Description

一种账户信息管理的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种账户信息管理的方法及装置。
背景技术
当前随着通信、电子技术的飞速发展,人们所能享受的便民服务也越来越多,例如通过手机或者电脑等终端进行支付的电子钱包或者电子信用卡等。随着人们生活水平的提高,同一个用户(例如同一个身份证)往往会拥有同一类便民服务的多个账户,例如,一个电子钱包中可具有多个电子现金账户。由于一个电子钱包可以关联多个芯片银行卡,而每个芯片银行卡可以开通一个电子现金账户,所以一个电子钱包中可具有多个电子现金账户。
现有技术中,由于每个电子现金账户对应一张银行卡,因此每个电子现金账户都是独立的,每个电子现金账户的管理也都是独立的,无法像现实中管理现金那样统一管理。当电子钱包用户想要查看电子现金的交易明细或者钱包余额时,需要手动选择具体某个电子现金账户进行查询。若需要查询多个电子现金账户,则需要多次手动选择,操作繁琐,查询效率低。此外,电子钱包用户使用电子钱包进行支付时,若电子钱包默认的电子现金账户无法完成支付(例如余额不足等)时,电子钱包无法选择其他电子现金账户进行支付。此时,用户需要放弃电子现金支付的方式,改用联机刷卡等方式,支付操作不灵活,用户体验低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种账户信息管理的方法及装置,可实现同一类应用中同一个用户的多个账户信息的统一管理,提高了账户信息管理的灵活性,增强了终端电子应用的用户体验。
本发明实施例第一方面提供了一种账户信息管理的方法,其可包括:
启用终端的电子应用的虚拟卡,将所述虚拟卡的标识信息与所述电子应用的用户信息进行关联;
获取所述电子应用中加载的所有子应用的应用账户,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系;
当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的至少一个目标子应用的目标应用账户查询所述映射关系,确定所述目标应用账户的账户信息;
根据所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对所述目标应用账户的账户信息进行管理。

本发明实施例可将终端电子应用的虚拟卡与终端电子应用的用户信息进行关联,进而可将与用户信息关联的所有应用账户的账户信息,与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系,将各个应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息进行关联,进而可通过虚拟卡对各个应用账户的账户信息进行查询、管理。当接收到应用账户的账户信息的用户操作指令时,可根据用户操作指令查询各个应用账户和虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系,查找得到目标应用账户,进而根据用户操作指令对目标应用账户进行管理。本发明实施例可实现对同一类应用的同一个用户的多个应用账户的账户信息进行统一管理,提高了账户信息管理的灵活性,增强了终端电子应用的用户体验。

本发明实施例中所描述的终端电子应用具体可为:社会性网络服务(Social Network Software,SNS)业务相关的手机电子应用,或者近距离无线通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)平台相关的手机电子应用,还可包括近距离支付系统环境(Proximity Payment Systems Environment,PPSE)相关的手机电子应用等。上述手机电子应用仅是举例,而非穷举,包含但不限于上述平台相关的手机电子应用。
具体实现中,本发明实施例提供的账户信息管理的方法可以应用于上述SNS平台上的手机电子应用,或者上述NFC、PPSE环境相关的手机电子应用,例如:手机电子钱包(或称移动钱包)或者信用卡。
电子钱包是电子商务中购物活动中的一种支付工具,电子钱包内可存放电子货币,例如电子现金、电子零钱、电子信用卡或者在线货币等。现有的电子钱包主要安装在手机等移动智能设备上,用于银行卡,电子现金或者折扣券等的管理和支付工具。电子现金是小额支付的现金的电子方式,持卡人预先在电子现金账号中存入一定金额的电子现金,交易时直接从电子现金账户中扣除交易金额。
电子现金账户是金融芯片卡(也叫芯片银行卡)下专用于小额快速消费的子账户,该账户上的电子现金金额有上限金额,不能透支,无需密码,若金融芯片卡丢失了,该电子现金账户也无法挂失。其中,上述金融芯片卡一般都具有电子现金功能,带有借记账户及电子现金账户的卡片称为带主账户的金融芯片卡。带有主账户的金融芯片卡中的电子现金账户默认关联主账户(借记账户),主账户可直接向电子现金账户进行圈存或圈提,无需签约。电子现金账户也可通过签约的方式绑定任何一张借记卡(即银行卡),已通过上述借记卡向电子现金账户圈存或圈提。
金融芯片卡既可以物理上存在于一张银行卡上,也可以存在于手机上,可 应用于NFC支付系统中。物理芯片卡的高安全性数据存在于手机智能的高安全存储区域,芯片卡内部的业务和数据的运行和管理不管是在物理卡片上还是在手机中都是一样的。芯片卡在手机上时,手机会提供来一个电子钱包的外部接口来调用或者查看存储在手机高安全区域内的银行账户信息,对外与POS机的数据交互可借助手机上的NFC芯片。
下面将结合图1-图13对可以应用于上述电子现金应用的应用账户(即电子现金账户)的账户信息管理的方法及装置进行具体描述。
参见图1,是本发明实施例提供的账户信息管理的方法的第一实施例流程示意图。本发明实施例中所描述的方法,包括步骤:
S101,启用终端的电子应用的虚拟卡,将所述虚拟卡的标识信息与所述电子应用的用户信息进行关联。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机用户预先在手机中安装手机电子应用APP,进而可在上述手机电子应用APP中实现对上述手机电子应用中加载的各个子应用的应用账户及其账户信息的统一管理。具体实现中,手机用户可通过上述手机电子应用APP的用户操作界面上的操作指示,触发手机启用手机电子应用中的虚拟卡,即该手机电子应用的发行方下发的用于管理该手机电子应用中加载的各个子应用的应用账户及其账户信息的管理模块。
具体实现中,当手机获取得到启用虚拟卡的触发指令时,可启用上述手机电子应用的虚拟卡管理模块,以通过上述虚拟卡管理模块对虚拟卡中加载的各个子应用的应用账户及其账户信息进行管理。启用上述虚拟卡之后,可获取该手机电子应用中备份的用户信息,将虚拟卡的标识信息和该手机电子应用的用户信息进行关联,进而可将该手机电子应用的虚拟卡与用户信息进行绑定,提高了虚拟卡的安全性。将虚拟卡和用户信息进行关联之后,则可通过该虚拟卡来对该用户信息关联的各个子应用的应用账户及其账户信息进行管理。
