对于本发明实施例, 读卡器与 NFC设备之间可以通过 NFC技术进行通 信, NFC技术是由 RFID技术演化而来的一种短距离无线连接技术。 在本 发明实施例中, 读卡器及 NFC设备中均具备非接触前端 (英文全称: Contactless Frontend, 英文缩写: CLF )及 NFC天线。 其中, CLF (即 NFC 芯片, 或者 NFC控制器)用于处理非接触射频接口和通讯协议; NFC天线 是一种近场耦合天线, 用于在 NFC技术中接收或发送信号。
对于本发明实施例, 读卡器为生成并发送交易指令的设备。 例如, 读 卡器可以为公交车上用于刷公交卡的设备, 此时, 读卡器生成并发送的交 易指令, 用于对 "公交卡应用" 进行扣费处理。 在本发明实施例中, 非接 触应用还可以为地铁卡应用、 购物卡应用、 健身卡应用、 饭卡应用、 积分 卡应用或充值卡应用等。
需要说明的是, 读卡器不限于上述公交车上用于刷公交卡的设备, 交 易指令也不限于上述对 "公交卡应用" 进行扣费处理, 其他任何可以通过 NFC实现读卡器与 NFC设备之间进行通信的场景, 均适用本发明实施例, 例如, 读卡器可以为商店中用于进行积分的设备, 此时, 读卡器生成并发 送的交易指令, 可以用于对 "积分卡应用" 进行积分处理。 202、 NFC设备通过蓝牙向智能终端发送交易指令。

例如, 当 SIM卡上集成有 SE , 并且智能终端上也集成有 SE时, 将 该 SIM卡装入该智能终端后, 该智能终端包括两个 SE , 此时, 需要预先 配置用户所拥有的各个非接触应用及这两个 SE之间的对应关系。 若用户 所拥有的非接触应用包括: 公交卡应用、 地铁卡应用、 购物卡应用、 饭卡 应用、 积分卡应用及充值卡应用, 其中, SIM卡上集成的 SE中存储有: 公交卡应用、 地铁卡应用的标识信息及分别对应的账户余额信息; 智能终 端上集成的 SE中存储有: 购物卡应用、 饭卡应用、 积分卡应用、 充值卡 应用的标识信息及分别对应的账户余额信息。当交易指令中携带的标识信 息为 "公交卡应用" 对应的标识信息时, 该智能终端确定的非接触应用对 应的 SE, 为 SIM卡上集成的 SE; 当交易指令中携带的标识信息为 "购物 卡应用" 对应的标识信息时, 该智能终端确定的非接触应用对应的 SE, 为智能终端上集成的 SE。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例不限于在上述 SE中, 存储非接触应用 的标识信息及非接触应用的账户余额信息,其他任何可以实现在智能终端 中存储非接触应用的标识信息及非接触应用的账户余额信息的方式均适 用本发明实施例, 例如, 在智能终端的某一应用程序中, 存储非接触应用 的标识信息及非接触应用的账户余额信息。
对于本发明实施例, NFC设备可以为便携式 NFC设备, 该便携式 NFC 设备可以为可穿戴 NFC设备。 其中, 可穿戴 NFC设备可以为指环状 NFC设 备、 手环状 NFC设备或腕带状 NFC设备等。 在本发明实施例中, 通过将便 携式 NFC设备作为读卡器与智能终端之间的桥梁, 能够实现用户通过灵活 性性较好的 NFC设备, 即可实现与读卡器之间的通信, 从而可以提高用户 体验。
例如, NFC设备可以为手环状 NFC设备, 当用户在公交车上, 需要进 行刷公交卡操作时, 只需将该手环状 NFC设备靠近公交车上的读卡器, 即 可实现刷公交卡操作; 当用户需要进行充值操作时, 只需将该手环状 NFC 设备靠近对应的读卡器, 即可实现充值操作。 换言之, 用户预先将自身拥 有的各个非接触应用与智能终端进行绑定,并将智能终端与该手环状 NFC 设备进行无线连接后, 对于这些非接触应用, 用户均只需将该手环状 NFC 设备靠近读卡器, 即可实现相应处理。
需要说明的是, 便携式 NFC设备不限于可穿戴 NFC设备, 可穿戴 NFC 设备也不限于上述手环状 NFC设备, 其他任何便携式 NFC设备, 例如项链 状 NFC设备、 钥匙扣状 NFC设备等, 均适用本发明实施例。

