终端中处理器执行存储器中的程序代码的处理流 程, 可以参见上述所示的方法实施例, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不 再赘述。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修 改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不 使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种非接触支付方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令;
若确定需要执行辅助支付应用, 则向所述读取终端返回与所述金融文 件应用标识符对应的近距离支付系统环境 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包括: 标识银 行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识所述辅助支付应用的第二应用标识 符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级高于所述第一应用标识符的优先级; 在接收到所述读取终端发送的包含所述第二应用标识的选择命令时, 调用所述辅助支付应用与所述读取终端进行非接触通信;
在接收到所述读取终端发送的包含所述第一应用标识的选择命令时, 调用所述银行支付应用与所述读取终端进行非接触支付。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的非接触支付方法, 其特征在于,
所述银行支付应用存储在移动终端中的安全单元 SE上, 且所述辅助 支付应用存储在所述移动终端中设备主机 DH上, 或者,
所述银行支付应用和所述辅助支付应用均存储在所述 DH上, 或者, 所述银行支付应用和所述辅助支付应用均存储在所述 SE上。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的非接触支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二应用标识符的优先级和所述第一应用标识符的优先级由所 述银行支付应用设定。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的非接触支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述调用所述辅助支付应用与所述读取终端进行非接触通信, 包括:
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送会员卡的信息, 接收所述 读取终端返回的积分信息; 或者,
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送优惠券的信息, 接收所述 读取终端使用所述优惠券的确认信息; 或者,
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送会员卡的信息和优惠券 的信息, 接收所述读取终端返回的积分信息和使用所述优惠券的确认信 息。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的非接触支付方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二应用标识符是由所述银行支付应用分配的。
6、 一种非接触支付方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在确定需要进行非接触支付时向具有 NFC功能的移动终端发送包含金 融文件应用标识符的选择命令;
接收所述移动终端返回的与所述金融文件应用标识符对应的 PPSE ,所 述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识辅助支付应用 的第二应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级高于所述第一应用标 识符的优先级;
根据所述 PPSE 中应用标识符的优先级, 向所述移动终端发送包含所 述第二应用标识符的选择命令;
接收所述移动终端根据所述包含第二应用标识符的选择命令返回的 第一信息;
根据所述第一信息向所述移动终端返回第二信息;
根据所述第一信息确定支付未完成时, 向所述移动终端发送包含所述 第一应用标识符的选择命令;
接收所述移动终端根据包含所述第一应用标识符的选择命令返回的 第三信息, 完成非接触支付。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的非接触支付方法, 其特征在于,
所述第一信息包括: 会员卡的信息和 /或优惠券的信息。
所述第二信息包括: 积分信息和 /或确认信息。
8、 一种具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收读取终端发送的包含金融文件应用标识符的 选择命令;
第一处理模块, 用于若确定需要执行辅助支付应用, 则向所述读取终 端返回与所述金融文件应用标识符对应的近距离支付系统环境 PPSE ,所述 PPSE包括:标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符和标识所述辅助支付应用 的第二应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级高于所述第一应用标 识符的优先级;
第一调用模块, 用于在所述第一接收模块接收到所述读取终端发送的 包含所述第二应用标识的选择命令时, 调用所述辅助支付应用与所述读取 终端进行非接触通信; 第二调用模块, 用于在所述第一接收模块接收到所述读取终端发送的 包含所述第一应用标识的选择命令时, 调用所述银行支付应用与所述读取 终端进行非接触支付。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述银行支付应用存储在所述移动终端中的安全单元 SE上, 且所述 辅助支付应用存储在所述移动终端中设备主机 DH上, 或者,
所述银行支付应用和所述辅助支付应用均存储在所述 DH上, 或者, 所述银行支付应用和所述辅助支付应用均存储在所述 SE上。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 其特征在 于,
所述第二应用标识符的优先级和所述第一应用标识符的优先级由所 述银行支付应用设定。
1 1、 根据权利要求 8至 1 1任一所述的具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 其 特征在于, 所述第一调用模块, 具体用于:
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送会员卡的信息, 接收所述 读取终端返回的积分信息; 或者,
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送优惠券的信息, 接收所述 读取终端使用所述优惠券的确认信息; 或者,
调用所述辅助支付应用向所述读取终端发送会员卡的信息和优惠券 的信息, 接收所述读取终端返回的积分信息和使用所述优惠券的确认信 息。
12、 根据权利要求 8至 1 1任一所述的具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 其 特征在于,
所述第二应用标识符是由所述银行支付应用分配的。
13、 一种读取终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于在确定需要进行非接触支付时向具有 NFC功能的移动 终端发送包含金融文件应用标识符的选择命令;
第二接收模块, 用于接收所述移动终端返回的与所述金融文件应用标 识符对应的 PPSE , 所述 PPSE包括: 标识银行支付应用的第一应用标识符 和标识辅助支付应用的第二应用标识符, 且所述第二应用标识符的优先级 高于所述第一应用标识符的优先级;
第二处理模块, 用于根据所述 PPSE 中应用标识符的优先级, 向所述 移动终端发送包含所述第二应用标识符的选择命令;
所述第二接收模块, 还用于接收所述移动终端根据所述包含第二应用 标识符的选择命令返回的第一信息;
所述第二处理模块, 还用于根据所述第一信息向所述移动终端返回第 一 ? 自 .
所述第二处理模块, 还用于根据所述第一信息确定支付未完成时, 向 所述移动终端发送包含所述第一应用标识符的选择命令, 接收所述移动终 端根据包含所述第一应用标识符的选择命令返回的第三信息, 完成非接触 支付。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的读取终端, 其特征在于,
所述第一信息包括: 会员卡的信息和 /或优惠券的信息。
所述第二信息包括: 积分信息和 /或确认信息。
15、 一种非接触支付系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 8至 12任 一所述的具有 NFC功能的移动终端, 以及如权利要求 13或 14所述的读取 终端。