在一些可行的实施方式中,本发明实施例中所描述的手机电子应用具体可为手机电子钱包,即,安装在手机上的电子钱包,例如,移动钱包APP。手机用户在手机上安装了电子钱包之后,则可激活上述电子钱包,启用电子钱包中的虚拟卡。其中,上述虚拟卡可用于管理与手机用户相关联的各个电子现金账户。本发明实施例可在移动钱包中增加一个虚拟卡管理模块,该管理模块用于管理虚拟卡关联的各个电子现金账户,上述虚拟卡用于关联各个电子现金账户 的账户信息。在本发明实施例中,移动钱包可通过发行方(具体可为其运营商,如移动通信等)为虚拟卡分配一个标识信息,例如虚拟卡的应用标识(Application Identifier,AID),上述虚拟卡的AID用于唯一标识上述虚拟卡。手机启用上述移动钱包中的虚拟卡之后,则可将上述虚拟卡的AID与用户信息进行关联,例如用户名(用户名称、用户昵称或者曾用名等)或身份证等,进而可通过该虚拟卡来关联与该用户信息管理的各个电子现金账户的账户信息。
S102,获取所述电子应用中加载的所有子应用的应用账户,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机将虚拟卡的AID等标识信息和用户信息进行关联之后,则可在上述手机电子应用的管理系统中查询与用户信息关联的应用账户,从系统中获取与用户信息关联的该手机电子应用中加载的所有子应用的应用账户及其账户信息。手机获取得到与用户信息关联的各个子应用的应用账户之后,还可获取各个子应用的应用账户的账户信息,进而可将各个应用账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的AID等标识信息建立映射关系,以通过虚拟卡对各个应用账户的账户信息进行管理。其中,上述子应用的应用账户具体可为子应用的AID,例如,电子现金应用的AID,子应用的应用账户的账户信息具体可为电子现金应用的银行账号等。
在一些可行的实施方式中,若上述手机电子应用为移动钱包。则手机将移动钱包的虚拟卡的AID和移动钱包的用户信息进行关联之后,则可根据移动钱包的用户信息向移动钱包的运营商管理平台查询与该用户信息关联的所有电子现金账户(子应用的应用账户),获取各个电子现金账户的账户信息。在本发明实施例中,移动钱包中加载的各个子应用具体为移动钱包中加载的各个电子现金应用,每个电子现金应用对应一个电子现金账户,每个电子现金账户都包含其账户信息。其中,上述电子现金账户的账户信息包括:电子现金账户所属的主账户(包括主账户的银行名称、账户,例如,借记卡的银行名称,卡号等)、电子现金余额等信息。获取得到各个电子现金账户的账户信息之后,则可将上述电子现金账户与虚拟卡的AID等信息建立映射关系,以通过虚拟卡对各个电子现金账户的账户信息进行关联。例如,若手机用户在移动钱包中加载了多张银行卡,并且已经在线激活了每张银行卡里面的电子现金账户,各 个电子现金账户的账户信息都已经加载在移动钱包里面,则移动钱包的虚拟卡对应的虚拟卡管理模块可获取各个电子现金账户的账户信息,将各个电子现金账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的AID等信息建立映射关系,如下表1:

其中,上述表1为移动钱包的虚拟卡及其关联的各个应用账户(电子现金账户)的账户信息的映射关系。手机用户可通过虚拟卡管理与其用户信息关联的各个电子现金账户的账户信息,具体的,可通过虚拟卡对应的虚拟卡管理模块可对虚拟卡关联的各个电子现金账户的账户信息进行管理。
S103,当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的至少一个目标子应用的目标应用账户查询所述映射关系,确定所述目标应用账户的账户信息。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机用户想要查询或者管理上述手机电子应用中某个应用账户或者某些应用账户的账户信息时,可通过手机或者与手机交互的设备向该手机电子应用的管理平台发送相应的用户操作指令。具体的,手机用户可通过虚拟卡查询或者管理具体某一个子应用的应用账户的账户信息,也可同时查询或者管理虚拟卡的标识信息关联的所有子应用的应用账户的账户信息。手机用户可在手机或者与手机交互的设备上选择具体查询或者管理的目标子应用的目标应用账户,向手机电子应用的管理平台发送该目标应用账户的查询或者管理等用户操作指令,也可在手机或者与手机交互的设备上同时选择多个目标子应用的多个目标应用账户,向手机电子应用的管理平台发送上述多 个目标应用账户的账户信息的查询或者管理等用户操作指令。手机电子应用的管理平台接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,可从上述用户操作指令中获取具体某个或者多个目标应用账户,根据上述目标应用账户查询虚拟卡的标识信息和各个应用账户及其账户信息的映射关系,从上述映射关系中确定目标应用账户的账户信息。进而,可通过手机的显示界面或者与手机交互的设备将上述目标应用账户的账户信息展现给用户,或者对上述账户信息进行相应的处理。
S104,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对所述目标应用账户的账户信息进行管理。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机根据上述映射关系查询得到目标应用账户的账户信息之后,则可根据上述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对上述目标应用账户的账户信息进行管理。例如,手机用户若想在移动钱包中对某一个电子现金账户的账户信息进行管理时,可在移动钱包中指定位置选择具体某一个电子现金账户,向移动钱包的虚拟卡管理模块发送该电子现金账户的账户信息的用户操作指令,并上述用户操作指令中设定对电子现金账户进行管理的管理操作方式。或者,手机用户若想要在移动钱包中对所有应用账户的账户信息进行管理,则可在移动钱包中选择所有电子现金账户,从移动钱包的虚拟卡管理模块发送管理所有电子现金账户的用户操作指令,并上述用户操作指令中设定对电子现金账户进行管理的管理操作方式。移动钱包的虚拟卡管理模块获取得到应用账户的账户信息的用户操作指令时,可从上述用户操作指令中获得具体所要查询的目标应用账户(具体可为账户名称),根据上述目标应用账户查询上述表1中所展现的映射关系,根据上述映射关系确定目标应用账户的账户信息,例如,卡号、余额等。进一步的,虚拟卡管理模块获取得到上述目标应用账户的账户信息之后,则可根据上述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对上述目标应用账户的账户信息进行管理。例如,当上述用户操作指令为查询指令时,上述查询指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据查询,虚拟卡管理模块根据上述查询指令中携带的目标应用账户查询得到上述目标应用账户的账户信息之后,则可将查询得到的目标应用账户的账户信息(例如账户名称、账户的转移数据额度等)展现给用户。具体的,可输出至手机显示界面,通过手机显示界面将应用账户的账户信息展现给用户。