对于本发明实施例, 当智能终端为 NFC智能终端时, 读卡器、 NFC设 备与智能终端的硬件结构示意图可以如图 4所示。 其中, 读卡器可以包括: CLF、 NFC天线; 便携式 NFC设备可以包括: BT、 MCU、 CLF、 NFC天线; NFC智能终端可以包括: BT模块、 AP、 集成在 SIM卡上的 SE、 CLF、 NFC 天线。 在本发明实施例中, NFC智能终端指具有 NFC功能的智能终端, 与 一般的智能终端相比, NFC智能终端包括 CLF及 NFC天线, 该 CLF用于向 SE发送交易指令。 另外, 当 NFC智能终端具备多个 SE时, 该 CLF还用于选 择交易指令携带的非接触应用标识所对应的 S E。
对于本发明实施例, 现有的 NFC智能终端, 可以通过 NFC天线接收读 卡器发送的交易指令, 并通过 CLF向对应的 SE发送该交易指令。 在本发明 实施例中, 通过 NFC智能终端包括的 CLF , 向 SE发送交易指令, 与现有的 具有 NFC功能的智能终端的移动支付处理流程相近,从而可以减少对已有 协议的爹改。
具体地, 当智能终端为 NFC智能终端时, 本发明实施例中, 首先通过 NFC智能终端中的 BT模块接收 NFC设备发送的交易指令,并向 NFC智能终 端中的 AP发送交易指令, 然后 NFC智能终端中的 AP根据交易指令, 确定 对应的非接触应用, 并通过对应的非接触应用向 NFC智能终端中的 CLF转 发交易指令, 最后由 NFC智能终端中的 CLF根据交易指令, 确定非接触应 用对应的 SE , 并向该 SE发送交易指令, 以使得该 SE进行交易处理; 而现 有技术中, 首先需要 NFC智能终端靠近读卡器, 并通过 NFC智能终端中的 天线接收读卡器发送的交易指令, 然后 NFC智能终端中的天线向 NFC智能 终端中的 CLF发送交易指令, 最后 NFC智能终端中的 CLF根据交易指令, 确定非接触应用对应的 SE , 并向该 SE发送交易指令, 以使得该 SE进行交 易处理。

本发明实施例提供的移动支付的装置,首先通过 NFC接收读卡器发送 的交易指令, 然后通过蓝牙向智能终端发送交易指令, 并通过蓝牙接收智 能终端发送的应答消息, 该应答消息由智能终端根据交易指令生成, 最后 通过 NFC向读卡器发送应答消息。 与目前直接通过具备 NFC功能的智能终 端实现移动支付相比, 本发明实施例通过 NFC设备, 向智能终端转发读卡 器发送的交易指令, 并向读卡器转发智能终端发送的应答消息, 能够避免 用户直接通过灵活性较差的智能终端进行移动支付,即用户只需将灵活性 较好的 NFC设备靠近读卡器即可实现移动支付,从而可以提高移动支付的 灵活性, 进而可以提高用户体验。
进一步地, 本发明实施例提供的移动支付的装置, 通过将便携式 NFC 设备作为读卡器与智能终端之间的桥梁,能够实现用户通过灵活性性较好 的 NFC设备, 即可实现与读卡器之间的通信, 从而可以提高用户体验; 通 过 NFC智能终端包括的 CLF , 向 SE发送交易指令, 与现有的具有 NFC功能 的智能终端的移动支付处理流程相近, 从而可以减少对已有协议的修改。 需要说明的是,本发明实施例中提供的移动支付的装置 50中各单元所 对应的其他相应描述, 可以参考图 1及图 2中的对应描述, 在此不再赘述。
再进一步地, 本发明实施例还提供了一种 NFC设备, 用于提高移动 支付的灵活性, 如图 6所示, 所述 NFC设备 60包括: NFC通信模块 61、 处理器 62、 蓝牙通信模块 63。
NFC通信模块 61 , 用于通过 NFC接收读卡器发送的交易指令。
对于本发明实施例, NFC通信模块 61具体可以为由天线及 CLF构成的 通信模块。
处理器 62 ,用于向蓝牙通信模块 63转发 NFC通信模块 61接收的交易指 令。
对于本发明实施例, 处理器 62具体可以为 MCU。 需要说明的是, NFC 设备 60中的处理器 62不限于上述 MCU , 其他任何可以集成在 NFC设备 60 中的处理器 62 , 均适用本发明实施例。
蓝牙通信模块 63 ,用于通过蓝牙向智能终端发送 NFC通信模块 61接收 的交易指令, 并通过蓝牙接收智能终端发送的应答消息, 应答消息由智能 终端根据交易指令生成。
对于本发明实施例, 蓝牙通信模块 63具体可以为 BT模块。
处理器 62 ,还用于向 NFC通信模块 61转发蓝牙通信模块 63接收的应答 消息。