在本发明实施例中,手机可启用手机电子应用的虚拟卡,将手机电子应用 的虚拟卡与用户信息进行关联,进而可将与用户信息关联的所有应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系,将各个应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息进行关联,进而可通过虚拟卡对各个应用账户的账户信息进行查询、管理。当接收到应用账户的账户信息的用户操作指令时,可通过虚拟卡对应的管理模块根据用户操作指令查询各个应用账户和虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系,查找得到目标应用账户,进而根据用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对对目标应用账户进行管理。本发明实施例可实现对同一类应用的同一个用户的多个应用账户的账户信息进行统一管理,提高了账户信息管理的灵活性,增强了终端电子应用的用户体验。
参见图2,是本发明实施例提供的账户信息管理的方法的第二实施例流程示意图。本发明实施例中所描述的账户信息管理的方法,包括步骤:
S201,向所述终端电子应用的发行方发送虚拟卡的开通请求,接收所述发行方根据所述开通请求返回的所述虚拟卡的标识信息。
在一些可行的实施方式中,用户可在手机或者电脑等终端上安装终端电子应用APP,例如在手机上安装移动钱包等手机电子应用APP。启动手机电子应用APP之后,用户可根据手机电子应用APP的用户操作界面上的操作指示,选择相应的操作选项,以触发手机电子应用的管理模块向手机电子应用的提供商发送该手机电子应用的虚拟卡的开通请求。例如,用户可在移动钱包的用户操作界面上选择虚拟卡的开通选项,触发虚拟卡管理模块向移动钱包的发行方(例如移动钱包的运营商,移动通信)发送虚拟卡的开通请求。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机电子应用的发行方接收到手机发送虚拟卡的开通请求之后,将对用户提交的用户标识(例如用户名称或者用户身份证等)进行验证。若上述用户标识符合要求,则可为用户分配一个虚拟卡,进而可将用户标识和该虚拟卡进行关联,将虚拟卡的标识信息下发给手机。其中,上述虚拟卡的标识信息具体为虚拟卡的AID,上述虚拟卡的AID用于唯一标识上述虚拟卡。手机接收得到虚拟卡的AID之后,则可确定虚拟卡的开通已成功,进而可通过该虚拟卡对该手机电子应用中加载的各个子应用的应用账户的账户信息进行管理。
例如,当用户向移动钱包的运营商发送虚拟卡的开通请求时,可将用户名 称或者身份证号等用户标识发送给移动运营商。运营商接收到上述用户标识之后,则可验证上述用户名称是否已被使用,或者上述身份证号是否合法或者是否已被使用,若上述用户名称未被使用或者上述身份证号合法且未被使用,则可向该用户下发一个虚拟卡。运营商下发一个虚拟卡之后,则可将该用户的用户标识和虚拟卡的AID进行关联,进而可将虚拟卡的AID及其关联的用户标识等标识信息下发给手机上的移动钱包。手机上的移动钱包中配置的虚拟卡管理模块接收到上述运营商返回的虚拟卡的AID及其关联的用户标识之后,则可确定虚拟卡的开通成功。
S202,接收用户输入的用户标识,根据所述用户标识激活所述虚拟卡的管理权限。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机电子应用的发行方为用户分配一个虚拟卡的同时也会授予虚拟卡的管理权限,可通过该虚拟卡来管理与该虚拟卡中加载的子应用的应用账户的账户信息,包括将与虚拟卡的用户标识关联的应用账户与虚拟卡进行关联的权限。手机电子应用接收到发行方下发的虚拟卡的标识信息之后,可接收该手机电子应用的用户输入的用户标识等信息,对该用户标识进行验证,验证通过之后,则可激活该虚拟卡的管理权限。例如,移动钱包接收到虚拟卡的AID及其关联用户标识等标识信息之后,则可接收用户输入的用户标识,判断用户输入的用户标识是否与虚拟卡关联的用户标识一致,若判断一致,则可激活虚拟卡的管理权限。进而,可使用虚拟卡的管理权限将与虚拟卡的用户标识关联的各个电子现金账户进行关联,还可对各个电子现金账户的账户信息进行管理。
S203,接收所述用户输入的用户信息,将所述虚拟卡的AID与所述用户信息进行关联。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机电子应用激活了虚拟卡的管理权限之后,还可接收用户输入的用户信息,将虚拟卡的标识信息和用户信息进行关联。具体的,用户可在手机电子应用的用户操作界面上输入除了用户名称或者用户身份证之外的更多的个人信息,以完善该虚拟卡的标识信息管理的用户信息。其中,上述用户信息可包括:通信方式(例如手机号或者通信地址)、生日、曾用名、籍贯、居住地,或者用户自行设定的该虚拟卡的个人密码、密保问题等。其中,上述用户标识还可包括用户昵称、用户头像或者用户指纹数据等信息。
例如,移动钱包通过虚拟卡管理模块激活虚拟卡的管理权限等应用功能之后,还可接收用户在移动钱包的用户操作界面上输入的用户信息,进而可将虚拟卡的AID等标识信息与用户信息进行关联,以增强虚拟卡的专属性和安全性。
S204,获取所述电子应用中加载的所有子应用的应用账户,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机电子应用激活其虚拟卡的管理权限,并将虚拟卡的标识信息与用户信息建立关联之后,则可根据用户信息查询该手机电子应用中加载的与该用户关联的所有子应用的应用账户,进而可将各个子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系,如上表1。具体实现中,上述获取各个应用账户的账户信息,并将各个应用账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系的具体实现过程可参见上述第一实施例中的步骤S102,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,在手机电子应用的使用过程中,若用户新开通了一个子应用的应用账户,或者新办了一个应用账户,用户可将该新开通的新子应用的应用账户的信息添加到虚拟卡的管理内容中。例如,在手机电子应用中的用户操作界面上选择新增子应用的应用账户,进而将新子应用的应用账户的账户信息等内容添加到手机电子应用的管理平台上。当虚拟卡的管理模块检测得到上述用户信息关联的手机电子应用新增了一个应用账户时,可获取该应用账户的账户信息。获取得到新增的应用账户的账户信息之后,则可将该应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系。例如,当用户在移动钱包中新加载了一张银行卡(即,将用户办理银行卡关联的用户名称或者卡号信息等用户信息加载到移动钱包中)时,移动钱包的虚拟卡管理模块可检测到上述新银行卡的用户信息。移动钱包的虚拟卡管理模块检测得到上述新银行卡的用户信息之后,可获取得到该银行卡的主账户信息,进而可判断该主账户是否支持电子现金应用。若该主账户支持电子现金应用,则可获取该主账户的电子现金账户的账户信息,进而可将该电子现金账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的AID等标识信息建立映射关系。
S205,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系存储为映射关系表。
在一些可行的实施方式中,上述虚拟卡的标识信息还包括虚拟卡的数据存储路径。手机电子应用的发行方为用户分配一个虚拟卡时,还可为该虚拟卡分配一个数据存储路径,例如发行方的管理平台下的数据存储空间等。手机电子应用将用户信息关联的各个应用账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系之后,可将各个应用账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系存储为一张映射关系表。进而,可将上述映射关系表存储至虚拟卡的数据存储路径中,上述映射关系表中记录的映射关系的更新或者更改均可从上述数据存储路径中调用数据,具体操作方式在此不做限制。例如,移动钱包可通过虚拟卡管理模块将虚拟卡的AID等标识信息与各个电子现金账户的账户信息的映射关系存储为一张映射关系表,如上表1,进而可将上述映射关系表存储至移动运营商的管理平台等数据存储路径中。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所描述的电子现金账户的账户信息仅是电子现金账户所属的主账户(如借记卡)的银行名称、卡号、余额信息或者交易记录等,电子现金账户的具体交易信息以及交易金额均存储在安全单元中,具体交易信息或者交易金额等数据操作由各个银行的处理终端执行。
S206,当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的至少一个目标子应用的目标应用账户查询所述映射关系,确定所述目标应用账户的账户信息。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机电子应用通过其虚拟卡对各个应用账户及其账户信息进行关联管理之后,可通过虚拟卡管理模块提供一个查询接口(例如查询按键或者查询路径),用户可通过上述查询接口向虚拟卡的管理模块发送具体某一个或者所有应用账户的账户信息的用户操作指令(具体可为查询指令)。当手机通过虚拟卡的管理模块接收得到应用账户的账户信息的查询指令之后,则可根据上述查询指令中携带的目标应用账户查询上述映射关系,确定目标应用账户的账户信息。具体实现中,上述查询目标应用账户的账户信息的具体实现过程可参见上述第一实施例中的步骤S103,在此不再赘述。
S207,根据所述虚拟卡提供的查询接口,查询所述目标应用账户的账户信息,并将查询的所述目标应用账户的账户信息输出至指定显示界面,以供用户查阅。
在一些可行的实施方式中,手机电子应用的管理模块根据接收到的查询指 令查找得到目标应用账户的账户信息之后,还可根据虚拟卡管理模块提供的查询接口查询上述目标应用账户的账户信息,并将上述查询的目标应用账户的账户信息输出至指定显示界面,以供用户进行查阅。例如,当用户在移动钱包的用户界面上选择查询按键时,可通过该查询按键指向虚拟卡管理模块提供的查询接口,向虚拟卡管理模块发送查询指令。虚拟卡管理模块接收得到上述查询指令之后,可从上述查询指令中获取得到目标电子现金账户(如电子现金账户1)。虚拟卡管理模块可根据上述电子现金账户1查询上述映射关系表(如表1),获取电子现金账户的账户信息,进而可根据上述查询指令中携带的管理操作方式(例如数据查询的结果显示路径等),将上述电子现金账户的账户信息显示至上述结果显示路径(例如手机显示界面)上,以供用户查阅。用户可通过移动终端查询具体某一个电子现金账户的账户信息,还可同时查询多个电子现金账户的账户信息,只要虚拟卡的AID关联到的电子现金账户,用户均可同时查询得到。无需逐个电子现金账户查询,一次查询即可掌握所有电子现金账户的账户信息状态,提高了电子现金账户的账户信息的查询效率。
进一步的,在本发明实施例中,当上述用户操作指令中未指定某一个特定的电子现金应用(即未指定目标电子现金应用)时,则将虚拟卡所管理的所有电子现金应用(即电子现金账户)的账户信息输出至指定显示界面进行显示。进一步的,还可在指定显示界面上显示所有电子现金应用的账户余额的总和。上述查询方式及其查询结果的显示方式仅是举例,具体可根据实际应用场景设定,在此不做限制。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,上述各个应用账户的账户信息可包括:账户号码、账户密码、转移数据额度(例如电子现金账户余额等)、子应用发行方(例如电子现金账户所属主账户银行等),或者注册时间等。其中,上述账户信息仅是举例,而非穷举,包含但不限于上述信息。
在本发明实施例中,手机可向手机电子应用的管理平台开通虚拟卡,激活的虚拟卡的管理权限,通过虚拟卡的管理权限将手机电子应用的虚拟卡与用户信息进行关联,进而可将与用户信息关联的所有应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系,将各个应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息进行关联,进一步的,可通过虚拟卡对各个应用账户的账户信息进行查询。当接收到应用账户的账户信息的查询指令时,可通过虚拟卡对应的管理模块根据查 询指令查询各个应用账户和虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系,查找得到目标应用账户,查询各个应用账户的账户信息。本发明实施例可实现对同一类应用的同一个用户的多个应用账户的账户信息进行统一管理,提高了账户信息管理的灵活性,增强了终端电子应用的用户体验。
参见图3,是本发明实施例提供的账户信息管理的方法的第三实施例流程示意图。本发明实施例提供的账户信息管理的方法,包括步骤:
S301,向所述终端电子应用的发行方发送虚拟卡的开通请求,接收所述发行方根据所述开通请求返回的所述虚拟卡的标识信息。
S302,接收用户输入的用户标识,根据所述用户标识激活所述虚拟卡的管理权限。