NFC通信模块 61 , 还用于通过 NFC向读卡器发送蓝牙通信模块 63接收 的应答消息。
NFC通信模块 61接收的交易指令携带有非接触应用的标识信息和交 易金额信息, 非接触应用为读卡器对应的非接触应用。
可选地,智能终端中存储有至少一个非接触应用的标识信,包、和至少一 个非接触应用的账户余额信息。 对于本发明实施例, 智能终端首先根据蓝 牙通信模块 63发送的交易指令携带的非接触应用的标识信息,确定非接触 应用的账户余额信息; 然后根据非接触应用的账户余额信息, 以及交易指 令中携带的非接触应用的交易金额信息,进行交易处理后生成蓝牙通信模 块 63接收的应答消息。
蓝牙通信模块 63接收的应答消息携带有交易成功信息或交易失败信 息。
其中, 交易成功信息由智能终端判断非接触应用的账户余额信息, 大 于或者等于非接触应用的交易金额信息后生成;交易失败信息由智能终端 判断非接触应用的账户余额信息, 小于非接触应用的交易金额信息后生 成。
可选地, 智能终端包括安全元件 SE , SE中存储有至少一个非接触应 用的标识信息和至少一个非接触应用的账户余额信息, SE集成在客户识 别模块 SIM卡、 用户识别模块 UIM卡、 安全数码卡 SD或者智能终端的至少 一个中。
对于本发明实施例, 当智能终端包括多个 SE时, 首先智能终端根据 蓝牙通信模块 63发送的交易指令携带的非接触应用的标识信息,确定非接 触应用对应的 SE; 然后在 SE中, 根据交易指令携带的非接触应用的标识 信息, 确定非接触应用的账户余额信息; 最后根据非接触应用的账户余额 信息, 以及交易指令中携带的非接触应用的交易金额信息, 进行交易处理 后生成蓝牙通信模块 63接收的应答消息。
本发明实施例提供的 NFC设备, NFC设备首先通过 NFC接收读卡器发 送的交易指令, 然后通过蓝牙向智能终端发送交易指令, 并通过蓝牙接收 智能终端发送的应答消息, 该应答消息由智能终端根据交易指令生成, 最 后通过 NFC向读卡器发送应答消息。 与目前直接通过具备 NFC功能的智能 终端实现移动支付相比, 本发明实施例通过 NFC设备, 向智能终端转发读 卡器发送的交易指令, 并向读卡器转发智能终端发送的应答消息, 能够避 免用户直接通过灵活性较差的智能终端进行移动支付,即用户只需将灵活 性较好的 NFC设备靠近读卡器即可实现移动支付,从而可以提高移动支付 的灵活性, 进而可以提高用户体验。 进一步地, 本发明实施例提供的 NFC设备, 通过将便携式 NFC设备作 为读卡器与智能终端之间的桥梁,能够实现用户通过灵活性性较好的 NFC 设备, 即可实现与读卡器之间的通信, 从而可以提高用户体验; 通过 NFC 智能终端包括的 CLF , 向 SE发送交易指令, 与现有的具有 NFC功能的智能 终端的移动支付处理流程相近, 从而可以减少对已有协议的修改。 的相应描述, 可以参考图 1或图 2中的方法的对应描述, 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的移动支付的装置及 NFC设备可以实现上述提供 的方法实施例,具体功能实现请参见方法实施例中的说明,在此不再赘述。 本发明实施例提供的移动支付的方法、 装置及近场通信设备, 可以适用于 通过 NFC实现移动支付, 但不仅限于此。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分 流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存 储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法 的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆 体 ( Read-Only Memory , ROM ) 或随机存 者 i己忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM ) 等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发 明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种移动支付的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
近场通信 NFC设备通过 NFC接收读卡器发送的交易指令;
所述 NFC设备通过蓝牙向智能终端发送所述交易指令;
所述 NFC设备通过所述蓝牙接收所述智能终端发送的应答消息, 所述 应答消息由所述智能终端根据所述交易指令生成;
所述 NFC设备通过所述 NFC向所述读卡器发送所述应答消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述交易指令携带有非 接触应用的标识信息和交易金额信息, 所述非接触应用为所述读卡器对应 的非接触应用;
所述智能终端中存储有至少一个非接触应用的标识信息和所述至少一 个非接触应用的账户余额信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答消息由所述智 能终端根据所述交易指令生成, 具体为:
所述智能终端根据所述交易指令携带的所述非接触应用的标识信息, 确定所述非接触应用的账户余额信息;
所述智能终端根据所述非接触应用的账户余额信息, 以及所述交易指 令中携带的所述非接触应用的交易金额信息, 进行交易处理后生成所述应 答消息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答消息携带有交 易成功信息或交易失败信息;
所述交易成功信息由所述智能终端判断所述非接触应用的账户余额信 息, 大于或者等于所述非接触应用的交易金额信息后生成;
所述交易失败信息由所述智能终端判断所述非接触应用的账户余额信 息, 小于所述非接触应用的交易金额信息后生成。
5、 根据权利要求 2至 4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能终端包 括安全元件 SE, 所述 SE中存储有至少一个非接触应用的标识信息和所述至 少一个非接触应用的账户余额信息, 所述 SE集成在客户识别模块 SIM卡、 用户识别模块 UIM卡、 安全数码卡 SD或者所述智能终端的至少一个中; 当所述智能终端包括多个 SE时, 所述应答消息由所述智能终端根据所 述交易指令生成, 具体为:
所述智能终端根据所述交易指令携带的所述非接触应用的标识信息, 确定所述非接触应用对应的 SE;
所述智能终端在所述 SE中, 根据所述交易指令携带的所述非接触应用 的标识信息, 确定所述非接触应用的账户余额信息;
所述智能终端根据所述非接触应用的账户余额信息, 以及所述交易指 令中携带的所述非接触应用的交易金额信息, 进行交易处理后生成所述应 答消息。
6、 一种移动支付的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
NFC接收单元, 用于通过 NFC接收读卡器发送的交易指令;
蓝牙发送单元, 用于通过蓝牙向智能终端发送所述 NFC接收单元接收 的所述交易指令;
蓝牙接收单元,用于通过所述蓝牙接收所述智能终端发送的应答消息, 所述应答消息由所述智能终端根据所述蓝牙发送单元发送的所述交易指令 生成;
NFC发送单元, 用于通过所述 NFC向所述读卡器发送所述蓝牙接收单 元接收的所述应答消息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述 NFC接收单元接收的所述交易指令携带有非接触应用的标识信息 和交易金额信息, 所述非接触应用为所述读卡器对应的非接触应用;
所述智能终端中存储有至少一个非接触应用的标识信息和所述至少一 个非接触应用的账户余额信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述智能终端根据所述蓝牙发送单元发送的所述交易指令携带的所述 非接触应用的标识信息, 确定所述非接触应用的账户余额信息; 所述智能终端根据所述非接触应用的账户余额信息, 以及所述交易指 令中携带的所述非接触应用的交易金额信息, 进行交易处理后生成所述蓝 牙接收单元接收的所述应答消息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述蓝牙接收单元接收的所述应答消息携带有交易成功信息或交易失 败信息;