S303,接收所述用户输入的用户信息,将所述虚拟卡的AID与所述用户信息进行关联。
S304,获取所述电子应用中加载的所有子应用的应用账户,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系。
S305,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系存储为映射关系表。
在一些可行的实施方式中,本发明实施例中所描述上述各个步骤,包括步骤S301-S305的实现方式与上述第二实施例中各个步骤所描述的实现方式相同,具体实现过程可参见上述第二实施例中的步骤S201-S205,在此不再赘述。
S306,当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的至少一个目标子应用的目标应用账户查询所述映射关系,确定所述目标应用账户的账户信息。
在一些可行的实施方式中,本发明实施例中所描述的用户操作指令可包括:查询指令、移除指令、更新指令,以及数据转移指令等。上述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式分别为:数据查询、数据移除、数据更新或者数据转移等。其中,当上述用户操作指令为查询指令时,根据查询指令对各个应用账户的账户信息进行管理的实现方式可参见上述第二实施例中的步骤S206-S207,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,当用户在手机电子应用中移除具体某一个应用账户时,可通过 上述手机用户的用户操作界面向虚拟卡的管理模块发送移除指令。虚拟卡的管理模块接收到移除指令之后,可根据移除指令中携带的目标应用账户查询上述映射关系,确定用户所要移除的目标应用账户的账户信息。例如,当用户在移动钱包中移除一张银行卡时,移动钱包检测到银行卡被移除之后,可向虚拟卡管理模块发送移除指令。虚拟卡管理模块接收到移除指令之后,可根据移除指令中携带的目标电子现金账户(例如电子现金账户1)查询上述映射关系表,确定上述电子现金账户1的账户信息,例如电子现金账户的余额等。
S307,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的转移路径,将所述目标应用账户的转移数据额度转移至所述转移路径对应的指定子应用的应用账户,删除所述目标子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系。

例如,移动钱包通过虚拟卡管理模块查询得到电子现金账户1的账户信息之后,则可判断上述电子现金账户1的余额是否为零。若上述电子现金账户1的余额不为零,则可提示用户选择是否对电子现金账户1中余额进行圈提。若用户选择圈提,则可通过用户预先设定的移除指令关联的转移路径,将电子现金账户1的余额转移至上述转移路径对应的指定子应用的应用账户(例如电子现金账户2的账户中,或者电子现金账户1对应的银行卡的主账户中)。具体的,用户可预先在移动钱包中设定各个电子现金账户余额圈提的转移路径,例如将该电子现金账户的主账户等。当用户选择圈提指定电子现金账户的余额时,则可直接将该电子现金账户的余额圈提至该电子现金账户的主账户的借记卡上。若用户未预先设定,则可在用户选择圈提时,提示用户填写转移路径对应的指定电子现金账户,例如该电子现金账户签约绑定的余额转移的指定电子现金账号等。
在一些可行的实施方式中,移动钱包通过虚拟卡管理模块将电子现金账户1的余额圈提到其主账户的借记卡上之后,则可将电子现金账户及其账户信息 与虚拟卡的AID等标识信息的映射关系删除,即从上述映射关系表1中删除电子现金账户1相关的数据。
在本发明实施例中,手机可向手机电子应用的管理平台开通虚拟卡,激活的虚拟卡的管理权限,通过虚拟卡的管理权限将手机电子应用的虚拟卡与用户信息进行关联,进而可将与用户信息关联的所有应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系,将各个应用账户的账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息进行关联,进一步的,可通过虚拟卡对各个应用账户的账户信息进行管理。当用户选择移除某一个应用账户的账户信息时,可通过虚拟卡对应的管理模块根据查询指令查询各个应用账户和虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系,查找得到目标应用账户,将目标应用账户的账户信息删除。本发明实施例可实现对同一类应用的同一个用户的多个应用账户的账户信息进行统一查询,还可对目标应用账户的账户信息进行转移处理或者删除等管理,提高了账户信息管理的灵活性,增强了终端电子应用的用户体验。

在一些可行的实施方式中,在手机电子应用的使用过程中,用户可对各个应用账户的账户信息进行更新,包括添加新信息,或者删除信息,或者更改信息等,在此不做限制。具体的,用户可在手机电子应用的用户操作界面上选择相应的操作选项(例如,选中目标应用账户,并选择信息更新等操作选项),向手机电子应用对应的虚拟卡的管理模块发送账户信息的更新指令。管理模块接收到上述更新指令之后,则可根据上述更新指令中携带的目标应用账户查询上述映射关系,确定上述目标应用账户的账户信息,进而,可对上述账户信息进行修改或者删减等更新操作。
例如,用户可在移动钱包中选择一个电子现金账户,并通过电子现金账户所属的银行卡主账户,或者电子现金账户签约绑定的银行卡主账户进行圈存,或者将电子现金账户的余额圈提至其所属银行卡主账户或者其绑定的银行卡主账户。具体的,用户可在移动钱包的用户操作界面选中目标电子现金账户(如电子现金账户1),再选中余额圈存,触发移动钱包可向虚拟卡管理模块发送电子现金账户1的余额的更新指令。虚拟卡管理模块接收到上述电子现金账户1的余额的更新指令之后,则可根据上述电子现金账户1查询上述映射关系表,确定上述电子现金账户1的账户信息,包括:所属银行、卡号或者余额信息等,进而可根据用户选择的圈存金额更新电子现金账户1的余额等信息。
S407,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的更新路径获取目标转移数据大小,根据所述目标转移数据大小更改所述目标应用账户的转移数据额度。
在一些可行的实施方式中,用户触发手机向虚拟卡的管理模块发送更新指令时,还可通过上述更新指令向管理模块发送更新数据的更新路径,即可在上述更新指令中添加数据更新对应的管理操作方式,包括更新路径。例如,从手机电子应用的用户操作界面上选择更新路径,或者在用户操作界面中相应位置添加更新路径。手机电子应用可将上述更新路径携带在更新指令中发送给虚拟卡管理模块。虚拟卡管理模块可根据更新指令中携带的更新路径获取目标应用账户的更新数据,进而可根据上述更新数据更新映射关系表中记录的目标应用账户的账户信息。例如,用户对电子现金账户进行圈存时,可在移动钱包的用户操作界面上选择圈存的银行信息,即圈存路径。若移动钱包中没有绑定指定 银行,则可在移动钱包的用户界面中填写银行信息,以通过上述银行向电子现金账户进行圈存。移动钱包接收到上述圈存指令之后,可将上述银行卡的卡号等AID发送给虚拟卡管理模块,还可将交易信息(例如圈存金额等)同银行卡的AID等信息发送给虚拟卡管理模块。虚拟卡管理模块接收到上述银行卡的AID和交易信息之后,则可根据上述圈存金额等信息更改电子现金账户1的余额,实现对电子现金账户1的余额的圈存。

在一些可行的实施方式中,手机电子应用将各个子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系,并将各个应用账户及其账户信息与虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系存储为一张映射关系表之后,还可设定上述映射关系表中各个子应用的应用账户的转移数据的转移优先级。进一步的,还可将上述转移优先级存储至上述映射关系表中,将包含上述转移优先级的映射关系表存储至虚拟卡的数据存储路径。在本发明实施例中,上述转移优先级用于指示转移上述手机电子应用的转移数据时,从上述映射关系表中各个子应用的应用账户的账户信息中选择用户所要转移的转移数据的选择顺序。当用户通过手机电子应用的用户操作界面向虚拟卡的管理模块发送转移数据的转移指令,并且上述转移指令中未携带目标应用账户,虚拟卡的管理模块则可根据上述转移优先级,从上述映射关系表中选择转移优先级最高或者最低等应用账户,从上述应用账户的转移数据中选择指定数据进行转移。

  1. 一种账户信息管理的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    启用终端的电子应用的虚拟卡,将所述虚拟卡的标识信息与所述电子应用的用户信息进行关联;
    获取所述电子应用中加载的所有子应用的应用账户,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系;
    当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的至少一个目标子应用的目标应用账户查询所述映射关系,确定所述目标应用账户的账户信息;
    根据所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对所述目标应用账户的账户信息进行管理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述启用终端的电子应用的虚拟卡,将所述虚拟卡的标识信息与所述电子应用的用户信息进行关联之后,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到所述终端的电子应用加载了新子应用时,获取所述新子应用的应用账户;
    获取所述新子应用的账户信息,将所述新子应用的应用账户和账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述子应用的应用账户的账户信息包括:账户号码、账户名称、账户密码、转移数据额度、子应用发行方,以及注册时间中的至少一种。

  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据转移;
    所述当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述转移优先级,从所述映射关系表中查找得到所述转移优先级最高的子应用的应用账户;
    从所述转移优先级最高的应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除所述转移指令中携带的指定数据大小对应的目标转移数据大小。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度;
    所述将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系存储为映射关系表之后,所述方法还包括:
    设定所述映射关系表包含的各个所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据的转移规则,将所述转移规则添加至所述映射关系表;
    其中,所述转移规则具体为:当所述映射关系表中任一子应用的应用账户的转移数据额度大于或者等于目标转移数据大小时,从所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除所述目标转移数据大小。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据转移;
    所述当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述用户操作指令中携带的目标转移数据大小,将所述目标转移数据大小与所述映射关系表中各个所述应用账户的转移数据额度进行匹配;
    当所述映射关系表中任一所述应用账户的所述转移数据额度大于或者等于所述目标转移数据大小时,从所述应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除与所述目标转移数据大小相同的转移数据额度。
  13. 如权利要求1-12任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子应用包括:社会性网络服务SNS平台上的电子应用,或者近距离无线通信NFC平台上的电子应用;
    所述电子应用的虚拟卡的标识信息具体为:所述虚拟卡的应用标识AID,所述AID用于唯一标识所述虚拟卡。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述启用终端电子应用的虚拟卡,将所述虚拟卡的标识信息与所述电子应用的用户信息进行关联,包括:
    接收用户输入的用户标识,根据所述用户标识激活所述虚拟卡的管理权限;
    接收所述用户输入的用户信息,将所述虚拟卡的AID与所述用户信息进行关联;
    其中,所述用户标识包括:用户名称、用户昵称,以及用户身份证号中的至少一种;
    所述用户信息包括:通信方式、生日、曾用名、籍贯、居住地,或者所述用户设定的所述管理账号的个人密码、密保问题中的至少一种。
  15. 一种账户信息管理的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    启动模块,用于启用终端的电子应用的虚拟卡,将所述虚拟卡的标识信息与所述电子应用的用户信息进行关联;
    映射模块,用于获取所述启动模块启动的所述电子应用中加载的所有子应 用的应用账户,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系;