所述交易成功信息由所述智能终端判断所述非接触应用的账户余额信 息, 大于或者等于所述非接触应用的交易金额信息后生成;
所述交易失败信息由所述智能终端判断所述非接触应用的账户余额信 息, 小于所述非接触应用的交易金额信息后生成。
10、 根据权利要求 7至 9任一所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述智能终端包括安全元件 SE, 所述 SE中存储有至少一个非接触应用 的标识信息和所述至少一个非接触应用的账户余额信息, 所述 SE集成在客 户识别模块 SIM卡、 用户识别模块 UIM卡、 安全数码卡 SD或者所述智能终 端的至少一个中;
当所述智能终端包括多个 SE时, 所述智能终端根据所述蓝牙发送单元 发送的所述交易指令携带的所述非接触应用的标识信息, 确定所述非接触 应用对应的 SE;
所述智能终端在所述 SE中, 根据所述交易指令携带的所述非接触应用 的标识信息, 确定所述非接触应用的账户余额信息;
所述智能终端根据所述非接触应用的账户余额信息, 以及所述交易指 令中携带的所述非接触应用的交易金额信息, 进行交易处理后生成所述蓝 牙接收单元接收的所述应答消息。
11、 一种近场通信 NFC设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
NFC通信模块, 用于通过 NFC接收读卡器发送的交易指令;
处理器, 用于向蓝牙通信模块转发所述 NFC通信模块接收的所述交易 指令;
所述蓝牙通信模块, 用于通过蓝牙向智能终端发送所述 NFC通信模块 接收的所述交易指令,并通过所述蓝牙接收所述智能终端发送的应答消息, 所述应答消息由所述智能终端根据所述交易指令生成;
所述处理器, 还用于向所述 NFC通信模块转发所述蓝牙通信模块接收 的所述应答消息;
所述 NFC通信模块, 还用于通过所述 NFC向所述读卡器发送所述蓝牙 通信模块接收的所述应答消息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的 NFC设备, 其特征在于,
所述 NFC通信模块接收的所述交易指令携带有非接触应用的标识信息 和交易金额信息, 所述非接触应用为所述读卡器对应的非接触应用;
所述智能终端中存储有至少一个非接触应用的标识信息和所述至少一 个非接触应用的账户余额信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的 NFC设备, 其特征在于,
所述智能终端根据所述蓝牙通信模块发送的所述交易指令携带的所述 非接触应用的标识信息, 确定所述非接触应用的账户余额信息;
所述智能终端根据所述非接触应用的账户余额信息, 以及所述交易指 令中携带的所述非接触应用的交易金额信息, 进行交易处理后生成所述蓝 牙通信模块接收的所述应答消息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的 NFC设备, 其特征在于,
所述蓝牙通信模块接收的所述应答消息携带有交易成功信息或交易失 败信息;
所述交易成功信息由所述智能终端判断所述非接触应用的账户余额信 息, 大于或者等于所述非接触应用的交易金额信息后生成;
所述交易失败信息由所述智能终端判断所述非接触应用的账户余额信 息, 小于所述非接触应用的交易金额信息后生成。
15、 根据权利要求 12至 14任一所述的 NFC设备, 其特征在于, 所述智能终端包括安全元件 SE, 所述 SE中存储有至少一个非接触应用 的标识信息和所述至少一个非接触应用的账户余额信息, 所述 SE集成在客 户识别模块 SIM卡、 用户识别模块 UIM卡、 安全数码卡 SD或者所述智能终 端的至少一个中;
当所述智能终端包括多个 SE时, 所述智能终端根据所述蓝牙通信模块 发送的所述交易指令携带的所述非接触应用的标识信息, 确定所述非接触 应用对应的 SE;
所述智能终端在所述 SE中, 根据所述交易指令携带的所述非接触应用 的标识信息, 确定所述非接触应用的账户余额信息;
所述智能终端根据所述非接触应用的账户余额信息, 以及所述交易指 令中携带的所述非接触应用的交易金额信息, 进行交易处理后生成所述蓝 牙通信模块接收的所述应答消息。