    查询模块,用于在接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的至少一个目标子应用的目标应用账户查询所述映射模块建立的所述映射关系,确定所述目标应用账户的账户信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对所述查询模块查询的所述目标应用账户的账户信息进行管理。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述映射模块还用于:
    在检测到所述终端的电子应用加载了新子应用时,获取所述新子应用的应用账户;
    获取所述新子应用的账户信息,将所述新子应用的应用账户和账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系。
  17. 如权利要求15或16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述子应用的应用账户的账户信息包括:账户号码、账户名称、账户密码、转移数据额度、子应用发行方,以及注册时间中的至少一种。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述应用账户的用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式包括:数据查询、数据移除、数据更新,以及数据转移中的至少一种。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据查询;
    所述处理模块,具体用于:
    根据所述虚拟卡提供的查询接口,查询所述目标应用账户的账户信息,并将查询的所述目标应用账户的账户信息输出至指定显示界面,以供用户查阅;
    其中,所述查询的所述目标应用账户的账户信息包括:转移数据额度、子应用发行方的名称以及数据转移记录中的至少一种。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据移除;
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    根据所述用户操作指令中携带的转移路径,将所述目标应用账户的转移数据额度转移至所述转移路径对应的指定子应用的应用账户;
    删除所述目标子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据更新;
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    根据所述用户操作指令中携带的更新路径获取目标转移数据大小,根据所述目标转移数据大小更改所述目标应用账户的转移数据额度。
  22. 如权利要求19-21任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    存储模块,用于将所述映射模块建立各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系存储为映射关系表。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度;
    所述装置还包括:
    设置模块,用于设定所述映射关系表中各个所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据的转移优先级,将所述转移优先级添加至所述映射关系表;
    其中,所述转移优先级用于指示转移所述电子应用的转移数据时,从所述映射关系表包含的各个所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据中选择所述目标转移数据的选择顺序。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带 的管理操作方式为数据转移;
    所述查询模块具体用于:
    根据所述转移优先级,从所述映射关系表中查找得到所述转移优先级最高的子应用的应用账户;
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    从所述转移优先级最高的应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除所述转移指令中携带的指定数据大小对应的目标转移数据大小。
  25. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度;
    所述装置还包括:
    设置模块,用于设定所述映射关系表包含的各个所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据的转移规则,将所述转移规则添加至所述映射关系表;
    其中,所述转移规则具体为:当所述映射关系表中任一子应用的应用账户的转移数据额度大于或者等于目标转移数据大小时,从所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除所述目标转移数据大小。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据转移;
    所述查询模块具体用于:
    确定所述用户操作指令中携带的目标转移数据大小,将所述目标转移数据大小与所述映射关系表中各个所述应用账户的转移数据额度进行匹配;
    所述处理模块具体用于:
    当所述查询模块查询的所述映射关系表中任一所述应用账户的所述转移数据额度大于或者等于所述目标转移数据大小时,从所述应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除与所述目标转移数据大小相同的转移数据额度。
  27. 如权利要求15-26任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电子应用包括:社会性网络服务SNS平台上的电子应用,或者近距离无线通信NFC平台上的电子应用;
    所述电子应用的虚拟卡的标识信息具体为:所述虚拟卡的应用标识AID,所述AID用于唯一标识所述虚拟卡。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的装置,其特征在于,所述启动模块,包括:
    激活单元,用于接收用户输入的用户标识,根据所述用户标识激活所述虚拟卡的管理权限;
    关联单元,用于接收所述用户输入的用户信息,将所述虚拟卡的AID与所述用户信息进行关联;
    其中,所述用户标识包括:用户名称、用户昵称,以及用户身份证号中的至少一种;
    所述用户信息包括:通信方式、生日、曾用名、籍贯、居住地,或者所述用户设定的所述管理账号的个人密码、密保问题中的至少一种。
  29. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:接收器、存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序代码;
    所述处理器,用于调用所述存储器中存储的所述程序代码,执行如下操作:
    启用终端的电子应用的虚拟卡,将所述虚拟卡的标识信息与所述电子应用的用户信息进行关联;
    获取所述电子应用中加载的所有子应用的应用账户,将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系;
    当接收到应用账户的用户操作指令时,根据所述用户操作指令中携带的至少一个目标子应用的目标应用账户查询所述映射关系,确定所述目标应用账户的账户信息;
    根据所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式对所述目标应用账户的账户信息进行管理。
  30. 如权利要求29所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    当检测到所述终端的电子应用加载了新子应用时,获取所述新子应用的应用账户;
    获取所述新子应用的账户信息,将所述新子应用的应用账户和账户信息与 所述虚拟卡的标识信息建立映射关系。
  31. 如权利要求29或30所述的终端,其特征在于,所述子应用的应用账户的账户信息包括:账户号码、账户名称、账户密码、转移数据额度、子应用发行方,以及注册时间中的至少一种。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用账户的用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式包括:数据查询、数据移除、数据更新,以及数据转移中的至少一种。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的终端,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据查询;
    所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述虚拟卡提供的查询接口,查询所述目标应用账户的账户信息,并将查询的所述目标应用账户的账户信息输出至指定显示界面,以供用户查阅;
    其中,所述查询的所述目标应用账户的账户信息包括:转移数据额度、子应用发行方的名称以及数据转移记录中的至少一种。
  34. 如权利要求32所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据移除;
    所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述用户操作指令中携带的转移路径,将所述目标应用账户的转移数据额度转移至所述转移路径对应的指定子应用的应用账户;
    删除所述目标子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系。
  35. 如权利要求32所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据更新;
    所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述用户操作指令中携带的更新路径获取目标转移数据大小,根据所述目标转移数据大小更改所述目标应用账户的转移数据额度。
  36. 如权利要求32-35任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述存储器还用于:
    将各个所述子应用的应用账户及其账户信息与所述虚拟卡的标识信息的映射关系存储为映射关系表。
  37. 如权利要求36所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度;
    所述处理器还用于:
    设定所述映射关系表中各个所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据的转移优先级,将所述转移优先级添加至所述映射关系表;
    其中,所述转移优先级用于指示转移所述电子应用的转移数据时,从所述映射关系表包含的各个所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据中选择所述目标转移数据的选择顺序。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的终端,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据转移;
    所述处理器还用于:
    根据所述转移优先级,从所述映射关系表中查找得到所述转移优先级最高的子应用的应用账户;
    从所述转移优先级最高的应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除所述转移指令中携带的指定数据大小对应的目标转移数据大小。
  39. 如权利要求36所述的终端,其特征在于,所述应用账户的账户信息中包含所述应用账户的转移数据额度;
    所述处理器还用于:
    设定所述映射关系表包含的各个所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据的转 移规则,将所述转移规则添加至所述映射关系表;
    其中,所述转移规则具体为:当所述映射关系表中任一子应用的应用账户的转移数据额度大于或者等于目标转移数据大小时,从所述子应用的应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除所述目标转移数据大小。
  40. 如权利要求39所述的终端,其特征在于,所述用户操作指令中携带的管理操作方式为数据转移;
    所述处理器还用于:
    确定所述用户操作指令中携带的目标转移数据大小,将所述目标转移数据大小与所述映射关系表中各个所述应用账户的转移数据额度进行匹配;
    当所述映射关系表中任一所述应用账户的所述转移数据额度大于或者等于所述目标转移数据大小时,从所述应用账户的转移数据额度中扣除与所述目标转移数据大小相同的转移数据额度。
  41. 如权利要求29-40任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述电子应用包括:社会性网络服务SNS平台上的电子应用,或者近距离无线通信NFC平台上的电子应用;
